Reaction of symmetrical and unsymmetrical alkynes with arylboronic acids, using PdCl2 as catalyst source and i-Pr2NPPh2 as ligand, afforded trisubstituted alkenes with regioselectivity in good to excellent yields without a common additional acetic acid. Its efficiency has been demonstrated by its good functional groups, high yield and crowded substrates.  相似文献

Alkynes are used as building blocks in synthetic and medicinal chemistry, chemical biology, and materials science. Therefore, efficient methods for their synthesis are the subject of intensive research. Herein, we report the direct synthesis of alkynes from readily available carboxylic acids at room temperature under visible‐light irradiation. The combination of an iridium photocatalyst with ethynylbenziodoxolone (EBX) reagents allowed the decarboxylative alkynylation of carboxylic acids in good yields under mild conditions. The method could be applied to silyl‐, aryl‐, and alkyl‐ substituted alkynes. It was particularly successful in the case of α‐amino and α‐oxo acids derived from biomass.  相似文献

The versatile preparation of trisubstituted alkenes via selective Rh-catalyzed arylation of alkynes is described in water and in a water/toluene biphasic system. For hydrophobic alkyl alkynes, the reaction afforded either alkenes or dienes depending on the temperature and the solvent conditions. Aryl, heteroaryl, silylated and alkyl substituted alkynes reacted equally well with various boronic acids, leading regioselectively to functionalized alkenyl derivatives in high yields (65-99%). The mechanism was investigated in toluene/water mixture or water and involves a vinylrhodium complex. The efficient recycling of the Rh/m-TPPTC system is disclosed with excellent yield (92-96%) and purity of the alkene.  相似文献

Titanocene(II)-promoted alkenylation of functionalized alkynes with (Z)-alkenyl sulfones proceeded with high regio- and stereoselectivity to produce functionalized dienes. Conjugated dienylcarboxylic acids and dienylphosphonic esters were obtained using acetylenic lithium carboxylates and dialkyl phosphonates as starting materials.  相似文献

Terminal alkynes and alkenes were conveniently hydroborated to the corresponding alkenyl- and alkyldichloroboranes using dichloroborane-dioxane in dichloromethane. These dichloroboranes were hydrolyzed by water to the corresponding alkenyl- and alkylboronic acids in moderate to good yields. With terminal alkenes and alkynes boron was predominantly attached to terminal carbon. Alkynes gave exclusively trans-vinylboronic acids.  相似文献

We describe an efficient method for the oxidative cleavage of alkynes to carboxylic acids using a combination of RuO(2)/Oxone/NaHCO(3) in a CH(3)CN/H(2)O/EtOAc solvent system. Both internal and terminal alkynes, regardless of their electron density, can be oxidized to carboxylic acids in excellent yield (up to 99%). (1)H NMR spectroscopy and ESI-MS experiments provided evidence for alpha-diketones and anhydrides as possible intermediates in these oxidation reactions.  相似文献

The Rh-catalyzed reaction of alkynes with 2-bromophenylboronic acids involves carbonylative cyclization to give indenones. The key steps in the reaction involve the addition of an arylrhodium(I) species to an alkyne and the oxidative addition of C-Br bonds on the adjacent phenyl ring to give vinylrhodium(I) species II. The regioselectivity depends on both the electronic and the steric nature of the substituents on the alkynes. A bulky group and an electron-withdrawing group favor the -position of indenones. In the case of silyl- or ester-substituted alkynes, the regioselectivity is extremely high. The selectivity increases in the order SiMe3 > COOR > aryl > alkyl. The reaction of norbornene with 2-bromophenylboronic acids under 1 atm of CO gives the corresponding indanone derivative. The reaction of alkynes with 2-bromophenylboronic acids under nitrogen gives naphthalene derivatives, in which two molecules of alkynes are incorporated. A vinylrhodium complex similar to II can also be generated by a different route by employing 2-bromophenyl(trimethylsilyl)acetylene and arylboronic acids in the presence of Rh(I) complex as the catalyst, resulting in the formation of indenones. The reaction of 1-(2-bromophenyl)-hept-2-yn-1-one with PhB(OH)2 in the presence of Rh(I) complex also resulted in carbonylative cyclization to give an indan-1,3-dione derivative.  相似文献

