Two new complexes (Cp)2Ti(Sal)2 and(Cp)2Ti(Clo)2(Cp=Cyclopentadienyl η5-C5H5), have been synthesized in anhydrous THF by the reaction of Hsal(o-hydroxybenzoic acid, salicylate acid) or Hclo[N-(m-chloro-phe-nyl) anthranili acid, acidum clofenamicum] with (Cp)2TiCl2 and characterized by means of elemental analyses, IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, UV and molar conductivity. In complex (Cp)2Ti(Sal)2 or (Cp)2Ti(Clo)2, the oxygen atom of the carboxyl group coordinates to Ti(IV) in a monodentate manner. The inhibitory action of the complexes on mouse ear tumefaction caused by croton oil and rat foot granulation growth caused by cotton balls is higher than that of the corresponding ligands Hsal, Hclo and [(Cp)2TiCl2], whereas their toxicity is lower than those of the free ligands.  相似文献

The measured Raman and IR spectra of solid, polycrystalline bis(pentamethylcyclopentadienyl)dizinc, (eta(5)-C5Me5)2Zn2, 1, and bis(pentamethylcyclopentadienyl)monozinc, (eta(5)-C5Me5)(eta(1)-C5Me5)Zn, 8, are reported in some detail. The IR spectra of the vapors of 1 and 8 each trapped in a solid Ar matrix at 12 K confirm the essentially molecular character of the solids. The experimental results have been interpreted with particular reference (i) to the corresponding spectra of (68)Zn-enriched samples of the compounds, and (ii) to the spectra simulated by density functional theory (DFT) calculations at the B3LYP level. The marked differences of structure of 1 and 8 contrast with the relatively close similarity of their vibrational spectra, disparities being revealed only on detailed scrutiny, including the effects of (68)Zn enrichment, and primarily at wavenumbers below 1000 cm(-1). The Zn-Zn stretching motion of 1 features not as a single, well-defined mode identifiable with intense Raman scattering but in several normal modes which respond in varying degrees to (68)Zn substitution. A stretching force constant of 1.42 mdyne A(-1) has been estimated for the Zn-Zn bond of 1.  相似文献

Reaction between gadolinium(III) and 2-(5-bromo-2-pyridylazo)-5-diethylaminophenol (5- Br-PADAP) was studied for delineating optimal conditions for complexation. This reagent can be used for the spectrophotometric determination of Gd(III) in concentrations ranging from 0.04 to 1.2 ppm (a = 1.76(+/- 0.03) x 10(5) (1.(-1) mole(-1). cm). The reaction takes place at a pH between 9.2 and 11.6. In the presence of Triton X-100 this complex is soluble in water. In order to overcome difficulties caused by the presence of other lanthanides, an ion exchange chromatographic technique was used.  相似文献

Products from the reaction of + nido ten-vertex : nido eight-vertex, B(16)H(20) with [{(IrCl(2)(eta(5)-C(5)Me(5))}(2)] and tmnd show unanticipated rearrangement of the starting {B(16)} skeleton, as exhibited by + nido ten-vertex : nido ten-vertex, [(eta(5)-C(5)Me(5))(2)Ir(2)B(16)H(17)Cl] which has a {B(2)} edge conjunction and by + nido ten-vertex : nido eleven-vertex, [(eta(5)-C(5)Me(5))(2)Ir(2)B(16)H(15)Cl] which has a {B(3)} face conjunction.  相似文献

