Spectrum of a Model Operator in the Perturbation Theory of the Essential Spectrum

We consider a model operator acting in a subspace of a Fock space and obtain a symmetrized analogue of the Faddeev equation. A Model in the Theory of Perturbations of the Essential Spectrum of Multiparticle Operators

在Lp（1（≤）p＜＋∞）空间中,本文运用半群理论研究了Rotenberg模型中具光滑边界条件的迁移半群的本质谱.采用半群方法和比较算子等方法,证明了对任意的t＞0,s＞0,算子[UH（t）-U0（t）]U0（s）[UH（t）-U0（t）]在Lp（1＜p＜＋∞）在空间中紧和在L1空间弱紧,得到迁移半群VH（t）与V0（t）有相同的本质谱型.     

拟相似算子的右本质谱的连通分支

设算子S和T拟相似,通过引进RT类算子、R类算子和RR类算子的概念,给出右本质谱σre(S)的连通分支与σre(T)相交的充分条件和必要条件以及σre(S)的连通分支与本质谱盯σe(T)的某些子集的相交关系,并给出算子是属于RT类算子和RR类算子的充分条件和必要条件.     

加权Bergman空间上Toeplitz算子的本质谱

本文探讨加权Bergman空间Ap(φ)上Toeplitz算子,刻画了L∞(D)的使得符号在其中的Toeplitz算子的半换位子是紧算子的最大的自伴子代数Q,并计算了符号在Q中的Toeplitz算子的本质谱和Fredholm指标．

Spectrum of a non-self-adjoint operator associated with the periodic heat equation

We study the spectrum of the linear operator L=−θ_∂−?θ_∂(sinθθ_∂) subject to the periodic boundary conditions on θ∈[−π,π]. We prove that the operator is closed in with the domain in for |?|<2, its spectrum consists of an infinite sequence of isolated eigenvalues and the set of corresponding eigenfunctions is complete. By using numerical approximations of eigenvalues and eigenfunctions, we show that all eigenvalues are simple, located on the imaginary axis and the angle between two subsequent eigenfunctions tends to zero for larger eigenvalues. As a result, the complete set of linearly independent eigenfunctions does not form a basis in .     

The Faddeev equation and the location of the essential spectrum of a model multi-particle operator

In this paper we consider a model operator which acts in a three-particle cut subspace of the Fock space. We describe “two-particle” and “three-particle” branches of the essential spectrum and obtain an analog of the Faddeev equation for eigenfunctions of this operator.

L^2[a,\infty)上高阶 Sturm-Liouville 算子下半有界性与谱

采用泛函分析与不等式渐近估计的方法,根据微分算子系数的特点,研究了高阶Sturm-Liouville微分算子下半有界性并得到其为下半有界的一些判定准则,同时给出了其下界的估计.这些结果对研究微分算子的谱是有益的.     

The infiniteness of the number of eigenvalues in the gap in the essential spectrum for the three-particle Schrödinger operator on a lattice

We consider a system of three arbitrary quantum particles on a three-dimensional lattice that interact via attractive pair contact potentials. Spectrum of the Operator Corresponding to the M/M/1 Queueing Model with Vacations and Multiple Phases of Operation and Application

We describe the point spectrum of the operator which corresponds to the M/M/1 queueing model with vacations and multiple phases of operation. Then by using this result we prove that the essential growth bound of the C₀-semigroup generated by the operator is 0, the C₀-semigroup is not compact, not eventually compact, even not quasi-compact. Moreover, we verify that it is impossible that the time-dependent solution of the M/M/1 queueing model with vacations and multiple phases of operation exponentially converges to its steady-state solution. In addition, we obtain the spectral radius and essential spectral radius of the C₀-semigroup. Lastly, we discuss other spectrum of the operator and obtain a set which belongs to the union of its continuous spectrum and residual spectrum.
