A convenient, fast, efficient, and ecofriendly synthesis of metal‐free phthalocyanines from various substituted phthalonitriles in different hydroxyalkylammonium ionic liquids in the presence of 1,8‐diazabicyclo‐[5,4,0]‐undec‐7‐ene (DBU) is reported in moderate yields. The effect of concentration of DBU and temperature on the synthesis of phthalocyanine in N‐(2‐hydroxyethyl)‐N,N‐dimethylbutylammonium bromide ionic liquid has been examined, and the ionic liquid has been recovered and reused conveniently.  相似文献

Hydrolysis products in the cholinesterase–thiocholine ester system were determined by voltammetry using electrodes modified with metal phthalocyanines (MPc, M = Fe, Co). Specific features of the electrooxidation of the hydrolysis product (thiocholine) at a carbon-paste electrode and at a chemically modified electrode (CME) were compared. The conditions for the detection of an electrocatalytic signal in the oxidation of thiocholine at the CME were studied. Performance characteristics of the electrocatalytic determination of thiocholine at the CME were determined. The use of electrodes chemically modified with MPc reduces the detection limit for cholinesterase substrates under consideration to n × 10–6 M.  相似文献

We design and synthesize a series of novel silicon(IV)phthalocyanines(SiPcs,1a,2a,1b,and 2b)axially conjugated with arginine or arginine-containing oligopeptides(Arg-Arg,Cys-Arg,Cys-Arg-Arg)through ester or ether linkers to demonstrate the effects of substituents and coupling ways on the spectral behaviors and photodynamic activities.The ester-linked SiPcs(1a and 2a)show slight red-shift,higher fluorescence emission and singlet oxygen generation compared to the ether-linked analogues(1b and 2b)due to the stronger electron-withdrawing ability of the ester group,suggesting that electronic effect of the linkers plays an important role in their spectral properties.The introduction of arginine could effectively reduce the aggregation of phthalocyanine in aqueous solutions.With higher cellular uptake and plasma membrane localization ability,1b and 2b exhibit significantly higher photocytotoxicity against both HepG2 and Hela cells.Moreover,the in vivo fluorescence imaging suggests that 2b is the most specific toward H22 tumor-bearing ICR mice,and it shows efficient tumor growth inhibition with the tumor inhibition rate up to 93%.Thus,this work would provide a new reference for the development of phthalocyanine-based photosensitizers.  相似文献

Cobalt, zinc, hydroxoaluminum, and iron complexes of N,N′,N″,N?-tetrakis(β-diethylaminoethyl) phthalocyanine-2,3 : 9,10 : 16,17 : 23,24-tetrakis(dicarboxamide) were synthesized and were converted into the corresponding water-soluble quaternary salts by treatment with methyl iodide, methyl p-toluenesulfonate, diethyl and dimethyl sulfates, and trimethyl phosphate. The electronic absorption spectra of the quaternary salts indicated their considerable aggregation in aqueous solution; the degree of aggregation decreases in going to solutions in ethanol and disappears in DMSO.  相似文献

Phthalocyanines are extensively used by the dye and pigment industry and in photovoltaic and photodynamic therapy research due to their intense absorption of visible light, outstanding stability, and versatility. As pigments, the unsubstituted phthalocyanines are insoluble owing to strong intermolecular π-π-stacking interactions, which causes limitations for the solution chemistry for both free base and metalated phthalocyanines. Here we show a supramolecular host–guest strategy to dissolve phthalocyanines into solution. C64 nanographene tetraimide ( 1 ) binds two free base/zinc/copper phthalocyanines in a 1 : 2 stoichiometry to solubilize phthalocyanines as evidenced by 1H NMR spectroscopy, UV/Vis absorption and single-crystal X-ray analysis. Binding studies using a tetra-tert-butyl-substituted soluble phthalocyanine revealed binding affinities of up to 109 M−1 in tetrachloromethane, relating to a Gibbs free energy of −52 kJ mol−1. Energy decomposition analysis revealed that complexes between 1 and phthalocyanines are stabilized by dispersion interactions followed by electrostatics as well as significant charge-transfer interactions.  相似文献

The crystal is of triclinic, space group P 1 with a = 14.0780(3), b = 14.3480(4), c = 17.0090(2) A, α = 72.156(2), β = 86.193(2), r= 73.655(2)°, C64H82N8O8, Mr = 1091.38, Z = 2, V = 3137.5(1) A3, Dc= 1.155 g/cm3, F(000) = 1172, μ(MoKα) = 0.077 mm-1, the final R = 0.0787 and wR = 0.2240 for 5795 observed reflections with I ≥ 2σ(I). The steric congestion between the neighboring butyloxy groups distorts the core of phthalocyanine into a saddle shape conformation. In the crystal lattice, molecules overlap to each other with π-π interaction but the extent of overlap is different along the three axial directions.  相似文献

