The structure of the polymeric title compound, [CaCo(C3H2O4)2(H2O)4]n, consists of CaO8 and CoO6 polyhedra linked together by malonate groups. The Co atom lies on a centre of symmetry in an octahedral arrangement, and is coordinated by four malonate O atoms in a planar arrangement and two water molecules in a trans conformation. The geometry around the Ca atom, which lies on a twofold axis, may be described as a distorted square antiprism, which involves two water molecules and six malonate O atoms. The Co—O and Ca—O bond lengths are in the ranges 2.0711 (12)–2.1004 (14) and 2.3775 (12)–2.6329 (12) Å, respectively.  相似文献

In catena‐poly[[[diaquanickel(II)]‐di‐μ‐glycine] dibromide], {[Ni(C2H5NO2)2(H2O)2]Br2}n, (I), the Ni atom is located on an inversion centre. In catena‐poly[[[tetraaquamagnesium(II)]‐μ‐glycine] dichloride], {[Mg(C2H5NO2)(H2O)4]Cl2}n, (II), the Mg atom and the non‐H atoms of the glycine molecule are located on a mirror plane. All other atoms are located on general positions. The atomic arrangements of both compounds are characterized by [MO6] octahedra (M = Ni or Mg) connected by glycine molecules, with the halogenide ions in the interstices. In (I), four of the coordinating O atoms are from glycine and two are from water molecules, building layers of octahedra and organic molecules. In (II), two of the coordinating O atoms are from glycine and four are from water molecules. The octahedra and organic molecules form chains.  相似文献

In the title coordination polymer, {[Ba(C8H5Cl2O3)2(H2O)]·H2O}n, each BaII atom is nine‐coordinated by six carboxylate O atoms and one ether O atom from five symmetry‐related 2,4‐dichlorophenoxyacetate ligands, and by two O atoms from water molecules, thus defining a distorted tricapped trigonal prism. The BaII ions are bridged by bidentate water molecules and by tridentate and tetradentate 2,4‐dichlorophenoxyacetate groups, leading to a two‐dimensional layer structure. The crystal structure is further stabilized by hydrogen‐bonding interactions within each layer.  相似文献

The title complex, [CaZn(C3H2O4)2(H2O)4]n, is a two‐dimensional polymer and consists of CaO8 and ZnO6 polyhedra linked together by malonate ligands. The CaII cation, lying on a twofold axis, is coordinated by two water molecules and six malonate O atoms. The ZnII cation, which lies on an inversion center in an octahedral environment, is coordinated by four malonate O atoms in an equatorial arrangement and two water molecules in axial positions. The Zn—O and Ca—O bond lengths are in the ranges 2.0445 (12)–2.1346 (16) and 2.3831 (13)–2.6630 (13) Å, respectively. The structure comprises alternating layers along the [101] plane, the shortest Zn⋯Zn distance being 6.8172 (8) Å. The whole three‐dimensional structure is maintained and stabilized by the presence of hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

In the crystal structure of the title compound, [Ni2(C4H4O6)2(H2O)2]·3H2O, two nickel cations, two tartrate anions and two water molecules form the dimeric complex. Each nickel cation is in a distorted octahedral environment composed of four O atoms of two crystallographically independent tartrate anions, one water molecule and one O atom of a symmetry‐equivalent tartrate anion. The asymmetric unit contains three additional water molecules which are connected via hydrogen bonding.  相似文献

The title complex, [BaNi(C3H2O4)2(H2O)3]n, is polymeric, with two non‐equivalent malonate dianions bridging one Ni atom and five different Ba atoms. The Ni atoms have a distorted octahedral (NiO6) environment, and are coordinated by four malonate O atoms in a planar arrangement and two water molecules in axial positions. The Ba atom may be described as a BaO9 polyhedron in a monocapped square‐antiprismatic environment, which involves two water molecules and seven O atoms from different malonate ligands. The three‐dimensional structure is further maintained and stabilized by hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

In the crystal structure of the title complex, [Zn(C3H2O4)(C12H8N2)(H2O)2], the ZnII atom displays a distorted octahedral geometry, being coordinated by two N atoms from the 1,10‐phenanthroline ligand, two O atoms from different carboxylate groups of the chelating malonate dianion and two O atoms of cis water molecules. The complex molecules are linked to form a three‐dimensional supramolecular array by both hydrogen‐bonding interactions between coordinated water molecules and the uncoordinated carboxylate O atoms of neighboring molecules, and aromatic π–π stacking interactions between neighboring phenanthroline rings.  相似文献