Ion-exclusion chromatography has been successfully applied to the separation of a number of perfluoroalkylsulfinic acids and perfluoroalkylsulfonic acids. The separation of various perfluoroalkylsulfinic and perfluoroalkylsulfonic acids, with different alkyl groups, was investigated on a polymethacrylate-based, weakly acidic, cation-exchange resin (TSK gel OApak-A) in the H+-form and using conductimetric detection. When water was used as the eluent, these perfluoroalkylsulfinic and perfluoroalkylsulfonic acids could not be resolved. When an aqueous solution of benzoic acid and o-phthalic acid was used, the separation of each of these acids occurred. In order to improve their separation, the effect of the addition of methanol and 2,2,2-trifluoroethanol, as organic modifiers, was also investigated.  相似文献

(Z)-1-Bromo-1-alkenes were stereoselectively prepared in high yields in a short reaction time by microwave irradiation of the corresponding anti-2,3-dibromoalkanoic acids in a Et3N/DMF system. This protocol represents the first example of C(sp)−B bond oxidation. This approach displays a broad substrate scope, including aryl and alkyl alkynes, and exhibits excellent functional group tolerance. Water, primary and secondary alcohols, and amines are suitable nucleophiles for this transformation. Notably, amino acids and peptides can be used as nucleophiles, providing an efficient method for the synthesis and modification of peptides. β‐Bromo‐α,β‐unsaturated carboxylic acids are coupled and cyclized with terminal alkynes in DMF at 110°C in the presence of a catalytic amount of CuI and amino acid along with a base to give alkylidenefuranones in good yields. Computed enthalpies of formation for various Lewis acid complexes with representative unsaturated compounds (aldehydes, imines, alkynes, and alkenes) provide a means to evaluate the applicability of a particular catalyst in a catalytic reaction. As expected, main group Lewis acids such as BX3 show much stronger complexes with heteroatoms than with carbon-carbon multiple bonds (sigma-electrophilic Lewis acids). Gold(I) and copper(I) salts with non-nucleophilic anions increase the relative strength of coordination to the carbon-carbon multiple bonds (pi-electrophilic Lewis acids). As representative examples for the use of sigma-electrophilic Lewis acids in organic synthesis, the Lewis acid mediated allylation reactions of aldehydes and imines with allylic organometallic reagents which give the corresponding homoallyl alcohols and amines, respectively, are mentioned. The allylation method is applied for the synthesis of polycyclic ether marine natural products, such as hemibrevetoxin B, gambierol, and brevetoxin B. As representative examples for the use of pi-electrophilic Lewis acids in organic synthesis, the Zr-, Hf-, or Al-catalyzed trans-stereoselective hydro- and carbosilylation/stannylation of alkynes is mentioned. This method is extended to sigma-pi chelation controlled reduction and allylation of certain alkynylaldehydes. Gold- and copper-catalyzed benzannulation of ortho-alkynylaldehydes (and ketones) with alkynes (and alkenes) is discovered, which proceeds through the reverse electron demand Diels-Alder type [4+2] cycloaddition catalyzed by the pi-electrophilic Lewis acids. This reaction is applied for the short synthesis of (+)-ochromycinone. Palladium and platinum catalysts act as a sigma- and/or pi-electrophilic catalyst depending on substrates and reaction conditions.  相似文献

Trifluoromethylated acetylenes and arenes are widely applicable in the synthesis of pharmaceuticals and agrochemicals. In 2010, our group has reported the copper-mediated oxidative trifluomethylation of terminal alkynes and aryl boronic acids. This method allows a wide range of functional group tolerant trifluoromethylated acetylenes and arenes to be easily prepared. After the preliminary mechanistic studies of the oxidative trifluoromethylation of terminal alkyne, an efficient copper-catalyzed oxidative trifluoromethylation of terminal alkynes and aryl boronic acids has been developed. The catalytic protocol is successfully achieved by adding both the substrate and a portion of CF(3)TMS slowly using a syringe pump to the reaction mixture.  相似文献
