A general approach to the (S)- and (R)-isoflavans was invented, and efficiency of the method was demonstrated by the synthesis of (S)-equol ((S)-3), (R)-sativan ((R)-4), and (R)-vestitol ((R)-5). The key step is the allylic substitution of (S)-6a (Ar1=2,4-(MeO)2C6H3) and (R)-6b (Ar1=2,4-(BnO)2C6H3) with copper reagents derived from CuBr·Me2S and Ar2-MgBr (7a, Ar2=4-MeOC6H4; 7b, 2,4-(MeO)2C6H3; 7c, 2-MOMO-4-MeOC6H3), furnishing anti SN2′ products (R)-8a and (S)-8b,c with 93-97% chirality transfer in 60-75% yields. The olefinic part of the products was oxidatively cleaved and the Me and Bn groups on the Ar1 moieties was then removed. Finally, phenol bromide 9a and phenol alcohols 9b,c underwent cyclization with K2CO3 and the Mitsunobu reagent to afford (S)-3 and (R)-4 and -5, respectively.  相似文献

Palladium(Il)-catalyzed [3,3]sigmatropic rearrangement of (4R,5R)-4,5-(bisacetoxy)-1,8- (bisbenzyloxy)-2(E),6(E)-octadiene has proceeded convergently to give (2S,7S)-2,7-(bisacetoxy)-1,8(bisbenzyloxy)-3(E),5(E)-octadiene, translating the original chirality completely to the migration termini, which constitutes a novel synthesis of optically pure 3,5-octadiene with C2 chirality.  相似文献

Single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis was used to determine the structure of a racemic diastereomer of the agricultural fungicide propiconazole [1-(2-(2,4-dichlorophenyl)-4-n-propyl-1,3-dioxolane-2-yl-methyl)-1-H-1,2,4-triazole] and of two by-products (a symmetrical 1,3,4-triazole racemic-constitutional isomer and a propiconazole ditriazole analogue). All three crystalline racemic-diastereomers had (2R,4S)/(2S,4R)-stereochemistry in which then-propyl group was observed in atrans-to-phenyl disposition. Propiconazole (2R,4S)/(2S,4R)-diastereomer gives crystals belonging to the monoclinic space group P21,/a, and, at 293 K,a=8.1192(3),b=18.9769(6),c=10.7137(4) å,Β=99.765(3)?,V=1626.8(1) å3, Z=4,R(F)=0.060, andR w(F)=0.058. The constitutional isomer by-product (2R,4S)/(2S,4R)-1-(2-(2,4-dichlorophenyl)-4-n-pro-pyl-1,3-dioxolane-2-yl-methyl)-1-H-1,3,4-triazole gives crystals belonging to the monoclinic space group P21/n, and, at 293 K,a=11.1763(6),b=10.7716(4),c=14.5804(8) å,Β=107.445(4)?,V=1674.6(1) å3, Z=4,R(F)=0.043, andR w(F)=0.043. The ditriazole byproduct (2R,4S)/(2S,4R)-1-(2-(2-chloro-4-(1,2,4-triazole-1-yl)phenyl)-4-n-propyl-1,3-dioxolane-2-yl-methyl)-1-H-1,2,4-triazole gives crystals belonging to the triclinic space group 1, and, at 193 K,a=5.3329(8),b=8.3738(7),c=20.240(2) å, α=84.213(6)?,Β=87.20(1)?,γ=86.23(1)?,V=896.5(2) å3, Z=2,R(F)=0.046, andR w(F)=0.051. The presence of both propiconazole (2R.4S)- and (2S,4R)-enantiomers enables the formation of a crystalline racemic modification, while the diastereomeric propiconazole (2R,4R)- and (2S,4S)-enantiomers are viscous oils. In the absence of its enantiomorphic partner, the propiconazole (2R,4S)- or (2S,4R)-enantiomers remain as viscous oils rather than form chiral crystals.  相似文献

