The constrained instanton method is used to study quantum creation of a BTZ black hole. It is found that the relative creation probability is the exponential of the negative sum of the entropy associated with the outer and inner black hole horizons. The quantum creations of the 4- or higher dimensional versions of the BTZ black hole are also studied.  相似文献

Quantum Statistic Entropy of Three-Dimensional BTZ Black Hole   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
Using the new equation of state density motivated by the generalized uncertainty relation in the quantum gravity, we investigate entropy of a black line on the background of the three-dimensional BTZ. In our calculation, we need not introduce cutoff and can remove the divergent term in the original brick-wall method via the new equation of state density. And it is obtained that the entropy of the black line is proportional to the area of the horizon (perimeter). Further it is shown the entropy of black line is the entropy of quantum state on the surface of horizon (perimeter). The black line entropy is the intrinsic property of the black hole. The entropy is a quantum effect. By using quantum statistical method, we directly obtain the partition function of Bose field and fermi field on the background of the black line. The difficulty to solve wave equation of various particles is avoided. We offer a new simple and direct way for calculating the entropy of various spacetime black holes (black plane, black line and black column). PACS 04.20.Dw; 97.60.Lf  相似文献

By using the quantum tunneling approach over semiclassical approximations, we study the quantum corrections to the Hawking temperature, entropy and Bekenstein-Hawking entropy-area relation for a black hole in an asymptotically safe gravity with higher derivatives. The leading and non leading corrections to the area law are obtained.  相似文献

In this letter we compute the corrections to the horizons, the horizon area and Hawking temperature of a BTZ black hole. These corrections stem from the space non-commutativity. We show that in non-commutative case, non-rotating BTZ black hole in contrast with commutative case has two horizons.  相似文献

In this paper, we investigate the BTZ black hole in P-V critical point of view. As we know, the BTZ black hole does not have P-V critical behavior. So in this case, we introduce some anstaz that give us the modified BTZ black hole. Finally, we show that this modified BTZ black hole is satisfied by the equation of state of Liquid-gas phase transition.  相似文献

In this paper, we investigated the noncommutative rotating BTZ black hole and showed that such a space-time is not maximally symmetric. We calculated effective potential for the massive and the massless test particle by geodesic equations, also we showed effect of non-commutativity on the minimum mass of BTZ black hole.  相似文献

We investigate quantum entanglement of gravitational configurations in 3D AdS gravity using the AdS/CFT correspondence. We derive explicit formulas for the holographic entanglement entropy (EE) of the BTZ black hole, conical singularities and regularized AdS3. The leading term in the large temperature expansion of the holographic EE of the BTZ black hole reproduces exactly its Bekenstein-Hawking entropy S BH , whereas the subleading term behaves as ln S BH . We also show that the leading term of the holographic EE for the BTZ black hole can be obtained from the large temperature expansion of the partition function of a broad class of 2D CFTs on the torus. This result indicates that black hole EE is not a fundamental feature of the underlying theory of quantum gravity but emerges when the semiclassical notion of spacetime geometry is used to describe the black hole.  相似文献

The entropy of rotating Kerr-Newman-Kasuya black hole due to massive charged fields (bosons and fermions) is calculated by using the new equation of state density motivated by the generalized uncertainty relation. The result shows the entropy does not depend on the mass and the charge but the parameter A, the area A and the spin of the fields. Moreover, an improved approximation is provided to calculate the scalar entropy.  相似文献

A key result in the proof of black hole uniqueness in 4-dimensions is that a stationary black hole that is “rotating”—i.e., is such that the stationary Killing field is not everywhere normal to the horizon—must be axisymmetric. The proof of this result in 4-dimensions relies on the fact that the orbits of the stationary Killing field on the horizon have the property that they must return to the same null geodesic generator of the horizon after a certain period, P. This latter property follows, in turn, from the fact that the cross-sections of the horizon are two-dimensional spheres. However, in spacetimes of dimension greater than 4, it is no longer true that the orbits of the stationary Killing field on the horizon must return to the same null geodesic generator. In this paper, we prove that, nevertheless, a higher dimensional stationary black hole that is rotating must be axisymmetric. No assumptions are made concerning the topology of the horizon cross-sections other than that they are compact. However, we assume that the horizon is non-degenerate and, as in the 4-dimensional proof, that the spacetime is analytic.  相似文献

