Solid acids have been employed as one of the most important catalysts for chemical processes. However, relatively low surface area and small micropores of conventional solid acids have strongly limited their practical applications. This article systemically reviews the synthesis and catalysis performance of mesoporous solid acids including (1) mesoporous aluminosilicates, (2) mesoporous zeolites, (3) mesoporous sulfated zirconia, (4) mesoporous hybrid inorganic–organic materials, and (5) mesoporous resins.  相似文献

采用自组装方法制备了一种磁核/介孔二氧化硅壳的微球, 调节体系中C18TMS的加入量可控制介孔硅球的比表面积; 并通过化学修饰的方法对介孔微球表面进行巯基功能化修饰. 利用巯基与量子点之间的相互作用可将一定尺寸的量子点吸附于介孔二氧化硅球的孔中, 令介孔微球具有荧光效应; 同时可以利用吸附不同粒径的量子点的荧光光谱对介孔二氧化硅微球孔径的大小进行近似考察.  相似文献

A simple synthetic method was employed to prepare mesoporous titania with anatase crystalline walls and high photocatalytic activity. The properties and structures of mesoporous titania were characterized by means of low angle and wide angle X-ray diffraction (XRD), Fourier transform (FT)-IR spectra, transmission electron microscopy (TEM), high-resolution transmission electron microscopy (HRTEM), and N2 adsorption–desorption. The characteristic results clearly show that crystallization rate of the mesoporous titania affects the stability of the mesoporous structure after reflux, and that the anatase crystal in the mesoporous wall of mesoporous titania can stabilize the mesoporous structure. The photocatalytic activity of titania powder was evaluated from an analysis of the photodegradation of methyl orange under UV irradiation. The results indicate that the titania powder with mesoporous structure shows the highest photocatalytic activity.  相似文献

仿生介孔硅是以有机物作为模板,可有效复刻模板的独特形貌,从而得到其相同或相似结构孔径的介孔硅。本文从仿生的观点出发,从蟹壳中提取得到几丁质膜,将其用作模板制备了仿生手性向列型介孔二氧化硅,并用其制备了液相色谱柱,进行了手性化合物拆分实验。结果表明,该色谱固定相对10个手性化合物有一定的手性分离效果。  相似文献

以三嵌段共聚物聚氧乙烯-聚氧丙烯-聚氧乙烯(PEO-PPO-PEO,P123)为模板剂,采用溶胶-凝胶法合成了介孔SiO_2-P123复合物,经煅烧除去P123得到不同长径比的棒状介孔SiO_2粒子,将其分散于聚乙二醇(PEG)中制成剪切增稠流体(STF),利用旋转流变仪对STF的流变性能进行了表征。结果表明:在稳态条件下,STF的剪切增稠效应随介孔SiO_2质量分数的增加而增强,随介孔SiO_2粒子长径比的增加而减弱;在动态条件下,STF的剪切增稠效应随介孔SiO_2质量分数的增加而减弱,随介孔SiO_2粒子长径比的增加而增强。  相似文献

以Al(NO_3)_3·9H_2O和AgNO_3为原料,采用水热法制备了介孔氧化铝纳米粒子(Mesoporous Al_2O_3NPs)和银掺杂介孔氧化铝纳米粒子(Mesoporous Ag/Al_2O_3NPs),通过X射线衍射(XRD)、场发射扫描电子显微镜(FE-SEM)、X射线荧光光谱(XRF)、能量分散X射线衍射(EDX)和低温N2吸附-脱附等手段对产物进行了表征,通过最低抑菌浓度和抑菌圈实验研究了材料的抗菌性能.XRD分析表明在介孔Ag/Al_2O_3NPs中Al_2O_3是唯一结晶相,Ag掺杂后,介孔Ag/Al_2O_3NPs晶格常数和半高峰宽增大,晶面间距[(111),(400)和(440)面]减小.FE-SEM形貌分析表明掺杂后的介孔Ag/Al_2O_3NPs颗粒直径减小而孔径增大.EDX和XRF分析表明介孔Ag/Al_2O_3NPs中O/Al摩尔比为1.5,与Al_2O_3NPs中O/Al摩尔比相同.综合XRD和XRF分析结果认为,Ag进入介孔Al_2O_3晶格间隙形成间隙固溶体.低温N2吸附-脱附分析表明掺杂后的介孔Ag/Al_2O_3NPs比表面积、孔体积和孔径增大.曝气抗菌实验结果表明介孔Ag/Al_2O_3NPs的抗菌机理是活性氧和金属银的协同作用.介孔Ag/Al_2O_3NPs对革兰氏阴性菌(大肠杆菌)和革兰氏阳性菌(金黄色葡萄球菌)具有明显的抗菌效果,对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)均为80μg/m L,抑菌圈直径分别为26 mm和24 mm.  相似文献

