The first systematic study of heterogeneous fullerene trifluoromethylation using an innovative gradient-temperature gas-solid reactor revealed a significant effect of CF3I pressure on the conversion of C60 and C70 into trifluoromethylated products and on the range of fullerene(CF3)n compositions that were obtained. The design of the reactor allowed us to lower the residence times of fullerene(CF3)n species in the hot zone which resulted in the significant differences in relative isomeric distributions as compared to the earlier methods. For the first time, gram quantities of trifluoromethylated fullerenes were prepared using the new reactor, and the selective synthesis of a single-isomer C60(CF3)2 was developed. The relative reactivity of C70 as a CF3 radical scavenger was found to be much lower than that of C60, especially at an early radical addition stage, which led to the cost-efficient synthesis of C60(CF3)2 from a fullerene extract.  相似文献

A novel isomer of C70(CF3)6 has been isolated by HPLC from a mixture prepared by trifluoromethylation of C70 with CF3COOAg. The X-ray structure revealed an unprecedented arrangement of CF3 groups forming a p3mp ribbon. This result provides additional evidence of the preferable formation of trifluoromethylated fullerene molecules comprising a single continuous ribbon of edge-sharing para- and meta-C6(CF3)2 hexagons.  相似文献

Reaction of 2-fluoroaziridines with potassium alkynyltrifluoroborates in the presence of BF3·OEt2 leads to fluorinated propargyl amines in moderate to good yields. The reaction proceeds as an in situ isomerization of 2-fluoroaziridines to α-fluorinated imines, followed by the reaction of the imine with alkynyldifluoroborane, which is generated in situ from the potassium alkynyltrifluoroborates and BF3·OEt2.  相似文献

Potassium alkynyltrifluoroborates and potassium (2-phenyl)vinyltrifluoroborates react with N-3-butenyl-(2,2-dichloro-1-propylidene)amine in the presence of BF3·Et2O as a Lewis acid to synthesize rearranged Mannich products. The reaction starts with a cationic 2-aza-Cope rearrangement of the imine, followed by the Lewis acid promoted borono-Mannich-type reaction on the rearranged imine to result in a new class of functionalized N-homoallylamines.  相似文献

The catalytic olefination reaction of 2-nitrobenzaldehydes with CF3CCl3 afforded stereoselectively trifluoromethylated ortho-nitrostyrenes in up to 88% yield. The reaction of these alkenes with pyrrolidine permits preparation of α-CF3-β-(2-nitroaryl) enamines. Subsequent one pot reduction of nitro-group by Fe-AcOH-H2O system initiated intramolecular cyclization to afford 2-CF3-indoles. Target products can be prepared in up to 85% yields. Broad synthetic scope of the reaction was shown as well as some followed up transformations of 2- CF3-indole.  相似文献

Trifluoromethylation of vinylcyclopropanes (VCPs) has been developed under mild reaction conditions to synthesize allylic trifluoromethylated derivatives with high yield and E/Z selectivity using visible light photo-redox catalysis and Langlois reagent (CF3SO2Na) as a trifluoromethylation source. Further, we demonstrate a gram scale synthesis procedure for a trifluoromethylation of vinylcyclopropane.  相似文献

Treatment of per- or polyfluoroalkylated vinyl iodides 5 with 2 equiv. of n-BuLi in THF produced the corresponding lithium acetylides in situ, which were transformed into zinc acetylides by the addition of ZnCl2·TMEDA complex into the reaction mixture. The in situ generated zinc acetylides were exposed to the cross-coupling conditions such as ArI/cat. Pd(PPh3)4, reflux, 6-12 h, giving rise to the desired per- or polyfluoroalkylated acetylenes in high yields. In the case of trifluoromethylated acetylene, commercially available 2-bromo-3,3,3-trifluoropropene 6 could also be used instead of 5 as the starting material. In the acetylenes having a fluoroalkyl group and an aliphatic side chain, vinyl iodides 7, prepared by radical addition of perfluoroalkyl iodide to terminal acetylenes, were treated with t-BuOK at room temperature or at the reflux temperature of benzene, affording the desired compounds in good yields.  相似文献

We disclose the reductive trifluoromethylation of chemically stable homocystine and cystine to provide corresponding trifluoromethyl ethers by the CF3I/Na/Liq.NH3 system. Both non-protected and protected homocystines can be nicely converted into trifluoromethylated methionines under the same condition. The method described offers a robust synthesis of pharmaceutically important trifluoromethionine, suitable for multigram synthesis. Pentafluoroethylation of homocystine was also achieved by the CF3CF2I/Na/Liq.NH3 system.  相似文献

N-(Trifluoromethylsulfonylimino)di-and-trifluoromethanesulfinimidoyl chlorides RS(=NSO2CF3)Cl (R = CF3, CHF2) react with potassium fluoride in 1,2-dimethoxyethane with formation of the corresponding N,N′-bis(trifluoromethylsulfonyl)fluoromethanesulfinimidamide potassium salts RS(=NSO2CF3)NSO2CF3 ?K. Analogous methanesulfinimidoyl and fluoromethanesulfinimidoyl chlorides (R = CH3, CH2F) fail to react with KF under similar conditions. Treatment of trifluoromethanesulfenamides CF3SNR2 with N,N-dichlorotrifluoromethanesulfonamide CF3SO2NCl2 leads to N,N-disubstituted N′-(trifluoromethylsulfonyl)trifluoromethanesul-finimidamides CF3S(=NSO2CF3)NR2. The reaction of N,N-dimethyl-N′-(trifluoromethylsulfonyl)trifluoromethanesulfinimidamide (R = CH3) with gaseous hydrogen chloride in diethyl ether gives sulfinimidoyl chloride CF3S(=NSO2CF3)Cl which could not be obtained by imination of CF3SCl.  相似文献

