结合自组装技术, 采用电聚合方法在碳纳米管修饰金电极表面制备对氯洁霉素具有特异性识别位点的分子印迹溶胶-凝胶薄膜, 成功构建了一种新型印迹溶胶-凝胶电化学传感器. 通过循环伏安法(CV)、示差脉冲法(DPV)、安培计时法(I-t)和扫描电镜(SEM)表征了该印迹溶胶-凝胶膜的电化学性能和表面形貌. 结果表明, 该传感器具有良好的选择性和灵敏度, 氯洁霉素在多壁碳纳米管修饰的印迹溶胶-凝胶传感器上的响应明显提高. 该印迹溶胶-凝胶传感器对氯洁霉素的浓度响应线性范围为5.0×10-7~8.0×10-5 mol/L, 检出限为2.44×10-8 mol/L. 该传感器被成功地用于人体尿液中氯洁霉素的分析测定.  相似文献

本文在金纳米粒子修饰的玻碳电极表面,通过表面分子自组装和分子印迹电聚合的方法,成功制备了铜离子印迹电化学传感器,并利用该印迹传感器对自来水样中的铜离子进行了电化学检测。实验表明,制备的印迹传感器可以用于自来水样中铜离子的检测,并且具有较高的灵敏度和选择性。在5×10~(-10)~1×10~(-6)mol·L~(-1)浓度范围内峰电流与Cu~(2+)浓度的对数表现出了良好的线性关系,线性回归方程为I_p=-10.24Lg C-199.9(I_p:μA,C:mol·L~(-1)),相关系数为:0.9923,最低检测限为1.67×10~(-10)mol·L~(-1)(S/N=3)。  相似文献

利用分子印迹技术,以马来松香丙烯酸乙二醇酯为交联剂,使用自由基热聚合法在石墨烯修饰的玻碳电极表面合成毒死蜱( CPF)分子印迹聚合膜,制得了CPF分子印迹电化学传感器。采用循环伏安法、线性扫描伏安法和电化学交流阻抗法等,考察了此CPF分子印迹膜的电化学性能。在最佳检测条件下,传感器的峰电流与CPF浓度在2.0×10-7~1.0×10-5mol/L范围内呈线性关系,线性方程为Ip(μA)=-7.1834-0.2424C (μmol/L),相关系数r2=0.9959,检出限为6.7×10-8 mol/L(S/N=3)。构建了CPF分子印迹电化学传感器的动力学吸附模型,测得印迹传感器的印迹因子β=2.59,结合速率常数k=12.2324 s。传感器表现出良好的重现性和稳定性,并成功用于实际水样和蔬菜样品中CPF的测定,加标回收率为94.1%~101.4%。  相似文献

将石墨烯(GR)滴涂至裸Au电极表面,并以邻氨基酚为功能单体,芦丁为模板分子,制备了芦丁分子印迹膜电化学传感器,利用循环伏安法(CV)和差分脉冲伏安法(DPV)对制得的传感器进行了电化学性能研究,并且对制备条件和测定条件进行了优化。结果表明,与裸Au电极相比,该GR修饰的Au电极在[Fe(CN)_6]~(3-/4-)溶液中峰电流明显增大,显著提高了芦丁分子印迹传感器的灵敏度。在最优实验条件下,基于GR分子印迹电化学传感器在4.40×10~(-6)~2.80×10~(-4) mol/L范围内呈良好的线性关系,检测限为1.46×10~(-6) mol/L。用该传感器测定了黑茶中芦丁的含量,获得较好结果。  相似文献

结合大分子自组装和分子印迹技术制备了分子印迹聚合物胶束, 并通过电沉积将其固载到电极表面得到分子印迹电化学传感器. 首先以甲基丙烯酸二甲氨基乙酯(DMA)、丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEA)、丙烯酸二异辛酯(EHA)和苯乙烯(St)合成了共聚物poly(DMA-co-HEA-co-EHA-co-St), 在其侧链接枝上双键得到可光交联的双亲共聚物. 以水为沉淀剂诱发该双亲共聚物在含有对乙酰氨基苯酚的溶液中自组装, 得到印迹有对乙酰氨基苯酚的聚合物胶束, 利用动态激光光散射(DLS)和透射电镜(TEM)表征其尺寸和形貌. 最后通过电沉积技术诱导印迹胶束在金电极表面组装, 经紫外光辐照交联后, 洗脱模板分子形成分子印迹膜, 制备了对乙酰氨基苯酚分子印迹传感器, 通过循环伏安法、差分脉冲溶出伏安法研究此印迹传感器的性能. 实验结果表明, 该传感器对对乙酰氨基苯酚具有良好的选择性和灵敏度, 浓度响应线性范围为1×10-6 到4×10-3 mol/L, 检测限为3.3×10-7 mol/L.  相似文献

