We discuss the existence of the angle between two curves in Teichmüller spaces and show that, in any infinite dimensional Teichmüller space, there exist infinitely many geodesic triangles each of which has the same three vertices and satisfies the property that its three sides have the same and arbitrarily given length while its three angles are equal to any given three possibly different numbers from 0 to $\pi $ . This implies that the sum of three angles of a geodesic triangle may be equal to any given number from 0 to $3\pi $ in an infinite dimensional Teichmüller space.  相似文献

We study a linear system of pseudodifferential equations uniformly elliptic in Petrovskii’s sense in the Hilbert scale of H?rmander functional spaces defined in ℝ n . An a priori estimate is proved for the solution of the system and its interior smoothness in this scale of spaces is investigated. As an application, we establish a sufficient condition for the existence of continuous bounded derivatives of the solution.  相似文献

We study the homotopy type of finite-oriented Poincaré spaces (and, in particular, of closed topological manifolds) in even dimension. Our results relate polarized homotopy types over a stage of the Postnikov tower with the concept of CW-tower of categories due to Baues. This fact allows us to obtain a new formula for the top-dimensional obstruction for extending maps to homotopy equivalences. Let R be a Riemann surface of infinite analytic type, T(R) and AT(R) be the Teichmüller space and asymptotic Teichmüller space on R respectively. The purpose of this paper is to discuss some problems related to geodesics in AT(R). It is proved that uniqueness of geodesics joining two given points [??] and [??] in T (R) dose not imply uniqueness of geodesics joining?[[??]] and [[??]] in AT(R). Suppose that E and E′ denote real Banach spaces with dimension at least 2, that D $ \subseteq $ E and D $ \subseteq $ E′ are domains, that f: DD′ is an (M,C)-CQH homeomorphism, and that D is uniform. The aim of this paper is to prove that D′ is a uniform domain if and only if f extends to a homeomorphism $\overline f :\overline D \to {\overline D ^\prime }$ and $\overline f $ is η-QM relative to ?D. In this article, first we generalize the concept of B-parts in a geometric space with respect to a binary relation ρ and then we study left (right) lBρ-closures (rBρ-closures, respectively). We describe and construct pseudo-Hermitian structures θ without torsion (i.e. with transverse symmetry) whose Webster–Ricci curvature tensor is a constant multiple of the exterior differential . We call these structures TS-pseudo-Einstein and our first result states that all these structures can locally be derived from Kähler–Einstein metrics. Then we discuss the corresponding Fefferman metrics of the TS-pseudo-Einstein structures. These are never Einstein. However, our second result states that they are locally always conformally Einstein.  相似文献