In the title compound, μ‐3,4′‐bi‐1,2,4‐triazole‐di‐μ‐chloro‐copper(II) monohydrate, {[CuCl2(C4H4N6)]·H2O}n, the Cu atom is located in a distorted octahedron consisting of two N atoms and four Cl atoms. The structural unit is an infinite chain in which octahedral groups, connected by shared edges, are also linked by bitriazole molecules. The bitriazole ligand, the Cu atom and the water O atom all lie on independent twofold axes. The structure is held together by hydrogen bonds between the water molecules and the non‐coordinated N atoms of the ligand, and by van der Waals forces.  相似文献

Crystals of the title compound, [Cu2(C10H9NO3)2(H2O)2]·2CH4N2O, consist of two (N‐salicylidene‐β‐alaninato‐κ3O,N,O′)copper(II) coordination units bridged by two water moieties to form a dimer residing on a crystallographic inversion center, along with two uncoordinated urea molecules. The CuII atom has square‐pyramidal coordination, with three donor atoms of the tridentate Schiff base and an O atom of the bridging aqua ligand in the basal plane. The axial position is occupied by the second bridging water ligand at a distance of 2.5941 (18) Å. Hydrogen bonds between molecules of urea and the neighboring dimer units lead to the formation of a two‐dimensional grid of molecules parallel to [101]. The superposition of the normals of the pyramidal base planes in the direction [100] indicates possible π–π interactions between the neighboring units.  相似文献

In the crystal structure of the title compound, [Mn(C3H2O4)(C10H8N2)(H2O)2], the MnII atom demonstrates a distorted octahedral geometry, being coordinated by two N atoms of a 2,2′‐bipyridine ligand, two O atoms from the carboxylate groups of the chelating malonate dianion and two O atoms of two cis water molecules. The complex molecules are linked to form a three‐dimensional supramolecular array by both hydrogen‐bonding interactions between coordinated water and the carboxylate groups of neighboring molecules and aromatic π–π‐stacking interactions of the bipyridine rings.  相似文献

In the title polymeric complex, [Mn(C6H8O4)(C7H6N2)2(H2O)]n, the MnII atom is surrounded by two adipate dianions, two benzimidazole molecules and one coordinated water molecule. The Mn atoms and coordinated water molecule are located on a twofold axis, and the bridging adipate ligand is located on an inversion center. The adipate dianions bridge neighboring MnII atoms to form polymeric chains. Each MnII atom is seven‐coordinate, the longest Mn—O bond length being 2.5356 (16) Å.  相似文献

The title complex, {[Ni(C2H8N2)3][Na(NCS)3(H2O)]}n, consists of discrete [Ni(en)3]2+ dications (en is ethylenediamine) and polymeric [(H2O)0.5Na(NCS)3(H2O)0.5]n2n? anions. The compound crystallizes in space group Pc1. The NiII atom lies on a threefold axis and has a distorted octahedral coordination geometry. The Na+ cation also lies on a site with imposed crystallographic threefold symmetry and is coordinated by the thiocyanate N atoms (the thiocyanates are in general positions), by one water molecule with crystallographically imposed 32 symmetry and by a second water molecule with crystallographically imposed symmetry. The unique Na atom thus has trigonal–bipyramidal coordination. The O atoms of the water molecules bridge the Na+ cations to form one‐dimensional polymeric chains in the crystal structure. The [Ni(en)3]2+ dications are distributed around and between the chains and are linked to them via N—H?S hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

The title complex, [BaZn(C3H2O4)2(H2O)4]n, is polymeric, due to the connectivity brought about by each malonate dianion bonding to two different ZnII cations and two different BaII cations. The BaII cations, on crystallographic twofold axes, have slightly distorted square‐antiprismic coordination, with Ba—O distances ranging from 2.795 (2) to 2.848 (2) Å. The ZnII cations, which lie on crystallographic centres of symmetry, have distorted octahedral coordination, with Zn—O bonds in the range 2.0364 (19)–2.3248 (18) Å. The water molecules participate in extensive O—H⋯O hydrogen bonding. The structure comprises alternating layers along [100], with one type containing ZnII cations and malonate dianions, while the other is primarily composed of BaII cations and water molecules.  相似文献

