The molecule of the title compound, C19H20O2S, corresponds to a chiral sulfinyldienol with two stereogenic centres, viz. the C atom susbtituted by the hydroxy group and the sulfinyl S atom. The molecule displays a V‐shape in the solid state. The dihedral angle defined by the least‐squares planes of the aromatic rings is 72.9 (1)°. The packing pattern exhibits the following intermolecular hydrogen bonds: one O—H⋯O [H⋯O = 1.98 Å, O⋯O = 2.785 (4) Å and O—H⋯O = 166°] and two C—H⋯O [H⋯O = 2.58 and 2.60 Å, C⋯O = 3.527 (5) and 3.347 (5) Å, and C—H⋯O = 164 and 134°]. These define a chain along b.  相似文献

The title compound, C13H10N2O4, adopts the keto–amine tautomeric form and displays an intramolecular N—H⋯O [N⋯O = 2.579 (2) Å] and three intermolecular O—H⋯O [O⋯O = 2.561 (2) Å] and C—H⋯O [C⋯O = 3.274 (2) and 3.318 (2) Å] hydrogen bonds. The keto–amine structure is favoured by through‐molecule conjugation between the hydroxy O atom and imine N atom. The dihedral angle between the planes of the two aromatic rings is 10.79 (4)°.  相似文献

In the title compound, [CuCl2(C9H12N2O)], the CuII atom is coordinated by two Cl anions and two N atoms of one O‐ethyl 3‐methylpyridine‐2‐carboximidic acid molecule in a slightly distorted square‐planar geometry, with Cu—N distances of 2.0483 (17) and 1.9404 (18) Å, and Cu—Cl distances of 2.2805 (10) and 2.2275 (14) Å. In addition, each CuII atom is connected by one Cl anion and the CuII atom from a neighbouring molecule, with Cu⋯Cl and Cu⋯Cu distances of 2.9098 (13) and 3.4022 (12) Å, respectively, and, therefore, a centrosymmetric dimer is formed. Adjacent molecular dimers are connected by π–π stacking interactions between pyridine rings to form a zigzag molecular chain. The molecular chains are also enforced by N—H⋯Cl and C—H⋯Cl interactions.  相似文献

The title compound [systematic name: 9,10‐dimethoxy‐2,3‐methylenedioxy‐5,6‐dihydrodibenzo[a,g]quinolizinium formate–succinic acid (1/1)], C20H18NO4+·CHO2·C4H6O4, contains centrosymmetric pairs of almost planar berberine cations, and hydrogen‐bonded (C4H6O4⋯HCOO)2 rings of succinic acid with formate anions, bonded by O—H⋯O hydrogen bonds with O⋯O distances of 2.4886 (15) and 2.5652 (16) Å. Pairs of cations and molecules of succinic acid are connected by non‐conventional weak C—H⋯O hydrogen bonds, with C⋯O distances of 3.082 (2) and 3.178 (2) Å.  相似文献

The title compound, C8H5NO, has an intramolecular O⋯CN contact involving an O⋯C distance of 2.797 (2) Å and a C—C—N bond angle of 174.5 (2)°, both indicative of a weak nucleophilic attack of the aldehyde O atom on the electrophilic C atom in the nitrile group. Calculations at the B3LYP density functional level using the 6–31G* basis set support this interpretation; natural bond‐order analysis indicates an nO1→π delocalization energy of 6.3 kJ mol−1. Similar results were obtained from density functional calculations on three related molecules. The 2‐formylbenzonitrile molecules pack in sheets as a consequence of C—H⋯N and C—H⋯O hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

The asymmetric unit of the title compound, C24H36O4, contains three molecules, all differing in their side‐chain conformations and all linked by hydrogen bonding confined entirely within a three‐molecule block. One connection is of the acid‐to‐ketone type [O⋯O = 2.7055 (19) Å and O—H⋯O = 180°] and the other involves carboxyl pairing [O⋯O = 2.6485 (18) and 2.6598 (18) Å, and O—H⋯O = 168 and 174°]. Numerous intermolecular C—H⋯O close contacts connect neighbouring molecules.  相似文献

The molecules of 2‐benzoyl‐1‐benzofuran, C15H10O2, (I), interact through double C—H⋯O hydrogen bonds, forming dimers that are further linked by C—H⋯O, C—H⋯π and π–π interactions, resulting in a three‐dimensional supramolecular network. The dihedral angle between the benzoyl and benzofuran fragments in (I) is 46.15 (3)°. The molecules of bis(5‐bromo‐1‐benzofuran‐2‐yl) ketone, C17H8Br2O3, (II), exhibit C2 symmetry, with the carbonyl group (C=O) lying along the twofold rotation axis, and are linked by a combination of C—H⋯O and C—H⋯π interactions and Br⋯Br contacts to form sheets. The stability of the molecular packing in 3‐mesityl‐3‐methylcyclobutyl 3‐methylnaphtho[1,2‐b]furan‐2‐yl ketone, C28H28O2, (III), arises from C—H⋯π and π–π stacking interactions. The fused naphthofuran moiety in (III) is essentially planar and makes a dihedral angle of 81.61 (3)° with the mean plane of the trimethylbenzene ring.  相似文献

