Novel pyrido[2,3-d]pyrimidine derivatives were synthesized through a one-pot three-component approach using HAp-encapsulated-γ-Fe2O3[γ-Fe2O3@HAp-SO3H]catalyzed condensation of 6-arnino-2-(methylthio or ethylthio)pyrimidin-4(3H)-one,Meldrum's acid and aryl aldehydes at 60 ℃ and under solvent-free conditions.In this protocol the use of nanocatalyst provided a green,useful and rapid method to generate the products in short reaction times and excellent yields(88%-94%).  相似文献

Three new biphenyls, 4,7,8-trimethoxy-2,3-methylenedioxydibenzofuran(1), 7-hydroxy-4,8-dimethoxy-2,3-methylenedioxydibenzofuran(2), and 30,5-dimethoxy-3,4-methylenedioxybiphenyl(3), along with eighteen known compounds(4–21) were isolated from the aerial part of Ribes takare D. Don. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic data. Compound 1 and compound 2 showed mild a-glucosidase inhibitory activity.  相似文献

Asymmetrically substituted phthalocyanines with sulfur-containing substituents for fabrication of selfassembled monolayers were synthesized. Phthalocyanine 7, bearing a disulfide group, was synthesized from phthalocyanine with a hydroxyl group, which was prepared via mixed condensation of the corresponding substituted phthalonitriles. Phthalocyanine 10, bearing an acetyl protected thiol group, was synthesized through the Pd-catalyzed coupling reaction of an iodophthalocyanine. Their selfassembling behavior on gold substrates was further studied by UV–vis spectroscopy.  相似文献

In this paper, an efficient synthesis of cyclopentenyl ketones and cyclohexenyl ketones through tertiary phosphine catalyzed [3 + 2] and [4 + 2] annulations of 1,2-allenic ketones with activated alkenes has been developed. Compared with published synthetic methods on cyclopentenyl ketones and cyclohexenyl ketones, the protocols developed in this paper have the advantages such as readily available starting materials, mild reaction conditions and high efficiency.  相似文献

A novel and efficient Ni-catalyzed aryl- and alkyl-selenation of imidazo[1,2-α]pyridines employing selenium powder has been developed for the first time. The significant advantages of this protocol are that it is an inexpensive nickel catalyst and exhibits broad functional-group compatibility and good reaction yields.  相似文献

Sodium fluoride was found to be a simple, mild and efficient catalyst for the synthesis of 2,4-disubstituted 1,3-thiazoles and selenazoles utilizing phenacyl bromides/3-(2-bromoacetyl)-2H-chromen-2-one and thiourea/phenylthiourea/selenourea in aqueous methanol at ambient temperature. Analytically pure products are formed within 1–3 min in excellent yields.  相似文献

A new and versatile synthesis of imidazo[1,2-c]pyrimidines via a [4+1]-cycloaddition is described. The reported novel synthetic approach leads to pharmacologically interesting scaffolds containing three points of potential diversity, which previously were not accessible under conventional conditions. In addition, this novel synthetic procedure is amenable to the assembly of libraries with this interesting core structure.  相似文献

A simple and efficient eco-friendly method was developed for the synthesis of new benzo[4,5]imidazo[1,2-a]pyrimidine-3-carbonitrile derivatives in excellent yields. The synthesis was achieved through the reaction of 2-aminobenzimidazole, aldehydes and active nitriles (malononitrle or ethyl cyanoacetae) in the presence of silica sulfuric acid/ethylene glycol. This protocol offers very short reaction times (in some cases, reaction times were reduced to five minutes), high yields and low cost. This method thus provides an improvement over the existing methods.  相似文献

Ammonium chloride as a very inexpensive and readily available reagent efficiently catalyzes one-pot, three-component Groebke condensation reactions of aldehydes, isocyanides, and 2-aminopyridines or 2-aminopyrimidines in methanol to afford the corresponding imidazo[1,2-a]pyridines in high yields at room temperature. A series of novel 6‐[(1,3,4‐thiadiazol‐2‐yl)sulfanyl]‐7‐phenylpyrazolo[1,5‐a]pyrimidines, 5‐phenyl‐6‐[(1,3,4‐thiadiazol‐2‐yl)sulfanyl]imidazo[1,2‐a]pyrimidines, and 2‐phenyl‐3‐[(1,3,4‐thiadiazol‐2‐yl)sulfanyl]pyrimido[1,2‐a]benzimidazoles have been synthesized in four steps starting with 2‐hydroxyacetophenone. The intermediate 3‐[(1,3,4‐thiadiazol‐2‐yl)sulfanyl]‐4H‐1‐benzopyran‐4‐ones reacted with pyrazol‐3‐amines, 5‐methylpyrazol‐3‐amine, and 1H‐imidazol‐2‐amine, 1H‐benzimidazol‐2‐amine via a cyclocondensation to give the title compounds in the presence of MeONa as base, respectively. The approach affords the target compounds in acceptable‐to‐good yields. The new compounds were characterized by their IR, NMR, and HR mass spectra.  相似文献

The present review provides a study on the structural features, reactions, and synthetic methodologies of pyrido[1,2-c]pyrimidines. The maximum deviation from the mean plane of the pyridopyrimidine skeleton of 4-(pyridin-2-yl)-1H-pyrido[1,2-c]pyrimidine-1,3(2H)-dione indicated a reasonably planar system. The aim of this review is to give an overview of the diverse methodologies that have been reported on the chemistry of pyrido[1,2-c]pyrimidines. The different synthetic routes have been grouped according to the way the pyrido[1,2-c]pyrimidine moiety has been created. Thus, pyrido[1,2-c]pyrimidine compounds were obtained by the formation of one bond α to the bridgehead nitrogen atom [6+0(β)] and formation of two bonds from ([3+3], [4+2], and [5+1]) atom fragments. The mechanistic pathways of the reactions are discussed.  相似文献

We have described a convenient regioselective one-pot approach to pyrazolo[1,5-a]- and imidazo[1,2-a]pyrimidine derivatives from α,β-unsaturated imines generated in situ and amino heterocycles. Reaction is general with respect to all three components, namely (i) nitrile, (ii) aldehyde, and (iii) amino heterocycle reagents. Good yields (52-77%), convenient isolation of the targeted molecules are the distinct characteristics of the developed protocol.  相似文献

Synthesis of pyrimido[1,2-a]benzimidazole and pyrano[2,3-c]pyrazole derivatives were achieved using polyethylene glycol (PEG-400) as promoting reaction medium in water under catalyst-free conditions at reflux and room temperature, respectively. The structure of pyrimido[1,2-a]benzimidazole was confirmed using 1H NMR, 13C NMR, DEPT, and HMBC experiments. The promising points for the present methodology are efficiency, generality, high yield, short reaction time, cleaner reaction profile, ease of product isolation, simplicity, potential of recycling reaction medium, and finally agreement with green chemistry protocols.  相似文献

An efficient, one-pot, three-component domino strategy has been demonstrated for the synthesis of imidazo[1,2-a]pyridines using a catalytic amount of Fe(III) chloride in high yields in air. A library of imidazo[1,2-a]pyridines was synthesized by the reaction of easily available aldehydes and 2-aminopyridines in a mixture of nitroalkane and DMF (2:1). This transformation presumably occurs by a sequential aza-Henry reaction/cyclization/denitration. The use of readily available chemicals as starting materials, inexpensive metal catalyst, aerobic reaction conditions, tolerance of a wide range of functional groups, and operational simplicity are the notable advantages of this present protocol.  相似文献