A crystalline form of S660(CF3)12 was synthesized in an amount sufficient for reliable experimental investigation. We determined the enthalpy of combustion of S660(CF3)12 in oxygen and its heat capacity, which made possible to derive the thermodynamic functions of S660(CF3)12, namely the enthalpy of formation, the entropy and the Gibbs energy at T = 298.15 K. These experimental thermochemical data enabled estimation of the formation energy for a broad range of other trifluoromethylated compounds C60(CF3)n, with n = (2–18; 24), on the basis of their DFT calculated relative energies.  相似文献

The control of a reaction that can form multiple products is a highly attractive and challenging concept in synthetic chemistry. A set of valuable CF3‐containing molecules, namely trifluoromethylated alkenyl iodides, alkenes, and alkynes, were selectively generated from alkynes and CF3I by environmentally benign and efficient visible‐light photoredox catalysis. Subtle differences in the combination of catalyst, base, and solvent enabled the control of reactivity and selectivity for the reaction between an alkyne and CF3I.  相似文献

A AgF‐mediated fluorination with a concomitant cross‐coupling between a gem‐difluoroolefin and a non‐fluorinated olefin is reported. This highly efficient method provides facile access to both α‐CF3 alkenes and β‐CF3 ketones, which otherwise remain challenging to be directly prepared. The application of this method is further demonstrated by the synthesis of bioactive isoxazoline derivatives. This approach represents a conceptually novel route to trifluoromethylated compounds that combines the in situ generation of the CF3 moiety and a C? Cu‐catalyzed redox‐divergent [3+3] coupling of oxime esters with β‐CF3 enones and acrylates is described. This redox‐neutral coupling with enones and acrylates affords trifluoromethylated pyridines and pyridones, respectively. Under reductive conditions, difluoromethylated pyridines, difluoromethlated pyridones, and trifluoromethylated dihydropyridones are obtained. The reactions occur under mild conditions with broad substrate scope and regio/redox selectivity.  相似文献

Reported herein is an unprecedented protocol for trifluoromethylation of unactivated aliphatic C(sp3)?H bonds. With Cu(OTf)2 as the catalyst, the reaction of N‐fluoro‐substituted carboxamides (or sulfonamides) with Zn(CF3)2 complexes provides the corresponding δ‐trifluoromethylated carboxamides (or sulfonamides) in satisfactory yields under mild reaction conditions. A radical mechanism involving 1,5‐hydrogen atom transfer of N‐radicals followed by CF3‐transfer from CuII?CF3 complexes to the thus formed alkyl radicals is proposed.  相似文献

Lithium, sodium and potassium N-(trifluoromethylsulfonyl)trifluoromethanesulfinimidates were obtained by the reaction of the corresponding sulfinimidoyl chloride with alkali metal trimethylsilanolates. The potassium and sodium salts were converted to the free acid, having predominantly the amidic tautomeric structure, CF3S(O)NHSO2CF3, by treatment with concentrated H2SO4 or with H+-cationite.  相似文献

A regio‐ and stereoselective synthesis of trifluoromethylated alkenes bearing four different substituents has been developed. Stereocontrolled sulfonyloxytrifluoromethylation of unsymmetric internal alkynes with an electrophilic CF3 reagent, namely the triflate salt of the Yagupol’skii–Umemoto reagent, in the presence of an Ir photoredox catalyst under visible‐light irradiation afforded trifluoromethylalkenyl triflates with well‐predictable stereochemistry resulting from anti addition of the trifluoromethyl and triflate groups. Subsequent palladium‐catalyzed cross‐couplings led to tetrasubstituted trifluoromethylated alkenes in a highly stereoselective manner. The present method is the first example of a facile one‐pot synthesis of tetrasubstituted trifluoromethylated alkenes from simple alkynes.  相似文献

The trifluoromethylation reactions of (CF3)2Hg, CF3I and (CF3)2Te with cyclohexene, benzene and pyridine are compared under similar conditions. Photochemical as well as thermal reactions result in an increase of the reactivity in the series (CF3)2Hg < CF3I ? (CF3)2Te. The yields and the kind of products vary depending on the time of irradiation and the temperature. In all cases the best yields are obtained from the thermal reactions with (CF3)2Te. With cyclohexene only trifluoromethylated addition products are observed. The substitution reactions with pyridine yield a mixture of isomeric trifluoromethylpyridines. (CF3)2Hg and CF3I react with benzene to yield only benzotrifluoride C6H5CF3. The main product of the reaction of (CF3)2Te with benzene is also benzotrifluoride; in addition to this the disubstituted bis(trifluoromethyl)benzene isomers and trifluoromethyl- cyclohexadienes are formed. 1H, 19F n.m.r. and mass spectra are described.  相似文献

β‐Trifluoromethyl (CF3) enones were proved to act as good dienophiles in asymmetric normal‐electron‐demand Diels–Alder cycloadditions with 2,4‐dienals under trienamine catalysis with a chiral secondary amine. The sequential reductive amination transformations with benzylamine produced cis‐ and trans‐fused chiral trifluoromethylated octahydroisoquinolines in a diastereodivergent manner by using NaBH(OAc)3 and NaBH3CN as the reductants, respectively. Moreover, other types of activated alkenes that bear a CF3 group have also been successfully utilized to construct a diverse range of chiral cyclic frameworks in high stereoselectivity.  相似文献
