The first example of isonicotinic acid compounds with infinite mercury halide chains, [HgCl2(C6NO2H5)]n n[HgCl2]n(C6NO2H5) (1), was synthesized through hydrothermal reactions and structurally characterized by X-ray single crystal diffraction. Compound 1 features a one-dimensional (1-D) motif, based on infinite 1-D [HgCl2(C6NO2H5)]n chains, neutral HgCl2 moieties and isolated isonicotinic acid molecules. The [HgCl2(C6NO2H5)]n chains, HgCl2 moieties and isonicotinic acid molecules are interlinked by hydrogen bonds and π-π interactions to give a two-dimensional supramolecular layer. Photoluminescent investigation reveals that the title compound exhibits a strong emission in blue region. The emission band is identified as the π -π* transitions of the isonicotinic acid moieties.  相似文献

[μ-Ni(C5H5)P(C6H5)3] [μ-C5H5]2 [ZnC5H5]2 has been obtained from the reaction of Cp2Zn with Ni(COD)2 in the presence of Ph3P and its structure determined by X-ray crystallography. It consists of two cyclopentadienylzinc moieties bridged by the Ni atom of a CpNiPPh3 group and by a Cp group. A possible mechanism for the formation of the compound is discussed.  相似文献

以Nd(NO3).6H2O和NH2C6H4COOH为原料,经[Nd(C7H6NO2)3.H2O]的自组装,得到了具有三维网络结构的配位聚合物[Nd(C7H6NO2)3.H2O]n。该聚合物晶体属单斜晶系,空间群P2(1)/n,a=0.98069(5)nm,b=2.2736(2)nm,c=0.98254(8)nm,β=100.053(5)°,V=2.1571(3)nm^3,Z=4。最后的一致性因子R=0.038。磁性研究表明,该化合物在低温下表现出反铁磁性质。测定了化合物的UV-vis-NIR和IR光谱,进行了分析和指认。  相似文献

以有机溶剂热生长技术(solvothermaltechnique),即在180℃乙二胺(en)溶液中,以MnCl~3,PdCl~2,K~2Se在密闭容器中反应7d,制备出新的硫族化合物[Mn(en)~3]PdSe~2,其阴离子基团为[PdSe~2]^2^-,阳离子基团为过渡金属Mn与乙二胺(en)的配合物:[Mn(en)~3]^2^+。以单晶X射线衍射技术解得该晶体结构属正交晶系,空间群为Pbcn,[Mn(en)~3]PdSe~2(Ⅰ)的晶胞数据:a=1.1484(2),b=1.5057(3),c=0.93622(19)nm,Z=4。  相似文献

Three high-quality single-crystal X-ray diffraction data sets have been measured under very different conditions on a structurally simple, but magnetically complex, coordination polymer, [Mn(HCOO)(2)(H(2)O)(2)](infinity) (1). The first data set is a conventional 100(2) K Mo(Kalpha) data set, the second is a very high resolution 100(2) K data set measured on a second-generation synchrotron source, while the third data set was measured with a tiny crystal on a high brilliance third-generation synchrotron source at 16(2) K. Furthermore, the magnetic susceptibility (chi) and the heat capacity (C(p)) have been measured from 2 to 300 K on pressed powder. The charge density of 1 was determined from multipole modeling of the experimental structure factors, and overall there is good agreement between the densities obtained separately from the three data sets. When considering the fine density features, the two 100 K data sets agree well with each other, but show small differences to the 16 K data set. Comparison with ab initio theory suggests that the 16 K APS data set provides the most accurate density. Topological analysis of the metal-ligand bonding, experimental 3d orbital populations on the Mn atoms, and Bader atomic charges indicate quite ionic, high-spin metal atoms. This picture is supported by the effective moment estimated from the magnetization measurements (5.840(2) mu(B)), but it is at variance with earlier spin density measurements from polarized neutron diffraction. The magnetic ordering originates from superexchange involving covalent interactions with the ligands, and non-ionic effects are observed in the static deformation density maps as well as in plots of the valence shell charge concentrations. Overall, the present study provides a benchmark charge density that can be used in comparison with future metal formate dihydrate charge densities.  相似文献

The crystal structure of an organosulfonate ligand 2-aminopyridine-5-sulfonic acid is reported here. Reaction of AgNO3 and the 2-aminopyridine-5-sulfonic acid in basic ethanol/aqueous solution gave [Ag(C5H5N2O3S)] n (1). X-ray crystallographic study reveals that 1 is a 2D network structure constructed by strong Ag-pyridine, Ag–NH2 interactions and weaker Ag-sulfonate interactions. The replacement of the benzene ring by the pyridine ring causes the coordination modes of the sulfonate group to change from μ 3 to μ2. Its TG/DSC property is also discussed.  相似文献

A porous molecular crystal with guest ethanol molecules, [Mn3(HCOO)6](C2H5OH), was found to be a new type of multifunctional molecular system, which exhibits a ferroelectric transition at 165 K and a ferrimagnetic transition at 8.5 K. [Mn3(HCOO)6](C2H5OH) will give a hint to design "multiferroic" molecular materials where ferroelectric and ferromagnetic orders coexist.  相似文献

采用铜(Ⅱ)盐和3,5-二氯水杨醛缩丝氨酸以及4,4′-联吡啶在乙醇水溶液中合成了具有二维层状的配位聚合物.通过元素分析、红外光谱对该配位聚合物进行了表征,并利用X射线单晶衍射仪对其结构进行了鉴定.晶体结构表明,该标题配合物属三斜方晶系,空间群C2/c,晶胞参数为a=2.711(3)nm,b=2.711(3)nm,c=4.977(5)nm;α=90.00°,β=90.00°,γ=120.00°,V=3.167 8 nm3,Z=18,Dc=1.173 g.cm-3,F(000)=11 448,μ=0.807 mm-1,R1=0.078 8,wR2=0.187 2.  相似文献
