分析了核物质标量密度和矢量密度对K介子有效质量的影响.使用非线性σ-ω-ρ模型和相对论平均场理论,给出了核物质标量密度和矢量密度的近似关系曲线,并与线性σ-ω模型的情况进行了比较.利用这一关系,改进了K介子有效质量和核物质密度之间存在的依赖关系,比较不同模型对K介子有效质量的影响.同时也计算了纯中子物质中K介子在不同模型下的有效质量曲线,并与在对称核物质中的情况进行了比较.We investigate the effect of the nuclear vector density ρ_B and the scalar density ρ_S on in-medium kaon and antikaon effective masses. Based on nonlinear σ-ω-ρ model in the relativistic mean-field approximation, we obtained the relation between the two nuclear densities both σ-ω model and σ-ω-ρ model. The sigma meson production in p + ^12C and p A- ^40Ca reactions at the incident energy Ep = 1.5 GeV is investigated within the Quantum Molecular Dynamics model. The simulation results indicate a distinctive A dependence of the sigma production, that is, the increase of A is followed by an increase of the production cross sections. We find that the σ meson production in proton-induced reactions is strongly medium-dependent, and the produced σ mesons decaying in a denser medium experience a stronger mass shift towards lower masses. This mass shift is an experimentally accessible observable in the final state pion pairs, which do not suffer from reabsorption by the surrounding nucleons. It is pointed out that the ratio of measured sigma cross sections as a function of the sigma invariant-mass from various reactions is a good probe to explore the existence of the σ meson in a dense nuclear environment.  相似文献

简要介绍核物质中核子的质量、 半径及夸克凝聚的密度依赖关系基于QCD模型和QCD有效场论研究的现状, 并具体介绍整体色对称模型(GCM)的研究结果. GCM研究表明, 在小于临界密度的情况下, 核物质中核子的质量随核物质密度的增大而减小, 核子的半径和夸克凝聚随核物质密度的增大而增大. 当达到临界密度时, 核子质量减小为零, 核子半径变为无限大, 夸克凝聚突变为零, 进而提出一个核物质中手征对称性恢复的新机制. The status of the investigations on the nucleon mass, nucleon radius and quark condensate in the framework of QCD inspired models and QCD effective field theories is briefly reviewed. The results in the global color symmetry model (GCM) are described a little detailedly. The calculated results indicate that, before the maximal density is reached, the mass of a nucleon in nuclear matter decreases, the radius of a nucleon and the quark condensate increase very slowly, with the increase of the nuclear matter density. As the maximal nuclear matter density is reached, the mass of the nucleon vanishes gradually. The radius becomes infinite and the quark condensate vanishes suddenly. A new mechanism for the chiral symmetry restoration in nuclear matter is proposed.  相似文献

The in-medium NN→N△ cross sections and its differential cross sections in isospin asymmetric nuclear medium are investigated in the framework of the one-boson exchange model by including isovector mesons, i.e., δand p mesons. Our results show that the in-medium NN→N△ cross sections are suppressed when the density increases, and the differential cross sections become isotropic with an increase in the density around the △ threshold energy. The isospin splitting on the medium correction factor, R =σ_(NN→N△)~*/σ_(NN→N△)~(free) is observed for different channels of NN→N△, especially around the threshold energy for all the effective Lagrangian parameters. By analyzing the selected effective Lagrangian parameters, our results show that the larger effective mass is, the weaker medium correction R is.  相似文献

The BEG of charged pions is investigated in the framework of O(4) linear sigma model. By using Cornwall- Jackiw-Tomboufis formalism, we have derived the gap equations for the effective masses of the mesons at finite temperature and finite isospin density. We find that the effective mass of △(1 232) decreases, while the decay width of △(1 232) increases with increasing the density of nuclear matter. Based on the relativistic chiral effective field theory, we study the effective mass of the △-resonance in medium by investigating the self-energy of the △-resonance related to the πN decay channel in symmetric nuclear matter. We find that the effective mass of △-resonance decreases evidently with increasing nuclear density p. In our calculation, we also consider the influence of the shifts of the nucleon mass, pion mass and its decay constant due to the restoration of chiral symmetry in medium. The results are roughly consistent with the data given by Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory.  相似文献

We study the effective masses of p-mesons for different charged states in asymmetric nuclear matter (ANM) using the Quantum Hadrodynamics II model. The closed form analytical results are presented for the effective masses of p-mesons. We have shown that the different charged p-mesons have mass splitting similar to various charged pions. The effect of the Dirac sea is also examined, and it is found that this effect is very important and leads to a reduction of the different charged p-meson masses in ANM.  相似文献