以纳米金(Au NPs)为增敏材料,双酚A(BPA)为模板分子,结合表面溶胶凝胶法和自组装法,制备了BPA纳米金-Ti O_2凝胶分子印迹电化学传感器。利用扫描电子显微镜和能谱对Au NPs进行了表征,利用红外光谱仪对Ti O_2凝胶、BPA以及BPA印迹Ti O_2凝胶进行表征。在最优条件下,该传感器对BPA在1.0×10~(-8)~1.0×10~(-5)mol/L浓度范围内具有良好的线性关系,线性相关系数为0.995,检测限为0.6×10~(-8)mol/L,并将该分子印迹传感器应用于实际样品中BPA的分析检测,其回收率为97.4%~103%。  相似文献

采用石墨烯作为电极增敏材料,制备三唑磷(TAP)分子印迹电化学传感器。采用自由基聚合法,在石墨烯修饰电极(GR/GCE)上合成分子印迹聚合物膜(MIP)。利用微分脉冲伏安法、电化学阻抗谱对不同修饰电极进行电化学表征,利用微分脉冲伏安法考察了MIP和非分子印迹聚合物膜(NIP)传感器的电化学性能。在最优实验条件下,TAP浓度在1.0×10~(-7)~2.0×10~(-5)mol·L~(-1)内和MIP膜传感器峰电流呈线性关系,检出限为4.3×10~(-8)mol·L~(-1)(S/N=3)。建立MIP膜传感器的动力学吸附模型,测得结合速率常数k为9.0580 s。  相似文献

采用电化学聚合物法制备了一种用于识别牛血红蛋白(BHb)的分子印迹电化学传感器。玻碳电极表面经电化学法沉积一层纳米金,接着自组装一层L-半胱氨酸,对修饰电极表面功能化,引入氨基和羧基,增加蛋白质印迹识别位点,以BHb为模板,采用电化学诱导的丙烯酰胺氧化还原聚合反应形成分子印迹聚合物层,模板蛋白分子经洗脱形成分子印迹电化学传感器。其产生的电化学信号的变化与BHb的质量浓度在1.0~1.0×103 mg·L~(-1)范围有直接的关系,检出限(3σ)达0.5mg·L~(-1)。这种新型传感器具有较高灵敏度,可用于目标蛋白的识别。  相似文献

以氧乐果为模板分子,邻苯二胺为功能单体,在碳纳米管修饰的玻碳电极表面通过电聚合方法制成氧乐果分子印迹聚合物膜,用无水乙醇洗脱后制备出对氧乐果有特异响应的电化学传感器。通过循环伏安法和电化学阻抗法对分子印迹传感器的电化学性能进行表征。以K_3Fe(CN)_6为探针,采用差分脉冲伏安法研究了该分子印迹传感器的分析性能,建立了氧乐果的间接测定方法。结果表明,K_3Fe(CN)_6的相对峰电流与氧乐果浓度在1.0×10~(-7)~2.0×10~(-6)mol/L范围内呈良好的线性关系,检出限为3.6×10~(-8)mol/L。  相似文献

利用原位聚合分子印迹技术,以3-氨基苯硼酸(3-ABBA)为功能单体,利巴韦林(RIB)为目标分子,以硼酸和顺式二醇在不同酸碱度条件下可逆形成环内酯键为原理,在玻碳电极表面原位聚合形成利巴韦林分子印迹膜,研制了测定利巴韦林的分子印迹电化学传感器。采用循环伏安法(CV)和差分脉冲法(DPV)对印迹膜性能进行研究。DPV测试表明:在最优实验条件下,利巴韦林的浓度在5.0×10~(-8)~1.0×10~(-5)mol/L范围内与峰电流呈良好的线性关系,相关系数(r~2)为0.995 3,检出限(S/N=3)为1.5×10~(-8)mol/L。特异性实验表明制备的传感器对利巴韦林的选择性良好。该分子印迹电化学传感器可用于食品中利巴韦林的检测。  相似文献

用溶胶-凝胶法以磷钼酸(MPA)的镍盐溶液水解钛酸四丁酯制备了NiPMo/TiO2催化剂.使用ICP、 XRD、 TG-DTA、 IR、 TPD-MS和微反应技术研究了催化剂的化学组成、热稳定性、化学吸附性质和催化反应性能.杂多钼酸盐与TiO2通过O2-在TiO2表面发生了键合.在623 K下,杂多阴离子仍保持原有的Keggin结构.CO2在Lewis酸位Ni(Ⅱ)和Lewis碱位Ni-O-Mo的桥氧协同作用下生成CO2卧式吸附态Ni(Ⅱ)←O-(CO)←(O--Ni).丙烯有多种吸附态在催化剂上吸附.在563 K、 1 MPa和空速1500 h-1的反应条件下,丙烯的摩尔转化率为3.2%,产物MAA选择性为95%.  相似文献

