针对上海光源U27波荡器光源, 用ANSYS有限元软件对晶体单色器第一晶体液氮间接冷却进行数值模拟, 给出晶体表面倾斜误差与热负载、冷却条件和布喇格角范围等因素的关系, 为晶体单色器的设计与制造提供热缓释依据. 晶体距光源中心24m时最大垂直入射功率密度约为60W/mm2, 在布喇格角调节范围小于30°时, 晶体厚度大于30mm, 晶体吸收总功率上限可到240W, 即可满足SSRF储存环电子束流升级到400mA的需求, 采用正常液氮(78K)冷却晶体, 晶体表面热变形倾斜误差可控制在3arcsec以下. 相似文献

上海光源X射线成像光束线采用多极扭摆器(wiggler)作为辐射光源, 提出一种劳厄双弯晶单色器的设计方案. 计算结果显示, 可获得固定出口的平行单色光束, 能量调谐范围覆盖19—120keV, 在33keV时, 输出光子通量及通量密度分别为1.9×1013phs/s和3.8×1010phs/s/mm2. 分析了劳厄晶体的聚焦及单色化性能, 计算了输出光子通量及单色器的热负载情况. 与传统的双平晶方案相比, 本设计在获得高通量和解决热负载等方面有明显的优越性, 并能有效控制热形变. 相似文献

A new kind of two channel‐cut crystals X‐ray monochromator in dispersive (+,?,?,+) position which spatially separates harmonics is proposed. The diffracting surfaces are oriented so that the diffraction is inclined. Owing to refraction the diffracted beam is sagittally deviated. The deviation depends on wavelength and is much higher for the first harmonics than for higher harmonics. This leads to spatial harmonics separation. 论述了利用激光散斑实时测量目标散射面角振动的原理,并从干涉条纹的角度对仿真参数进行了分析。理论分析及仿真结果表明,探测器接收的光功率起伏包含了目标散射面角振动的信息,利用散斑实时测量目标角振动是可行的。目标散射面照明尺寸越小,目标散射面绝大多数微元的间距也就控制得越小,探测到的光功率交流分量起伏越大,即信号也越强。光学接收天线光阑边长并不是越大越好,随着其值的增大,光功率交流分量并不是简单的随之增大,而是表现出周期性的起伏。因此,可以对接收天线加可调光阑,从而达到最佳的探测效果。利用此原理构建的系统测量的目标角振动振幅有一定的范围,测量上限受限于相位调制因子。 相似文献

The only available tabletop electron storage rings are the machines from the MIRRORCLE series. The electrons are accelerated in a microtron and injected into the storage ring. During its circulation, each electron passes through a tiny target many times, emitting a photon beam. Both the spectrum and the angular distribution of the radiation depend on the material, the thickness and the shape of the target. In this paper measured angular distributions of the radiation from several different targets in the magnetic field of the 20 MeV storage ring MIRRORCLE‐20SX are presented. The detector comprises a 3 mm × 3 mm × 8.5 µm plastic scintillator (PS) coupled to a photomultiplier by a bundle of optical fibers. The output of the photomultiplier is digitized by an IF converter. This detector is sensitive mostly to soft X‐ray radiation, and its PS is moved by a mechanical system in a plane perpendicular to the radiation axis. The measured angular distributions for Mo and Sn targets contain an annulus which is attributed to transition radiation. The angular distributions for Al, carbon nanotube and diamond‐like carbon (DLC) targets show some suppression of the radiation along the magnetic field. This is the first evidence of observation of the angular distribution of synchrotron Cherenkov radiation, which represents Cherenkov radiation in a magnetic field. The throughput of a Schwarzschild objective using undulator synchrotron radiation was measured. Conventionally, the throughput was estimated from the squared reflectivity of one multilayer mirror and from the obstruction ratio. However, we evaluated the transmission ratio from the input and output photon flux using a precisely calibrated monochromatic beam from an undulator light source. It was found that the objective has a maximum throughput of 8.5% at a wavelength of 13.9 nm. 相似文献

随着高性能第三代同步辐射光源的建成开放,基于X射线相干特性的实验方法得到了快速发展和广泛应用.作为一个典型的例子,X射线相位衬度成像已经成为常规的X射线实验方法并向用户开放.相干散射、相干衍射成像、光子关联谱等X射线实验方法正日益受到重视,在高空间分辨、时间分辨等研究领域已显示出其独特的优越性.因此,研究和测量第三代同步辐射的空间相干特性对进一步发展这些新的实验方法具有重要意义.基于Talbot自成像原理成功测量了上海光源X射线成像线站发射的X射线的空间相干长度,并进而测得了相应光源的空间尺度.光子能量为33.2 keV时,测得的X射线光束垂直方向空间相干长度为8.84μm,对应的光源尺寸为23μm,测量结果与理论分析相符. 相似文献

利用群理论详细分析了磷酸二氢钾(KDP)晶体的拉曼振动模式,得出了其拉曼振动模的归类。并采用拉曼光谱仪测量了Z切退火KDP晶体X(ZZ)珡X,Z(XY)珚Z和Y(XY)X三种散射配置和未退火KDP晶体Z(XY)珚Z配置下的拉曼光谱。根据拉曼选择定则得出X(ZZ)珡X,Z(XY)珚Z和Y(XY)X散射配置下的拉曼峰分别对应A1,B2(LO),B2(TO)对称类振动模,但在Z(XY)珚Z配置下的拉曼光谱中除了B2模,还观察到了A1模,而在Y(XY)X配置下的拉曼光谱中只有B2模,且退火和未退火晶体Z(XY)珚Z配置下的拉曼光谱无明显差别,此结果表明KDP晶体的对称性降低,在背向散射时A1模也具有角度特性,但与晶体的内应力无关,这是由KDP晶体内部结构决定的。 相似文献
