In this research a new physically functionalized nanoporous silica (SBA-15) using N′-[(2-hydroxy phenyl) methylene] benzohydrazide (BBH) was utilized as a selective sorbent for the separation, preconcentration and determination of dysprosium (Dy) in natural water by inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry (ICP-OES). The selectivity of BBH to Dy (III) ion was previously tested by conductometric and spectroscopic methods. Conditions for effective adsorption of Dy were optimized with respect to experimental parameters in batch process. The extraction recovery was 96.5, analytical curve was linear in the range 0.2–1000?µgL?1, and the detection limit was 0.05?ng?mL?1. The relative standard deviation (RSD) under optimal conditions was 3.2% (n?=?10). The sorbent exhibited high adsorption capacity and fast rate of equilibrium for sorption of Dy ions. The method was applied for recovery and determination of dysprosium in different environmental water samples.  相似文献

We have developed a highly sensitive microextraction method for the preconcentration of some phthalate esters such as diethyl phthalate, di-n-propylphthalate, di-n-butyl-phthalate, dicyclohexyl-phthalate, and diethyl-hexyl phthalate prior to their determination by HPLC. It is based on a magnetic graphene nanocomposite as an effective adsorbent. The effects of the amount of the extractant composite employed, extraction time, pH values, salt concentration and desorption conditions were investigated. Under the optimum conditions, the enrichment factors range from 1574 to 2880. Response is linear in the concentration range from 0.1 to 50?ng?mL?1. The limits of detection (at S/N?=?3) were between 0.01 and 0.04?ng?mL?1. The method was successfully applied to the determination of five phthalate esters in water and beverage samples.
A novel microextraction method was developed by using magnetic graphene nanocomposite as an effective adsorbent for the preconcentration of some trace phthalate esters in water and beverage samples followed by high performance liquid chromatography with ultraviolet detection. 合成了SnO2-Sb2O3/Ti电极材料.实验结果证实,在14mol/LNaOH水溶液中和完全避免析氧反应的条件下,Fe(Ⅱ)物种在该电极上进行电化学氧化并生成FeO42-.结果表明,Fe(OH)3在浓NaOH溶液中发生酸式电离,形成可溶于水的FeO2-,该离子的浓度随着碱溶液浓度变化而发生明显变化,而且它还是发生化学氧化和电化学氧化的反应物.在SnO2-Sb2O3/Ti电极上,FeO42-的电化学还原起始电位为0.38V(vs.Hg/HgO,14mol/LNaOH),FeO2-电化学氧化起始电位为0.54V.结果还表明,用电化学方法氧化Fe(Ⅱ)物种生成FeO42-是个多步骤过程.  相似文献

Nanofibrous polyaniline–magnetite (PANI/Fe3O4) nanocomposite was in situ prepared through adsorption of magnetite nanoparticles onto PANI nanofibers surface and utilized as an efficient sorbent for magnetic solid-phase extraction of naproxen from water and biological samples, followed a desorption step and spectrofluorimetric determination. Field-emission scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy, Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy, thermal gravimetric analysis and X-ray diffraction techniques were employed for characterization of the prepared nanocomposite. The important parameters influencing the extraction efficiency including PANI/Fe3O4 mass ratio, adsorbent dose, extraction time, sample solution pH, ionic strength, type and volume of desorption solvent and the elution time were studied and optimized. The investigated nanocomposite was successfully applied to the extraction of naproxen in spiked tap water, urine and plasma samples, with a relative recovery in the range of 90–98%. The reusability of PANI/Fe3O4 was examined for ten successive cycles, and the results confirm that the efficiency did not change significantly. A linear calibration plot was obtained in the range of 40–1000 ng mL?1 with a limit of detection about 17 ng mL?1 under the optimum conditions. The relative standard deviation (RSD) was found to be 2.34% (n = 8, concentration level of 100 ng mL?1). The kinetics and thermodynamics of the extraction process were also studied.  相似文献

In this study, the ion-imprinting method has been integrated to develop a novel composite material for the selective separation of Pb2+ ions. Also, Pb2+ ion binding ability of the organosmectite based inorganic-organic composite incorporation of bicyclic C18 organic compound into smectite layers was conducted to draw a projection its potential use as a solid phase exchanger which is quite selective toward Pb2+ ions. The ion-imprinted nanocomposites were characterized by Fourier transform infrared (FTIR), X-ray diffraction (XRD), swelling tests, and elemental analyses. After that, maximum binding capacity, pH, and equilibrium binding time were also been optimized. In order to show the selectivity of the composite synthesized, non-imprinted composites were also synthesized in absence of Pb2+ ions during polymerization. In this step, Ni2+, Co2+, Al3+, Zn2+, and Cu2+ ions were used as competitors under batch adsorption conditions. The relative selectivity coefficients of imprinted composite were calculated as 28.5, 156.5, 69.3, 24.8 and 131.6 for Pb2+/Co2+, Pb2+/Cu2+, Pb2+/Al3+, Pb2+/Zn2+, Pb2+/Ni2+ binary solutions, respectively. Finally, reusability of the composites was evaluated to show its cost-efficiency by repeating adsorption-desorption experiments ten-times. The adsorption capacity of the imprinted composites did not change significantly whereas that of non-imprinted version reduced dramatically.  相似文献

