α-Methylene-α-tetralone dimers (8-10) are shown to undergo a diastereoselective Prins reaction with paraformaldehyde in the presence of N-methylanilinium trifluoroacetate resulting in 2, 4, and 5. The structure of the new scaffold 2 was confirmed by X-ray crystallographic analysis.  相似文献

Three new polyhydroxy pregnanes named dregealol (1), volubilogenone (2) and volubilol (3) were isolated from the flowers of Dregea volubilis, and their structures elucidated from extensive 2D NMR analysis. The structure of volubilol (3) was confirmed by X-ray crystallographic studies. The known pregnane derivatives drevogenin D, iso-drevogenin P and 17α-marsdenin were also isolated.  相似文献

The first A-nor-hippuristanol, A-nor-22-epi-hippurin-2α-carboxylic acid (1), and two 4,5-secosuberosane sesquiterpenoids, isishippuric acids A and B (2 and 3), have been isolated from the gorgonian coral Isis hippuris. Those structures were deduced by extensive 1D and 2D NMR studies. The structure of 1 was further supported by a single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. Isishippuric acid B has been shown to exhibit potent cytotoxicity toward a limited panel of cancer cells.  相似文献

From the polar extracts of the leaves of Quercus ilex L., two new proanthocyanidin glycosides, namely afzelechin-(4α→8)-catechin-3-O-β-glucopyranoside (1) and afzelechin-(4α→8)-catechin-3-O-α-rhamnopyranoside (2), were isolated in addition to catechin (3), proanthocyanidin B3 (4), prodelphinidin C (5), dehydrodicatechin A (6), quercetin (7) and six known flavonol glucosides with their acylated derivatives (8-13) and ellagic acid (14). The structures of all isolated compounds were established by spectroscopic means, mainly 1D and 2D NMR, as well as LC/MS and HR-MS spectrometric analyses. The absolute configuration of compound 1 was determined by CD measurements. The proanthocyanidin glycosides are especially interesting, as they possess the sugar in the upper unit of the dimer, which is rare for this type of compounds.  相似文献

Four novel eremophilane-type sesquiterpene lactones, 6β,10α-dihydroxy-1-oxoeremophila-7(11),8(9)-dien-12,8-olide (1), 6β-acetyl-2-oxoeremophila-1(10),7(11), 8(9)-trien-12,8-olide (2), 6β,8β-diacetyl-2-oxoeremophila-1(10),7(11)-dien-12,8-olide (3), dimeric eremophilane ligulolide B (5), and known sesquiterpenoid, 6β,8α-diacetyleremophila-1(10),7(11)-dien-12,8-olide (4), were isolated from an extract of the whole plant of Ligularia virgaurea spp. oligocephala. The structure of 1 was confirmed by NMR spectra and single crystal X-ray crystallography investigation, as well as 2, 3, and 5 were elucidated by spectroscopic methods including 1D and 2D NMR spectra. A discussion of biogenesis of 5 was described. Cytotoxicities of compound 1 were measured in vitro against selected cancer cells human promyelocytic leukemia (HL-60), human ovarian (HO-8910) and human lung epithehial (A-549).  相似文献

Epoxidations of trans-β-methylstyrene, trans-stilbene and trans-methyl p-methoxycinnamate using chiral dioxiranes derived from both enantiopure diastereomers of α-fluoro cyclohexanones, (2S, 5R)-3a-6a and (2R, 5R)-3e-6e are studied and compared. From ab initio calculations at the HF/6-31G level of conformational inter-conversion for (2S, 5R)-D5a and (2R, 5R)-D5e dioxiranes it was found that, due to the α-fluorine atom, conformer K1 is more stable in the case of (2S, 5R)-D5a while conformer K2 is more stable in the case of (2R, 5R)-D5e. However, in both cases, the more stable conformers, K1 and K2, undergo rapid inter-conversion. Therefore, based on slow epoxidation reactions and rapid ring inversion of six-membered ring dioxiranes the Curtin-Hammett principle holds. Conformation K2 with axial fluorine having been found to be more reactive, the inversion of configuration observed for the epoxides obtained with ketones 3e-6e (compared with ketones 3a-6a) could be rationalized from competitive reactions of K2 and K1 conformations leading to simultaneous production of both (−) and (+) epoxides in the case of ketones 3e-6e.  相似文献

Fragments of the {2)-[α-d-Glcp-(1→3)]-α-l-Rhap-(1→2)-α-l-Rhap-(1→3)-[Ac→2]-α-l-Rhap-(1→3)-β-d-GlcpNAc-(1→}n ((E)ABAcCD)n polymer were synthesized. D(E)A, CD(E)A, AcCD(E)A were obtained according to a linear strategy, whereas BCD(E)A and BAcCD(E)A were derived from the condensation of appropriate BC and D(E)A building blocks. Oligosaccharides were synthesized as their propyl glycoside, relying on (i) the efficient trichloroacetimidate chemistry, (ii) a common EA allyl glycoside, and (iii) a 2-trichloroacetamido-d-glucopyranose precursor to residue D. Final Pd/C-mediated deprotection, run under a high pressure of hydrogen, ensured O-acetyl stability. All targets are parts of the O-antigen of Shigella flexneri 3a, a prevalent serotype. Non-O-acetylated oligosaccharides are shared by the S. flexneri serotype X O-antigen.  相似文献

