Unambiguous and complete assignments of 1H and 13C NMR chemical shifts for 14 19-nor-neoclerodane diterpenoids, nine of them isolated from natural sources and five other synthetic derivatives, are presented. The assignments are based on 2D shift-correlated (1H,1H-COSY, 1H,13C-gHSQC and 1H,13C-gHMBC) and NOE experiments. The conformations of rings A and B of these compounds are supported by the 3J(H,H) values and they agree with the low-energy conformations obtained by semi-empirical calculations. Moreover, the data obtained in this work for 2-acetoxyteucvidin and a semisynthetic 18-aldehyde derivative indicate that the configuration at C-2 of the former and at C-10 of the latter must be reversed with respect to those reported previously.  相似文献

1H, 13C and 15N NMR chemical shifts and couplings (n)J(H,C) in DMSO-d(6) at 30 degrees C have been determined for 1,2-diaryl-(4E)-arylidene-2-imidazolin-5-one derivatives 1-27. Their chemical shift assignments are based on PFG DQF 1H,1H COSY, PFG 1H,13C HMQC as well as PFG 1H,13C and 1H,15N HMBC experiments. For compounds 1-10 including aryl fluorine substituent(s) also the couplings (n)J(F,C) (n = 1 - 4) are reported.  相似文献

The complete assignments of all 1H and 13C chemical shifts were made for the fluorinated dehydroepiandrosterone (DHEA) analog fluasterone, 2, and two potential in vivo metabolites 3 and 4. The assignments were made using a combination of one- and two-dimensional NMR techniques (1H, 13C, gDQCOSY, gHSQC, gHMBC). Once the proton chemical shifts were assigned, the stereochemistry of the two hydroxylated analogs was determined using 2D ROESY experiments.  相似文献

Unambiguous and complete assignments of 1H and 13C NMR chemical shifts for five clerodane diterpenes, four of them isolated from Salvia splendens (salviarin, splendidin and splenolides A and B) and one obtained by acetylation of splenolide A, are presented. The assignments are based on 2D shift-correlated [1H,1H-COSY, 1H,13C-gHSQC-1J(C,H) and 1H,13C-gHMBC-nJ(C,H) (n=2 and 3)] and nuclear Overhauser effect (NOE) experiments. The conformation of the rings of these compounds is supported by the 3J(H,H) values and NOE results.  相似文献

A protocol for the rapid NMR characterization of cobalamin (vitamin B(12)) analogues with 5'-hydroxy-alpha-ribofuranoside modification is reported. The structure of cyanocobalamin in DMSO-d(6) has been assigned using COSY, NOESY, HSQC, and HMBC NMR methods. The robust precision of (13)C NMR assignments in DMSO-d(6) allows for the rapid structural determination of 5'-hydroxy-alpha-ribofuranosyl cyanocobalamin derivatives with solely 1-D (13)C and DEPT NMR spectra and only 10 mg of derivatized cobalamin. Using this method, the (13)C NMR resonances of four cobalamin analogues were determined with the most significant variance of (13)C chemical shifts occurring in the alpha-ribofuranoside ring. In DMSO-d(6), cobalamin concentrations greater than 30 mM can be achieved for an improved signal-to-noise ratio.  相似文献

Three new arylnaphthalide lignans named 6'-hydroxy justicidin A (1), 6'-hydroxy justicidin B (2) and 6'-hydroxy justicidin C (3) have been isolated from the whole plant of Justicia procumbens, together with four known ones, neojusticin A (4), chinensinaphthol methyl ester (5), isodiphyllin (6) and taiwanin C (7). The complete assignments of 1H and 13C NMR chemical shifts for the new lignans and the 13C NMR chemical shifts for the known lignans were obtained for the first time by means of 2D NMR techniques, including HSQC and HMBC.  相似文献

Six new nor-beta-lapachones have been synthesized from reaction of 3-bromo-nor-beta-lapachone with arylamines. These derivatives have potent anticancer properties against several cell lines. Here, we report complete unambiguous assignments of (1)H and (13)C chemical shifts of the new compounds. The assignments were made using a combination of one- and two-dimensional NMR techniques ((1)H, (13)C, (1)H-(1)H COSY, (1)H-(13)C HSQC, and (1)H-(13)C HMBC).  相似文献

Leucanthoside A, a new allose-containing triterpenoid saponin (1), was isolated from the aerial parts of Cephalaria leucantha L. Its structure was determined by electrospray ionization mass spectrometry and NMR spectroscopy. Complete assignments of the 1H and 13C NMR chemical shifts were achieved by two-dimensional NMR experiments: DQF-COSY, NOESY, TOCSY, HSQC, DINE-HSQC, HMBC, 13C-1H 2D-J-resolved spectroscopy, and 1,1-ADEQUATE.  相似文献

