采用变温红外光谱研究了层结构标题配合物的固。固相变机理;相变主要与烷烃链和-NH_3极性端基结构变化有关,主要来源于烷烃链的堆积结构和构象的有序。无序变化,同时伴有N-H…Cl氢键强度的降低,由于在高温烃链产生GTG+GTG'和临近端基的TG构象以及GG链段,链大量扭曲,形成了烷烃链的“熔化”态,发现同相和异相C-C伸缩振动频率对烷烃“链熔化”相变很敏感,可用于表征烷烃链的链长变化。  相似文献

Summary: Temperature-induced and solvent composition-induced phase separation in solutions of poly(N-isopropylmethacrylamide) (PIPMAm) and other thermoresponsive polymers as studied by NMR and infrared (IR) spectroscopy is discussed. The fraction p of phase-separated units (units with significantly reduced mobility) and subsequently, e.g., thermodynamic parameters characterizing the coil-globule phase transition induced by temperature, were determined from reduced integrated intensities in high-resolution 1H NMR spectra. This approach can be especially useful in investigations of phase separation in solutions of binary polymer systems. Information on behaviour of water during temperature-induced phase transition was obtained from measurements of 1H NMR relaxation times of HDO molecules. NMR and IR spectroscopy were used to investigate PIPMAm solutions in water/ethanol (D2O/EtOH) mixtures where the phase separation can be induced by solvent composition (cononsolvency). Some differences in globular-like structures induced by temperature and solvent composition were revealed by these methods.  相似文献

在280~320K的温度范围内考察了30%十六烷基三甲基溴化铵水溶液的红外光谱随温度的变化。结果表明该体系的凝聚胶-液晶相转变温度为300K。在300K以下的凝聚胶相,分子的极性头部基团处于高度“固定”的状态,分子的碳氢链以有序的相互平行方式排列,极性头与碳氢链之间有一定的倾斜角。在300K以上的液晶相,极性头内部CH_3-(N~+)基团以及整个极性头与碳氢链之间发生了旋转,碳氢链变为以六方亚晶胞填充形式存在,旦扭曲式构象异构体数量显著增多,极性头与碳氢链之间已不存在倾斜角,分子的亲水极性头和疏水碳氢链部分都处于“融化”状态。  相似文献

红外光谱法对肉苁蓉径向不同部位的分析与评价   总被引:9,自引:0,他引:9  
采用傅里叶变换红外光谱、二阶导数谱和二维相关红外光谱技术对肉苁蓉由表及里3个部位的药材粉末及其水提物和醇提物进行了分析与评价研究.结果表明,肉苁蓉不同部位的一维光谱非常相似,三者相似系数分别为0.9605,0.944和0.976;二阶导数谱中峰位和峰强的差异明显.1430~1700 cm-1范围内的二维相关谱中皮部自动峰有3个,而中部及髓部均为4个,更直观的反映出三者的差异.不同部位水提物和醇提物的分析结果进一步明确了肉苁蓉皮部芳香类、环烯醚萜类及糖苷类物质与中部和髓部存在明显不同,而髓部的水溶性多糖、半乳糖醇和苯乙醇苷类物质均高于其它部位.可见红外光谱法结合二维相关红外光谱技术为同种药材不同部位的细微差异分析和评价提供了一种快速、全面和客观的方法和手段.  相似文献

通过对异辛烷、汽油和甲缩醛的红外谱图进行分析,确定了1 145 cm–1处吸收峰作为甲缩醛的红外定量谱带。基于朗伯–比耳定律,分别采用0.1,0.2,0.5 mm光程池,对系列浓度标准溶液进行吸光度的测定,建立校准曲线,适合定量的溶液浓度范围分别为0.2~4.2,0.1~2.2,0.1~0.9 g/L;线性方程分别为Y=0.070X+0.001,Y=0.136X+0.001,Y=0.322X+0.002;相关系数分别为0.999 5,0.999 8,0.999 7。质量浓度在0.1~2.2 g/L之间的试样溶液应优先采用0.2mm光程池,测定结果的相对误差小于5%,重复性相对标准偏差小于2.0%(n=6)。  相似文献

用红外和拉曼光谱方法在290~405K的温度范围内考察了无水二肉豆蔻酰磷脂酰乙醇胺的分子构象随温度的变化。结果表明,该磷脂在365K附近的熔化相变过程中,不仅酰链的构象和堆积发生了有序-无序转变,而且极性头部基团和接界区域基团也发生了结构重排;逆相变过程中,烷基链构象重新恢复了有序,但头部基团和甘油骨架构象没有恢复原始有序状态。  相似文献