To probe the correlation of unusual (C5Me5)(1-) reactivity with steric crowding in complexes such as (C5Me5)3UMe and (C5Me5)3UCl, slightly less crowded (C5Me5)2(C5Me4H)UX analogues (X = Me, Cl) were synthesized and their reactivity was evaluated. The utility of the cationic precursors [(C5Me5)2UMe](1+), 1, and [(C5Me5)2UCl](1+), 2, in the synthesis of (C5Me5)2(C5Me4H)UMe, 3, and (C5Me5)2(C5Me4H)UCl, 4, was also explored. Since the use of precursor [(C5Me5)2UMe][MeBPh3], 1a, is complicated by the equilibrium between 1a and (C5Me5)2UMe2/BPh3, the reactivity of [(C5Me5)2UMe(OTf)]2, 1b, (OTf = O3SCF3) prepared from (C5Me5)2UMe2 and AgOTf, was also studied. Both 1a and 1b react with KC5Me4H to form 3. Complex 4 readily forms by addition of KC5Me4H to [(C5Me5)2UCl][MeBPh3], generated in situ from (C5Me5)2UMeCl and BPh3. Complex 1b was preferred to 1a for the synthesis of (C5Me5)2(C5H5)UMe, 5, and (C5Me5)2UMe[CH(SiMe3)2], 6, from KC5H5 and LiCH(SiMe3)2, respectively. Complex 6 is the first example of a mixed alkyl uranium metallocene complex. Sterically induced reduction (SIR) reactivity was not observed with 3-6 although the methyl displacements from the (C5Me5)(1-) ring plane for 3 are the closest observed to date to those of SIR-active complexes. The (1)H NMR spectra of 3 and 4 are unusual in that all of the (C5Me4H)(1-) methyl groups are inequivalent. This structural rigidity is consistent with density-functional theory calculations.  相似文献

In this study, (51)V, (45)Sc and (93)Nb MAS NMR combined with satellite transition spectroscopy analysis were used to characterize the complex solid mixtures: VNb(9(1-x))Ta(9x)O(25), ScNb((1-x))Ta(x)O(4) and ScNb(2(1-x))Ta(2x)VO(9) (x = 0, 0.3, 0.5, 0.7, 1.0). This led us to describe the structures of Sc and V sites. The conclusions were based on accurate values for (51)V quadrupole coupling and chemical shift tensors obtained with (51)V MAS NMR/SATRAS for VNb(9)O(25), VTa(9)O(25) and ScVO(4). The (45)Sc NMR parameters have been obtained for Sc(2)O(3), ScVO(4), ScNbO(4) and ScTaO(4). On the basis of (45)Sc NMR and data available from literature, the ranges of the (45)Sc chemical shift have been established for ScO(6) and ScO(8). The gradual change of the (45)Sc and (51)V NMR parameters with x confirms the formation of solid solutions in the process of synthesis of VNb(9(1-x))Ta(9x)O(25) and ScNb((1-x))Ta(x)O(4), in contrast to ScNb(2(1-x))Ta(2x)VO(9). The cation sublattice of ScNb((1-x))Ta(x)O(4) is found to be in octahedral coordination. The V sites in VNb(9(1-x))Ta(9x)O(25) are present in the form of slightly distorted tetrahedra. The (93)Nb NMR parameters have been obtained for VNb(9)O(25).  相似文献

The reaction of [(eta(5)-C(5)Me(5))ZrF(3)] and [(eta(5)-C(5)Me(5))HfF(3)] with Me(3)SiOCOCF(3) yields the dinuclear complexes [{(eta(5)-C(5)Me(5))ZrF(OCOCF(3))(2)}(2)] (1) and [{(eta(5)-C(5)Me(5))HfF(OCOCF(3))(2)}(2)] (2), regardless of the molar ratio employed. [(eta(5)-C(5)Me(5))(2)ZrF(2)] reacts with 1 and 2 equiv of Me(3)SiOCOCF(3) to form the mononuclear compounds [(eta(5)-C(5)Me(5))(2)Zr(OCOCF(3))(2)] (3) and [(eta(5)-C(5)Me(5))(2)ZrF(OCOCF(3))] (4), respectively. The molecular structures of 1 and 3 have been determined by single-crystal X-ray analysis: 1, triclinic, P&onemacr;, a = 9.508(3) ?, b = 11.002(4) ?, c = 17.528(3) ?, alpha = 78.55(4), beta = 76.80(2), gamma = 87.51(2) degrees, V = 1750(1) ?(3), Z = 2, R = 0.0378; 3, monoclinic, C2/c, a = 18.553(4) ?, b = 9.110(2) ?, c = 16.323(3) ?, beta = 114.88(3) degrees, V = 2503(1) ?(3), Z = 4, R = 0.0457. Compound 1 shows bridging bidentate and chelating carboxylate ligands as well as bridging fluorine atoms. The zirconium atoms are seven coordinated and have an 18-electron configuration. X-ray studies of 3 reveal two structural components where the carboxylate ligands coordinate in a monodentate (major component) and a chelating manner (minor component).  相似文献

