The two‐dimensional zinc phosphate [H3N(CH2)3NH3]0.5[Zn2(PO4)(HPO4)], has been synthesized hydrothermally using 1,3‐diaminopropane as the template. Its structure contains an inorganic framework with three‐, four‐, or six‐membered rings, built from PO4, PO3(OH) and ZnO4 tetrahedral moieties sharing vertexes. A novel organic/inorganic hybrid molybdenum phosphate, [NH3(CH2CH2)2NH3]3[NH3(CH2CH2)2NH2]Na5-[Mo6O12(OH)3(PO4)(HPO4)3]2·4H2O (1), involving molybdenum presented in V oxidation, has been hydrothermally prepared and characterized by elemental analysis, i.r., u.v.–vis., x.p.s., t.g. and single crystal X-ray diffraction. The structure of the title compound (1) may be considered to consist of two [Mo6O12(OH)3(PO4)(HPO4)3] units bonded together with NaO6 octahedra, forming dimers. Further, these dimers connect with each other through four Na+ cations as bridges, giving rise to novel one-dimensional chain-like skeleton. Piperazines exist among inorganic chains acting as charge balancing cations.  相似文献

A new microporous iron (III) phosphate, [H3N(CH2)4NH3]3[Fe8(HPO4)12(PO4)2(H2O)6], has been prepared using low temperature hydrothermal methods and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction, EDAX, infrared spectroscopy, thermogravimetric analysis and bond valence sums. The title compound crystallizes as light pink hexagonal-shaped tabs in the centrosymmetric hexagonal space group 3¯ (No.147) with a = b = 13.495(2) Å, c = 9.396(2) Å, V = 1481.9(4) Å3 and Z = 4 with R/Rw = 0.044/0.048. The compound exhibits a complicated three-dimensional microporous structure with quaternary ammonium ions acting as a template for the framework. It is similar to previously reported [HN(CH2CH2)3NH]3[Fe8(HPO4)12(PO4)2(H2O)6].  相似文献

The first two low-dimensional beryllium phosphates, [C5H14N2]2[Be3(HPO4)5].H2O (BePO-CJ29) and [C6H18N2]0.5[Be2(PO4)(HPO4)OH].0.5 H2O (BePO-CJ30), have been successfully synthesized under mild hydrothermal/solvothermal conditions. BePO-CJ29 is built up from strict alternation of BeO4 and HPO4 tetrahedra forming a unique one-dimensional double chains with 12-ring apertures. There are pseudo-10-ring apertures enclosed by two double chains through H-bonds. BePO-CJ29 can also be viewed as a pseudo 2-D layered structure stabilized by strong H-bonds. The diprotonated 2-methylpiperazium cations are located at three positions (i.e., inside the 12-ring aperture, inside the pseudo-10-ring aperture, and in the interlayer of the inorganic pseudo-layers. BePO-CJ30 is constructed by the alternation of Be-centered tetrahedra (including BeO4 and HBeO4) and P-centered tetrahedra (including PO4 and HPO4) resulting in a two-dimensional layered structure parallel to the (0 1 1) direction. The complex layer is composed of coupled 4.8 net sheets. The diprotonated 1,6-hexandiamine cations and water molecules reside in the interlayer regions and interact with the inorganic layers through H-bonds. Crystal data are as follows: [C5H14N2]2[Be3(HPO4)5].H2O (BePO-CJ29), triclinic, P1 (No. 2), a = 8.1000(9) A, b = 8.4841(14) A, c = 19.665(2) A, alpha = 89.683(10) degrees, beta = 78.182(8) degrees, gamma = 87.932(9) degrees, V = 1321.9(3) A3, Z = 2, R1 = 0.0523 (I > 2sigma(I)), and wR2 = 0.1643 (all data); [C6H18N2]0.5[Be2(PO4)(HPO4)OH].0.5 H2O (BePO-CJ30), orthorhombic, Pccn (No. 56), a = 26.01(4) A, b = 8.431(12) A, c = 9.598(13) A, V = 2105(5) A3, Z = 8, R1 = 0.0833 (I > 2sigma(I)), and wR2 = 0.2278 (all data).  相似文献