Palladium-catalyzed hydrostannylation of acetylenic sulfones 1 in benzene at room temperature gives stereoselectively (E)-α-stannylvinyl sulfones 2 in good yields. (E)-α-Stannylvinyl sulfones 2 are new difunctional group reagents which undergo Stille coupling reactions with alkenyl iodides 3 to afford stereoselectively 1,3-dienyl sulfones 4 in high yields.  相似文献

Eight new organotin (IV) carboxylates, (R3Sn)4(nap)4 (R = Me 1, n-Bu 2), [(R3Sn) (nap)]n (R = Ph 3, PhCH24), (R2Sn) (nap)2 (R = n-Bu 5, Ph 6, PhCH27) and {[R2Sn(nap)]2O}2 (R = Me 8) (nap = (S)-(+)-6-methoxy-α-methyl-2-naphthaleneaceto anion) have been synthesized. All of the complexes have been characterized by elemental analysis, FT-IR, NMR (1H, 13C and 119Sn) spectra. Among these complexes, complexes 1, 3, 5 and 8 were also characterized by X-ray crystallography diffraction analysis, and the data of X-ray crystallography diffraction indicated that complexes 1, 3 and 5 are new chiral organotin (IV) carboxylates complexes. The structural analyses show that complex 1 has a tetranuclear Sn4O8 macrocycle structure, complex 3 has a 1D spring-like chiral helical chain with a columnar channel, complex 5 possesses a dimer structure, and complex 8 has a supramolecular chainlike ladder structure through weak intermolecular non-covalent OO interactions.  相似文献

Treatment of N-vinyl-α,β-unsaturated amides 1a-h with Bu3SnH and a catalytic amount of AIBN in boiling benzene caused 5-exo cyclization of allylic O-stannyl ketyl radicals generated by addition of Bu3Sn· on the amide-oxygen atoms to provide γ-lactams 2a-h after acidic workup. When enamide 1d was treated with Bu3SnH in the presence of AIBN followed by aldehydes 3a-d, sequential radical cyclization and aldol reactions occurred to afford anti-adducts 4a-d and syn-adducts 5a,b.  相似文献

Two new pyridoacridine alkaloids, 13-didemethylaminocycloshermilamine D (1) and demethyldeoxyamphimedine (2), were isolated from the purple chromotype of the Western Mediterranean ascidian Cystodytes dellechiajei. This morph also contained the known shermilamine B (3), kuanoniamine D (4), N-deacetylshermilamine B (5), N-deacetylkuanoniamine D (6), styelsamines C (7), and D (8). The structures of new compounds were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic data. A hypothetic biosynthetic pathway from the tetracyclic styelsamine D (8) was proposed for both compounds 1 and 2 and their antimicrobial potential was evaluated.  相似文献

Taxuyunnanine C (1) and its analogs (2 and 3), the C-14 oxygenated 4(20), 11-taxadienes from callus cultures of Taxus sp., were regio- and stereo-selectively hydroxylated at the 7β position by a fungus, Abisidia coerulea IFO 4011, and it was interesting that the longer the alkyl chain of the acyloxyl group at C-14 became, the higher the yield of 7β-hydroxylated product was. Besides the three 7β-hydroxylated products (5, 9, 17), other nine new products (7, 11, 12, 14, 15, 16, 18, 20 and 21) and six known products (4, 6, 8, 10, 13 and 19) were obtained. Subsequently, the acetylated derivatives (24 and 27) of 7β-and 9α-hydroxylated products of 1 were regio- and stereo-specifically hydroxylated at the 9α position by Ginkgo cells and 7β position by A. coerulea, respectively. Thus, the two specific oxidations have been combined. These bioconversions would provide not only valuable intermediates for the semi-synthesis of paclitaxel or other bioactive taxoids from 1 and its analogs, but also some useful hints for the biosynthetic pathway of taxoid in the natural Taxus plant.  相似文献

Three C-14 oxygenated taxanes, 2α,5α,10β,14β-tetraacetoxytaxa-4(20),11-diene (1), 2α,5α,10β-triacetoxy-14β-(2-methylbutyryloxy)taxa-4(20),11-diene (2), and yunanaxane (3), major products of callus cultures of Taxus spp., were regio- and stereoselectively hydroxylated at the 7β position by a fungus, Absidia coerulea IFO 4011. Intriguingly, when 1 was co-administered with β-cyclodextrin and incubated with the fungus cell cultures, three other compounds 5α,9α,10β,13α-tetraacetoxytaxa-4(20),11-dien-14β-ol (7), 5α,9α,10β,13α-tetraacetoxytaxa-4(20),11-dien-1β-ol (8) and 5α,9α,10β,13α-tetraacetoxy-11(15→1) abeotaxa-4(20),11-dien-15-ol (9) were obtained.  相似文献