This paper describes the procedures of isolating lead and strontium from the larger volume of seawater and drinking water samples that enable the determination of 210Pb on gamma spectrometer and 89,90Sr on liquid scintillation counter. In one procedure, lead is directly isolated from water sample on the column filled with Sr resin by binding of lead on the Sr resin column from 0.2 M HCl in water sample, and successive elution with 0.2 and 8 M HCl. In others, lead and strontium are precipitated from sample with (NH4)2CO3, followed by isolation on an anion exchange column. Lead, strontium and yttrium are bound onto anion exchange column (filled with Amberlite CG-400 in nitrate form) from alcoholic solutions of nitric acid. Lead, Sr and Y are separated from Mg, Ca, K, and other elements by elution with 0.25 M HNO3 in the mixture of ethanol and methanol. After that, strontium and yttrium are separated from lead by elution with 0.25 M HNO3 in the mixture of ethanol and water.

The procedure with the Sr resin (direct isolation) is simpler and faster in the phase of isolation on the column in comparison with the procedure with the anion exchanger. The procedure with the anion exchanger, however, makes possible the simultaneous isolation of lead, yttrium and strontium and rapid determination of 89,90Sr. These procedures were tested by determination of 210Pb and 89,90Sr in real sample. Obtained results showed that Pb can be efficiently isolated (with high recovery) from sample and activity of 6 mBq l−1 of 210Pb and higher can be determined.  相似文献

A systematic study was conducted on current efficiency (CE), corrosion and structural changes in SnO2-based inert anodes (made of 96wt%SnO2+2wt%Sb2O3+2wt%CuO) on a laboratory Hall-Heroult aluminium cell. The influence of operating parameters and electrolyte composition on the CE and corrosion process were evaluated. The CE was found to be more than 90% and catastrophic corrosion took place at low percent of Al2O3, high percent of LiF, low cryolite ratio and high current densities. From all the structural changes that took place in the SnO2-based inert anodes, we assumed that the most important contribution was due to the migration of CuO towards the outer limits of the constituent grains of SnO2 based ceramic. The complex process occurred during the formation of various phases and their sintering ability both directly depended on Cu/Sb molar ratio.  相似文献

This paper describes the modification of sodium aluminum silicate hydrate by 3-bromo-5-chlorosalicylaldehyde to form a new composite. Furthermore, X-ray diffraction (XRD), Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), Transmission electron microscopy (TEM), CHN elemental analysis, Nitrogen gas sorption analyzer, and Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) tools were used for characterizing the synthesized composite. The XRD pattern of the synthesized composite shows a halo at 2Θ = 25°, confirming the destruction of the crystalline structure of the nanomaterial owing to the association with an organic substance. The synthesized composite was utilized for the removal and preconcentration of mercury and copper ions from water and food samples. The maximum adsorption capacity of the synthesized composite towards mercury and copper ions is 107.53 and 130.89 mg/g, respectively. In addition, the relative standard deviation was less than 3 %, showing excellent reproducibility. The dynamic analytical ranges are 0.8–380 μg/L and 1.00–550 μg/L for copper and mercury ions, respectively. The preconcentration factor is 10.  相似文献

A rapid, simple, and reliable competitive immunoassay was developed for measurement of lead ions Pb(II) in environmental samples. Avian antibodies were produced against Pb(II). Since lead ions are too small to elicit an immune response, the metal was coupled to protein carrier Bovine serum albumin (BSA) using a bifunctional chelator 1-(4-isothiocyanobenzyl) ethylenediamine N,N,N′,N′-tetra acetic acid (ITCBE). Poultry birds (layers) were immunised with this Pb(II)–ITCBE–BSA immunoconjugate and the avian antibodies (IgY) isolated from egg yolk recognised Pb(II)-ITCBE complexes as capture reagent and a Pb(II)–ITCBE conjugate of Alkaline phosphatase as an enzyme label. Antibody reaction was optimised for different concentrations of antigen and antibody dilutions. Cross reactivity with other metals were below 1% in competitive ELISA. The IC50 value of this avian antibody was 0.19?µg?mL?1. The detection range and the detection limit were 0.02–1000?µg?mL?1and 0.2?µg?mL?1, respectively.  相似文献

通过刷涂热分解法制备了锑掺杂的钛基二氧化锡(Ti/SnO2-Sb2O5)涂层电极.在酸性介质中,用扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)、循环伏安和快速寿命测试等方法研究了Ti/SnO2-Sb2O5电极制备条件、电极结构、性能和寿命.结果表明,TFSnO2-Sb2O5电极涂层具有"干泥"结构,用锡锑摩尔比为9:1的涂液组成、在550℃烧结温度下制备的Ti/SnO2-Sb2O5的电极涂层平整致密,龟裂小,电极孔隙率小,稳定性最好.  相似文献