Molecules of the title compounds N2‐(benzoyloxy)benzamidine, C14H12N2O2, (I), N2‐(2‐hydroxybenzoyloxy)benzamidine, C14H12N2O3, (II), and N2‐benzoyloxy‐2‐hydroxybenzamidine, C14H12N2O3, (III), all have extended chain conformations, with the aryl groups remote from one another. In (I), the molecules are linked into chains by a single N—H⋯N hydrogen bond [H⋯N = 2.15 Å, N⋯N = 3.029 (2) Å and N—H⋯N = 153°] and these chains are linked into sheets by means of aromatic π–π stacking interactions. There is one intramolecular O—H⋯O hydrogen bond in (II), and a combination of one three‐centre N—H⋯(N,O) hydrogen bond [H⋯N = 2.46 Å, H⋯O = 2.31 Å, N⋯N = 3.190 (2) Å, N⋯O = 3.146 (2) Å, N—H⋯N = 138° and N—H⋯O = 154°] and one two‐centre C—H⋯O hydrogen bond [H⋯O = 2.46 Å, C⋯O = 3.405 (2) Å and C—H⋯O = 173°] links the molecules into sheets. In (III), an intramolecular O—H⋯N hydrogen bond and two N—H⋯O hydrogen bonds [H⋯O = 2.26 and 2.10 Å, N⋯O = 2.975 (2) and 2.954 (2) Å, and N—H⋯O = 138 and 163°] link the molecules into sheets.  相似文献

The title complex, [RhBr(C8H12)(C19H22N2O2)], has a distorted square‐planar geometry. There are two molecules, A and B, in the asymmetric unit. The Rh—C bond distance between the N‐heterocyclic ligand and the metal atom is 2.039 (2) Å in molecule A and 2.042 (2) Å in molecule B. The angle between the carbene heterocycle and the coordination plane is 87.56 (12)° in molecule A and 87.03 (11)° in molecule B. It is shown that the average Rh—C(COD) (COD is cyclooctadiene) distance is linearly dependent on the Rh—C(imidazolidine) distance in this type of compound. This can be ascribed to the steric hindrance produced by the packing. The crystal structure contains intramolecular C—H⋯O and intermolecular C—H⋯Br interactions.  相似文献

The molecules of the title complex, [Rh(Trop)(CO)2] (Trop is 2‐hydroxycyclohepta‐2,4,6‐trienonate, C7H5O2), exhibit symmetrical but non‐crystallographic square‐planar molecular geometry, with Rh—C distances of 1.825 (10) and 1.826 (9) Å, Rh—O distances of 2.021 (5) and 2.032 (5) Å, and an O—Rh—O bite angle of 79.4 (2)°. Strong Rh⋯Rh and Rh⋯C intermolecular interactions of 3.683 (3) and 3.650 (5) Å, respectively, are also observed.  相似文献

In the title complex, C6H12N4·C8H8O3, the hexamethylenetetramine molecule accepts a single intermolecular O—H?N hydrogen bond from the hydroxy group of the 4‐hydroxy‐3‐methoxybenzaldehyde moiety. The non‐centrosymmetric crystal structure is built from alternating molecular sheets of 4‐hydroxy‐3‐methoxybenzaldehyde and hexamethylenetetramine molecules, and is stabilized by intermolecular O—H?N, C—H?O and C—H?π interactions.  相似文献

The crystal structure of the title compound, [Cu(C4H10N5)2]·H2O, contains two independent copper N,N‐dimethylbiguanide complex units, each with square‐planar coordination of the Cu atom by four N atoms. The two complexes have different symmetry, with one Cu atom lying on an inversion centre and the other on a twofold rotation axis. The Cu—N bond lengths are 1.923 (2) and 1.950 (2) Å in the centrosymmetric complex, and 1.928 (2) and 1.938 (2) Å in the non‐centrosymmetric complex. The crystal structure is stabilized by N—H⋯O, O—H⋯N and N—H⋯N hydrogen bonds; each water molecule forms four hydrogen bonds involving three different Cu complexes.  相似文献

In the title compound, catena‐poly[lithium‐μ3‐ethylenediphosphonato], [Li(C2H7O6P2)]n, the supramolecular monoclinic (C2/c) structure consists of one‐dimensional lithium chains [Li⋯Li = 2.7036 (8) Å] that are embedded within ethylenediphosphonate anions linked by strong symmetric hydrogen bonds [O⋯O = 2.473 (3) Å]. The Li atoms and the H atom in the symmetric hydrogen bond reside on twofold rotation axes and there is an inversion center at the mid‐point of the C—C bond of the ethylenediphosphonate ligand.  相似文献

