The crystal structure of apophyllite (Andersberg — GDR), with a = 8.966(2), c = = 15.767(1) Å, P4/mnc, z = 2, Q = 2.35 gm · cm−3, has been refined (R = 0.035) by least squares with 976 reflections collected with a diffractometer. Apophyllite is a sheet structure with the bringing Si O bond lengths 1.6236 Å, while the non-bridging bond length Si O(3) is 1.5843 Å. The two independent Si O Si angles are 140.09, 140.76 degrees. The mean Si O bond length is 1.6138 Å. As it was not possible to locate unequivocally the H-atoms with the X-ray data, the interpretation of the of water in the structure was based on the charge balance approach of DONNAY and ALLMAN . Assuming that the fluorine ion is bonded to calcium ion (Ca-F = = 2.416 Å) and to H3 atom (F-H3 = 0.9145(1) Å) and water molecule hydrogen bonded to silicate framework. The average bond distances O-H are 0.962(2) Å and angle 105.24(1)°.  相似文献

The structure was solved by direct methods. The parameters were refined by full matrix least squares technique to a final R = 0.088 for 834 reflections with ∥F0∥ > 4σ(F0). The dihedral angle between the least-squares plane through the pyrrolidine ring and that through the acetamide group is 90.4°. Herein four inclusion compounds of 2,2′-dithiosalicylic acid and tetraalkylammonium, 2(CH3)4N+·C14H8O4S22?·H2O (1), (C2H5)4N+·C14H9O4S2?·0.25H2O(2), (n-C3H7)4N+·C14H9O4S2? (3) and (n-C4H9)4N+·C14H9O4S2?(4) are prepared and characterized by X-ray single crystal diffraction. As shown in the results, compounds 1 and 3 belong to orthorhombic crystal system with different space groups of P212121 and Pca21, and 2 and 4 are monoclinic system with similar groups of P21/n and P21/c. The crystallography data are displayed below: 1: a = 10.5903(7) Å, b = 10.6651(7) Å, c = 21.9476(13) Å, V = 2478.9(3) Å3, Z = 4, R1 = 0.0359; 2: a = 8.13340(1) Å, b = 22.0741(3)Å, c = 13.2143(2)Å, β = 101.6360(1) °, V = 2323.70(6) Å3, Z = 1, R1 = 0.0385; 3: a = 15.7857(2) Å, b = 8.24830(1) Å, c = 20.2599(2) Å, V = 2637.94(5) Å3, Z = 4, R1 = 0.0308degree4: a = 11.7476(2) Å, b = 17.1346(1) Å, c = 16.3583(3)Å, β = 109.4560(1) °, V = 3104.74(9)Å3, Z = 4, R1 = 0.0562. Interestingly, although the carbon chains of the guest templates vary from methyl group to butyl group, the host molecules of 2,2′-dithiosalicylic acid all construct the similar 2D hydrogen-bonded host layers with or without the existence of water molecules to contain the guest templates to yield analogous sandwich-like inclusion compounds. Obviously, although the guest templates will have certain effects on the ultimate formation of these crystal structures, the host molecule of 2,2′-dithiosalicylic acid is a controlling factor to form these four inclusion compounds.  相似文献

The crystal structure of the title compound (PIP) has been determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction methods. C19H12N4. C2H5OH crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P21/n with a = 11.4414(8), b = 12.6052(9), c = 12.4627(8) Å, β = 100.345(2)°, Z = 4, V = 1768.17 Å3, Dcal = 1.286 Mg. m−3, μ (MoKα) = 0.80 cm-1, F(000) = 720. The structure was solved by the direct methods and refined by full-matrix least-squares method to a final R = 0.0337 and Rw = 0.0332 for 2306 reflections with F0 > 4σ(F0). The phenl ring and the imidazo[f]1,10-phenanthroline moiety are coplanar in the crystal. The packing of the molecules involves hydrogen bonded association of the hydroxyl group of ethanol both with the N H of the imidazole moiety of one PIP and one nitrogen atom of the phenanthroline moiety of another PIP.  相似文献

The crystal structure of 2‐cyano‐3‐(2‐thienyl)prop‐2‐enethioamide (C8H6N2S2), a propanethioamide derivative was solved from high resolution laboratory X‐ray powder diffraction data collected at ambient conditions. Structure determination was performed by means of the global optimization method of simulated annealing at a resolution of 1.5 Å. Rietveld refinement yielded an RWP value of 4.02% (P21/a, a = 15.8174(2) Å, b = 5.6502(1) Å, c = 11.0952(1) Å, β = 116.9923(7)°, V = 883.6(5) Å3, Z = 4). The synthesis method, crystal structure determination, phase transitions studied by thermal analysis and IR spectrometric investigation of 2C6H9N2+.SO42– are reported. The compound crystallizes in the monoclinic space group C2/c (no. 15) with a = 10.5068(4) Å, b = 10.2225(5) Å, c = 14.0422(7) Å, and β = 104.489(3)°. The atomic arrangement can be described by layers built by all the components of the structure and centered by planes z = 1/4 and 3/4. The organic molecules form channels parallel to the c direction with dimensions of 4.163(1)Å and 5.148(4)Å. Thermal analysis shows that the anhydrous compound presents an irreversible weak phase transition. The IR study, based on theoretical analyses and on the literature data allows the interpretation of the IR spectrum. (© 2006 WILEY‐VCH Verlag GmbH & Co. KGaA, Weinheim)  相似文献

The crystal and molecular structure of the title compound with the formula C5H11—C6H4—COO—C6H4—CN (CPPB) has been determined by X-ray diffraction methods. CPPB crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P21/n with eight molecules in a unit cell of dimensions a = 15.268(2) Å, b = 9.165(1) Å, c = 24.031(3) Å, β = 94.67(1)°. The structure has been solved by direct methods and refined to an R value of 0.070.

The CPPB molecules adopt a stretched form and are packed in an approximate parallel imbricated mode, the molecular long axes making an angle of about 5° with the crystal c axis. The molecular geometry and packing are discussed in relation to the mesomorphic behavior of CPPB.  相似文献

Mr = 286.59, monoclinic superposition structure C 121, Z = 4, a = 15.248(3), b = = 6.942 (3), c = 9.074(1) Å, β = 120.1(1)°, V = 827(1) Å3, Dm = 1.13(1) Mg m−3, Dx = = 1.15 Mg m−3, λ(MoKα) = 0.71069 Å, μ = 0.243 mm−1, F (000) = 312, T = 296 K, final R = 0.061 for 802 reflections. All hydrogen atoms were located. The structure consists of chloride anions, bis-dimethyl heptamethine cyanine cations and water molecules. The structure of bis-dimethyl heptamethine cyanine chloride is disordered, e.g. there exist partial coincidence operations, leading to more than one stacking mode of the bis-dimethyl heptamethin cyanine chains. The crystal structure consists of rows of molecule along the a-axis. The C C bonds show the bond length compensation, typical of polymethines, towards a partial double bond (mean value 1.38 Å) between formally sp2-hybridized C atoms. The C N bond lengths to the methyl carbon atoms (mean value 1.49 Å) correspond to normal C N single bonds. The valence angles at the C atoms of the heptamethine chain clearly alternate and deviate systematically from 120°. This is also observed in other structures of a similar type. The structure determined by X-ray analysis confirms the chemical results.  相似文献