Quantum Black Hole   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
Creation of a black hole in quantum cosmology is the third way of black hole formation. In contrast to the gravitational collapse from a massive body in astrophysics or from the quantum fluctuation of matter fields in the very early universe, in the quantum cosmology scenario the black hole is essentially created from nothing. The black hole originates from a constrained gravitational instanton. The probability of creation for all kinds of single black holes in the Kerr-Newman family, at the semiclassical level, is the exponential of the total entropy of the universe, or one quarter of the sum of both the black hole and the cosmological horizon areas. The de Sitter spacetime is the most probable evolution at the Planckian era.  相似文献

Quantum Corrections to the Entropy of a Black Hole with a Global Monopole   总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4
Quantum corrections to the entropy of a static, spherically symmetric blackhole—global monopole system arising from the Dirac spinor field are investigatedby using the brick wall method. It is shown that if we ignore the usual contributionfrom the vacuum surrounding the system, then the quantum corrections for thestatic black hole consist of two parts: One is a quadratically divergent term whichtakes a geometric character. The other is a logarithmically divergent term whichis not proportional to the area of the horizon. The renormalization of the quadraticand logarithmic divergences is also investigated.  相似文献

Hawking radiation can usefully be viewed as a semi-classical tunneling process that originates at the black hole horizon. Massive radiation from a BTZ black hole is investigated. The conservation of energy implies the effect of self-gravitation. Viewed as a tunneling process, the emission spectrum derivates from the pure thermal spectrum, but it is consistent with an underlying unitary theory. The result is the same as that of massless particles.  相似文献

We extend Zhang and Zhao's recent work to the Schwarzschild-anti-de Sitter black hole with topological defect, whose Arnowitt-Deser-Misner (ADM) mass is no longer identical to its mass parameter. The behavior of the tunneling massive particle is investigated and the emission rate is calculated. The result satisfies an underlying unitary theory and takes the same functional form as that of the mass-less particle.  相似文献

A spacetime horizon comprising with a black hole singularity acts like a boundary of a thermal system associated with the notions of temperature and entropy. In the case of static metric of Banados-Teitelboim-Zanelli (BTZ) black hole, the field equations near the horizon boundary can be expressed as a thermal identity dE = TdS+ Pr dA, where E = M is the mass of BTZ black hole, dA is the change in the area of the black hole horizon when the horizon is displaced infinitesimally small, Pr is the radial pressure provided by the source of Einstein equations, S = 41πa is the entropy and T =κ/2π is the Hawking temperature associated with the horizon. This approach is studied further to generalize it for non-static BTZ black hole, showing that it is also possible to interpret the field equation near horizon as a thermodynamic identity dE = TdS + PrdA +Ω+dJ, where Ω+ is the angular velocity and J is the angular momentum of BTZ black hole. These results indicate that the field equations for BTZ black hole possess intrinsic thermodynamic properties near the horizon.  相似文献

Quantum Statistical Entropy of Black Hole   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
By using the method of quantum statistics, we derive the partition function of bosonic and fermionic field in various coordinates and obtain the integral expression of the entropy of a black hole. Then via the improved brick-wall method, membrane model, we obtain that if we choose proper parameter, the entropy of black hole is proportional to the area of horizon. In our result, the stripped term and the divergent logarithmic term in the original brick-wall method no longer exist. We offer a new simple and direct way of calculating the entropy of black holes in various coordinates.  相似文献

We obtain the energy distribution associated with a charged rotating (Kerr-Newman) black hole in Bergmann-Thomson formulation. We find that the energy-momentum definitions prescribed by Einstein, Landau-Lifshitz, Papapetrou, Weinberg, and Bergmann-Thomson give the same and acceptable result and also support the Cooperstock hypothesis for energy localization in general relativity. The repulsive effect due to the electric charge and rotation parameters of the metric is also reflected from the energy distribution expression.  相似文献

A quantum black hole has been presented by Kenmoku et al. (1998), and its surface gravity is divergent. We find that its tunneling probability is essentially different from Boltzmann distribution. It is interesting that two peaks appears in the spectrum when the black hole mass decreases close to Planck mass, which is different from black body radiation. PACS: 04.70.Dy  相似文献