Microporous zeolites are widely used commercial catalysts, but their applications are intrinsically limited by their small channel diameters. Recent progress in solving this is used to ordered mesoporous materials such as MCM-41, HMS and SBA-15. These mesoporous materials have pore diameters of 30–60 Å and exhibit catalytic properties for the catalytic conversion of bulky reactants, but unfortunately, when compared with microporous zeolites, the catalytic activity and hydrothermal stability are relatively low, which severely hinders their practical applications. The relatively low catalytic activity and hydrothermal stability can be attributed to the amorphous nature of the mesoporous walls. We review here that the assembly of preformed zeolite precursors with surfactants can synthesize a series of ordered mesoporous materials, which include (1) strongly acidic and hydrothermally stable mesoporous aluminosilicates synthesized in alkaline media; (2) strongly acidic and hydrothermally stable mesoporous aluminosilicates synthesized in strongly acidic media; (3) hydrothermally stable mesoporous titanosilicates with catalytically active titanium species in oxidations; (4) hydrothermally stable mesoporous ferrisilicates. This work would open a door for the industrial application of mesoporous materials as catalysts for large molecules.  相似文献

We have newly fabricated a long one-dimensional (1D) mesoporous carbon nanofiber by using a mesoporous silica nanofiber template. The resulting mesoporous carbon nanofiber shows the unique mesoporous structure of circularly wound nanochannel alignment perpendicular to the long fiber axis and the high gas sorption property, which interestingly presents the p-type semiconducting behavior.  相似文献

Surface immobilization of active species onto mesoporous materials is gaining importance, especially in the design of functionalized mesoporous materials as a nanocatalyst through heterogenization of homogeneous catalytic systems. This article summarizes recent work on the synthesis, characterization and catalytic performance of the functionalized mesoporous catalysts performed by the present authors. A cationic rhenium(I) complex was encapsulated into mesoporous Al-MCM-41 molecular sieve using a ion-exchange method, yielding a new photocatalyst to be active for photocatalytic reduction of CO2. Surface functionalization of mesoporous silica SBA-15 with sulfonic acid groups was investigated to give a solid acid catalyst. The chemically modified Fe-containing mesoporous materials, which are active for hydroxylation of phenol, were prepared by a surface-grafting method that iron salts are immobilized onto mesoporous Si-MCM-41 with the help of 3-aminopropyltrimethoxysilane as a linker. A cobalt(III) complex was heterogenized onto mesoporous silica SBA-15 containing carboxylic groups in order to utilize as a solid catalyst for the liquid-phase oxidation of aromatic hydrocarbons.  相似文献

In this paper, mesoporous tungsten titanate (WTiO) with different nano-pore structures was utilized as matrix for the analysis of short peptides by matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization time-of-flight mass spectrometry (MALDI-TOFMS). Effect of characteristic features of mesoporous matrices on laser desorption/ionization process was investigated. Experiments showed that the ordered two-dimensional and three-dimensional mesoporous matrices were superior in performance to the non-ordered WTiO matrix. The dramatic enhancement of signal sensitivity by the ordered mesoporous matrices can be reasonably attributed to the ordered structure, which facilitated the understanding on structure-function relationship in mesoporous cavity for laser desorption process of adsorbed biomolecules. With the ordered mesoporous matrix, the short peptides are successfully detected. The presence of trace alkali metal salt effectively increased the analyte ion yields and the MALDI-TOFMS using the inorganic mesoporous matrices displayed a high salt tolerance. The developed technique also showed a satisfactory performance in peptide-mapping and amino-acid sequencing analysis.  相似文献

