The influence of the lone pair of electrons in thallium complexes is analyzed using the bond valence sum method.Bond length data for metal-organic Tl complexes were obtained from the Cambridge Structural Database(CSD),and problems with searching the CSD file for Tl complexes are discussed.The recommended R0 values for Tl(Ⅰ)-O of 2.162 ,Tl(Ⅲ)-O of 2.016 ,Tl(Ⅰ)-N of 2.286 ?,and for Tl(Ⅲ)-N of 2.014  used with b = 0.37 were derived from analyses of homoleptic Tl-O,Tl-N,and heteroleptic Tl-O and-N metal organic complexes.These R0 values can be used to assign correctly the oxidation state of Tl in complexes containing any combination of Tl-O or Tl-N bonds.Examples of questionable oxidation states for Tl complexes are given.The R0 value for Tl(Ⅲ)-Cl of 2.300  was also determined.  相似文献

Mononuclear Cu(II)bipyridine(1)and phenantroline complexes(2)were synthesized and immobilized by different procedures on H3PW12O40 polyoxometalate(POM).Characterization by XRD and SEM-EDX were performed to assess the preservation of the Keggin structure and stoichiometry of the complex.The immobilized complexes were tested as heterogeneous catalysts for the partial oxidation of tetralin(1,2,3,4-tetrahydronaphthalene)using hydrogen peroxide as oxidant in acetonitrile/water as solvent.[Cu(2,2’-bpy)Cl][H2PW12O40] and[Cu(1,10-phen)Cl][H2PW12O40]oxidized tetralin at room temperature,with 16%conversion with(2),to 1-tetralone and 2-tetralone with 83%selectivity.However,the selectivity for 1-tetralone was only 56%.Different preparation methods for the heterogenization of these complexes on the POM Keggin unit were compared and used to enhance the selectivity to 1-tetralone to 75%.  相似文献

Novel Co(Ⅱ) complexes with dihydroxamic acids functionalized N-pivot lariat ether CoL~1-CoL~4 were synthesized and characterized.Their oxygenation constants(ln K_(O2)) and thermodynamic parameters(△H°,△S°) were measured.And their catalytic performance in oxidation of p-xylene to p-toluic acid(PTA) was investigated.The enhancement of O_2-binding and catalytic oxidation activity by the oxa aza crown ether ring of the cobalt complexes were discussed.  相似文献

Five multinuclear cyclotriphosphazene ligands were synthesized and tested for their cleavage activities to plasmid DNA.All of these new compounds were confirmed by MS,~1H NMR,~(31)p NMR,~(13)C NMR and IR.Preliminary studies on the cleavage of pUC 19 DNA in the presence of metal complexes were performed.The results revealed that these complexes could act as powerful catalysts under physiological conditions.The complexes 3b+Cu can effectively cleave DNA to nicked form,giving hydrolysis rate constant of 0.0...  相似文献

The synthesis and characterization of four new silicon-linked lanthanocene complexes with pendant phenyl groups on cyclopentadiene were reported. Based on the data of elemental analyses, MS and IR, the complexes were presumed to be unsolvated and dimeric complexes [Me2Si(C5H3CMe2C6H5)2LnC1]2 [Ln=Er (1), Gd (2), Sm (3), Dy (4)]. In conjunction with AlEt3 or sodium hydride as the co-catalyst, these complexes could efficiently catalyze the polymerization of methyl methacrylate (MMA). When the nanometric sodium hydride was used as a co-catalyst, the complexes were highly effective for the polymerization of MMA. At low temperature and in short time, in [MeESi(C5H3CMe2C6H5)2LnC1]2/NaH (nanometric) system, the polymer was obtained in more than 80% yield and the molecular weight was greater than 105. The activity reached that of organolanthanide hydride as a single-component catalyst. In ]MeESi(C5H3CMe2C6H5)2ErC1]2/Nail (nanometric) system, the effects of the molar ratio of MMA/catalyst and catalyst/co-catalyst, and the temperature on polymerization were studied.  相似文献

Two new mixed-ligand ruthenium(Ⅱ) complexes,Ru(dcbpy)-(LL)NCS)2[where dcbpy=4,4‘-dicarboxyl-2,2‘‘-bipyridine,LL=4,4‘-bis(N-methyl-anilinomethyl)-2,2‘‘-bipyridine(2)],were synthesized,and the tphotophysical properties of these complexes were studied.The metal-to-ligand charge transfer (MLCT) transitions of these complexes exhibited solvatochromic effect due to the existence of NCS ligands.The MLCT energies also strongly depend on the pH values of the solutions because of protonation and deprotonation of the carboxyl groups.The pKa values of the ground state,4.0 for 1 and 3.8 for 2,were obtained from the titration curves.The photoelectrochemical properties of 1 and 2 as sensitizers in sandwich-type solar cells have been studied.Complex 1 exhibited better photoelectrochemical behavior than complex 2 as expected.It was proved that the design of mixed-ligand complex by introducing electron donating group in one of the ligands should be a promising approach.  相似文献

