利用有限元模拟方法研究了内凹负泊松比蜂窝结构的面内双轴冲击响应。用节点扰动方法建立了具有不同规则度的内凹负泊松比蜂窝结构,并将其在不同冲击速度下的变形模态、应力-应变曲线和能量耗散能力与规则蜂窝进行了对比分析。结果表明,冲击速度是内凹蜂窝结构变形模态最主要的影响因素。此外,在双轴冲击下,由于不规则度的引入,延长了应力-应变曲线的平台阶段,抑制了结构的各向异性程度,从而使结构的变形特征从局部密实转向整体密实。在能量吸收能力方面,结构的不规则性导致了密实化阶段的滞后,因此在相同的压缩程度下,其塑性耗散能低于规则模型。 相似文献

We report the observation of in-plane anisotropic magnetoresistance and planar Hall effect in non-magnetic HfTe5 thin layers.The observed anisotropic magnetoresistance as well as its sign is strongly dependent on the critical resistivity anomaly temperature Tp.Below Tp,the anisotropic magnetoresistance is negative with large negative magnetoresistance.When the in-plane magnetic field is perpendicular to the current,the negative longitudinal magnetoresistance reaches its maximum.The negative longitudinal magnetoresistance effect in HfTe5 thin layers is dramatically different from that induced by the chiral anomaly as observed in Weyl and Dirac semimetals.One potential underlying origin may be attributed to the reduced spin scattering,which arises from the in-plane magnetic field driven coupling between the top and bottom surface states.Our findings provide valuable insights for the anisotropic magnetoresistance effect in topological electronic systems and the device potential of HfTe5 in spintronics and quantum sensing. 相似文献

Two kinds of corner effects existing in double-gate (DG) and
gate-all-around (GAA) MOSFETs have been investigated by
three-dimensional (3D) and two-dimensional (2D) simulations. It is
found that the corner effect caused by conterminous gates, which is
usually deemed to deteriorate the transistor performance, does not
always play a negative role in GAA transistors. It can suppress the
leakage current of transistors with low channel doping, though it
will enhance the leakage current at high channel doping. The study of
another kind of corner effect, which exists in the corner at the
bottom of the silicon pillar of DG/GAA vertical MOSFETs, indicates
that the D-top structure with drain on the top of the device pillar
of vertical transistor shows great advantage due to lower leakage
current and better DIBL (drain induced barrier lowering) effect
immunity than the S-top structure with source on the top of the
device pillar. Therefore the D-top structure is more suitable when
the requirement in leakage current and short channel character is

The critical behavior at a corner in two-dimensional Ising and three-state Potts models is studied numerically on the square lattice using transfer operator techniques. The local critical exponents for the magnetization and the energy density for various opening angles are deduced from finite-size scaling results at the critical point for isotropic or anisotropic couplings. The scaling dimensions compare quite well with the values expected from conformal invariance, provided the opening angle is replaced by an effective one in anisotropic systems. 相似文献

We consider an impacting mechanical system in which a particle at position u(t) impacts with a periodically moving obstacle at position z(t), the motion of which is non-smooth. In particular we look at corner events when u impacts with z very close to a point where z loses smoothness. We show that this leads, through a corner bifurcation, to complex dynamics in u which can include periodic orbits of arbitrary period and period-adding cascades. By analysing associated maps close to the corner event, we show that this dynamics can be understood in terms of the iterations of a two-dimensional, piecewise linear, discontinuous map. We also show some links between this analysis and the difficult problem of understanding the motion of three objects which may have simultaneous impacts. 相似文献

针对边界跟踪算法中在角点附近丢失边界信息的问题,对待检测边界中角点的判别和检测方法进行了研究。分析了边界搜索中所扩展的邻域的半径和角点位置的关系,提出了角点存在判据,给出了角点存在区间。提出了寻区间法角点检测算法,用5个已知边界点之间的关系,判断出角点存在的邻域,通过选取合适的邻域半径,使角点存在区间向角点收敛。对测试图像和人侧面轮廓图像的边界利用所提出的算法进行跟踪,测试图像的边界点从19个增长为37个,人侧面轮廓图像边界点从13个增长为21个,新算法准确地检测到轮廓角点和后续种子点,使边界跟踪能够反映所有的边界信息。 相似文献

The irreversible growth of magnetic films is studied in three-dimensional
confined geometries of size L×L×M, where M≫L is the
growing direction. Competing surface magnetic fields, applied
to opposite corners of the growing system,
lead to the observation of a localization-delocalization
(weakly rounded) transition of the interface between domains of
up and down spins on the planes transverse to the growing direction.
This effective transition is the precursor of a true
far-from-equilibrium corner wetting transition that takes place in the
thermodynamic limit. The phenomenon is characterized
quantitatively by drawing a magnetic field-temperature phase diagram,
firstly for a confined sample of finite size, and then by extrapolating
results, obtained with samples of different size, to
the thermodynamic limit. The results of this work are a nonequilibrium
realization of analogous phenomena recently investigated in
equilibrium systems, such as corner wetting transitions in the Ising model. 相似文献

为了探究角锥棱镜谐振腔激光模式,以角锥-平面镜腔为例,将角锥棱镜等效为衍射光栅,考虑角锥镜棱宽在谐振腔中的衍射效应以及二面角误差引起的附加相位分布对谐振腔激光模式的影响,在光学谐振腔理论的基础上,建立了求解本征模式的理论分析模型.采用快速傅里叶法数值模拟不同腔长、角锥镜棱宽和二面角误差情况下该无源谐振腔激光输出模式分布情况.结果表明,在腔长30 cm、角锥镜棱宽小于75μm、二面角误差在-10′~5′之间时,可实现光斑完整的圆形分布输出模式,且有较好的光束质量;棱宽不小于0.4 mm,二面角误差在-40′~10′之间时,光斑为TEM 03阶横模,光场呈六瓣分布;当角锥镜棱宽为0.4 mm、二面角误差为3′,腔长从30~90 cm范围内增加时,该谐振腔输出的激光模式从TEM 03转换成TEM 10. 相似文献

鉴于实际应用的需要,考虑角锥反射器的二面角加工误差,采用矩阵光学和矢量运算方法,建立了一套适合于数值模拟的角锥反射器的后向反射数学模型,给出了角锥后向反射器光束变换及衍射传输的公式和数值模拟计算方法。分别针对理想角锥后向反射器和有二面角加工误差的角锥反射器,研究了反射光束的传输特性,分桥了入射角和传输距离对近场和远场能量分布的影响。根据卫星搭载角锥反射器的特殊要求,讨论了速差补偿方法和设计等问题,并针对卫星姿态控制的两种情况,分别提出了速差补偿的设计方案。 相似文献
