本文指出Gibson等提出的等壁厚峰窝结构在面内剪力作用下的单元分析不满足平衡条件.本文建立了等壁厚与非等壁厚峰窝结构在面内剪力作用下的合理的单元分析,导出了蜂窝结构面内折合剪切模量G_(xy)的计算公式.本文结果与实验数据符合得很好.  相似文献

Deformation fields near a crack tip are analyzed for a thermoviscoplastic body deformed either in an antiplane shear or in plane strain. The effects of inertia forces and heat conduction are considered, but those of material elasticity are neglected. By assuming that a shear band initiating from the crack-tip propagates in the direction of the maximum effective stress. It is found that a shear band propagates along the crack ligament in the body deformed in an antiplane shear. For a body undergoing plane strain deformations, the direction of the propagation of the shear band depends upon the mode-mixity parameter and agrees with that observed by Kalthoff.  相似文献

Elastic stress singularities occur at the vertices of reentrant corners with traditional, stress-free, boundary conditions. By recognizing cohesive stress action at sharp corners, and also introducing consistent cohesive laws ahead of corners, these singular stresses can be removed. This was earlier shown asymptotically for plane strain states: Here it is shown asymptotically for antiplane shear states.   相似文献

Suppose the principal stretches are all different at a point P in a deformed body. In this case, it has been shown [1] that generally there is an infinity of non coplanar infinitesimal material line elements at P which remain unsheared following the deformation – that is, the angle between the arms of each pair of material line elements forming the triad remains unchanged. Here it is shown that in this case when all three principal stretches at P are different, there is no set of four infinitesimal material line elements, no three of which are coplanar, and such that the angle between each pair of the six pairs of material line elements is unchanged following the deformation. It is only when all three principal stretches at P are equal to each other, that there are unsheared tetrads at P, and in that case all tetrads are unsheared. 基于一阶剪切变形板理论,推导了功能梯度材料圆形板在边界面内均布压力作用下的轴对称屈曲方程。在推导过程中,忽略了前屈曲耦合变形。利用一阶板理论与经典板理论屈曲方程之间在数学形式上的相似性,得到了一阶板理论下功能梯度材料圆板与经典板理论下均匀圆板临界屈曲载荷之间的解析关系。利用这个解析关系,可以直接从已有的较为简单的经典理论的结果,获得一阶板理论下功能梯度材料板的临界屈曲载荷。  相似文献

Kinetics of deformation and fracture of nickel–iron alloy Inconel 718 under dynamic shear loading was measured using a split torsional Hopkinson bar facility and high-speed photography. Tubular specimens with a reduced gage length and a starter notch were sheared at strain rates up to 6 × 103 s−1. High-speed photographs of fiducial lines scribed on the specimen surface showed the development of local strains and cracking. This paper describes the experimental and analytical procedures, illustrates average and local plastic strain evolution, and presents shear crack initiation times and propagation speeds.  相似文献

The process of shear localization on discrete systems of lines is considered. The shear lines are modeled by curved mathematical cuts with conditions on them providing the possibility of appearing of discontinuities in shear displacements. The plane strain compression of a rectangular block is numerically investigated for the study of dynamic shear band development in thermo-elasto-viscoplastic materials from an internal inhomogeneity. As expected, it plays an important role in triggering the onset of shear, localization as well as thermal softening. And the competition between the strain, strain-rate hardening and thermal softening exists throughout the process. It is found that shear band develops at a 45-degree angle to the compression axis. In the light of given patterns of deformation and temperature, shear band evolution accelerated by thermal softening is retarded by the inertial effects. Interestingly, a similar temperature band is also formed along the trajectory of the localized deformation band. The calculations also show the energy evolution during the coupled thermo-mechanical process of shear band propagation. Finally, the mesh effect is discussed in terms of the numerical results from two different meshes. The project is supported by the National Natural Sciences Foundation of China.  相似文献

针对导弹适配器的结构特征,分别建立了可压缩橡胶泡沫和不可压橡胶圆筒轴对称平面应变问题有限变形的平衡方程,基于Blatz-Ko应变能函数和三次缩减多项式应变能函数,得到了相应的位移和应力模式;在此基础上求解了适配器受压问题的非线性方程组和导弹发射时适配器所受到的摩擦力.算例分析与有限元数值模拟比较表明:解析解与数值解非常吻合,径向应力在发射筒内外表面误差最大为0.558%,周向应力在粘合面误差最大为0.246%,导弹发射时的最大量纲为一的摩擦力为1.0228.适配器径向应力在材料粘合交界面上最小,在适配器外表面最大,均为压应力;橡胶泡沫和不可压橡胶的周向应力均为压应力,橡胶泡沫的周向应力由内向外变大,不可压橡胶的周向应力由内向外变小.橡胶泡沫的径向受压大于周向受压,不可压橡胶的周向受压大于径向受压.研究不同过盈量对应力和摩擦力的影响表明:过盈量每增加0.0013,橡胶泡沫 层和不可压橡胶层的径向应力约增加0.13,不可压橡胶层的周向应力约增加2.14,而摩擦力约增加0.22.过盈量对不可压橡胶层的周向应力和导弹所受到的摩擦力影响非常大,对橡胶泡沫的径向应力有一定的影响,周向应力变化很小.  相似文献

根据Timoshenko二广义位移梁理论,构造了深梁位移场的插值函数。利用斜坐标系与直角坐标系的变换关系、有限条带思想和深梁位移插值函数,构造了一种考虑剪切变形的平行四边形厚/薄板弯曲通用单元的位移(曲率、剪应变、转角、横向位移)插值函数,导出了刚度矩阵和非结点荷载等效力。并对简支阍支方板、Razzaque斜板、四边简支斜交板弯曲进行了数值计算。算例表明此单元有较好的精度,对于薄板不出现剪切闭锁,可适应于目前桥梁建设中大量采用的斜交板桥结构分析。  相似文献

本文求解了横观各向同性介质中椭圆夹杂内受非弹性剪切变形引起的弹性场。采用各向异性弹性力学平面问题的复变函数解法,结合保角变换,获得夹杂内应变能和基体内边界的应力分布和相应的应变能的表达式。进一步,根据最小应变能原理,获得表征夹杂平衡边界的两个特征剪切应变,从而得到了弹性场的解析解。通过应力转换关系,验证了应力解满足夹杂边界上法向正应力和剪应力的连续条件,表明了该解的正确性。本文解可用于复合材料断裂强度的分析中。  相似文献