The donor-free magnesocene analogues bis(1-methylboratabenzene)magnesium (1) and bis[3,5-dimethyl-1- (dimethylamino)boratabenzene]magnesium (2) are synthesized in good yields by the reactions of dimethylmagnesium with (trimethylstannyl)dihydroborinine precursors 3 and 4. In the crystalline state, both 1 and 2 possess sandwich structures with eta 6-coordinated boratabenzene ligands and display crystallographic centrosymmetry. Compound 1 reacts with the nitrogen donor 2,2'-bipyridine to give the Lewis base adduct (1)(bipy) (identical to 5). In the crystal structure of 5, one boratabenzene ligand is eta 6-bonded to the central metal while the other ligand adopts an eta 1-bonding mode. Crystallization of compound 2 from THF produces the solvate (2)(THF)2 (identical to 6), which exhibits a distorted tetrahedral N2O2 coordination environment around the magnesium atom. The average Mg-N bond distance is 2.141(3) A, and the N-Mg-N angle is 148.0(1) degrees. The observation of an aminoboratabenzene that is solely sigma-bonded to a metal is without precedent.  相似文献

trans—(η~5—C_5Me_5)_2Mo_2(μ_2—S)_2(t—O)_2[Ⅰ]和cis—(η~5—C_5Me_5)Mo_2(μ_2—O)_2(t—O)_2(Ⅱ]是由Mo(CO)_6和C_5(CH_3)_5H的反应产物(η~5—C_5Me_5)_2Mo_2(CO)_4与(CH_2)_3S反应中同时得到的。晶体[Ⅰ]属四方晶系,空间群为P4_2/n,单胞参数;a=b=16.317,c=8.463,V=2253.16,Z=4。晶体[Ⅱ]亦属四方晶系,空间群为P42_1c,单胞参数:a=b=12.101,c=15.425,V=2258.54,Z=4 [Ⅰ]和[Ⅱ]分子分别具有C_1—T和C_2—2对称性。如把C_5Me_5-看成具有理想的园柱体对称性,则它们分别具有C_(2h)—2/m和C_(2v)—mm2对称性。在[Ⅰ]中Mo_2(μ_2—S)_2为菱形平面结构,而[Ⅱ]中则畸变成“蝶式”结构。由两个钼原子之间的距离(2.902和2.808)可以看出钼一钼间作用属于单键的范围内。所以它们是具有金属单键的双钼金属簇的两个立体异构体。  相似文献

