The high regio- and stereoselectivity have been obtained from the allylic substitution reaction catalyzed by palladium(II) species. From allylic alcohols, one-pot reaction with tosyl isocyanate followed by palladium(II)-catalyzed allylic substitution gives N-tosyl (E)-allylic amines in high yield. The substitution occurs only at the gamma-position of the 1- or 3-substituted allylic alcohols.  相似文献

A new strategy has been established for the kinetic resolution of racemic allylic alcohols through a palladium/sulfonyl‐hydrazide‐catalyzed asymmetric OH‐substitution under mild conditions. In the presence of 1 mol % [Pd(allyl)Cl]2, 4 mol % (S)‐SegPhos, and 10 mol % 2,5‐dichlorobenzenesulfonyl hydrazide, a range of racemic allylic alcohols were smoothly resolved with selectivity factors of more than 400 through an asymmetric allylic alkylation of monosubstituted hydrazines under air at room temperature. Importantly, this kinetic resolution process provided various allylic alcohols and allylic hydrazine derivatives with high enantiopurity.  相似文献

[reaction: see text] A useful method for the conversion of prochiral allylic alcohols to chiral allylic amines of high enantiopurity is reported. N-(4-Methoxyphenyl)trifluoroacetimidates are excellent substrates for the palladium(II)-catalyzed allylic imidate rearrangement as the allylic trifluoroacetamide products can be deprotected in two steps to provide chiral nonracemic allylic amines. Di-mu-chlorobis[(eta(5)-(S)-(pR)-2-(2'-(4'-isopropyl))oxazolinylcyclopentadienyl,1-C,3'-N))(eta(4)-tetraphenylcyclobutadiene)cobalt]dipalladium (6a, COP-Cl) is a superior catalyst because it does not require activation with silver salts and provides rearranged allylic trifluoroacetamides in good yields and high enantiomeric purities.  相似文献

Pd salts catalyse oxidation of alcohols with CCl4 in the presence of K2CO3. Primary alcohols are oxidised to esters, and secondary alcohols to ketones. CCl4 is converted to CHCl3. The reaction of allylic alcohols bearing a terminal olefinic bond with CCl4 or BrCCl3 in the presence of palladium catalyst at 110° affords 4,4,4-trichloro ketones. At 40°, simple adducts of CCl4 or BrCCl3 having a halohydrin structure are obtained, which are converted to the corresponding trichloro ketones by the catalysis of palladium. Various halohydrins are converted to ketones by Pd catalysis.  相似文献

A two-step reaction sequence to homoallylic nitro compounds from allylic alcohols is presented. Ethoxy carbonylation of the alcohols with ethyl chloroformate provides the corresponding allylic ethyl carbonates in high yields. Exposure of these substrates to catalytic palladium(0) in CH(3)NO(2) initiates a reaction sequence, ionization-decarboxylation-nitromethylation, that culminates with the formation of nitroalkenes. The regio- and stereochemical outcomes of the nitromethyl allylation reaction can be explained by the behavior of the transient pi-allylpalladium complexes. This methodology serves as a centerpiece for the synthesis of an important carbocyclic nucleoside intermediate.  相似文献

The (pi-allyl)palladium complex bearing an sp2-hybridized phosphorus ligand (DPCB-OMe: 1,2-bis(4-methoxyphenyl)-3,4-bis[(2,4,6-tri-tert-butylphenyl)phosphinidene]cyclobutene) efficiently catalyzes direct conversion of allylic alcohols in the absence of activating agents of alcohols such as Lewis acids. N-Allylation of aniline proceeds at room temperature to afford monoallylated anilines in 90-97% yields. C-Allylation of active methylene compounds is also successful at 50 degrees C using a catalytic amount of pyridine as a base, giving monoallylation products in 85-95% yields. The catalytic mechanism involving hydrido- and (pi-allyl)palladium intermediates has been proposed on the basis of stoichiometric examinations using model compounds of presumed intermediates.  相似文献

This paper describes the palladium catalyzed highly efficient three component coupling (TCC) reactions between chromones, allylic acetates, and alcohols, which lead to a library of multiply substituted chromones. The activity of various palladium catalysts, such as Pd(PPh3)4 and Pd2dba3·CHCl3 and their combination with various bisphosphine ligands, was investigated by using THF as a solvent, which revealed that Pd(PPh3)4 catalyst was the best one. The reaction most probably proceeds via the formation of benzopyrilium cation, generated from the reaction between chromones and allyl acetate, in the presence of palladium catalyst. The subsequent trapping of the benzopyrilium cation by alcohols would give the corresponding products in excellent yields. This alkoxy-allylation reaction was highly diastereoselective and only one diastereomer was obtained in all the cases.  相似文献

Successive treatment of the (Z)-gamma-trimethylsilyl allylic alcohols with copper(I) tert-butoxide and allylic halides followed by the tetrabutylammonium fluoride-assisted hydrolysis produced the allylation products, 2,5-alkadien-1-ols, with complete retention of configuration. Similar treatment of the organometallic intermediates with aryl and vinylic halides in the presence of palladium(0) catalyst gave the corresponding cross-coupling products in good yields.