4-Morpholinoacetophenone thiosemicarbazone, MAPT, and its nickel(Ⅱ) and copper(Ⅱ) complexes have been prepared and characterized by elemental analysis, magnetic susceptibility, spectral methods (FT-IR, ^1H NMR) and cyclic voltammetry. Electrochemical behaviors of the complexes have been studied by cyclic voltammetry in DMF media showing metal centered reduction processes for both of them. The redox properties, nature of the electrode processes and the stability of the complexes were discussed. [Cu(MAPT)2]Cl2 complex shows Cu(Ⅱ)/Cu(Ⅰ) couple and quasi-reversible wave associated with the Cu(Ⅲ)/Cu(Ⅱ) process. The reduction/oxidation potential values depend on the structures of complexes. Also, the antimicrobial activities of these complexes were determined against S. aureus, E. coli and B. subtilis.  相似文献

Selective oxidation of diphenylmethane to benzophenone requires active and selective catalysts. The framework incorporation of cerium in AlPO-5 molecular sieves creates active cerium sites in isolation. These active sites are responsible for selective oxidation. Cerium incorporated AlPO-5 with different Al/Ce ratios were synthesized, and the vapor phase oxidation of diphenylmethane in air over these catalysts was studied at 250, 275, 300, 325, and 350 °C. The diphenylmethane conversion and selectivity for benzophenone were more than 90%. CeAlPO-5(25) was found to be more active than other catalysts. The stability of the catalyst was verified by the time on stream study which indicated steady diphenylmethane conversion and benzophenone selectivity. Hence framework incorporated CeAlPO-5 molecular sieves are stable and active catalysts for the selective oxidation of diphenylmethane.  相似文献

Using density functional theory calculation based on the B3LYP method,we have studied the interactions of H2 molecules with alkali-metal organic complexes C6H6-nLin(n = 1~3),C6H5Na and C6H5K.A significant part of the electronic charge of M s orbital(Li 2s,Na 3s,K 4s) is donated to phenyl and is accommodated by H2 bonding orbital.For all the complexes considered,each bonded alkali-metal atom can adsorb up to five H2 in molecular form with the mean binding energy of 0.59,0.55 and 0.56 eV/H2 molecule for C6H6-nLin(n = 1~3),C6H5Na and C6H5K,respectively.The kinetic stability of these hydrogen-covered organometallic complexes is discussed in terms of energy gap between HOMO and LUMO.It is remarkable that these alkali-metal organic complexes can store up to 23.80 wt% hydrogen.Therefore,the complexes studied may be used as hydrogen storage materials.  相似文献

2,5-Furandicarboxylic(FDCA) is a potential substitute for petroleum-derived terephthalic acid, and aerobic oxidation of5-hydroxymethylfurfural(HMF) provides an efficient route to synthesis of FDCA. On an activated carbon supported ruthenium(Ru/C) catalyst(with 5 wt% Ru loading), HMF was readily oxidized to FDCA in a high yield of 97.3% at 383 K and 1.0 MPa O_2 in the presence of Mg(OH)_2 as base additive. Ru/C was superior to Pt/C and Pd/C and also other supported Ru catalysts with similar sizes of metal nanoparticles(1–2 nm). The Ru/C catalysts were stable and recyclable, and their efficiency in the formation of FDCA increased with Ru loadings examined in the range of 0.5 wt%–5.0 wt%. Based on the kinetic studies including the effects of reaction time, reaction temperature, O_2 pressure, on the oxidation of HMF to FDCA on Ru/C, it was confirmed that the oxidation of HMF to FDCA proceeds involving the primary oxidation of HMF to 2,5-diformylfuran(DFF) intermediate, and its sequential oxidation to 5-formyl-2-furancarboxylic acid(FFCA) and ultimately to FDCA, in which the oxidation of FFCA to FDCA is the rate-determining step and dictates the overall formation rate of FDCA. This study provides directions towards efficient synthesis of FDCA from HMF, for example, by designing novel catalysts more efficient for the involved oxidation step of FFCA to FDCA.  相似文献