An enantioselective synthesis of sterically congested 1,2-di-tert-butyl and 1,2-di-(1-adamantyl)ethylenediamines has been developed. Thus, diastereomerically pure trans-1-apocamphanecarbonyl-4,5-dimethoxy-2-imidazolidinones 6 and 7 were successfully prepared by optical resolution of (±)-trans-4,5-dimethoxy-2-imidazolidinone using apocamphanecarbonyl chloride (MAC-Cl) followed by stereospecific and stepwise substitution of the dimethoxyl groups using tert-butyl or 1-adamantyl cuprates to provide (4S,5S)-4,5-di-tert-butyl and (4R,5R)-4,5-di-(1-adamantyl)-2-imidazolidinones 12 and 15, respectively. Furthermore, N-acetyl 4,5-di-tert-butyl and 4,5-di-(1-adamantyl)-2-imidazolidinones 16a,b were enantioselectively deacetylated using a catalytic oxazaborolidine system to provide enantiopure 1-p-tolylsulfonyl-4,5-di-tert-butyl-2-imidazolidinones 12 and 19 and 1-p-tolylsulfonyl-4,5-di-(1-adamantyl)-2-imidazolidinones 18 and 20, respectively. Finally, N-p-tolylsulfonyl-2-imidazolidinones 12 and 15 were treated with 30 equiv of Ba(OH)2·8H2O to achieve ring cleavage and to provide (1S,2S)-1,2-di-tert-butylethylenediamine 3 and (1R,2R)-1,2-di-(1-adamantyl)ethylenediamine 4.  相似文献

Two epimers of 4-({5-[(diphenylphosphino)methyl]-2,2-dimethyl-1,3-dioxolan-4-yl}methyl)-4,5-dihydro-3H-dinaphtho[1,2-e:2′,1′-c]azepine were prepared starting from (2S,3S)-4-amino-2,3-O-isopropylidenebutane-1,2,3-triol and (R)- and (S)-binaphthol. These ligands, in association with Pd(0) gave enantioselectivities up to 89% (S) and 36% (R) ee for the (SA,4S,5R) and the (RA,4S,5R) ligands in the alkylation of racemic 1,3-diphenylprop-2-enyl acetate with dimethyl malonate, showing that the binaphthyl moiety is the most important structure in the enantioselective creation of the new stereogenic center.  相似文献

The reactions of cobalt(II) chloride with racemic malic acid (H3mal = C4H6O5) result in the isolation of monomeric, dimeric and tetrameric cobalt malato complexes: (NH4)2[Co(R-Hmal)(S-Hmal)] · 2H2O (1), [Co2(R-Hmal)(S-Hmal)(H2O)4]n · 2nH2O (2), K4[Co4(OH)2(R-mal)2(S-mal)2(H2O)4] · 10H2O (3) and trans-[Co(R-H2mal)(S-H2mal)(H2O)2] · 2H2O (4). The formations of the malato complexes are dependent on the pH value, the molar ratio of the solutions, the reaction temperature and the counterions. In the water-soluble compound 1, the CoII ion is octahedrally coordinated by two tridentate malates via their α-hydroxy, α-carboxy and β-carboxy groups. The malate ligands in 2 coordinate with the cobalt ion via their α-hydroxy and α-carboxy groups, while the β-carboxy group acts as a bridging ligand for the other two cobalt ions, forming a novel dimeric unit [Co2(R-Hmal)(S-Hmal)(H2O)4], which further connects into a layered structure through links from the oxygen atoms of the β-carboxy groups. Complex 3 is a tetranuclear mixed-valence species. Both of the CoII ions exist in trans-[Co(R-mal)(S-mal)(H2O)2] units, which are linked by a CoIII2(OH)2 unit with bridging α-alkoxy and β-carboxy groups. Compound 4 is the main product of reaction between cobalt chloride and excess malate under weakly acidic conditions.  相似文献

Chiral and racemic Salen-type Schiff-base ligands (H2L1, H2L2 and H2L3), condensed between D-(+)- and D,L-camphoric diamine (also known as (1R,3S)-1,2,2-trimethylcyclopentane-1,3-diamine) and 2-hydroxybenzaldehyde or 3,5-dibromo-2-hydroxybenzaldehyde with a 1:2 molar ratio, have been synthesized and characterized. A series of new nickel(II), palladium(II) and copper(II) complexes of these chiral and racemic ligands exhibiting different coordination number (4, 5 and 6) have been characterized with the formulae [NiL1]·CH3OH (3), [NiL1]·H2O (4), [NiL2] (5), [PdL2] (6), [Cu2(L2)2(H2O)] (7) and [NiL3(DMF)(H2O)] (8). Different solvent molecules in 3 and 4 (methanol and water molecules) as well as different apical ligands in 7 and 8 (water and DMF molecules) are involved in different O–H···O hydrogen bonding interactions to further stabilize the structures. UV–Vis (UV–Vis), circular dichroism (CD) spectra and thermogravimetric (TG) analyses for the metal complexes have also been carried out.  相似文献