A hydrothermal reaction of iron acetylacetonate, phosphoric acid, HF, N, N′‐bis(3‐aminopropyl)ethylenediamine and water at 150 °C gave rise to a new iron phosphate, [H3N(CH2)3NH2(CH2)2NH2(CH2)3NH3][Fe3F6(HPO4)2(PO4)] · 3H2O ( I ). The structure consists of Fe(1)O4F2, Fe(2)O3F3 octahedral and P(1)O3(OH) and P(2)O4 tetrahedral building units connected through their vertices to form fragments of tancoite‐type units. The tancoite‐type units are linked through the phosphate tetrahedra forming an unusual iron phosphate with a hitherto unknown low‐dimensional structure with three‐iron center.Magnetic studies indicate a complex behavior at low temperature and the high‐temperature data (150 — 300 K) has a Curie‐Weiss behavior. The calculated room temperature magnetic moment is 6 μB per Fe atom, and the Neel temperature, TN = 46K. A new layered aluminophosphate, [C6N3H17][Al2(HPO4)(PO4)2] (denoted AlPO-CJ21), has been prepared in an alcoholic system by the use of N-(2-aminoethyl)-piperazine (AEPP) as the template. Its inorganic layer containing a series of bridged six-membered rings (MRs) is a new type of 4.6-net sheet built up from AlO4, PO2(OH)(=O), and PO3(=O) tetrahedra. Interestingly, inorganic helical chains of right- or left-handedness are presented in the aluminophosphate layers, and fascinating hydrogen-bonded helices are self-assembled under solvothermal conditions between organic templates and inorganic sheets via strong hydrogen bondings of O...N atoms. The structure of the title compound, ammineaquadi‐μ5‐phosphato‐trizinc(II), [Zn3(PO4)2(H2O)0.8(NH3)1.2], consists of two parts: (i) PO4 and ZnO4 vertex‐sharing tetrahedra arranged in layers parallel to (100) and (ii) ZnO2(N/O)2 tetrahedra located between the layers. Elemental analysis establishes the ammine‐to‐water ratio as 3:2. ZnO2(N/O)2 tetrahedra are located at special position 4e (site symmetry 2) in C2/c. The two O atoms of ZnO2(N/O)2 are bonded to neighbouring P atoms, forming two Zn—O—P linkages and connecting ZnO2(N/O)2 tetrahedra with two adjacent bc plane layers. A noteworthy feature of the structure is the presence of NH3 and H2O at the same crystallographic position and, consequently, qualitative changes in the pattern of hydrogen bonding and weaker N/O—H...O electrostatic interactions, as compared to two closely related structures.  相似文献

以有机分子乙二胺作为模板剂合成了新型磷酸钒孔道化合物(H3NCH2CH2NH3)3^-[(VO)4(PO4)2(HPO4)4,并通过X射线单晶衍射实验进行了结构表征,晶体学数据为:C2/c,a=1.8505(9)nm,b=0.7089(4)nm,c=2.3304(10)nm,β=96.43(3)°,V-3.038(3)nm^3,Z=8,R=0.067,Rw^b=0.1635,该化合物具有非常独特和规整的二维孔道骨架结构,进一步的晶体化学研究表明该化合物为一新的VPO物相。  相似文献

Monoperoxovanadium(V) complexes, [NH3(CH2)2NH3][VO(O2)(ox)(pic)].2H2O (1) and [NH3(CH2)2NH3][VO(O2)(ox)(pca)] (2) [NH3(CH2)2NH3 = ethane-1,2-diammonium(2+), ox=oxalate(2-), pic=pyridine-2-carboxylate(1-), pca=pyrazine-2-carboxylate(1-)], were synthesized and characterized by X-ray analysis, IR and Raman spectroscopies. The five equatorial positions of the pentagonal bipyramid around the vanadium atoms are occupied by the eta2-peroxo ligand, two oxygen atoms of the ox, and the nitrogen atom of the pic or pca ligands, respectively. The oxo ligand and the oxygen atom of pic or pca are in the axial positions. Networks of X-HO (X=C, N or O) hydrogen bonds, and pi-pi interactions between aromatic rings in and anion-pi interactions in , determine the molecular packings and build up the supramolecular architecture. Three stereochemical rules for occupation of the donor sites in two-heteroligand [VO(O2)(L1)(L2)] complexes (L1, L2 are bidentate neutral or differently charged anionic heteroligands providing an OO, NN or ON donor set) are discussed. and crystallize as racemic compounds. The 51V NMR spectra proved that the parent complex anions of and partially decompose on dissolution in water to the monoperoxo-ox, -pic or -pca complexes.  相似文献

Following the strategy of using polyfunctional phosphonic acids for the synthesis of open-framework metal phosphonates, the phosphonocarboxylic acid (H2O3PCH2)2NCH2C6H4COOH was used in the hydrothermal synthesis of new Ba phosphonates. Its decomposition led to the first open-framework barium phosphonate [Ba3(O3PCH2NH2CH2PO3)2(H2O)4].3H2O. The synthesis was also successfully performed using iminobis(methylphosphonic acid), (H2O3PCH2)2NH, as a starting material, and the synthesis was optimized to obtain as a pure material. The reaction setup as well as the pH are the dominant parameters, and only a diffusion-controlled reaction led to the desired compound. The crystal structure was solved from single-crystal data: monoclinic; C2/c; a=2328.7(2), b=1359.95(7), and c=718.62(6) pm; beta=98.732(10) degrees ; V=2249.5(3)x10(6) pm3; Z=4; R1=0.036; and wR2=0.072 (all data). The structure of [Ba3(O3PCH2NH2CH2PO3)2(H2O)4].3H2O is built up from BaO8 and BaO10 polyhedra forming BaO chains and layers, respectively. These are connected to a three-dimensional metal-oxygen-metal framework with the iminobis(methylphosphonic acid) formally coating the inner walls of the pores. The one-dimensional pores (3.6x4 A) are filled with H2O molecules that can be thermally removed. Thermogravimetric investigations and temperature-dependent X-ray powder diffraction demonstrate the stability of the crystal structure up to 240 degrees C. The uptake of N,N-dimethylformamide and H2O by dehydrated samples is demonstrated. Furthermore, IR, Raman, and 31P magic-angle-spinning NMR data are also presented.  相似文献
