The reaction of CuBr2 with benzimidazole and HBr in aqueous solution leads to the formation of Cu(C7H6N2)2Br2 as dark-brown, stable monoclinic crystals. Space groupP21/c witha=13.794(5),b=7.875(2),c=14.510(6) Å;=105.82(5)°;V c =1516(5) Å3;D x =2.010(3) Mg m–3. The structure was refined by a full-matrix least-squares procedure to giveR=R w =0.045 for 1932 intensities above 3(I). The copper (II) ions are four coordinates in the form of a distorted flattened tetrahedron CuN2Br2, with the bond lengths Cu-Br(1)=2.402(1), Cu-Br(2)=2.446(1), Cu-N(1)=1.976(7), and Cu-N(11)=1.946(7) Å. The flattened angles are Br-Cu-Br=139.0(1) and N-Cu-N=154.6(3)°. The geometry of intermolecular and intramolecular hydrogen bonds is discussed.  相似文献

The title compound is orthorhombic,M r =590.2,P212121 (No. 19),a=9.865(2),b=9.924(2),c=31.202(7) Å,V=3055(2) Å3,Z=4,D x =1.283 g cm–3, (MoK );F(000)=1256; (MoK )=6.76 cm–1, finalR=0.052 for 1441 reflections I2.5(I). The nitrite group is chelated via the two oxygen atoms; the two six-membered rings resulting from the coordination of the 1,3-propanediamine ligands to the nickel(II) atom are in the chair conformation. The Ni-N and Ni-O distances average 2.07(1) and 2.14(2) Å respectively. The two Ni-O distances are nearly equivalent.  相似文献

X-ray crystallographic studies of the two title compounds have shown that the molecules crystallize in the same triclinic space group, , with very similar cell dimensions. For C21H21BrO4,a=12.056(5),b=13.206(5),c=7.595(3)Å, =90.38(3), =106.07(3) and =124.42(3)° and for C21H23BrO3,a=12.076(6),b=13.090(5),c=7.490(3)Å, =92.65(5), =104.90(5) and =124.55(5)°. Both compounds possess the oxabicyclo[3.2.1]octane bridged ring system and differ only at the carbon to the ring oxygen where the Csp3 in the ether is replaced by Csp2=O in the lactone. Both cyclohexane rings adopt distorted chair conformations and the lactone and ether rings approximate closely to the envelope conformation. The bromine substituent at C(4) results in distortion of the naphthalene ring. Both molecules pack with the naphthalene rings parallel to each other with interplanar spacings of 3.71 Å in the ether and 3.66Å in the lactone.  相似文献

The crystal structure of bis (NN-di(n-propyl)dithiocarbamato iron(III) iodide, FeIII(S2CN6H14)2I, has been determined by the heavy-atom method and refined toR=0.055 for 3487 reflections withI(hkl)>3I(hkl). The crystals are triclinic,C¯1,Z=8,a=27.644(6),b=19.186(4),c=8.694(2) Å,=87.79(1),=88.72(1), =101.87(2)°. The I-Fe bond lengths are different in the two moleculesA andB in the asymmetric unit, having values of 2.642 Å (2.655) and 2.612 Å (2.634) respectively (libration-corrected values given in parentheses). The measured effective magnetic moment eff3.89 BM, independent of temperature (93-353K), suggests a spinS of 3/2 with three unpaired electrons for FeIII.  相似文献

The crystal structure of CuCl2L·1/2 C2H5OH has been redetermined, where L=4-aminobenzophenone. C14H14Cl2CuNO1.5,M r=354.5, monoclinic, P21/c,a=8.206(1),b=6.196(2),c=29.917 (7) Å, =92.91°,V=1521.8(6) Å3,Z=4,D x=1.55 g cm–3, (MoK)=0.71069Å, =17.9 cm–1,F(000)=720,T=295K. The 1984 unique reflections (20<45°), of which 1635 had |Fo|3 (Fo), refined to a finalR of 0.042 andwR=0.049 for the 3 data set. The structure is disordered at room temperature with the ethanol molecules, present at half-occupancy, coordinating to only one half of the Cu(II) ions. The structure is comprised of two types of chains which run parallel tob. One type of chain consists of stacks of CuCl2L(C2H5OH) monomer units, which yield a 4+2 coordination geometry for each Cu atom in the chains. The second type of chains has stacks of binuclear Cu2Cl4N2 species with a 4+1 coordination exhibited by each Cu. The location and orientation of the L ligands appear to be identical in the two stacks. Intermolecular hydrogen bonding between L ligands in adjacent stacks leave space for only one ethanol molecule per two ligands.  相似文献

The Schiff base ligand (1), [C15H17NO] crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P21/c witha=10.054(3),b=10.313(3), c=13.173(4)Å, =107.42(4)°,V=1303.2(7)Å3,Z=4,Dx=1.159 g cm–3, and (MoK)=0.674 cm–1. The C2-O[1.23(1)Å] and C3–C4 [1.33(2)Å] bond lengths are short, due to its quinoidal structure. In the Schiff base nickel complex (2), [Ni(C16H18NO)2] the asymmetric unit is comprised of two half-complexes. It crystallizes in the triclinic space group witha=5.124(3),b=16.227(3),c=16.886(4)Å, =95.47(8), =96.00(1), =90.71(4)°,V=1389.6(9) Å3,Z=2,Dx=1.289 g cm–3, and (MoK) =12.1 cm–1. The coordination of the Ni(II) ions are square planar with bond angles between 87.9(1) and 92.1(1)°. The Ni–O and Ni–N distances are 1.819(2), 1.922(2) and 1.823(2), 1.914(3)Å in these two complexes.  相似文献

The x-ray crystallographic structures of ( 5-C5H4CHO)Cr(CO)2NO (I), ( 5-C5H4CN)Cr(CO)2NO (II), and ( 5-C5H4NH2)Cr(CO)2NO (III) are described. The formyl and amino derivatives were obtained from a literature preparation (Macomber and Rausch, 1983). The cyano derivative (II) was obtained by conversion of ( 5-C5H4COOH)Cr(CO)2NO into [( 5-C5H4C(O)NH2]Cr(CO)2NO, followed by dehydration of the amide in acetic anhydride. (I) crystallizes in the monoclinic space groupP21/n witha=8.028(3),b=11.605(4),c=9.730(3)Å,=90.04(2)°, andD calc=1.69 g cm–3 forZ=4. Refinement led to anR value of 0.031 based on 1279 observed reflections ([I>-3(I)]). (II) belongs to the triclinicP¯1 witha=6.838(3),b=6.879(3),c=10.130(3)Å,=92.23(2),=92.98(2), =107.65(3)°, andD calc=1.67 g cm–3 forZ=2. Refinement gaveR=0.042 for 1543 observed reflections. (III) was found to be orthorhombicPbca witha=7.259(3),b=13.449(3),c=18.090(5)Å, andD calc=1.64 g cmsu–3 forZ=8. Refinement producedR=0.026 for 767 observed reflections. In (I) the electron-withdrawing formyl group is foundtrans to the nitrosyl. The same holds for the cyano group in (II), but the amino function in (III) is nottrans to any of the tripod ligands.  相似文献

The title Indolo-carbazoles are easily obtained by reaction of 3-bromoindoles with 2,3-biindolyls and show an interesting planar structure which could be investigated for anticancer properties.  相似文献
