用硝酸、高氯酸和氢氟酸溶解样品,在0.025 mol·L-1 EDTA介质中,采用一种标准溶液,用ICP-AES光谱法测定样品溶液中Ni,Cu,V,Mn,W,Mo,Co,Cr的含量。研究了基体和共存元素对分析元素光谱的影响,选择合适的波长,测定了分析结果的精密度,方法的检出限和回收率,结果表明,分析方法有很低的检出限,样品分析结果的相对标准偏差小于1%,加入回收率在98.2%~101.6%,方法准确、可靠、简便、快速,满足生产要求。  相似文献

编者按:本文引用了心理学界长期使用的"结构良好领域的知识和结构不良领域的知识"的知识分类观点,实际上就科学知识而言,心理学的那种分类和解释并不很恰当,可以"通过复制与同化而获取"的知识,不能说是结构良好的,只能说是简单的确定的,"概念比较复杂,理解一个概念要涉及灵活性和变化性"的知识是多元的,开放的知识,不应该冠以"不良结构"的帽子,这一点也许正是心理学与自然科学,中、西方文化存在的差异的反映;但是我们认为对上述概念作科学的理解后,本文关于物理教学所讨论的问题仍然是有价值的.  相似文献

 求异思维也称发散思维,它表现在思维过程中的特点是:不循常规,不蹈旧矩,不依样画瓢,不盲从轻信,不囿于己有结论、方法和途径,不限于众所周知的框架、范畴和界限,而是想别人所未想,思他人所不思,走前人未走过的路,用常人没用过的方法,……因此,其思维的指向是多角度的、辐射式的,思路十分广阔,视野极其开放,在思考问题时勇于怀疑,善于分析,敢于标新立异,巧于另辟奚径,凡事都喜欢问一个为什么,解决问题决不一步一趋地重复以往的经验。这样思考的结果就能突破思维定势,产生新的思想,新的观念,探索新的途径,新的方法,形成新的方案,新的结论。  相似文献

本文提出了一种基于砷化镓(GaAs)材料且具有全方位光管理能力的纳米方形光阱结构.通过光学模拟可知,该结构在较大结构参数范围内具有优异的全向光管理能力.当该结构的有效厚度为407 nm时,在AM1.5G光照下,其光电流密度可达29.51 mA/cm~2,而在同样条件下,2000 nm厚的平面GaAs结构只能产生19.80 mA/cm~2的光电流密度.由光电模拟可知,为了获得合理的高光电转换效率,应使少数载流子寿命大于等于1.0×10~(-7 )s,表面复合速率小于等于100 s/cm.  相似文献

Light amplification was successfully demonstrated in an all-organic light transducer based on hybridization of an organic electroluminescent diode and a perylene pigment film as an electron photoinjecting electrode. Amplification gain of photon conversion from red to red light reached 25 with the assistance of effective electron photoinjection due to large photocurrent multiplication in a perylene film. Optical switching behavior caused by feedback of output-light to the photoconductive layer was observed.  相似文献

The photocurrent of surface states of topological insulator due to photon-drag effect is computed, being based on pure Dirac model of surface states. The scattering by disorder is taken into account to provide a relaxation mechanism for the photocurrent. The Keldysh–Schwinger formalism has been employed for the systematic calculation of photocurrent. The helicity dependent photocurrent of sizable magnitude transverse to the in-plane photon momentum is found, which is consistent with experimental data. Other helicity independent photocurrents with various polarization states are also calculated.  相似文献

Compared to conjugated polymer poly[2-methoxy-5-(3' ,7'-dimethyloctyloxy)-l,4-phenylenevinylene] (MDMO-PPV) solar cells, bulk heterojunction solar cells composed of zinc oxide (ZnO) nanocrystals and MDMO-PPV have a better energy conversion efficiency. However, ultraviolet (UV) light deteriorates the performance of solar cells composed of ZnO and MDMO-PPV. We propose a model to explain the effect of UV illumination on these ZnO:MDMO-PPV solar cells. According to this model, the degradation from UV illumination is due to a decrease of exciton dissociation efficiency. Our model is based on the experimentM results such as the measurements of current density versus voltage, photoluminescence, and photocurrent.  相似文献

Ultrafast photocurrent measurements are performed on individual carbon nanotube p-i-n photodiodes. The photocurrent response to subpicosecond pulses separated by a variable time delay Δt shows strong photocurrent suppression when two pulses overlap (Δt=0). The picosecond-scale decay time of photocurrent suppression scales inversely with the applied bias V(SD), and is twice as long for photon energy above the second subband E22 as compared to lower energy. The observed photocurrent behavior is well described by an escape time model that accounts for carrier effective mass.  相似文献

The photocurrent of semi-insulating GaAs is enhanced by long time excitation with photons of energy higher than 1 eV. Photo-Hall experiments on the enhanced photocurrent reveal that this is mainly due to holes, and that the mobility is increased in conditions of strong photocurrent enhancement. This is discussed on the basis of metastability of midgap levels in GaAs. Thermal annealing experiments showed that likely EL6 is involved in this phenomenon.  相似文献

Using a near-field scanning optical microscope, near-field photocurrent and topographic imaging has measured the effect on intrinsic electric fields and photocurrent propagation resulting from inserting multi-quantum barrier (MQB) super-lattices into quantum well lasers. Measurements on devices at two different excitation wavelengths have highlighted the sensitivity of the near-field optical technique. Strong correlations were seen in the photocurrent response of the multi-quantum barrier regions when compared with simulations made on the electric field generated within the structure. As a result, photocurrent attenuation was attributed to carrier confinement in these barrier regions when compared to a control sample. The measurements illustrate the effectiveness of the MQB, in addition to the sensitivity and power of the near-field photocurrent technique.  相似文献

Ordered bulk heterojunction organic solar cells are devices that combine the advantages of the planar bilayer and the bulk heterojunction architectures. They offer uninterrupted pathways to electrodes for effective charge collection and an extended Donor–Acceptor interface for efficient exciton dissociation. Additionally, this interface can also be a potential approach to increase photon absorption by light trapping. Light absorption and charge carrier generation of organic nanostructures are studied by means of finite-element modeling for a wide range of structuring widths, periods and heights for poly(3-hexylthiophene):1-(3-methoxycarbonyl)-propyl-1-phenyl-(6,6)C61 (P3HT:PCBM) structures. Results show an increase in light absorption at certain wavelengths in the P3HT region with respect to an equivalent planar bilayer model. This increase can be attributed to two phenomena: for the smallest periods the structures behaves like an effective medium, while for periods of the order of magnitude of the incident light wavelength there is light trapping. The maximum increase in absorption was achieved for a 250 nm-width and 500 nm periodicity structure with a height of 40 nm. Exciton diffusion has also been studied to evaluate the effective amount of absorbed light contributing to photocurrent. In this case, best results correspond to the smallest sizes (1.25–12.5 nm-width) for all the considered heights, achieving an increment in the photocurrent up to more than a factor 6 if compared with that of the reference planar bilayer device. This study can be used to optimize our devices, which are achieved via nanoporous anodic alumina templates.  相似文献

The photocurrent and spectral response characteristics of gallium arsenide (GaAs) are obtained by a multiinformation measurement system, and the evolution of the photocurrent versus the Cs:O flux ratio is investigated. The experimental results show that the photocurrent increases approximately exponentially after the first exposure to Cs until a maximum sensitivity is reached, the detailed evolution process and the ultimate photocurrent are different for different samples. These differences are analysed, and according to the process of coadsorption of Cs and oxygen on GaAs, an equation is presented to explain the increase of photocurrent.  相似文献