具有内部介孔结构的多级孔分子筛兼具微孔分子筛和介孔材料的功能, 拥有良好的传质和催化特性. 在过去的几十年内, 介孔分子筛在催化、 吸附和分离领域发展迅速. 近年来, 新型合成方法的开发在很大程度上实现了介孔分子筛孔道结构、 组分及形貌灵活可控的调节. 本综述讨论了近期出现的多种新合成路径, 重点介绍了近期发展起来的二次合成制备低硅/铝介孔分子筛、 超分子自组装合成介孔分子筛及有机小分子原位合成介孔分子筛技术. 对这些合成技术的机理进行了讨论, 以期为介孔分子筛未来的发展提供思路. 文章的最后还讨论了不同的合成策略所面临的一些关键性挑战.  相似文献

In our previous study, we found that Ti(OH)(4) exhibited fluoride ion exchange properties. In order to improve the ion exchange capacity, mesoporous Ti oxohydroxide (TiOx(OH)y) had been prepared by using dodecylamine as template. Zirconia and silica had been introduced into the mesoporous Ti oxohydroxide to enhance the ion exchange capacity. The mesoporous structure and the morphology of the mesoporous materials obtained were confirmed using XRD and SEM, respectively. A fluoride ion exchange study was done on each sample. Results showed that mesoporous Ti oxohydroxide containing zirconia exhibited the highest fluoride ion exchange capacity, as it has the smallest particle size, with high uniformity among the mesoporous materials prepared.  相似文献

Synthesis of functionalized mesoporous carbon by an easy-accessed method is of great importance towards its practical applications.Herein,an evaporation induced self-assembly/carbonization(EISAC) method was developed and applied to the synthesis of sulfonic acid group functionalized mesoporous carbon(SMC).The final mesoporous carbon obtained by EISAC method possesses wormlike mesoporous structure,uniform pore size(3.6 nm),large surface area of 735 m2/g,graphitic pore walls and rich sulfonic acid group.Moreover,the resultant mesoporous carbon achieves a superior electrochemical capacitive performances(216 F/g)to phenolic resin derived mesoporous carbon(OMC,152 F/g)and commercial activated carbon(AC,119 F/g).  相似文献

Recent progress on the chemical immobilization of heteropolyacid (HPA) catalyst on inorganic mesoporous material is reported in this review. Mesostructured cellular foam silica, mesoporous carbon, and nitrogen-containing mesoporous carbon were used as supporting materials. The mesoporous materials were modified to have a positive charge, and thus, to provide sites for the immobilization of HPA catalyst. By taking advantage of the overall negative charge of heteropolyanion, the HPA catalyst was chemically immobilized on the surface-modified mesoporous material as a charge-compensating component. Characterization results showed that the HPA catalyst was finely and molecularly dispersed on the surface of mesoporous material via strong chemical immobilization, and that the pore structure of mesoporous material was still maintained even after the immobilization of HPA catalyst. The supported HPA catalysts were applied to the model vapor-phase ethanol conversion, 2-propanol conversion, and methacrolein oxidation reactions. The supported HPA catalyst showed a better oxidation catalytic activity than the unsupported HPA catalyst in the model reactions. The enhanced oxidation catalytic performance of the supported HPA catalyst was attributed to the finely dispersed HPA catalyst, which was chemically immobilized on the positive site of mesoporous material by sacrificing its proton (Brönsted acid site). The HPA catalyst chemically immobilized on mesoporous material served as an excellent oxidation catalyst.  相似文献