The molecule of the former title compound, C13H9ClN2O2, (I), is nearly planar, with an intramolecular O⋯O hydrogen bond of 2.692 (2) Å. The latter title compound, C17H18ClN3O4, (II), exists in the keto–amine tautomeric form, with a strong intramolecular hydrogen bond of 2.640 (2) Å between the O and N atoms, the H atom being bonded to the N atom. The azobenzene moieties of both molecules have trans configurations, and the dihedral angle between the planes of the two aromatic rings is 4.1 (1)° in (I) and 9.9 (1)° in (II). The N—H⋯O hydrogen‐bonded rings are almost planar and coupled with the cyclohexadiene rings in (II).  相似文献

In the title compound, C23H20N2O2S, the central thienopyridine ring system is essentially planar, the dihedral angle between the planes of the two rings being 0.3 (2)°. The terminal ethyl carboxylate group is twisted by 26.7 (3)° away from the central ring system. A short intramolecular hydrogen bond involving the amino N atom and the carbonyl O atom [N⋯O = 2.806 (4) Å] forms a pseudo‐six‐membered ring. Significant intermolecular C—H⋯N, C—H⋯O and C—H⋯π interactions contribute strongly to the stability of the structure, along with weak π–π‐stacking interactions.  相似文献

2‐Amino‐5‐nitrothiazole crystallizes from solution in ethanol as a monosolvate, C3H3N3O2S·C2H6O, in which the thiazole component has a strongly polarized molecular–electronic structure. The thiazole molecules are linked into centrosymmetric dimers by paired N—H⋯N hydrogen bonds [H⋯N = 2.09 Å, N⋯N = 2.960 (6) Å and N—H⋯N = 169°], and these dimers are linked by the ethanol molecules, via a two‐centred N—H⋯O hydrogen bond [H⋯O = 1.98 Å, N⋯O = 2.838 (5) Å and N—H⋯O = 164°] and a planar asymmetric three‐centred O—H⋯(O)2 hydrogen bond [H⋯O = 2.07 and 2.53 Å, O⋯O = 2.900 (5) and 3.188 (5) Å, O—H⋯O = 169 and 136°, and O⋯H⋯O = 55°], into sheets built from alternating (8) and (38) rings. These sheets are triply interwoven.  相似文献

The title compound, 25,26:27,28‐bis(methylenedioxy)pentacyclo[19.3.1.13,7.19,13.115,19]octacosa‐1(25)3,5,7(28),9,11,13(27),15,17,19(26),21,23‐dodecaene dichloromethane solvate, C30H24O4·CH2Cl2, possesses crystallographic twofold symmetry in both components. The calixarene shows a pinched cone conformation with an elliptical cavity, in which the guest dichloromethane solvent molecule is accommodated. The contact distance between guest and host (H⋯ring centroid = 2.44 Å) is extremely short.  相似文献

The O⋯N(im) separation and O—H(⋯N) distance are 2.6906 (17) and 1.74 (2) Å, respectively, and the O—H⋯N angle is 173 (2)°. The one‐dimensional chains are weakly π stacked along the b axis, with centroid‐to‐centroid separations of 3.678 (2) Å between five‐ and six‐membered rings and 3.963 (2) Å between six‐membered rings. Each molecule is arranged around an inversion center.  相似文献

Molecules of 2‐(2‐nitrophenylaminocarbonyl)benzoic acid, C14H10N2O5, are linked into centrosymmetric R(8) dimers by a single O—H⋯O hydrogen bond [H⋯O = 1.78 Å, O⋯O = 2.623 (2) Å and O—H⋯O = 178°] and these dimers are linked into sheets by a single aromatic π–π stacking interaction. The isomeric compound 2‐(4‐nitrophenylaminocarbonyl)benzoic acid crystallizes in two polymorphic forms. In the orthorhombic form (space group P212121 with Z′ = 1, crystallized from ethanol), the molecules are linked into sheets of R(22) rings by a combination of one N—H⋯O hydrogen bond [H⋯O = 1.96 Å, N⋯O = 2.833 (3) Å and N—H⋯O = 171°] and one O—H⋯O hydrogen bond [H⋯O = 1.78 Å, O⋯O = 2.614 (3) Å and O—H⋯O = 173°]. In the monoclinic form (space group P21/n with Z′ = 2, crystallized from acetone), the molecules are linked by a combination of two N—H⋯O hydrogen bonds [H⋯O = 2.09 and 2.16 Å, N⋯O = 2.873 (4) and 2.902 (3) Å, and N—H⋯O = 147 and 141°] and two O—H⋯O hydrogen bonds [H⋯O = 1.84 and 1.83 Å, O⋯O = 2.664 (3) and 2.666 (3) Å, and O—H⋯O = 166 and 174°] into sheets of some complexity. These sheets are linked into a three‐dimensional framework by a single C—H⋯O hydrogen bond [H⋯O = 2.45 Å, C⋯O = 3.355 (4) Å and C—H⋯O = 160°].  相似文献
