This paper investigates a genotype selection model subjected to both a multiplicative coloured noise and an additive coloured noise with different correlation time τ1 and τ2 by means of the numerical technique. By directly simulating the Langevin Equation, the following results are obtained. (1) The multiplicative coloured noise dominates, however, the effect of the additive coloured noise is not neglected in the practical gene selection process. The selection rate μ decides that the selection is propitious to gene A haploid or gene B haploid. (2) The additive coloured noise intensity and the correlation time τ2 play opposite roles. It is noted that α and τ2 can not separate the single peak, while can make the peak disappear and ~-2 can make the peak be sharp. (3) The multiplicative coloured noise intensity D and the correlation time τ1 can induce phase transition, at the same time they play opposite roles and the reentrance phenomenon appears. In this case, it is easy to select one type haploid from the group with increasing D and decreasing τ1.  相似文献

We study the transition problems in a piecewise nonlinear model induced by correlated multiplicative non-Gaussian noise and additive Gaussian white noise. Firstly, applying the path integral approach, the unified colored noise approximation, the analytical expression of the steady-state probability density function (SPD) is derived. Then the change regulation of the SPD is analyzed with the change of the strength and relevance of multiplicative noise and additive noise. From numerical computations we obtain some new nonlinear phenomena: the transition can be induced by the cross-correlation strength between noises, the non-Gaussian noise intensity and the Gaussian noise intensity as well as the non-Gaussian noise deviation parameter. This indicates that the effect of the non-Gaussian noise intensity on SPD is the same as that of the Gaussian noise intensity. Moreover, we also find the correlation time of the non-Gaussian noise can not induce the transition.  相似文献

本文主要研究了关联乘性非高斯噪声和加性高斯白噪声共同激励的FHN(Fitz Hugh-Nagumo)神经元系统.利用路径积分法和统一色噪声近似,推导出该系统的定态概率密度函数表达式.通过研究发现,乘性噪声强度D、加性噪声强度Q、噪声自关联时间τ以及互关联系数λ均可以诱导系统产生非平衡相变现象,而非高斯参数q却不可以诱导系统产生非平衡相变现象.此外,我们还发现参数D和λ的增大有利于神经元系统从激发态向静息态转换,Q和τ的增大有利于神经元系统从静息态向激发态转换,q的增大会使得神经元系统停留在静息态的概率增加.  相似文献

With both additive and multiplicative noise excitations, the effect on the chaotic behaviour of the dynamical system is investigated in this paper. The random Melnikov theorem with the mean-square criterion that applies to a type of dynamical systems is analysed in order to obtain the conditions for the possible occurrence of chaos. As an example, for the Duffing system, we deduce its concrete expression for the threshold of multiplicative noise amplitude for the rising of chaos, and by combining figures, we discuss the influences of the amplitude, intensity and frequency of both bounded noises on the dynamical behaviour of the Duffing system separately. Finally, numerical simulations are illustrated to verify the theoretical analysis according to the largest Lyapunov exponent and Poincaré map.  相似文献

A single-mode laser with coupling between additive and multiplicative noise terms is investigated when the multiplicative noise and the coupling between two noise terms are colored fluctuations with finite correlation times T1 and τ2. Combining the unified colored noise approximation (UCNA) and the functional analysis, the stationary probability distribution (SPD) and the variance of the laser intensity is derived. It is found that the colored nature of multiplicative noise and the coupling strength between two noise terms can affect both the structure and the height of the SPD, while the colored nature of the coupling between two noise terms can only affect the height of the SPD. The multiplicative noise can enhance the intensity fluctuations while the additive noise can reduce the fluctuations in a laser system. Numerical simulations are presented and consistent to the analytical results.  相似文献

We study a system for a single-mode laser driven by additive and multiplicative coloured noises with a coloured cross-correlation. The analytical expression of the stationary intensity distribution (SID) for the laser is derived in the case of three different correlation times. The influences of each stochastic parameter on the SID are discussed, the effects of the noise "colour" and the cross-correlation of noises on the mean intensity , the variance, λ_2(0), and the skewness,λ_3(0) of the single-mode laser are investigated. We find that there are colourful phase transitions for the SID above a threshold, and re-entrant transitions induced by the "colour" of the additive noises. Further research of the curves of -τ_i, λ_2(0)-τ_i, and λ_3(0)-τ_i (i=1,2,3) (where τ_i is the correlation time) shows that the output intensity not only increases with the additive noise correlation time τ_2 and the cross-correlation time τ_3, but also the quality of the output of laser beams is optimized.  相似文献

Considering an optical bistable system with cross-correlated additive white noise and multiplicative colored noise, we study the effects of correlation between the noises on the correlation function C(s) using the unified colored noise approximation and the Stratonovich deeoupling ansatz formalism. The effects of the self-correlation time τ of the multiplicative colored noise and the correlation intensity λ between the two noises are studied with numerical calculation. It is found that C(s) increases with the increase of the self-correlation timeτ, but decreases with the increase of the correlation intensity λ. At large value of τ, there is almost no change for C(s) when τ changes.  相似文献