We report on a preconcentration disk for the determination of trace amounts of heterocyclic aromatic amines (HAAs) in the groups of quinoline and quinoxaline congeners as possible human carcinogens. The disk is based on nanocomposite (NC) prepared from graphene oxide as the precursor and from gold nanoparticles that act as building blocks to form a three-dimensional NC. If deposited in the sampling valve of a HPLC system, the material displays excellent extraction capability for HAAs owing to its large surface and π-π stacking interaction. Following an optimization of the extraction parameters, the method was successfully applied to the simultaneous determination of polar HAAs in meat samples with detection limit of 0.09 to 0.16 ng g?1 and recoveries of 69.5 to 122.7 %. The disk was used in more than 150 subsequent preconcentration cycles without obvious loss of the absorption capability. The results reveal that this new NC represents an excellent sorbent for purposes of preconcentration.

A sensitive and simple method for the simultaneous preconcentration of nutritionally important minerals in real samples has been reported. The method is based on the adsorption of Cu2+, Ni2+, Co2+ and Pb2+ on 4-propyl-2-thiouracil (PUT) loaded on activated carbon. The metals on the complexes are eluted using 5 mL 3 M HNO3 in acetone. The influences of the analytical parameters including pH and sample volume were investigated. The effects of matrix ions on the retentions of the analytes were also examined. The recoveries of analytes were generally higher than 95%. The detection limits for Cu2+, Ni2+, Co2+ and Pb2+ were 1.6, 1.3, 1.2, 2.3 ng ml(-1), respectively. The method has been successfully applied for these metals content evaluation in some real samples including natural water samples.  相似文献

This study reports a new approach of preparation of carbon dots coated on aluminum oxide nanofibers (CDs/Al2O3NFs) nanocomposite and reusing the spent adsorbent of lead (Pb2+) ions loaded adsorbent (Pb2+-CDs/Al2O3NFs) nanocomposite for latent fingerprint detection (LFP) after removing Pb2+ ions from aqueous solution. CDs/Al2O3NFs nanocomposite was prepared by using CDs and Al2O3NFs with adsorption processes. The prepared nanocomposite was then characterized by using UV–visible spectroscopy (UV–visible), Fourier transforms infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), Fluorescence, X-ray diffraction pattern (XRD), scanning electron microscope (SEM), Transmission electron microscopy (TEM), Energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDS), Zeta potential, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). The average size of the CDs was 51.18 nm. The synthesized CDs/Al2O3NFs nanocomposite has proven to be a good adsorbent for Pb2+ ions removal from water with optimum pH 6, dosage 0. 2 g/L. The results were best described by the Freundlich Isotherm model. The adsorption capacity of CDs/Al2O3NFs nanocomposite showed the best removal of Pb2+ ions with qm = (177. 83 mg/g), when compared to the previous reports. This adsorption followed the pseudo-second order kinetic model. ΔG and ΔH values indicated spontaneity and the endothermic nature of the adsorption process. CDs/Al2O3NFs nanocomposite therefore showed potential as an effective adsorbent. The data were observed from adsorption–desorption after 6 cycles which showed good adsorption stability and re- usability of CDs/Al2O3NFs nanocomposite. Furthermore, the spent adsorbent of Pb2+-CDs/Al2O3NFs nanocomposite has proven to be sensitive and selective for LFP detection on various porous substrates. Hence Pb2+-CDs/Al2O3NFs nanocomposite can be reused as a good fingerprint labelling agent in LFP detection so as to avoid secondary environmental pollution by disposal of the spent adsorbent.  相似文献

A extraction medium based on chitosan-poly(m-phenylenediamine) (CS-PPD) @Fe3O4 nanocomposite was synthesized by chemical polymerization of m-phenylenediamine in the presence of chitosan coated magnetic nanocomposite, and for the first time, used as the sorbent for the magnetic solid-phase extraction (MSPE) of seven polychlorinated biphenyls (PCB28, PCB52, PCB101, PCB118, PCB138, PCB153, and PCB180) at trace levels in water samples. Gas chromatography-triple quadrupole mass spectrometry (GC-MS/MS) was used for PCBs quantification and detection. Several factors related to MSPE efficiencies, such as type and amount of sorbent, extraction time, sample pH, and desorption conditions were investigated. Under the optimized conditions, an excellent linearity was observed in the range of 1.0–200 ng L–1 for PCB180, 0.5–200 ng L–1 for the other six PCBs with the correlation coefficients ranging from 0.9954 to 0.9993. The good recoveries at spiked levels of 10.0, 20.0, and 50.0 ng L–1 were obtained in the range of 94 %–108 %, and the coefficients of variations were less than 6 %. The proposed method was feasible, rapid, and easy to operate for the trace analysis of the PCBs in local aquaculture water, livestock breeding water, and sewage water samples. Graphical Abstract
