When praziquantel was exposed to N-bromosuccinimide in the presence of ethanol, a tricyclic 3-bromo-1-ethoxy pyrazinone was formed. From this and the analogous 1,3-dibromopyrazinone, a small library of 3-alkylamino-1-ethoxy, 1,3-dialkoxy, 3-alkoxy-1-bromo, and 3-alkylamino-1-bromo substituted pyrazinones were synthesized in high yields.  相似文献

N-Sulfonyl imines have been synthesized in good to excellent yields from aldehydes and chloramine-T using proline as an organocatalyst in aqueous medium at ambient temperature. The protocol is applicable to a wide range of aldehydes, especially enals exhibit remarkable efficiency in the reaction. The reaction presumably occurs via iminium activation and opens new avenues for the synthesis of N-sulfonyl imines under environmentally benign and mild conditions.  相似文献

3- and 4-N,N-Dialkylaminobenzonitriles and 4-chloro-(N,N-dialkyl)benzamidines were isolated by reacting 4-chlorobenzonitrile with hindered lithium amides under thermodynamic (0 °C) and kinetic control conditions (−78 °C), respectively. As previously reported, a benzyne mechanism seems to be confirmed since N,N-dialkylaminobenzonitriles are formed. Only benzamidines were isolated in fair to high yields at both 0 °C and −78 °C with non-hindered lithium amides. Exploitation and mechanistic rationale of the reaction of different halobenzonitriles are also reported.  相似文献

The nucleophilic conjugate addition of chiral formaldehyde N,N-dialkylhydrazones 1 to doubly activated cyclic alkenes 2-8 proceeds smoothly to afford the corresponding Michael adducts 14, 16, 18, 20, 22, 24, and 25 in variable yields and selectivities. The reactions take place either spontaneously or in the presence of MgI2 as a mild Lewis acid depending on the type of substrate. Release of the chiral auxiliary was achieved by transformation of the hydrazone moiety into acetals, dithioacetals or nitriles.  相似文献

Ultrasound and microwave assisted bromination reactions of various alkylaryls with N-bromosuccinimide, either neat or in water, shows diverse chemoselectivity. Thus, ring substitution occurs in water with ultrasound, whereas with microwaves both side-chain α-bromination and ring substitution occur. With neat reactants, side-chain α-bromination predominates for microwave assisted reactions. In the presence of water the chemoselectivity with microwave-promoted bromination is similar to that observed using classical methods.  相似文献

The electrochemical fluorination (ECF) of N,N-dimethylperfluoroacylamides gives the corresponding perfluoro-N,N-dimethylacylamides in low yield. With increase of the number of carbon atoms in the perfluoroacyl radical the yield of the required perfluoro-N,N-dimethylacylamides is slightly increased.  相似文献

The reaction of allylic compounds with alkyl Grignard reagents in the presence of a catalytic amount of copper N-heterocyclic carbene (NHC) complexes proceeded predominantly in an SN2′ reaction pathway to give γ-substituted product in excellent yield. Photocarboxylation of 1,1-diphenylethylene with N,N,N′,N′-tetramethylbenzidine (TMB) in MeCN under bubbling of CO2 proceeded with high catalytic efficiency, giving 3,3-diphenylacrylic acid (DPA) and 3-hydroxy-3,3-diphenylpropionic acid (20). The turnover number (TON=(DPA+20)/TMB) reached 17. Similarly, 1-phenyl-1-cyclohexene yielded cis-2-acetamido-2-phenylcyclohexanecarboxylic acid with TON 5.9. As compared with related N,N-dimethylaniline derivatives, TMB is more resistant to photodecomposition, has the much larger absorbance in the S0→S1 transition, and has the lower quenching efficiency by CO2. Probably these factors are partly responsible for the high TON observed for TMB.  相似文献

The geometry of N,N′-diphenyl-p-phenylenediamine (DPPD), N-phenyl-N′-(1′-methylbenzyl)-p-phenylenediamine (SPPD), N-phenyl-N′-(1,3-dimethyl-butyl)-p-phenylenediamine (6PPD), N-phenyl-N′-isopropyl-p-phenylenediamine (IPPD), and N-(1-methyl-1-phenylethyl)-N′-phenyl-p-phenylenediamine (CPPD) as well as of their dehydrogenation products has been optimized at B3LYP/6-31G level of theory. Our results support the idea of formation of stable ketimine Ph-NC structures (instead of quinonediimine structures) during consecutive dehydrogenation of SPPD, 6PPD, and IPPD antioxidants despite the formation of tertiary carbon-centered radicals in the first dehydrogenation step is energetically preferred for SPPD only.  相似文献

Hexafluorothioacetone, generated in situ from its cyclic dimer (1) in the presence of CsF catalyst was shown to react with styrene or 4-alkyl-styrenes (alkyl = c-hexyl, Me, t-Bu) forming the corresponding 2:1 Diels-Alder cycloadducts as major products. All cycloadducts were isolated, and the structure of two of them was established by single crystal X-ray diffraction. While 2-vinylnaphthalene, 4-CF3- and 4-Cl-styrenes in the presence of CsF catalyst react with 1 producing the corresponding 1:1 Diels-Alder cycloadducts, 4-alkoxy styrenes were found to produce preferentially the corresponding thietanes. The reaction of styrenes with 1 was also found to be sensitive to the source of fluoride ion and the solvent.  相似文献

Crystals of the cadmium(II) complexes of N,N-diisopropylthiourea and N,N-dicyclohexylthiourea were obtained and their X-ray single crystal structures determined. These complexes are air-stable, easy to prepare and inexpensive and decompose cleanly to give good quality crystalline CdS. The nanoparticles of CdS thus obtained showed quantum confinement effects in their optical spectra, with close to band-edge emission in luminescence experiments. The broad diffraction patterns observed are typical of nanodimensional particles. The variation of concentration of precursor-to-HDA ratio change the isolated materials from spheres to rod-shaped. TEM images showed agglomerates of needle-like plate of particles.  相似文献

In this Letter, we describe the unexpected reaction pattern of N,NN″-tri-Boc-guanidine (TBG) with amines at room temperature and under reflux conditions affording N-substituted guanidines and amidinoureas, potentially important compounds with extensive applications in medicinal chemistry. This investigation shows that TBG is an excellent, readily available common starting material for the synthesis of various N-alkyl guanidines as well as N-alkyl-N′-substituted amidinoureas by simply manipulating the reaction conditions.  相似文献

N-Benzylamides were debenzylated efficiently with 4 equiv. of p-TsOH in refluxing toluene. Good to quantitative yields of the desired primary amides were obtained within 2-4 h from a wide variety of N-2,4-dimethoxybenzylamides. N-4-Methoxylbenzyl amides and N-benzylamides were also debenzylated cleanly. In the case of N-2,4-dimethoxylbenzylamides, selective N-debenzylation was possible in the presence of N-Fmoc, N-t-BOC or N-trityl-protection. A simple and rapid process has been developed for the α-monohalogenation of 1,3-keto-esters with N-halosuccinimides catalyzed by Amberlyst-15® at room temperature to produce the corresponding 2-halo 1,3-keto-esters in high yields.