Reduction of CpMoCl(4) with 3.1 equiv of Na/Hg amalgam (1.0% w/w) in the presence of 1 equiv of dmpe and 1 equiv of trimethylphosphine afforded the molybdenum(II) chloride complex Cp(dmpe)(PMe(3))MoCl (1) (Cp = 1,2,3,4,5-pentamethylcyclopentadienyl, dmpe = 1,2-bis(dimethylphosphino)ethane). Alkylation of 1 with PhCH(2)MgCl proceeded in high yield to liberate PMe(3) and give the 18-electron pi-benzyl complex Cp(dmpe)Mo(eta(3)-CH(2)Ph) (2). Variable temperature NMR experiments provided evidence that 2 is in equilibrium with its 16-electron eta(1)-benzyl isomer [Cp(dmpe)Mo(eta(1)-CH(2)Ph)]. This was further supported by reaction of 2 with CO to yield the carbonyl benzyl complex Cp(dmpe)(CO)Mo(eta(1)-CH(2)Ph) (3). Complex 2 was found to react with disubstituted silanes H(2)SiRR' (RR' = Me(2), Et(2), MePh, and Ph(2)) to form toluene and the silylene complexes Cp(dmpe)Mo(H)(SiRR') (4a: RR' = Me(2); 4b: RR' = Et(2); 4c: RR' = MePh; 4d: RR' = Ph(2)). Reactions of 2 with monosubstituted silanes H(3)SiR (R = Ph, Mes, Mes = 2,4,6-trimethylphenyl) produced rare examples of hydrosilylene complexes Cp(dmpe)Mo(H)Si(H)R (5a: R = Ph; 5b: R = Mes; 5c: R = CH(2)Ph). Reactivity of complexes 4a-c and 5a-d is dominated by 1,2-hydride migration from metal to silicon, and these complexes possess H.Si bonding interactions, as supported by spectroscopic and structural data. For example, the J(HSi) coupling constants in these species range in value from 30 to 48 Hz and are larger than would be expected in the absence of H.Si bonding. A neutron diffraction study on a single crystal of diethylsilylene complex 4b unequivocally determined the hydride ligand to be in a bridging position across the molybdenum-silicon bond (Mo-H 1.85(1) A, Si-H 1.68(1) A). YBaFe(2)O(5) has been synthesized by heating a nanoscale citrate precursor in a carefully controlled reducing environment. Successful synthesis of a single-phase sample can only be achieved in a narrow window of oxygen partial pressures and temperatures. YBaFe(2)O(5) adopts an oxygen-deficient perovskite-type structure, which contains double layers of corner sharing FeO(5) square pyramids separated by Y(3+) ions. At T(N) congruent with 430 K, tetragonal (P4/mmm) and paramagnetic YBaFe(2)O(5) orders antiferromagnetically (AFM) experiencing a slight orthorhombic distortion (Pmmm). Around this temperature, it can be characterized as a class-III mixed valence (MV) compound, where all iron atoms exist as equivalent MV Fe(2.5+) ions. The magnetic structure is characterized by AFM Fe-O-Fe superexchange coupling within the double layers and a ferromagnetic Fe-Fe direct-exchange coupling between neighboring double layers. Upon cooling below approximately 335 K, a premonitory charge ordering (2Fe(2.5+) --> Fe(2.5+delta) + Fe(2.5)(-delta)) into a class-II MV phase takes place. This transition is detected by differential scanning calorimetry, but powder diffraction techniques fail to detect any volume change or a long-range structural order. At approximately 308 K, a complete charge ordering (2Fe(2.5+) --> Fe(2+) + Fe(3+)) into a class-I MV compound takes place. This charge localization triggers a number of changes in the crystal, magnetic, and electronic structure of YBaFe(2)O(5). The magnetic structure rearranges to a G-type AFM structure, where both the Fe-O-Fe superexchange and the Fe-Fe direct-exchange couplings are antiferromagnetic. The crystal structure rearranges (Pmma) to accommodate alternating chains of Fe(2+) and Fe(3+) running along b and an unexpectedly large cooperative Jahn-Teller distortion about the high-spin Fe(2+) ions. This order of charges does not fulfill the Anderson condition, and it rather corresponds to an ordering of doubly occupied Fe(2+) d(xz) orbitals. Comparisons with YBaMn(2)O(5) and YBaCo(2)O(5) are made to highlight the impact of changing the d-electron count.  相似文献

New Benzyl Complexes of the Lanthanides. Synthesis and Crystal Structures of [(C5Me5)2Y(CH2C6H5)(thf)], [(C5Me5)2Sm(CH2C6H5)2K(thf)2], and [(C5Me5)Gd(CH2C6H5)2(thf)] YBr3 reacts with potassium benzyl and [K(C5Me5)] in THF to give KBr and the monobenzyl compound [(C5Me5)2 · Y(CH2C6H5)(thf)] 1 . The analogous reaction with SmBr3 in THF leads to the polymeric product [(C5Me5)2Sm(CH2C6H5)2 ∞ K(thf)2] 2 , with GdBr3 to [(C5Me5)Gd(CH2C6H5)2(thf)] 3 . The structures of 1–3 were determined by X-ray single crystal structure analysis:
  • Space group P1 , Z = 2, a = 851.2(4) pm, b = 952.7(4) pm, c = 1858.6(8) pm, α = 79.90(4)°, β = 77.35(4)°, γ = 73.30(3)°.
  • Space group P1 , Z = 2, a = 903.3(2) pm, b = 1375.9(3) pm, c = 1801.1(4) pm, α = 100.92(3)°, β = 100.77°, γ = 98.25(3)°.
  • Space group P21/n, Z = 8, a = 1458.2(5) pm, b = 927.8(3) pm, c = 3792.9(15) pm, β = 96.83(3)°.