The reaction of 2-lithiophenyldiphenylphosphine with phosphorus trichloride afforded the new unsymmetric phosphine, dichloro(2-diphenylphosphinophenyl)phosphine (4). Condensation of 4 with (a) (2R,3R)-dimethyl tartrate or (b) (S)-binaphthol in the presence of triethylamine gave new chiral phosphine-phosphonite ligands, (2R,3R)-[2-(2′-(diphenylphosphino)phenyl)-4,5-bis(carbomethoxy)-1,3,2-dioxaphospholane] ((2R,3R)-5) and (S)-[2-(diphenylphosphino)benzene][1,1′-binaphthalen-2,2′-diyl]phosphonite] ((S)-6). The analogous reaction of 4 with (1R,2S)-ephedrine using N-methylmorpholine as the base, gave [2-(2′-(diphenylphosphino)phenyl)-3,4-dimethyl-5-phenyl-1,3,2-oxazaphospholidine] (7) as a 95:5 mixture of diastereoisomers.  相似文献

(-)-(1S,3S,5R,6S,8R,10R)-Trishomocubanethanoic acid (5) of known absolute configuration and absolute rotation was converted into (+)-(1S,3S,5S,6S,8R,10R)-2-bromoethynyl-D3-trishomocubane (27) of C3 symmetry. 1,3,5,7-Tetraethynyladamantane (22), with Td symmetry, was prepared from 1,3,5,7-tetrakis(hydroxymethyl)adamantane(13). Coupling of the C3-component 27 with the Td component 22 was successfully accomplished by Chodkiewicz and Cadiot's procedure providing (+)-1,3,5,7-tetrakis[2-(1S,3S,5R,6S,8R,10R)-D3-trishomocubanylbuta-1,3-diynyl]adamantane(4) whose highest attainable static and time-averaged dynamic symmetry are T and (C3)4 XXX T,respectively.  相似文献

Reaction of dialkyl (2S,3S)- or (2S,3R)-tetrahydro-3-hydroxy-5-oxo-2,3-furandicarboxylates with POCl3 in pyridine followed by diazomethane resulted in the isolation of dialkyl 2S-4-methoxy-5-oxo-2,5-dihydro-2,3-furandicarboxylates, which are analogues of the Quararibea metabolite chiral enolic-γ-lactone (3-hydroxy-4,5-(R)-dimethyl-2(5H)-furanone). An unusual α-hydroxylation of γ-butyrolactone takes place involving POCl3 in pyridine. When the dehydration was facilitated with methanesulfonyl chloride in triethylamine, instead of POCl3, aromatic dialkyl 5-[(methylsulfonyl)oxy]-2,3-furandicarboxylates were obtained.  相似文献

The oxalato-bridged dicopper(II) complexes [Cu2(μ-ox)(LRR)2(H2O)2(ClO4)2] (1),[Cu2(μ-ox)(LRR)2(CH3COCH3)2(ClO4)2](1a),[Cu2(μ-ox)(LSS)2(H2O)2(ClO4)2] (2) and [Cu2(μ-ox)(LRR)(LSS)2(CH3COCH3)2(ClO4)2] (3) [LRR = (8R,10R)-(-)-[4,5]-pineno2,2′-bipyridine,LSS = (8S,10S)-(+)-[4,5]-pineno-2,2′-bipyridine;ox2= oxalate] were first prepared.A possible mechanism for the formation of the chial dicopper(II) complexes was proposed.Based on elemental analysis,conductance measurement,UV-Vis spectra,CD spectra and X-ray single-crystal diffraction,the oxalato-bridged structures of 1 and 2 were deduced to adopt two Cu(II) ions and the bridged oxalate lying in the nearly same plane.The crystal structures of 1a and 3 reveal that the coordination geometry around each Cu(II) ion is an elongated and distorted octahedron and two axial solvent molecules and two perchlorate ions are anti to each other respectively in both binuclear molecules.The solution CD spectra of 1 and 2 in the visible d-d range show very weak Cotton effects with peaks at 588 and 779 nm,which are approximately of mirror image,suggesting the optical activities may be derived from the vicinal effects of the chiragenic centers at the pinene group of LRR and LSS,respectively.Complex 1 has been characterized by variable-temperature magnetic susceptibility and the data was least-square fitted to the Blenaey-Bowers equation.The exchange integral J was found to be -338.41(4) cm-1,indicating a strong antiferromagnetic interaction between two copper(II) ions.  相似文献