A new and simple synthesis of novel N-protected methyl 5-substituted-4-hydroxypyrrole-3-carboxylates, which exist in equilibrium with their 4-oxo tautomers, has been developed in two steps starting from N-protected α-amino acids. The key intermediates are enaminones, which can also be isolated, characterized, and used for the construction of other functionalized heterocycles, before they spontaneously decompose to pyrrole products. 4-Hydroxypyrroles are prone to partial aerial oxidation but can be efficiently alkylated or reduced to stable polysubstituted pyrrolidine derivatives.  相似文献

The chemoselectivity in the intramolecular CH insertion of various diazosulfonamides has been experimentally studied. The results reveal that the aliphatic 1,4-, 1,5-, or 1,6-C(sp3)?H insertions of diazosulfonamides are not accessible, while the aromatic 1,5-C(sp2)?H insertion can be realized specifically by adjusting the diazo-adjacent group. In addition, the general chemoselectivities in the intramolecular CH insertions of diazosulfonyl compounds are summarized. Generally, diazosulfones undergo both aromatic 1,5-C(sp2)?H and aliphatic 1,5- and 1,6-C(sp3)?H insertions, while diazosulfonates undergo aliphatic 1,5- and 1,6-C(sp3)?H insertions. However, diazosulfonamides only undergo aromatic 1,5-C(sp2)?H insertion.  相似文献

A general synthesis of previously unknown semicarbazone-based α-amidoalkylating reagents, 4-(tosylmethyl)semicarbazones, has been developed. The synthesis involved three-component condensation of semicarbazones of aliphatic or aromatic aldehydes with the same or other aldehydes and p-toluenesulfinic acid. The scope and limitations of this reaction were investigated. The compounds obtained were demonstrated to be an efficient α-(4-semicarbazono)alkylating agents. They were reacted with H- (sodium borohydride), O- (sodium methylate), S- (sodium phenylthiolate), N- (pyrrolidine, sodium succinimide), P- (trialkyl phosphites), and C-nucleophiles (sodium diethyl malonate) to give the corresponding products of the tosyl group substitution, 4-substituted semicarbazones, including analogues of nitrofurazone. Among the prepared compounds tested in vitro for antibacterial and antifungal activity, three nitrofuryl-containing semicarbazones exhibited high biological activities with minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) values of 8–32 μg/mL.  相似文献

A small library of new chiral bidentate hydroxyalkyl-imidazolium salts 1 is conveniently synthesized on multi-gram scale from inexpensive and commercially available chiral pool amino acids. The corresponding carbenes, generated by deprotonation of imidazolium salts 1, in combination with palladium(II) chloride were tested in the Mizoroki–Heck coupling reaction. The most significant results in terms of yields and reactivities were achieved with low catalyst loading. The catalytic activities of these imidazolium salts were also investigated in the asymmetric addition of diethylzinc to benzaldehyde. The use of MgO nanoparticles as an additive in conjunction with these ligands played a crucial role in increasing the efficiency of these reactions.  相似文献

This paper also focuses on the stability of these keto intermediates and emphasizes the major differences between indolizinones and pyrroloquinazolinones series. An efficient iodine-mediated oxidative Pictet-Spengler reaction in dimethyl sulphoxide (DMSO) using terminal alkynes as the 2-oxoaldehyde surrogate for the synthesis of aryl (9H-pyrido[3,4-b]indol-1-yl)methanones is described. The scope of the protocol includes the total synthesis of Fascaplysin, Eudistomins Y1 and Y2. The methodology is extended for preparing pyrrolo[1,2-a]-quinoxaline and indolo[1,5-a]quinoxaline derivatives. The utility of 1-aroyl-β-carbolines was demonstrated by performing palladium-catalyzed β-carboline directed ortho-C(sp2)-H functionalization of the phenyl ring with thiomethyl (SMe) group using DMSO as source and for accessing 4-aryl-canthin-6-ones.  相似文献

In this Letter, we described a facile method for constructing fused bicyclic 1-arylpyrazol-5-one ring system. We employed various methylene-containing carboxylic acids as the substrates and proved that the pyrazolone ring closure requires activated methylene group in intermediate II. Accordingly, a series of structurally diversified, fused bicyclic 1-arylpyrazol-5-ones was prepared in moderate to high yields using the requisite substrates.  相似文献