The colored noise problem is studied from the point of view of consistent Markovian approximations through extending unified colored-noise approximation to the case of two-colored-noise driving systems. A bistable system simultaneously driven by multiplicative and additive colored noise is investigated by means of the extended unified colored-noise approximation. It is found that, for weak strength and color of the additive noise, the form of the stationary probability distribution changes from a unimodal to a bimodal structure via a three modal one as the correlation time of the multiplicative colored noise increases, showing the system undergoes a first order phase transition from a monostable to a bistable state. The phenomenon of stochastic resonance (SR) in a bistable nonlinear system with coupling between additive and multiplicative noises is investigated when the correlation between two noise terms is coloured. It is found that the signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) of the system is affected not only by the coupling strength λ between two noise terms, but also by the noise correlation time τ. The SNR is changed from a single peak, to two peaks with a dip, and then to a monotonically decreasing function with noise strength. The dependence of the SR on the initial conditions is entirely caused by the coupling strength λ between two noise terms.  相似文献

研究了色关联的乘性高斯色噪声和加性高斯色噪声驱动的分段非线性系统中, 噪声强度和相关时间对平均首次穿越时间的影响. 利用一致有色噪声近似方法和最速下降方法, 推导出系统平均首次穿越时间的表达式. 研究结果表明: 系统的平均首次穿越时间随着乘性噪声的增加会出现单峰结构, 即“共振”现象, 峰值会随着加性噪声强度和噪声之间关联强度的增加而减小. 而平均首次穿越时间作为加性噪声的函数呈单调曲线, 说明乘性噪声和加性噪声对平均首次穿越时间的影响不同. 此外, 乘性和加性噪声关联时间以及互关联时间在正关联时和负关联时 对系统平均首次穿越时间的影响是不同的. 关键词: 色噪声 分段非线性系统 平均首次穿越时间  相似文献

A model of tumor-immune system interplay with time delays and cross-correlated sine-Wiener noises is investigated by numerical simulations for the stationary probability distribution (SPD) and stationary mean value 〈xst of tumor cell population. Results show that (i) the structure of the SPD transfers from bimodal to unimodal as the reaction time (τα) of the cell population to environmental constraints increases; (ii) conversely, as the time (τβ) of immune system to develop specific immune competence and the correlation time (τ) of noises increase, the structure of the SPD transfers from unimodal to bimodal; (iii) as the cross-correlated intensity (λ) between noises increases, the transitions induced by τ are suppressed.  相似文献

根据信噪比理论,研究了由乘性和加性白噪声以及周期矩形信号共同作用的非对称双稳系统的随机共振。推导出了信噪比的解析表达式,并且该表达式适用于任意的信号振幅。数值分析表明乘性噪声强度D和加性噪声强度α对信噪比的影响是不同的:对应于任意的一个非对称系数r的值,SNR-α 曲线比SNR-D曲线更容易出现随机共振。即当系统的双阱不是很不对称的时候,改变加性噪声比改变乘性噪声更容易产生随机共振。此外,势井的非对称性能够减小信噪比。  相似文献

Noise induced evolution and transition in an anti-tumor model under immune surveillance are investigated in the presence of additive fractional Gaussian noises. Unlike white Gaussian noise, the Hurst exponent of noise plays a constructive role in the evolution. The noise can also induce the transition. As the noise intensity increases, the noises induced the transition from two states to one state for antipersistent case, whereas the curve always presents a bimodal structure and only the heights of their peaks changed for the persistent case.  相似文献

本文在Levins模型的基础上研究了噪声对集合种群的稳定性的影响. 应用Fokker-Planck方程得到了系统的稳态概率分布函数和平均灭绝时间. 经过数值分析,结果如下: 无关联(λ=0 λ为加性噪声和乘性噪声之间的关联强度)时, 加性噪声强度α和乘性噪声强度D均弱化集合种群的稳定性; 噪声之间关联(λ≠0)时, 随着λ的增大,系统的稳定性被增强. 当-(c-e-D)2/(4c√Dα)<λ<1时, λ诱导"共振抑制"现象. D存在一个临界值, 小于临界值时, D可以增强系统的稳定性.  相似文献

The correlated noise-based switches and stochastic resonance are investigated in a bistable single gene switching system driven by an additive noise (environmental fluctuations), a multiplicative noise (fluctuations of the degradation rate). The correlation between the two noise sources originates from on the lysis-lysogeny pathway system of the λ phage. The steady state probability distribution is obtained by solving the time-independent Fokker-Planck equation, and the effects of noises are analyzed. The effects of noises on the switching time between the two stable states (mean first passage time) is investigated by the numerical simulation. The stochastic resonance phenomenon is analyzed by the power amplification factor. The results show that the multiplicative noise can induce the switching from “on” → “off” of the protein production, while the additive noise and the correlation between the noise sources can induce the inverse switching “off” → “on”. A nonmonotonic behaviour of the average switching time versus the multiplicative noise intensity, for different cross-correlation and additive noise intensities, is observed in the genetic system. There exist optimal values of the additive noise, multiplicative noise and cross-correlation intensities for which the weak signal can be optimal amplified.  相似文献

The phenomenon of stochastic resonance (SR) in a tumor growth model under the presence of immune surveillance is investigated. Time delay and cross-correlation between multiplicative and additive noises are considered in the system. The signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) is calculated when periodic signal is introduced multiplicatively. Our results show that: (i) the time delay can accelerate the transition from the state of stable tumor to that of extinction, however the correlation between two noises can accelerate the transition from the state of extinction to that of stable tumor; (ii) the time delay and correlation between two noises can lead to a transition between SR and double SR in the curve of SNR as a function of additive noise intensity, however for the curve of SNR as a function of multiplicative noise intensity, the time delay can cause the SR phenomenon to disappear, and the cross-correlation between two noises can lead to a transition from SR to stochastic reverse-resonance. Finally, we compare the SR phenomenon for the multiplicative periodic signal with that for additive periodic signal in the tumor growth model with immune surveillance.  相似文献