采用红外光谱法分析了酵母蛋白质的二级结构。测定了不同温度下酵母酰胺Ⅲ带的一维红外光谱、二阶导数红外光谱及去卷积红外光谱。结果表明:随着测量温度的升高,酵母中的蛋白质α-螺旋结构的红外吸收强度降低;而β-转角结构、无规卷曲结构和β-折叠结构红外吸收强度均有所增加。还研究了酵母酰胺Ⅲ带的二维红外光谱,以确定酵母中蛋白质红外吸收强度的变化次序,进一步证明了酵母蛋白质的β-折叠结构的热不稳定性。  相似文献

The in situ observation of a sol‐to‐gel transition in fast evaporating systems is a challenging task and the lack of a suitable experimental design, which includes the chemistry and the analytical method, has limited the observations. We synthesise an acidic sol, employing only tetraethylorthosilicate, SiCl4 as catalyst and deuterated water; the absence of water added to the sol allows us to follow the absorption from the external environment and the evaporation of deuterated water. The time‐resolved data, obtained by attenuated total reflection infrared spectroscopy on an evaporating droplet, enables us to identify four different stages during evaporation. They are linked to specific hydrolysis and condensation rates that affect the uptake of water from external environment. The second stage is characterized by a decrease in hydroxyl content, a fast rise of condensation rate and an almost stationary absorption of water. This stage has been associated with the sol‐to‐gel transition.  相似文献

The expanding range of optoelectronic applications of lead-halide perovskites requires their production in diverse forms (single crystals, thin- and thick-films or even nanocrystals), motivating the development of diverse materials processing and deposition routes that are specifically suited for these structurally soft, low-melting semiconductors. Pressure-assisted deposition of compact pellets or thick-films are gaining popularity, necessitating studies on the pressure effects on the atomic structure and properties of the resulting material. Herein we report the phase transformation in bulk polycrystalline cesium lead bromide from its three-dimensional perovskite phase (γ-CsPbBr3) into the one-dimensional polymorph (δ-CsPbBr3) upon application of hydrostatic pressure (0.35 GPa). δ-CsPbBr3 is characterized by a wide bandgap of 2.9 eV and broadband yellow luminescence at 585 nm (2.1 eV) originating from self-trapped excitons. The formation of δ-CsPbBr3 was confirmed and characterized by Raman spectroscopy, 207Pb and 133Cs solid-state nuclear magnetic resonance, X-ray diffraction, absorption spectroscopy, and temperature-dependent and time-resolved photoluminescence spectroscopy. No such phase transition was observed in colloidal CsPbBr3 nanocrystals.  相似文献

采用傅里叶变换红外光谱法(FT-IR)和二维相关红外光谱技术(2D-IR)对几种阿胶进行了真伪鉴别。实验结果表明,伪品阿胶和黄明胶与标本东阿阿胶的谱图较为相似,尤其是黄明胶与阿胶极其相似,仅仅在1648cm^-1的酰胺I带的吸收峰和东阿阿胶有9个波数的区别;不同批次和厂家的正品阿胶的红外光谱图更为相似,难以区分开,借助于二维相关红外光谱法,获取了物质的微观结构信息,提高了谱图的分辨率,几种真品阿胶得到了直观有效的鉴别。  相似文献

用傅里叶变换红外掠角反射-吸收光谱技术对ES-3LB膜的取向和相变行为进行了详细的研究.结果表明,在金表面上制备的ES-3LB膜中烷基链基本垂直于基面.相转变行为的研究表明,ES-3LB膜有3个相变点,分别在65,105和140℃.第一个相变过程表现为LB膜从一种有序状态到另一种有序状态的转变;第二个相变过程表现为LB膜中烷基链的有序-无序转变;第三个相变过程是LB膜的层状结构坍塌转变为各向同性熔融体的过程.  相似文献

利用近红外光谱技术对食用植物油中反式脂肪酸(Trans fatty acids,TFA)含量进行快速定量检测,并通过波段选择、预处理方法、变量筛选及建模方法对TFA含量预测模型进行优化.采用AntarisⅡ傅里叶变换近红外光谱仪在4000~10000 cm-1光谱范围采集98个食用植物油样本的近红外透射光谱,然后采用气相色谱法测定TFA的真实含量.首先,对样本原始光谱进行波段、预处理方法优选;在此基础上,采用竞争自适应重加权法(Competitive adaptive reweighted sampling,CARS)筛选TFA相关的重要变量,最后应用主成分回归、偏最小二乘和最小二乘支持向量机方法分别建立食用植物油中TFA含量的预测模型.研究结果表明,近红外光谱技术检测食用植物油中的TFA含量是可行的,优化后的最佳预测模型的校正集和预测集R2分别为0.992和0.989,RMSEC和RMSEP分别为0.071%和0.075%.最佳预测模型所用的变量仅26个,占全波段变量的0.854%.此外,与全波段偏最小二乘预测模型相比,其预测集R2由0.904上升为0.989,RMSEP由0.230%下降为0.075%.由此表明,模型优化非常必要,CARS能有效筛选TFA相关的重要变量,极大减少建模变量数,从而简化预测模型,并较大提高预测模型的精度和稳定性.  相似文献