We report the synthesis of 1,1-dibromo-1-alkenes from partially and unprotected aldoses and the synthesis of glyco-1-ynitols from these dibromocompounds. The 1,1-dibromo-1-alkenes were obtained by the reaction of dibromomethyl-triphenylphosphonium bromide in the presence of zinc in refluxing 1,4-dioxane. As an example, when the reaction is performed on 2-deoxy-5-O-trityl-d-ribofuranose (1) the corresponding 1,1-dibromo-1-olefin, (2R,3S)-6,6-dibromo-1-O-trityl-hex-5-ene-1,2,3-triol (12), is obtained in 89% yield. These smooth reaction conditions led also to the achievement of the other olefins from other sugars with good yields (44-90%). The reaction of these olefins with n-butyllithium in THF at low temperature afforded the corresponding alkynes. So the reaction of (2R,3S)-6,6-dibromo-1-O-trityl-hex-5-ene-1,2,3-triol (12) with this alkyllithium reagent led to (2R,3S)-1-O-trityl-hex-5-yne-1,2,3-triol (23) in 87% yield. Other glyco-1-ynitols were obtained with satisfying yields (64-87%).  相似文献

A new type of microbial enantioselective hydrolysis of C2-symmetrical cyclic carbonates is disclosed. During the screening test of the five-membered substrate (4,5-dimethyl-1,3-dioxolan-2-one 5), Pseudomonas diminuta was selected as the best strain to perform the stereoselective hydrolysis. The reaction of dl-5 with this microorganism in aqueous media containing THF as the co-solvent afforded (S,S)-5 and (R,R)-butanediol 1 in excellent yields. It was found that the ring size did not affect the reactivity and enantioselectivity although the enzyme had a high substrate specificity for the side chain. A six-membered cyclic carbonate, dl-4,6-dimethyl-1,3-dioxan-2-one 6, was smoothly hydrolyzed with higher enantioselectivity to afford the optically active (S,S)-6 and (R,R)-2,4-pentanediol 2.  相似文献

A mixture of stereoisomers of 2,4-dimethoxybicyclo[3.3.1]nonan-9-one was prepared, separated by column chromatography and characterized by 60 MHz 1H NMR spectroscopy using Eu(fod)3. A double chair conformation with axial methoxyl groups is established for (1R,2S,4R,5S)-2,4-dimethoxybicyclo[3.3.1]-nonan-9-one on the basis of the J(12), J(2,H-3 exo) and J(2,3 endo) values and the chemical shifts for H-2(4). The conformation of some related compounds is subsequently inferred.  相似文献

Methyl (1S,2R,4S,5R)-7-aza-5-bromo-bicyclo[2.2.1]heptane-2-carboxylate was synthesized in high yield in short time from methyl (1R,2S,4R,5R)-2-amino-4,5-dibromocyclohexanecarboxylate through intramolecular cycloamination under microwave-assisted conditions. The following substitution reaction by trifluoro-acetate anion also took place in microwave-assisted conditions to afford methyl (1S,2R,4S,5S)-7-aza-5-hydroxy-bicyclo[2.2.1]heptane-2-carboxylate. In the acyloxylation reaction, unusual endo-selectivity was observed owing to 7-azabicyclo[2.2.1]heptane skeleton.  相似文献

