把电子受体苄基紫精引入到多联吡啶中,设计合成了新型三齿多吡啶配体[HC∧N∧N(PhMV2+Ph)],并以其合成了新配合物[C1Pt{C∧N∧N(PhMV2+Ph)}](ClO4)、[C1Pd{C∧N∧N(PhMV2+Ph}](PF6)2。用核磁共振氢谱表征了配体和配合物的结构,证实所得合成产物与设计结构一致;利用UV研究了配体及配合物的光谱性质,两种配合物在可见光区有MLCT吸收;采用三组分的"S-R/D/C"体系,对配合物[C1Pt{C∧N∧N(PhMV2+Ph)}](ClO4)2的光解水制氢行为进行了初步研究,并与[ClPt{C^N^N(PhMV2+)}](PF6)2及没有实现敏化剂与电子中继体MV2+直接连接的四组分体系ClPt[C∧N∧N(PhCH3)]做了对比。结果表明对于光敏剂与电子受体共价连接的Pt(Ⅱ)多吡啶类配合物,制氢效果并没有提高。  相似文献

采用密度泛函理论计算研究了碱性介质中甲醇在清洁的PtAu(111)和Pt(111)表面、及有CO存在的PtAu(111)和Pt(111)表面的氧化。计算结果表明,在碱性介质中,预吸附的CO促进了甲醇在PtAu(111)和Pt(111)表面氧化的每一步反应,这与其在Au(111)表面的作用相似。究其原因,是由于CO的吸附增强了OH的稳定性和碱性,从而增强了OH夺取氢原子的能力。  相似文献

在DFT-B3LYP/SDD水平上计算研究了第A族金属叠氮多聚体(Me2MN3)n(n=1~3,M=Ga,Al)的结构和性质.多聚体(Me2MN3)2,3的各优化构型均为环状,通过一子体系叠氮基的α-N和另一子体系的金属Ga或Al相连.二聚体(Me2MN3)2中含M2N2平面四元环结构,三聚体(Me2MN3)3具有结合能相近的扭船式和椅式两种构象,均含M3N3六元环结构.与单体相比,多聚体的几何参数变化较大.报道了它们在不同温度下的热力学性质,发现叠氮二甲基镓和铝体系以二聚体形式存在.  相似文献

长期以来,人们都将N2O视为一种温室气体,然而事实上N2O在航天领域是一种宝贵的能源物质,西方发达国家对N2O的制备技术相当重视。生物及化学反硝化过程都能产生大量的N2O,但将N2O作为能源气体收集利用在我国还未受到重视。本文介绍了国内外关于污水脱氮过程中N2O生成情况的研究,分析了生物脱氮过程中N2O的产生机理和影响因素,同时探讨了化学反硝化作用,尤其是Fe(Ⅱ)的还原作用对N2O生成和控制的影响,提出了对N2O进行资源化利用的途径。最后指出,可以大量积累N2O的化学反硝化过程应是今后水体脱氮的重要研究方向,尤其是化学反硝化过程中N2O的产生机理和影响因素值得进一步研究。  相似文献

M0,±6(M=Os,Ir,Pt)团簇结构与性质的密度泛函理论研究   总被引:1,自引:1,他引:0  
采用密度泛函理论(DFT)中的杂化密度泛函(B3LYP)方法,在LANL2DZ基组水平上对M06,±(M=Os,Ir,Pt)团簇的各种可能构型进行了几何结构优化,得出各团簇的最稳定构型,并对其能量、振动频率、热力学性质、核独立化学位移(NICS)和极化率进行了理论研究.结果表明,M06,±(M=Os,Ir)团簇的基态都是三棱柱结构,Pt-6团簇的基态是平面三角形结构;M06,±(M=Os,Ir,Pt)团簇生成焓都为负值,热力学上是稳定的;NICS值都为负值,表明M06,±(M=Os,Ir,Pt)团簇都具有芳香性,其中Os6-团簇的芳香性最强;从光谱分析来看,Os6的IR和Raman谱的较强吸收峰的个数最多,Ir6的IR和Raman谱的最强吸收峰都只有一个,IR最强吸收峰在137.O和143.5 cm-1之间,Raman谱最强的吸收峰位于169.5 cm-1处;Pt6的IR和Raman谱的最强吸收峰分别位于50.2和194.7 cm-1处.  相似文献

