介绍了垂直沉降法和旋涂法制备SiO2胶体晶体,并对两种方法制备的胶体晶体在宏观形貌、微观结构及光子带隙性质进行了比较。采用改进的Stober法在乙醇介质中合成粒径不同、单分散性较好的SiO2微球,用垂直沉积法和旋涂法制备出有序性较好的密排结构的SiO2胶体晶体。宏观照片表明,用旋涂法制备的SiO2胶体晶体经白光照射出现的光柱呈6次对称,而垂直沉降法制备的胶体晶体表面出现条纹。SEM分析表明,选用不同溶剂在同等旋涂工艺下制备SiO2胶体晶体,用乙醇和乙二醇混合溶液作溶剂制备出的SiO2胶体晶体质量最好。透射光谱表明,垂直沉降法所制备的胶体晶体在(111)方向具有明显的光子带隙性质,而旋涂法制备的胶体晶体则不明显。  相似文献

制备了胶体晶体,并利用胶体晶体的光子带隙对折射率传感进行了实验研究。从理论上分析了胶体晶体光子带隙中心波长的变化与折射率的关系。通过设计模具制备了胶体晶体-光纤结构,用扫描电镜对胶体晶体的表面进行了观察,并测量了胶体晶体的光子带隙的位置。结果表明胶体晶体的光子带隙的测试结果与理论分析相一致。设计了实验装置,利用光纤间的耦合对胶体晶体的光子带隙的变化进行了测试和分析。结果表明SiO2胶体晶体光子带隙的中心波长为1445.5nm,且在不同折射率液体环境下,其中心波长发生移动,能够形成新的传感机理。对胶体晶体在液体传感上的应用进行了探索。  相似文献

基于对光纤传输特性和胶体光子晶体制备方法的研究,提出了用外加电场控制的方法制备光子带隙位于通讯波段的FCC结构的胶体光子晶体,并用光纤系统测试胶体光子晶体的带隙特性.采用RSOFT模拟了胶体光子晶体的带隙,分析了带隙位于通讯波段时所需的胶体微球的基本参量(微球折射率和直径).采用自组装的方法,用步进电机控制玻璃基片向上的拉升速率.速率为5 μm/s,同时外加一电场.用扫描电镜观测胶体晶体的表面形貌,并设计了单模光纤系统测量胶体光子晶体的带隙特性.测试的透射谱线表明胶体光子晶体的带隙中心波长为1552 nm.测试结果和模拟结果具有很好的一致性,误差只有2 nm.  相似文献

通过溶剂蒸发对流自组装法制备SiO2胶体晶体,采用低压化学气相沉积法填充Si,制备得到Si反蛋白石(opal)三维光子晶体.采用扫描电子显微镜对Si反opal的显微形貌进行表征,采用平面波展开法理论模拟Si反opal的光子带隙,采用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪测试其光学性能.研究结果表明:Si在SiO2微球空隙内填充致密均匀,显微红外光谱测试的光子带隙反射峰位置及带宽与理论计算基本符合.变角度反射光谱测试表明,Si反opal沿不同角度入射时在中心波长3319nm处均存在明显的反射峰,证明其具有完全光子带隙,带隙位于中红外大气窗口区域.  相似文献

采用两步法合成了直径分别为782,977,1027,1160和1324nm的SiO2胶体颗粒,透射电子显微镜显示颗粒尺寸的平均标准偏差小于5%.具有较好的单分散性.通过调节SiO2胶体颗粒悬浮液中介质粘度的方法,拓宽了重力沉降自组装的尺寸范围,得到了颗粒直径为700—1300nm的合成蛋白石 ,扫描电子显微镜图像显示它们为面心立方结构,透射谱表征显示它们具有一定的光子带隙. 关键词: SiO2胶体颗粒 重力沉降自组装 合成蛋白石 光子带隙  相似文献

近几年来,用垂直沉积法制备胶体晶体得到了人们的广泛关注。用乙醇水溶液为溶剂,用垂直沉积法制备了二氧化硅胶体晶体薄膜。用这种方法一次制备的样品厚度可达20微米以上,并且将较大微球组装成了有序性较好的胶体晶体薄膜。用扫描电镜(SEM)和光学方法检测了样品的质量和厚度。  相似文献