Hydrothermal reactions of rare earth oxides with racemic tartaric acid (H2tar) yielded 7 rare earth(III) MOFs with general formulas [R2(tar)3(H2O)2]n (R=Y (1), Sm (4), Eu (5), Tb (6), Dy (7)) and [R2(tar)2(C2O4)(H2O)2]n·4nH2O (R=La (2), Nd (3)). X-ray powder diffraction analysis and single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis reveal that they present two different structural types. MOFs 1, 4, 5, 6 and 7 are isostructural and crystallize in the orthorhombic non-centrosymmetric space group Iba2, and feature unusual fsc-3,4-Iba2 topology. MOFs 2 and 3 are isostructural and crystallize in monoclinic P21/c space group and display rare fsx-4,5-P21/c topology containing hydrophilic channels bounded by triple helical chains along a axis. MOFs 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 exhibit intense lanthanide characteristic photoluminescence at room temperature.  相似文献

A new method for the synthesis of (1R,4S,5S)-4-hydroxymethyl-3-oxabicyclo[3.1.0]hexan2-one, the cyclopropane analog of (S)-5-hydroxypent-2-en-4-olide, has been suggested based on oxidation of (1S,2S,4R,6R)-7,9-dioxatricyclo[4.2.1.02,4]nonan-5-one. Oxidation of cyclobutanones, spirojoined with the fragments of 6,8-dioxabicyclo[3.2.1]oct-2-ene, 6,8-dioxabicyclo[3.2.1]octane (at position 4), or 7,9-dioxatricyclo[4.2.1.02,4]nonane (at position 5), upon the action of m-chloroperoxybenzoic acid or the KMnO4-H2SO4-H2O system leads to the corresponding spirojoined butanolides in 73–85% yields. The same cyclobutanones easily undergo the four-membered ring opening upon the action of dilute H2SO4 at 50–90 °C to form 6,8-dioxabicyclo[3.2.1]octane-4- or 7,9-dioxatricyclo[4.2.1.02,4]nonane-5-propionic acid.  相似文献

New P,N-bidentate diastereomeric amidophosphite ligands were obtained by phosphorylation of (S)-2-[(phenylamino)methyl]pyrrolidine involving (4S,5S)- and (4R,5R)-2-chloro-4,5-diphenyl-1,3,2-dioxaphospholanes. Their efficiency in the Pd-catalyzed enantioselective allylic substitution was compared, it was found that the reaction involving (E)-1,3-diphenylallyl acetate and pyrrolidine gives up to 75% ee.  相似文献

An efficient method for the synthesis of (1S,2R,4R,5S)- and (1R,2R,4R,5S)-2-amino-4,5-dihydroxycyclohexanecarboxylic acids (?)-6 and (?)-9 and (1R,2R,3S,4R)- and (1S,2R,3S,4R)-2-amino-3,4-dihydroxycyclohexanecarboxylic acids (?)-15 and (?)-18 was developed by using the OsO4-catalyzed oxidation of Boc-protected (1S,2R)-2-aminocyclohex-4-enecarboxylic acid (+)-2 and (1R,2S)-2-aminocyclohex-3-enecarboxylic acid (+)-11. Good yields were obtained. The stereochemistry of the synthesized compounds was proven by NMR spectroscopy.  相似文献

Reactions of 4,5-dibromo-1,2,3-triazole, 1H-1,2,3-benzotriazole, and 2-phenyl-2H-1,2,3-triazole-4-carbonyl chloride with trifluoromethanesulfonyl chloride and trifluoromethanesulfonic anhydride were studied. 4,5-Dibromo-1,2,3-triazole sodium salt reacted with CF3SO2Cl in tetrahydrofuran to give 4,5-dibromo-2-(2-tetrahydrofuryl)-2H-1,2,3-triazole rather than expected 4,5-dibromo-2-trifluoromethylsulfonyl-2H-1,2,3-triazole. The latter was synthesized by treatment of 4,5-dibromo-1,2,3-triazole sodium salt with trifluoromethanesulfonic anhydride. The reaction of benzotriazole with (CF3SO2)2O afforded 1-trifluoromethylsulfonyl-1H-1,2,3-benzotriazole and 1,2,3-benzotriazolium trifluoromethanesulfonate. 2-Phenyl-2H-1,2,3-triazole-4-carbonyl chloride reacted with trifluoromethanesulfonamide sodium salt in DMF, yielding N-(dimethylaminomethylene)trifluoromethanesulfonamide. Possible ways for formation of the unexpected products were proposed.  相似文献