[Ru6(μ-O2CCH3)12(CH3OH)2(HCOO)2][Ru2(μ-O2CCH3)4(H2O)2](PF6)2.2H2O(Ru2(Ⅱ,Ⅲ)混合价)是通过二步反应合成的。首先Ru2(O2CCH3)4Cl在加热条件下与甲醇反应得到红棕色中间物,然后将该中间物在甲醇水(体积比7∶1)溶液中用Ag2SO4和NH4PF6进行脱氯配位反应得到此化合物。用元素分析、红外光谱、热重分析、循环伏安、X-衍射单晶结构分析等对其进行了表征。晶体结构表明,标题化合物的晶体属单斜晶系,空间群为P21/n,晶胞参数:a=0.85362(14)nm,b=1.19589(19)nm,c=3.6642(6)nm,β=92.316(3)°,Z=2,每个结构基元包含2个不同的配离子,其中[Ru2(μ-O2CCH3)4(H2O)2]+是1个双核钌配离子,[Ru6(μ-O2CCH3)12(CH3OH)2(HCOO)2]+是由另1个由甲醇配位、甲酸根桥连的六核钌配离子。2个独立的结构单元通过氢键形成三维超分子网络结构。采用循环伏安法对其电化学性质进行了表征,结果为一对准可逆的氧化还原峰,表明该配合物的中心金属二价钌原子Ru(Ⅱ)与三价钌原子Ru(Ⅲ)之间存在电子转移。  相似文献

在HF和MP2水平用全电子(AE)和相对论有效芯势(RECP)方法研究了Ⅰa、Ⅰb、Ⅱa和Ⅱb族金属离子与β-D-核糖(RI)的相互作用.结果表明,RECP能可靠地用于重金属离子;二价金属离子(M2+)比一价金属离子(M+)更易使β-D-核糖(RI)变形;二价金属离子络合物(RI-M2+)比一价金属离子络合物(RI-M+)稳定.电荷布居分析的结果支持上述结论.  相似文献

在B3LYP、HF和MP2水平上运用全电子从头算(AE)和相对论有效实势(RECP)及6-311+G**和LanL2DZ基组计算Ⅰa、Ⅰb、Ⅱa和Ⅱb族金属离子与磷酸二甲酯阴离子(DMP-)的相互作用。 RECP用于除Li+、Be2+外所有的金属离子。 对Na+、K+、Cu+、Mg2+、Ca2+、Zn2+用AE和RECP 2种方法处理。 结果表明:RECP能可靠地用于重金属离子络合物; 二价金属离子络合物(DMP-—M2+)比一价金属离子络合物 (DMP-—M+)稳定;二价金属离子(M2+)可能比一价金属离子(M+)更易使多核苷酸折叠。  相似文献

以铋膜电极为工作电极,采用微分脉冲阳极溶出伏安法直接测定食品样品中痕量铅、镉和锌。在富集电位-1.4V,富集时间180s,铋膜质量浓度150μg·L-1的条件下,铋膜电极对铅、镉和锌的氧化溶出具有良好的电化学响应。铅(Ⅱ)、镉(Ⅱ)和锌(Ⅱ)的质量浓度在5.0~40μg·L-1的范围内与其阳极溶出峰电流呈线性关系,铅(Ⅱ)、镉(Ⅱ)和锌(Ⅱ)的检出限(3S/N)分别为0.80,0.65,0.58μg·L-1。对25μg·L-1铅(Ⅱ)、镉(Ⅱ)和锌(Ⅱ)溶液用铋膜电极连续测定15次,相对标准偏差分别为6.2%,5.1%,7.1%。方法应用于食品中痕量重金属的测定,测定结果与石墨炉原子吸收光谱法的测定值相符。  相似文献

Abstract

A simple, sensitive, and selective second-order-derivative spectrophotometric method has been developed for the simultaneous determination of palladium(II) and ruthenium(III) using 2-hydroxy-3-methoxy benzaldehyde thiosemicarbazone (HMBATSC) as a chromophoric reagent. The reagent (HMBATSC) reacts with Pd(II) and Ru(III) at pH 3.0, forming soluble yellowish green and dark brown species, respectively. Palladium and ruthenium present in the mixture were simultaneously determined without solving the simultaneous equations by measuring the second derivative amplitudes at 445 nm and 385 nm, respectively. Further, the Beer's law was obeyed in the range 0.21–12.78 µg mL?1 and 0.25–13.42 µg mL?1 for Pd(II) and Ru(III), respectively. A large number of foreign ions did not interfere in the present method. The proposed method was successfully applied for the determination of palladium in hydrogenation catalysts and ruthenium in water samples.  相似文献