这项工作利用考虑π介子与胶子效应的夸克平均场模型研究原子核结构的基本性质。在夸克平均场中,核子由三个束缚在谐振子势场中的组分夸克构成。描述强相互作用的量子色动力学必须满足手征对称性,此外夸克之间也需要通过交换胶子相互作用。因此,在夸克平均场模型中,对利用夸克势获得的核子质量考虑π介子修正与胶子修正。通过少数稳定有限核的结合能与半径实验值确定模型中的未知参数,获得了一组夸克平均场相互作用参数,QMF-NK。利用该组参数计算40Ca和208Pb的电荷密度分布,发现与实验值符合很好。随后获得了与经验值一致的对称核物质的饱和性质。包含π介子修正和胶子修正的夸克平均场模型能够更好地描述有限核和核物质的性质。The basic properties of nuclear structure are studied within the quark mean field (QMF) model by taking the effects of pions and gluons into account. In QMF, the nucleon is made up of three constituent quarks confined by a harmonic oscillator potential. The quantum chromodynamics describing the strong interaction must satisfy the chiral symmetry and quarks interact with each other through exchange of gluons. Therefore pion correction and gluon correction are included in the nucleon mass obtained by using quark confinement potential in quark mean field model. We determine the unknown parameters in the model by fitting the experimental data of the binding energies and radii of several stable finite nuclei and obtain a set of parameters of quark mean field interaction, named QMF-NK. The charge density distributions of 40Ca and 208Pb are calculated, which are in good agreement with the experimental data. Later the saturation properties of symmetric nuclear matter which are consistent with the empirical data are obtained. With the pion and gluon corrections, the QMF model could treat finite nuclei and nuclear matter better.  相似文献

The photoproduction of omega mesons on nuclei has been investigated using the Crystal Barrel/TAPS experiment at the ELSA tagged photon facility in Bonn. The aim is to study possible in-medium modifications of the omega meson via the reaction gamma + A --> omega + X --> pi(0)gamma + X('). Results obtained for Nb are compared to a reference measurement on a LH2 target. While for recoiling, long-lived mesons (pi(0), eta, and eta;(')), which decay outside of the nucleus, a difference in the line shape for the two data samples is not observed, we find a significant enhancement towards lower masses for omega mesons produced on the Nb target. For momenta less than 500 MeV/c an in-medium omega meson mass of M(medium) = [722(+4)(-4)(stat)+35-5(syst)] MeV/c(2) has been deduced at an estimated average nuclear density of 0.6rho(0).  相似文献

The modifications of the nucleon structure due to the presence of an external baryon medium are investigated in a chiral quark meson theory. To that end the Nambu-Jona-Lasinio (NJL) model is combined with the projected chiral soliton model. The medium effects are incorporated using the medium modified values of the pion decay constant and the pion and sigma masses at finite density. These values are evaluated within the NJL model. Using functional integral techniques the latter is solved in a quark continuum at finite density. The effective meson values serve to fix the parameters of the linear chiral sigma model which is solved in a variational projected mean field approach in order to obtain the nucleon properties. All nucleon properties show modifications in the medium except for the pion nucleon coupling constant. The proton radius shows an increase of 19% and the nucleon mass a decrease of 17% if the medium reaches nuclear matter density. The magnetic moments and axial vector coupling constant are less modified. All form factors show remarkable reduction at finite transfer momenta.  相似文献

We have built an effective Walecka-type hadronic Lagrangian in which the hadron masses and the density dependence of the coupling constants are deduced from the quark dynamics using a Nambu–Jona-Lasinio model. In order to stabilize nuclear matter an eight-quark term has been included. The parameters of this Nambu–Jona-Lasinio model have been determined using the meson properties in the vacuum but also in the medium through the omega meson mass in nuclei measured by the TAPS Collaboration. We present an in-medium modified effective Lagrangian which describes the pion, rho- and omega mesons and the corresponding soliton properties in nuclear matter. We discuss possible modifications of ρ- and ω-meson properties in nuclear matter. A quark meson coupling model based on SU(3)L×SU(3)R symmetry and scale invariance is proposed. The quarks and mesons get masses through symmetry broken. We apply this SU(3) chiral constituent quark model to investigating the nuclear matter at finite temperature and density. The effective baryon masses, compression modulus and hyperon potentials are all reasonable. The critical temperature of liquid-gas phase transition is also calculated in this model.  相似文献

First radial excitations of the scalar-meson nonet and of the pseudoscalar mesons η and η′ are described within a nonlocal chiral quark model of the Nambu-Jona-Lasinio type with ′t Hooft interaction. In this model, simple form factors are used, which allows us to describe first radial excitations of the mesons and to retain the gap equations describing spontaneous breakdown of chiral symmetry in the standard form. The external parameters of form factors are fixed by the masses of excited pseudoscalar mesons, and the same form factors are used to predict the masses of excited scalar mesons. The strong decays of excited scalar mesons and of η and η′ mesons are described in satisfactory agreement with experimental data.  相似文献

The effective chiral Lagrangian is derived from QCD in the framework of the field correlator method. It contains the effects of both confinement and chiral symmetry breaking due to a special structure of the resulting quark mass operator. It is shown that this Lagrangian describes light pseudoscalar mesons, and Gell-Mann-Oakes-Renner relations for pions, eta and K mesons are reproduced. The spectrum of radial excitations of pions and K mesons is found and compared to experimentally known masses.  相似文献

We consider the SU(4) Skyrme model with explicit chiral and flavour symmetry-breaking terms. Using the masses of the 15-plet pseudoscalar mesons as the input, we calculate the masses of the 20-plet baryons. The baryon masses predicted by this model agree with results based on quark model to about 15%. We find that the generalized Gell-Mann Okubo mass relation is very well satisfied.  相似文献