The title compound, [La2(C8H3NO6)2(C8H4NO6)2(H2O)6]·2H2O, consists of dimeric units related by an inversion center. The two LaIII atoms are linked by two bridging bidentate carboxylate groups and two monodentate carboxylate groups. Each LaIII atom is nine‐coordinated by six O atoms from five different carboxylate groups and three from water molecules. Hydrogen bonds between the water molecules and between the solvent water and a carboxylate O atom are observed in the structure. In the crystal packing, there are slipped π–π stacking interactions between the parallel benzene rings. Both hydrogen‐bonding and π–π interactions combine to stabilize the three‐dimensional supramolecular network.  相似文献

In the title compound, [Ba(C7H5O2S)2(H2O)4]n, the BaII atom lies on a mirror plane and is nine‐coordinated by four bridging carboxylate O atoms of the thiosalicylate ligands, two bridging water molecules and three terminal water molecules. There is an intramolecular S—H⋯O hydrogen bond between the S and O atoms in the thiosalicylate ligand. A one‐dimensional coordination polymer is formed via weak metal–metal interactions along polymeric zigzag chains.  相似文献

The molecule of the title compound {systematic name: di‐μ‐sulfido‐bis[diaqua(1,4,7,10,13,16‐hexaoxacyclooctadecane‐κ6O)barium(II)] bis[1,2‐benzisothiazol‐3(2H)‐one 1,1‐dioxide]}, [Ba2S2(C12H24O6)2(H2O)4](C7H5NO3S)2, lies on an inversion centre. The BaII atom encapsulated by the 18‐crown‐6 ring is coordinated by the six O atoms of the crown, two water O atoms and two bridging S atoms. The four‐membered ring composed of the BaII atoms and the bridging S atoms makes a dihedral angle of 67.1 (1)° with the crown‐ether ring. The aromatic ring system of the saccharin moiety is essentially planar. The packing is built up from layers of the molecules and is stabilized by three intermolecular O—H?O hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

The title compound, [Ni(C3H10N2)2(H2O)2](C6H6NO3S)2, contains alternating layers of sulfanilate anions and diaquabis(1,3‐propanediamine)nickel(II) cations. The Ni atom lies on an inversion centre and is hexacoordinated by the 1,3‐propanediamine ligands, which function as N,N′‐bidentate ligands, and the water molecules, which are in a trans arrangement. The sulfanilate anions are arranged in layers, with the sulfonate and amine groups directed towards opposite sides of the layer. The structure is stabilized by a network of hydrogen bonding between the O and N atoms of the sulfanilate anions, the water molecules, and the N atoms of the 1,3‐propanediamine ligands.  相似文献

In the centrosymmetric title compound, [Co2(C12H10O2P)4(C5H5N)4(H2O)2], each approximately octahedral Co atom features two trans‐coordinated pyridine molecules, one water molecule, a terminally coordinated monodentate diphenylphosphinate ligand, and two bidentate diphenylphosphinate ligands that bridge the two Co atoms across a centre of inversion to form a dimeric binuclear complex. The discrete molecules are linked by double hydrogen bonds between the terminally coordinated diphenylphosphinate ligand and the water molecule to form a continuous chain along the crystallographic b axis.  相似文献

In the title compound, {[Zn(C10H8N2)(H2O)4](C6H5O4S)2·3H2O}n, the Zn atom, the bipyridine ligand and one of water molecules are located on twofold rotation axes. The Zn atom is coordinated by four O atoms from four water molecules and two N atoms from two 4,4′‐bipyridine molecules in a distorted octahedral geometry. The Zn2+ ions are linked by the 4,4′‐bipyridine molecules to form a one‐dimensional straight chain propagating along the c axis. The 4‐hydroxybenzenesulfonate counter‐ions are bridged by the solvent water molecules through hydrogen bonds to generate a two‐dimensional layer featuring large pores. In the crystal packing, the intralayer pores form one‐dimensional channels along the c axis, in which the one‐dimensional [Zn(C10H8N2)(H2O)4]2+ chains are encapsulated. Electrostatic interactions between cations and anions and extensive hydrogen bonds result in a three‐dimensional supramolecular structure.  相似文献

The two new title complexes, [Mn(C5H3N6)2(H2O)2] and [Zn(C5H3N6)2(H2O)2], are isomorphous. In both compounds, the metal atom is located on an inversion center and is coordinated by four N atoms from two 5‐(pyrazin‐2‐yl)‐1H‐tetrazolate anions in the basal plane and by two O atoms of water ligands in the apical positions to form a distorted octahedral geometry. Intermolecular hydrogen‐bond interactions between the uncoordinated N atoms of the tetrazolate anions and the H atoms of the water molecules lead to the formation of a three‐dimensional network.  相似文献