The complete quartic force field of BH(3) has been converged to the ab initio limit by extrapolation of core-valence correlation-consistent basis set series (cc-pCVXZ, X = T, Q, 5) of all-electron CCSD(T) (coupled-cluster singles and doubles with perturbative triples) energy points. Additional computations including full coupled-cluster treatments through quadruple excitations (CCSDTQ), scalar relativistic effects, and diagonal Born-Oppenheimer corrections (DBOC) were concurrently executed. Within second-order vibrational perturbation theory (VPT2) our quartic force field yields the fundamental frequencies nu(1) = 2502.3 cm(-1), nu(2) = 1147.2 cm(-1), nu(3) = 2602.1 cm(-1), and nu(4) = 1196.5 cm(-1), in excellent agreement with observed gas-phase fundamentals, displaying a mean absolute error of only 0.3 cm(-1). Our converged prediction for the equilibrium bond length of BH(3) is r(e) = 1.1867 A.  相似文献

Individual polyhydroxyalkanoate synthase molecules from Ralstonia eutropha (PhaCRe) were directly visualized on highly oriented pyrolytic graphite (HOPG) by atomic force microscopy (AFM). PhaCRe molecule was observed as a spherical particle of 2.9 +/- 0.4 nm in height and 28 +/- 4 nm in width. In vitro polymerization reaction on HOPG was carried out for 5 min by reacting the PhaCRe molecules with (R)-3-hydroxybutyryl-CoA monomers. The reaction product was then observed after the removal of water solution. Several PhaCRe molecules associated with each other to form an assembly, which was attached to a fibrillar structure of ca. 0.2-0.3 nm in height. The fibrillar structure that elongated from the PhaCRe assembly was interpreted as the poly[(R)-3-hydroxybutyrate] polymer chain. High resolution AFM suggested that the PhaCRe assembly was composed of 3-4 subunits of PhaCRe molecules. This was further supported by SDS-PAGE analysis of the cross-linked PhaCRe enzyme. These results suggest that more than two subunits of PhaCRe are necessary for the in vitro polymerization of PHB molecular chains.  相似文献

A simple and direct analysis using column-switching HPLC method was developed and validated for the quantification of active metabolites of sibutramine, N-mono-desmethyl metabolite (metabolite 1, M1) and N-di-desmethyl metabolite (metabolite 2, M2) in the serum of rats administered sibutramine HCl (5.0 mg/kg, p.o.). Rat serum was directly injected onto the precolumn without sample prepreparation step following dilution with mobile phase A, i. e., methanol-ACN-20 mM ammonium phosphate buffer (pH 6.0 with phosphoric acid) (8.3:4.5:87.2 by volume). After the endogenous serum components were eluted to waste, the system was switched and the analytes were eluted to the trap column. Active metabolites M1 and M2 were then back-flushed to the analytical column for separation with mobile phase B, i. e., methanol-ACN-20 mM ammonium phosphate buffer (pH 6.0 with phosphoric acid) (35.8:19.2:45 by volume) and detected at 223 nm. The calibration curves of active metabolites M1 and M2 were linear in the range of 0.1-1.0 microg/mL and 0.15-1.8 microg/mL. This method was fully validated and shown to be specific, accurate (10.4-10.7% error), and precise (1.97-8.79% CV). This simple and rapid analytical method using column-switching appears to be useful for the pharmacokinetic study of active metabolites (M1 and M2) of sibutramine.  相似文献

Abstract

A new method has been developed for field screening of copper (II) in water samples, which is based on an enzyme inhibition reaction between copper (II) and nitrate reductase. The concentration of copper (II) was acquired by indirect determination the reaction product (nitrite) with a mini optical reflection sensor. Under the optimum conditions, the calibration graph was linear in the range of 5.0–50 ng mL?1. The limit of detection was 0.5 ng mL?1. This method has been used for the field screening of copper (II) with satisfactory results.  相似文献