Biotransformation of triptolide 1 by Cunninghamella blakesleana (AS 3.970) was carried out. Seven biotransformation products were obtained and four of them were characterized as new compounds. On the basis of their NMR and mass spectral data, their structures were characterized as 5α-hydroxytriptolide 2, 1β-hydroxytriptolide 3, triptodiolide 4, 16-hydroxytriptolide 5, triptolidenol 6, 19α-hydroxytriptolide 7 and 19β-hydroxytriptolide 8. All the new transformed products (2, 3, 7 and 8) were found to exhibit potent in vitro cytotoxicity against some human tumor cell lines.  相似文献

We prepared a novel fluorous deoxy-fluorination reagent N,N-diethyl-α,α-difluoro-[3,5-bis(1H,1H,2H,2H-perfluorodecyl)benzyl]amine (1b) from 3,5-diiodobenzoic acid (3b) via N,N-diethyl-3,5-bis(1H,1H,2H,2H-perfluorodecyl)benzamide (2b) in four steps and used it for the fluorination of alcohols and diols. After the fluorination reactions, the isolation of the products and recovery of 2b was performed by extraction with a fluorous/organic solvent system.  相似文献

Two new eudesmane-type sesquiterpenes, 9α-hydroxycurcolonol (1) and 3α-hydroxy-4-deoxy-5-dehydrocurcolonol (2), along with nine known sesquiterpenes (311), were isolated from the roots of Chloranthus angustifolius. The antimicrobial activities of compounds 111 were evaluated against five bacteria and six fungal strains. Compounds 611 showed potent activities against Candida albicans with MIC values ranging from 4 to 8 μg/mL. The structures of the two new compounds 1 and 2 were established by a detailed analysis of their NMR and mass spectroscopic data.  相似文献

Eight new compounds including 9′-[2-amino-3-(4″-O-methyl-α-rhamnopyranosyloxy) phenyl]nonanoic acid (1), 9′-[2-amino-3-(4″-O-methyl-α-ribopyranosyloxy)phenyl] nonanoic acid (2), 11′-[2-amino-3-(4″-O-methyl-α-rhamnopyranosyloxy)phenyl]undecanoic acid (3), 11′-[2-amino-3-(4″-O-methyl-α-ribopyranosyloxy)phenyl]undecanoic acid (4), 8-(4′-O-methyl-α-rhamnopyranosyloxy)-3,4-dihydroquinolin-2(1H)-one (5), 8-(4′-O-methyl-α-ribopyranosyloxy)-3,4-dihydroquinolin-2(1H)-one (6), 8-(4′-O-methyl-α-rhamnopyranosyloxy)-2-methyquinoline (7), and 8-(4′-O-methyl-α-ribopyranosyloxy)-2-methylquinoline (8) were isolated from Actinomadura sp. BCC27169. The chemical structures of these compounds were determined based on NMR and high-resolution mass spectroscopy. The absolute configurations of these monosaccharides were revealed by the hydrolysis of compounds 7 and 8. Compounds 3 and 8 exhibited antitubercular activity at MIC 50 μg/mL. Only compound 3 showed cytotoxicity against KB cell at IC50 18.63 μg/mL, while other isolated compounds were inactive at tested maximum concentration (50 μg/mL).  相似文献

2-Cyclopenten-1-one-5-carboxylic ester derivatives 14 are synthesized in a four-step-reaction sequence starting from alkynyl aldehydes 9 via 4Z-β-vinyl-α-diazo β-ketoesters intermediate 8. The synthetic method for 8 is described. When the δ substituent is an alkyl group, Rh(II)-mediated decomposition of the diazo compounds 8 led to an intramolecular C-H insertion to afford 2-cyclopenten-1-one-5-carboxylic ester derivatives 14 in high yields. When the δ substituent is an aryl group, 2-hydroxynaphthoate 15 is obtained exclusively. In both cases, no Wolff rearrangement product was observed.  相似文献

Sonogashira coupling of (E)-α-iodovinylstannanes 1 with (trimethylsilyl)acetylene gave (Z)-1-(trimethylsilyl)-3-(tributylstannyl)alk-3-en-1-ynes 2, which underwent a desilylation reaction to afford (Z)-3-(tributylstannyl)alk-3-en-1-ynes 3 in high yields. (1E,3Z)-1-Halo-3-(tributylstannyl)-substituted 1,3-dienes 5 could be synthesized stereoselectively via hydrozirconation of (Z)-3-(tributylstannyl)alk-3-en-1-ynes 3, followed by trapping with iodine or NBS.  相似文献