研究了不同尺寸SiO2胶体微球形成纳米结构薄膜的光学传输特性和光子带隙。通过在玻璃基底上自组装透光的SiO2胶体微球形成胶体晶体薄膜, 依据布拉格定律,分析微球尺寸对胶体晶体光子带隙的影响。为实现可见光波段的全方位减反射,提出通过改变胶体粒径将胶体晶体带隙位置移动至紫外波段,理论计算得出当粒径为112 nm,占空比为0.45时能实现可见光波段0.5%的平均反射率。实验结果表明,玻璃基底在400~800 nm间的平均反射率从4.3%降低至0.7%,最小反射率达0.3%。通过控制微球粒径移动光子带隙位置,优化晶体结构参数实现了可见光波段的减反射,有效提高了光学组件对可见光的利用率。  相似文献

通过溶剂蒸发对流自组装法制备SiO2三维有序胶体晶体模板,采用等离子体增强化学气相沉积法在200℃低温条件下填充高折射率材料Ge,获得了Ge反opal三维光子晶体.实现了低于GeH4热分解温度的低温填充.通过扫描电镜、X射线衍射仪和傅里叶变换显微红外光谱仪对Ge反opal的形貌、成分和光学性能进行了表征.结果表明:沉积得到无定型态Ge,退火后形成多晶Ge,Ge在SiO2微球空隙内填充致密均匀.Ge反opal的反射光谱有明显的光学反射峰,表现出光子带隙效应,其带隙中心波长为1650nm和2640nm,测试的光学性能与理论计算基本符合.采用SU-8光刻胶薄膜也进行了Ge沉积,证实了SU-8模板可以耐受这一沉积温度.低温沉积降低了Ge的填充温度,可以直接采用不耐高温的高分子材料作为初始模板,单次复型制备得到多种构型的完全带隙三维光子晶体.  相似文献

以较大粒径的聚苯乙烯或SiO2胶体微球的单层有序薄膜作基膜,较小粒径的SiO2微球作第二层,用分步旋涂法快速制备了二元双层胶体微球复合有序薄膜.膜中小粒径微球与大粒径微球的粒径比γ=020—056,大粒径与小粒径微球的排列方式可表示为LSxx=1,2,…,13).旋涂速度、旋涂时间、微球悬浮介质的黏度、悬浮液中微球的数密度、旋涂衬底的可润湿性等因素均会影响旋涂组装胶粒薄膜的质量.在旋涂衬底能够被胶体微球悬浮介质完全润湿的前提下,适宜的胶体微球数密度、旋涂速度、旋涂时间是旋涂组装有序薄膜的必要条件. 关键词: 复合有序薄膜 分步旋涂 胶体微球模板  相似文献

SiO2@CdSe core-shell particles were fabricated by controllable deposition CdSe nanoparticles on silica colloidal spheres. Step-wise coating process was tracked by the TEM and XRD measurements. In addition, SiO2@CdSe/polypyrrole(PPy) multi-composite particles were synthesized based on the as-prepared SiO2@CdSe particles by cationic polymerization. The direct electrochemistry of myoglobin (Mb) could be performed by immobilizing Mb on the surface of SiO2@CdSe particles. Immobilized with Mb, SiO2@CdSe/PPy-Mb also displayed good bioelectrochemical activity. It confirmed the good biocompatible property of the materials with protein. CdSe hollow capsules were further obtained as the removal of the cores of SiO2@CdSe spheres. Hollow and porous character of CdSe sub-meter size capsules made them becoming hopeful candidates as drug carriers. Doxorubicin, a typical an antineoplastic drug, was introduced into the capsules. A good sustained drug release behavior of the loading capsules was discovered via performing a release test in the PBS buffer (pH 7.4) solution at 310 k. Furthermore, SiO2@CdSe/PPy could be converted to various smart hollow capsules via selectively removal of their relevant components.  相似文献