In this contribution we report on the synthesis, characterization and application of water-soluble zinc(II) phthalocyanines, which are decorated with four or eight umbelliferone moieties for photodynamic therapy (PDT). These compounds are linked peripherally to zinc(II) phthalocyanine by a triethylene glycol linker attached to pyridines, leading to cationic pyridinium units, able to increase the water solubility of the system. Beside their photophysical properties they were analyzed concerning their cellular distribution in human hepatocyte carcinoma (HepG2) cells as well as their phototoxicity towards HepG2 cells, Gram-positive (S. aureus strain 3150/12 and B. subtilis strain DB104) and Gram-negative bacteria (E. coli strain UTI89 and E. coli strain Nissle 1917). At low light doses and concentrations, they exhibit superb antimicrobial activity against Gram-positive bacteria as well as anti-tumor activity against HepG2. They are even capable to inactivate Gram-negative bacteria, whereas the dark toxicity remains low. These unique water-soluble compounds can be regarded as all-in-one type photosensitizers with broad applications ranges in the future.  相似文献

The reaction of malonothioamides with benzene-sulfonyl azide and 2-azido-3-ethylbenzthiazolium tetrafluoroborate gave amides of 2-diazothiomalonic acid, which underwent cyclization to a mixture of 5-N-R-amino-1,2,3-thiadiazole-4-carbothioamides and 5-amino-1,2,3-thiadiazole-4-N-R-carbothioamides. The ratio of the isomeric thiadiazoles formed in this reaction is the same as in the reactions of 2-diazo-2-cyanoacetamides, 5-amino-1,2,3-thiadiazole- and 5-mercapto-1,2,3-triazole-4-carboxamides with P4S10 and of 5-amino-1, 2,3-thiadiazole-4-carbonitriles with H2S; it is characteristic of the influence of substituents on the reactivity of -diazothioacetamides. A pair of derivatives of tetrameric N-methylpyrrole polyamide were synthesized in order to develop a new method for the study of interaction of the polyamide derivatives with DNA. Indole acetic acid and nicotinic acid were introduced to the polyamide in the synthesized compound, which showed an expected red shift in the UV spectrum. These compounds may function as a potential tool in the detection of the polyamide binding to DNA.  相似文献

The DNA of P3 promoter region of IGF-Ⅱ gene was obtained by means of PCR technique. The examination of DNA polymorphism by restriction endonuclease BstE Ⅱ and the examination of AFP by bioluminescence immunoassay technique were carried out. The results have a significant difference(P<0.005). But the positive rate of AFP is higher than that of DNA polymorphism. The experimental result shows that the change of the DNA polymorphism of IGF-Ⅱis not the only carcinogenic factor. The suggested unite examination is the best method for the diagnosis of the primary hepatocellular carcinoma.  相似文献

The kinetics of transformation of 1,3,4,7-tetramethylisoindole(1)to 1,3,4,7-tetramethyl-1H-isoindole(2)in water or in deuterium oxide at various pH or pD at 25℃ were measuredspectrophotometricalty.The results indicated that the transformation of 1 to 2 could be promotedby acid and base.From the solvent isotope effects and the fact that the 1-position of isoindole nucleusis electron-rich,the mechanism of this transformation is suggested.  相似文献

The decomposition of alkylcyclopentadienyl nitrosyl -complexes of nickel, (C5H4R)(NO)Ni (R=H, Et,i-Pr, CH2Ph), under the action of electron impact has been studied. The nature of the nitrosyl ligand has been shown to be the factor determining the main fragmentation pathway which involves the abstraction of an NO molecule. The effect of the nature of the ligand on the ability of the molecular ion (C5H4R)LNi+ (L=C5H4R, C5H5, C3H5, NO) to rearrange with hydrogen atom migration from one ligand to another has been considered. Effects of the concentrations and ratio of reacting components and of temperature on the kinetics of reaction of N-propionyllactam (I) with potassium salt of lactam (KL) were studied for derivatives of ϵ-caprolactam, 8-octanelactam and 12-dodecanelactam. For ϵ-caprolactam, the initial rates of propagation, acylation of open-chain amide groups and condensation of growth centres were estimated. At the ratio of the starting components [I]0/[KL]0 = 0.5-3, the participation of the polymerization reaction is constant, amounting to ca 45% of the overall consumption of 1. The condensation reaction is 14–36% of the total consumption of I; its initial rate passes through a maximum at [I]0/[KL]0 = 2. With increasing permittivity of the medium, the total rate of consumption of I increases; in two media with the same bulk permittivity, however, the rates may differ by as much as one order of magnitude.  相似文献