In this work the electronic structure of V(2)O(5), reduced V(2)O(5-x) (V(16)O(39)) and sodium intercalated NaV(2)O(5) has been studied by both theoretical and experimental methods. Theoretical band structure calculations have been performed using density functional methods (DFT). We have investigated the electron density distribution of the valence states, the total density of states (total DOS) and the partial valence band density of states (PVBDOS). Experimentally, amorphous V(2)O(5) thin films have been prepared by physical vapour deposition (PVD) on freshly cleaved highly oriented pyrolytic graphite (HOPG) substrates at room temperature with an initial oxygen understoichiometry of about 4%, resulting in a net stoichiometry of V(2)O(4.8). These films have been intercalated by sodium using vacuum deposition with subsequent spontaneous intercalation (NaV(2)O(5)) at room temperature. Resonant V3p-V3d photoelectron spectroscopy (ResPES) experiments have been performed to determine the PVBDOS focusing on the calculation of occupation numbers and the determination of effective oxidation state, reflecting ionicity and covalency of the V-O bonds. Using X-ray absorption near edge spectra (XANES) an attempt is made to visualize the changes in the unoccupied DOS due to sodium intercalation. For comparison measurements on nearly stoichiometric V(2)O(5) single crystals have been performed. The experimental data for the freshly cleaved and only marginally reduced V(2)O(5) single crystals and the NaV(2)O(5) results are in good agreement with the calculated values. The ResPES results for V(2)O(4.8) agree in principle with the calculations, but the trends in the change of the ionicity differ between experiment and theory. Experimentally we find partly occupied V 3d states above the oxygen 2p-like states and a band gap between these and the unoccupied states. In theory one finds this occupation scheme assuming oxygen vacancies in V(2)O(5) and by performing a spin-polarized calculation of an antiferromagnetic ordered NaV(2)O(5.).  相似文献

[Be(NCS)2(C5H5N)2] was prepared and characterized by chemical analysis, FT-IR-analysis, and single crystal X-ray structure analysis. The crystals are orthorhombic with a = 829.30(10) pm, b = 1292.1(2) pm, c = 1313.40(10) pm, space group Pnma. Z = 4. The structure is built up from tetrahedra. Hydrogen bonding between the S-atom of one Be-N-bonded thiocyanate and 1.3-H-atoms of pyridine ligands yield a three dimensional network consisting of folded sheets.  相似文献

Summary The 1:1 complex between titanium (IV) and 5-Br-PADAP can be used to determine titanium by adsorption voltammetry at a stationary Hg-electrode. The experimental conditions for the determination are described. The detection limit is 3×10–10 mol/l Ti (0.015 ppb). Calibration curves are linear for solutions containing 4×10–10 to 5×10–8 mol/l Ti(IV) and an enrichment time of 3 min. The influence of foreign ions was investigated. The determination can be carried out in the presence of a 5000-fold excess of iron.  相似文献

A new sensitive and highly selective method is described for the spectrophotometric determination of microgram amounts of vanadium(V). First, vanadium is isolated by extraction withN-benzoyl-N-phenylhydroxylamine (BPHA) in chloroform from about 4M hydrochloric acid medium. Then, chloroform is evaporated and the residue mineralized with mixture of cone. perchloric and nitric acid. Finally, a colour reaction of vanadium(V) separated with 2-(5-bromo-2-pyridylazo)-5-diethylaminophenol (5-Br-PADAP) in an acetate buffer (pH 4.5) gives a molar absorptivity of 5.48×104l·mol–1·cm–1 at 585 nm. The proposed method was applied for the determination of traces of vanadium in aluminium samples. The results obtained show a good precision and accuracy of the method.  相似文献
