Synthesis of 1-(benzothiazol-2-yl)-5-(o-hydroxyphenyl)-1H-1,2,4-triazoles

Recyclization of 4-oxo-1,3-benzoxazinium perchlorates by the action of benzothiazolylhydrazine gave previously unknown benzothiazolyl-substituted 1,2,4-triazoles that attract interest as potential biologically active substances. The structure of the isolated compounds was determined on the basis of their IR and ¹H and ¹³C NMR spectra.     

Nitrofuranyl heterocycles. XIII N-methyl-3-methylthio-5-(5-nitro-2-furanyl)-1H-1,2,4-triazoles

A continuing search for new nitrofurans which might possess useful antimicrobial activity led to the synthesis of several 3-mercapto-5-(5-nitro-2-furanyl)-1H-1,2,4-triazoles and their methylated derivatives. This paper describes the preparation of these compounds together with proof of structure of the N-methylated products.     

Reaction of 3-oxo-N-phenylbutanethioamide with 5-amino-1H-1,2,4-triazoles

Reactions of 3-oxo-N-phenylbutanethioamide with 3-substituted 5-amino-1H-1,2,4-triazoles in acetic acid led to the formation of 5-methyl-7,8-dihydro[1,2,4]triazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidine-7-thiones, 7-methyl-5,8-dihydrol[1,2,4]triazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidine-5-thiones and 7-methyl-5-phenylamino[1,2,4]triazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidines. The structure of the products was proved by the ¹H and ¹³C NMR spectra, X-ray diffraction data, and chemical transformations.     

Structure of zinc complexes with 3-(pyridin-2-yl)-5-(arylideneiminophenyl)-1H-1,2,4-triazoles in different tautomeric forms: DFT and QTAIM study

On the basis of X-ray crystallographic data on molecular crystals of zinc complexes with 3-(pyridin-2-yl)-5-(arylideneiminophenyl)-1H-1,2,4-triazoles, quantum-chemical analysis of the electron density distribution function for these complexes has been performed by Bader’s atoms in molecules method. Topological parameters of electron density at the critical points of coordination and noncovalent bonds have been interpreted, and the bond energies have been estimated using the Espinosa equation. For the solvated complex Zn[(L3)(OAc)₂] · i-PrOH (L3 = 3-(pyridin-2-yl)-5-(benzylideneiminophenyl)-1H-1,2,4-triazole), a variable coordination number of the Zn²⁺ ion has been predicted as a result of dynamic dissociation/formation of an unstable Zn-O coordination bond. For the binuclear [Zn₂(L2)₂] complex (L2 = 3-(pyridin-2-yl)-5-(salicylideneiminophenyl)-1H-1,2,4-triazole), an orbital interpretation of the decrease in the fluorescence quantum yield in tetrahydrofuran and dimethyl sulfoxide as compared with free L2 ligand is presented.     

Base-induced rearrangement of 4-amidino-3-R-furoxans into 1-substituted 3-(1-nitroalkyl)-5-R-1H-1,2,4-triazoles

A new base-induced rearrangement of furoxans, viz., a recyclization of 4-amidino-3-Rfuroxans into 1-substituted 3-(1-nitroalkyl)-5-R-1H-1,2,4-triazoles in the presence of alkali metal alkoxides and into 3-acyl-5-R-1H-1,2,4-triazoles in aqueous alkaline solutions, was found.     

5-(2-hydroxyphenyl)-1,2-dimethyl(1-methyl-2-vinylaryl)-1H-1,3,4-triazoles and their complexes with Zn(II)

The interaction of 2,3-dimethyl-4-oxo-1,3-benzoxazinium and 2-[β-(4-bromophenylvinyl)]-3-methyl-4-oxo-1,3-benzoxazinium perchlorates with hydrazine hydrate has afforded the corresponding triazoles that have been used as ligands for the synthesis of zinc complexes L₂Zn. Luminescent properties of the prepared complexes have been studied.

     

Synthesis of 4-(4-phenyl-3-pyrazolyl)-4H-1,2,4-triazoles

4-(4-PhenyI-3-pyrazolyl)-4H-1,2,4-triazoles and 4-phenyl-5-(4H-1,2,4-triazol4-yl)-3-pyrazolols were prepared by the reaction of formylhydrazine on α-phenyl-α-cyanoacetaldehydes and ethyl α-phenyl-α-cyanoacetates.

5-(Thiazol-4-yl)-1,2,4-triazoles

By reaction of arylhydrazones of benzoyl chloride with 4-aminomethylthiazole in the presence of triethylamine, the corresponding amidrazones were obtained, which upon oxidation gave 5-(thiazol-4-yl)-1,2,4-triazoles with fungicidal and bactericidal activity.Translated from Izvestiya Akademii Nauk SSSR, Seriya Khimicheskaya, No. 9, pp. 2111–2112, September, 1991.     

1-[2-(N-甲基-N-取代苄基)氨基-2-(4-叔丁基苯基)乙基]-1H-1,2,4-三唑类化合物的合成及抗真菌活性

根据氮唑类和苄胺类抗真菌药物的构效关系和作用机理,设计合成了23种1-[2-(N-甲基-N-取代苄基)氨基-2-(4-叔丁基苯基)乙基]-1H-1,2,4-三唑类化合物,其结构经元素分析、红外光谱及核磁共振谱分析证实.体外抑菌实验结果表明:目标化合物对常见的9种致病真菌均有一定活性,对浅表真菌活性优于深部真菌,其中化合物3,4,6,10,12,14和15对羊毛样小孢子菌具有较强的活性.     

Synthesis of 1-(1,2,4-triazol-3-yl)-1,2,3-triazoles

Synthesis of 5-(3,4,5-trimethoxyphenyl)-4-substituted aryl-3-hydrazino-carbonylmethylthio-4H-1,2,4-triazoles as possible antiinflammatory agents