Three-dimensional (3D) composite colloidal photonic crystals with SiO2 core and ZnO shell were fabricated on borosilicate glass (BSG) substrate by a two-stage deposition method. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) measurements show that both the pre-deposited SiO2 and SiO2/ZnO core-shell structures are oriented with their (1 1 1) axes parallel to the substrates. Optical measurement reveals that the periodic arrays exhibit a photonic band gap in the (1 1 1) direction. The optical properties of SiO2/ZnO core-shell structures strongly depend on the size dispersions of colloidal spheres and the intrinsic defects in the sample.  相似文献

溶胶-凝胶法在Si(100)基片上旋涂法制备铒硅酸盐化合物(Er silicate)薄膜.系统研究了烧结温度和烧结时间对Er silicate薄膜相结构、相转变以及光致发光特性的影响.在1000 ℃以下,薄膜晶体结构为Er2O3 晶体和SiO2 非晶的混合物.随着烧结温度增加到1200 ℃,保温时间增加到30 min,薄膜晶体结构转变成(100),(200)和(300)择优取向的Er2SiO5相. 关键词: 发光学 光学薄膜 溶胶-凝胶法 铒硅酸盐  相似文献

This paper reports that SiO2 is selected to fabricate broadband antireflection (AR) coatings on fused silica substrate by using glancing angle deposition and physical vapour deposition. Through accurate control of the graded index of the SiO2 layer, transmittance of the graded broadband AR coating can achieve an average value of 98% across a spectral range of 300--1850~nm. Moreover, a laser-induced damage threshold measurement of the fabricated AR coating is performed by using a one-on-one protocol according to ISO11254-1, resulting in an average damage threshold of 17.2~J/cm$^{2}$.  相似文献

Thin films with a low refractive index play an important role in optics, optoelectronics, and microelectronics. In this study, we present nanostructured porous SiO2 films fabricated by using a glancing angle deposition technique. These nanostructured porous SiO2 films deposited at an angle of 85° show very low refractive indices of 1.08 at 633 nm. As an application, a four-layer antireflection coating for visible wavelength is designed and fabricated using SiO2 material only. The normal incidence reflectance of the antireflection coating averaged between 400 and 800 nm is about 0.04%. The microstructure and the surface morphology are also investigated by using a scanning electron microscope.  相似文献

In this paper, silicon based planar technology and high performance fluorocarbon polymer polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) are combined to achieve PTFE thin film electrets on wafer. The PTFE film is fabricated onto SiO2 substrates and Pt substrates using spin coating and annealing processes, and its electret effect is demonstrated using negative corona charging method. PTFE electrets with different surface morphology exhibit different charge storage capability. Maximally, surface potential of ?396 V is achieved on Pt substrates and ?361 V is achieved on SiO2 substrates. The average retain rate of surface potential over 240 h is 90.6% for Pt substrates and 76.3% for SiO2 substrates. The proposed method presents the primary step toward integrated electrostatic devices.  相似文献

Herein, we report a facile and low cost method for the fabrication of superhydrophobic surface via spin coating the mixture of polydimethylsiloxane precursor (PDMS) and silicon dioxide (SiO2) nanoparticles. The surface hydrophobicity can be well tuned by adjusting the weight percent of PDMS and SiO2. The water contact angle (WCA) can increase from 106.8 ± 1.2° on PDMS film to 165.2 ± 2.3° on PDMS/SiO2 coating, companying with a change from adhering to rolling which was observed from tilting angle (TA) characterization. Multi-scale physical structures with SiO2 nanoparticle aggregates and networks of SiO2 nanoparticle aggregates are characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and atomic force microscope (AFM), and they can be observed more clearly from the AFM images treated with software (WSxM). Then the relationship between surface hydrophobicity and structures is further discussed based on Wenzel and Cassie models, indicating that the appearance of networks of nanoparticle aggregates is important in the Cassie state. The superhydrophobic coating can keep the superhydrophobicity at least for one month under environment conditions and readily regenerate after mechanical damage. Additionally, the superhydrophobic coating can be fabricated using other methods including dip coating, spray coating and casting. Thus, a large area of superhydrophobic coatings can be easily fabricated. Therefore the range of possible applications for these facile and versatile methods can be expanded to various actual conditions.  相似文献
