在一维平板鞘层中采用流体模型分别研究了不同成分无碰撞等离子体鞘层的玻姆判据.通过拟牛顿法数值模拟了含有电子、离子、负离子以及二次电子的等离子体鞘层玻姆判据.结果表明二次电子发射增加了鞘层离子马赫数的临界值,且器壁发射二次电子温度越高,离子马赫数临界值越小.负离子使离子马赫数临界值减小.而在含有二次电子和负离子的等离子体鞘层中,当负离子较少时,二次电子发射对离子马赫数临界值影响较大;当负离子增加时,离子马赫数的临界值则主要受负离子的影响.

采用双流体模型研究了多成分的电负性碰撞等离子体鞘层的玻姆判据,讨论了一维稳态情形下不同的带电粒子对鞘层玻姆判据的影响。采用拟牛顿法,得到了数值解。结果表明:玻姆判据存在上限和下限。二次电子发射系数越大,离子的马赫数越大;负离子的含量越多,离子的马赫数越小。鞘层中离子的温度、离子与中性粒子的碰撞以及离子的带电量对玻姆判据的上下限的取值都有一定的影响。 相似文献

研究了鞘层中电子和负离子的反射运动对碰撞电负性磁鞘玻姆判据和鞘层结构的影响.通过理论推导得到了考虑鞘层中电子和负离子的反射运动时鞘层玻姆判据表达式,并通过数值模拟得到了电子和负离子采用玻尔兹曼模型和反射运动模型时离子马赫数的下限随参数的变化曲线以及鞘层中带电粒子密度的分布曲线.结果表明,电子和负离子的反射运动模型和玻尔兹曼模型离子马赫数的上限完全相同,下限表达式不同,反射运动模型中下限还与基板电势有关,且随着基板电势值的增加而增大,达到与玻尔兹曼分布中相同值后保持不变,随着鞘边负离子浓度和温度的不同达到最大值的速度不同;离子马赫数的下限在玻尔兹曼和反射运动模型中都随鞘边负离子浓度的增加和温度的降低而减小,只是在反射运动模型中的最大值要小;两种模型中离子马赫数的下限都随鞘边电场的增加而增加,但在玻尔兹曼模型中增加得更快最终值更大;两种模型离子马赫数的下限都随碰撞参数或磁场角度的增加而降低,但在玻尔兹曼模型中降低更快,随着碰撞参数或者磁场角度的增加两种模型中离子马赫数的下限趋于一致;当基板电势值较小时,电子和负离子的反射运动对鞘层结构影响较大,当基板电势值较大时电子和负离子反射运动对鞘层中带电粒子密度分布的影响很小. 相似文献

在一维平板鞘层中应用双流体模型在有无碰撞两种情况下分别研究了定向离子束和定向电子束的存在对玻姆鞘层判据的影响.研究所涉及的碰撞主要有电荷交换碰撞、电离碰撞和总能量损失碰撞.工作气体是氩气,气压是常压.通过采用四阶龙格-库塔法,得到了数值解.结果表明定向离子束能减小漂移离子进入鞘层的最小速度,电荷交换碰撞也能减小这一速度;定向电子束使这一速度增加,与定向电子束相关的电离碰撞却使这一速度大幅度降低.

为了研究尘埃等离子体中尘埃颗粒以及鞘层中粒子密度分布等特性,对尘埃颗粒存在条件下等离子体鞘层结构的采取数值模拟.采用稳态无碰撞的尘埃等离子体鞘层模型,对玻姆判据、尘埃颗粒的荷电性质、平板鞘层区域的电势分布及鞘层内粒子分布特性进行了系统的数值模拟研究.计算结果显示,鞘层边缘尘埃颗粒数密度的增加、尘埃温度的升高,将引起孤立尘埃颗粒对电子吸附能力的减弱,集体效应也受到一定程度的影响;二者同时对离子玻姆速度以及鞘层厚度的增加都有着极大的促进作用.鞘层电势在靠近下极区处降落迅速,主要聚集在接近阴极极板的鞘层区域,各种微粒数密度的空间分布满足准中性条件. 相似文献

The Bohm sheath criterion is modified for collisional plasma containing
Boltzmann electrons and cold fluid ions at the presence of external magnetic
field. Based on fluid model, the effects of the strength and the orientation
of an external magnetic field on the upper and lower limits of Bohm sheath
criterion have been studied by considering the collision frequency between
ions and neutrals. The results show that the sheath criterion depends on the
orientation and magnitude of magnetic field and the ion flow velocity at the

The evolution of sheath in plasma contaminated with varying dust charges under the effect of an external magnetic field is studied. Study of Sagdeev potential through pseudoptential approach has been attempted with a view to deriving the sheath equation. Numerical analysis has been carried out to study the potential variation with sheath-ward distance for various plasma parameters. A unique finding of the study is that the presence of dust particles as well as the magnetic field drastically modifies the Bohm sheath criterion for plasma sheath formation as obtained earlier in unmagnetised two-component plasma. The results have more realistic interpretation in showing explicitly the interaction of magnetic field and impurity caused by dust charge variation, with the possibility of its impact in various technological applications including plasma-material interaction, material processing and electro-mechanical devices. 相似文献

为进一步研究霍尔推进器壁面二次电子发射对推进器性能的影响,采用流体模型数值模拟了二次电子磁化效应的等离子体鞘层特性.得到二次电子磁化鞘层的玻姆判据.讨论了不同的磁场强度和方向、二次电子发射系数以及不同种类等离子体推进器的鞘层结构.结果表明:随器壁二次电子发射系数的增大,鞘层中粒子密度增加,器壁电势升高,鞘层厚度减小;鞘层电势及粒子密度随着磁场强度和方位角的增加而增加;而对于不同种类的等离子体,壁面电势和鞘层厚度也不同.这为霍尔推进器的磁安特性实验提供了理论解释.

A model for the collisionless plasma-wall problem under the action of an applied magnetic field is developed. The behavior of its solution is examined and found to be qualitatively consistent with experiment. The plasma and the sheath are then modeled separately to obtain the position of the quasi-neutral plasma boundary and the position of the edge of the electron-free sheath. It is shown that the plasma boundary can be specified as the point where the component of the ion velocity normal to the wall reaches the ion sound speed (Bohm criterion), and the sheath edge is specified as the point corresponding to Godyak's condition for the electric field. Studying the behavior near the plasma boundary and the sheath edge, the plasma solution and the solution of the space charge region are patched together to approximate the solution of the plasma-wall problem. 相似文献

The characteristics of ions that enter the plasma sheath with an oblique
incident angle have been investigated in the presence of an external
magnetic field. The ion dynamics in a collisional and collisionless
magnetized plasma sheath have been numerically calculated by using a fluid
model. Several values for the ion velocity at the sheath edge, orientation
and strength of the magnetic field and the ion-neutral collision frequency
have been considered. The results show that in a collisionless magnetized
plasma sheath, the behaviour of ions that obliquely enter the sheath with
some specific velocities at the sheath edge and at some specific
orientations and strengths of magnetic field, is more complicated than that
of ions with normal entrance angles. For the oblique entrance of ions, the
weak magnetic fields cause some fluctuations in ion velocity around its
boundary value, i.e. the ion velocity does not accelerate. However, the
numerical calculations show that the ion dynamics in a collisional
magnetized plasma sheath are the same for both normal and inclined entrance