Complete NMR analyses with full assignments for (1)H and (13)C NMR spectral data for both epimers of menthane-1-carboxylic acid are described. The NMR properties of the recently synthesized axial isomer had not been previously described, and through use of a variety of 1D and 2D techniques, additional information is provided for the equatorial isomer. As well as assignments of chemical shifts, homonuclear coupling constants were determined for the equatorial isomer and most of coupling constants were measured for the axial isomer.  相似文献

Cannabicitran is an important cannabinoid natural product produced by Cannabis sativa and is often found at surprisingly high levels (up to ~10%) in “purified” commercial cannabidiol (CBD) extract preparations. Despite the prevalence of this molecule in CBD oil and other cannabinoid-related products, and the rapidly expanding interest in cannabinoids for treatment of a wide range of physiological conditions, only unassigned 1H NMR data and partial unambiguous 13C assignments have been published. Herein, we report the complete 1H and 13C NMR assignments of cannabicitran and comparatively evaluate the performance of several density functional theory (DFT) methods with varying levels of theory for the calculation of NMR chemical shifts.  相似文献

(1)H and (13)C NMR spectroscopic data for 5alpha-androstanes and halo-5alpha-androstanes with different substituents at positions C-3, C-9, C-11 and C-17 were examined and assigned by a combination of 1D and 2D NMR experiments. The substituent effects on the (13)C chemical shifts were compared with those of epi-androsterone, used as a reference compound. The coupling constants (n)J((19)F,(13)C) were measured for compounds 6, 8, 11 and 14.  相似文献

Four sesquiterpene glucosides were isolated from Ixeris sonchifolia Hance. The structure of a new compound (1) was assigned as 9beta-monohydroxy-2,12-dioxo-guaia-3,11(13)-dien-1alpha,5alpha,6beta,7alpha,9beta,10alphaH-12,6-olide-9-O-beta-D- glucopyranoside (ixerinoside). In addition, unambiguous and complete assignments of (1)H NMR chemical shifts for crepidiaside A (2), ixerin Z (3), and 11,13alpha-dihydroixerin Z (4) are presented. The assignments were achieved by two-dimensional NMR (gCOSY, gHSQC, gHMBC, NOESY) and one-dimensional nuclear Overhauser effect (NOE) experiments.  相似文献

The complete assignments of all the (1)H and (13)C NMR signals of three sesquiterpene lactones, 4-oxo-5(6),11-eudesmadiene-8,12-olide (1), 4-oxo-11-eudesmaene-8,12-olide (2) and (1(10)E)-5beta-Hydroxygermacra-1(10),4(15),11-trien-8, 12-olide (3), were carried out by various 2D NMR experiments. Compounds 1-3 were isolated from the roots of Inula helenium for the first time. Among them, 1 was identified as a new nor-sesquiterpene lactone, and 2 was isolated from a natural source for the first time. The (13)C-NMR data of compound 3 was also reported for the first time.  相似文献

The (1)H and (13)C NMR chemical shifts of spiro-cycloalkylidene[60]fullerenes were assigned using experimental NMR data and the Density Functional Theory (DFT)-Gauge Independence Of Atomic Orbitals method (GAIO) calculation method in the Perdew Burke Ernzerhof (PBE)/3z approach. The calculated values of the (13)C NMR chemical shifts adequately reproduce the experimental values at this quantum chemistry approach. Similar assignments will be helpful for (13)C NMR spectral analysis of homo- and methano[60]fullerene derivatives for structure elucidation and to determine the influence of fullerene frames on substituents and the influence of substituents on fullerene cores.  相似文献

Three monocyclic polyether dilactams, 17,18-dihydro-5H, 9H-dibenzo[e,n]1,4,10,7,13trioxadiazacyclopentadecine-6,10(7H,11H)-dione (1); 9,10,20,21-tetrahydro-5H, 12H-dibenzo[e,q]1,4,10,13,7,16tetraoxadiazacyclooctadecine-6, 13(7H,14H)-dione (2); and 6,7,9,10-tetrahydro-16H, 20H-dibenzo[h,q]1,4,7,13, 10,16tetraoxadiazacyclooctadecine-17, 21(18H,22H)-dione (3) were isolated during the synthesis of several benzoannelated cryptands. The complete assignments of the 1H and 13C NMR spectra of 1, 2 and 3 in CDCl3 were made using gCOSY, gHMBC, gHMQC, HMQC, HSQC, and NOESY 1D techniques. The ortho (H2) benzene protons show significant downfield shifts (1.16-1.43 ppm) that are consistent with an exodentate orientation for the amide carbonyl groups. The X-ray crystal structures of 1, 2 and 3 show that the carbonyl groups adopt an exodentate conformation in the solid state.  相似文献