建立了离子色谱法结合红外光谱法检验案件中氯化琥珀胆碱的分析方法。用离子色谱法使离子分离后,采用电导检测器检测,同时结合红外光谱法将检材样品挥干后与溴化钾压片用红外光谱仪检测。结果表明,该方法能从案件检材中检出氯化琥珀胆碱成分,相似度达到96%。所建立的方法操作简单,检测灵敏,结果准确,可用于刑事案件中检材的快速检验。  相似文献

Polarization dependent time-resolved infrared (TRIR) spectroscopy has proven to be a useful technique to study the structural dynamics in a photochemical process. The angular information of transient species is obtainable in this measurement, which makes it a valuable technique for the investigation of electron distribution, molecular structure, and conformational dynamics. In this review, we briefly introduce the principles and applications of polarization dependent TRIR spectroscopy. We mainly focused on the following topics: (i) an overview of TRIR spectroscopy, (ii) principles of TRIR spectroscopy and its advantages compared to the other ultrafast techniques, (iii) examples that use polarization dependent TRIR spectroscopy to probe a variety of chemical and dynamical phenomena including protein conformational dynamics, excited state electron localization, and photoisomerization, (iv) the limitations and prospects of TRIR spectroscopy.  相似文献

 The solid phase extraction as a solvent-free method for the analysis of oil and grease in waters was studied. The use of a PTFE surface as a solid phase allows the retention of the volatile fraction of oil and grease, and further analysis of carbon–hydrogen bonds using infrared spectroscopy can be done on the surface. Various oils and grease samples were tested: n-hexadecane, n-tetradecane, n-nonadecane, n-docosane, isooctane, diesel oil and gasoline. Temperatures from 25° to 90 °C and a range of heating times were checked for extraction. Precision tests showed relative standard deviation values of around 10% in several samples of the same concentration. Calibration lines of n-hexadecane showed high correlation coefficients from 0.9 to 30 mg/l. Recoveries for the various oils using different calibration lines showed values from 90 to 110%. The method described here is fast and clean, and allows reproducible measurements of oil and grease in water that do not require the use of a solvent. 采用近红外光谱技术,结合偏最小二乘回归法,研究了142个不同种类的秸秆青贮饲料样品的pH值和发酵产物(乳酸、乙酸、丙酸、丁酸和氨态氮),建立了干燥粉碎和新鲜样品的近红外漫反射光谱定量分析模型以及浸提液样品的近红外透射光谱定量分析模型。研究发现,pH值的近红外漫反射光谱和透射光谱的分析效果均较好,校正模型决定系数R2和验证集样品预测值与化学值的相关关系决定系数r2都大于0.80,并且干燥粉碎、新鲜和浸提液样品的RPD值分别为3.44、2.50和2.27;3种状态样品的乳酸、乙酸、丁酸和氨态氮的定量分析模型精度需进一步提高;R2在0.64~0.85之间;RPD值在1.38~1.93之间;丙酸含量的测定结果较差。方差分析显示,3种状态样品的测定结果之间均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。  相似文献

采用红外光谱三级鉴定法对松杉灵芝菌盖、表皮、菌柄、子实体不同部位的红外光谱图进行了整体分析。结果表明:松杉灵芝的各部位均含萜类、甾醇类、氨基酸、多肽、蛋白质和糖苷类等物质。在松杉灵芝的一维红外光谱中,菌盖的1 649cm-1峰的相对强度明显比表皮、菌柄和子实体强,说明菌盖中所含的氨基酸、多肽、蛋白质物质的量比其它部位高;在二阶导数谱中,四者在1 720~1 600cm-1范围内峰形差别较大,进一步说明松杉灵芝不同部位所含氨基酸、多肽、蛋白质物质不一致;而二维相关红外光谱中,各部位自动峰的数目、峰位置和峰相对强度都有所不同,可推断松杉灵芝各部位本身所含的糖苷类物质是不一致的。  相似文献

利用烟草样品的近红外漫反射光谱,通过化学计量学的方法,建立了卷烟中多酚类物质的近红外数学模型.结果表明,绿原酸、新绿原酸和芸香苷近红外数学模型外部验证的平均相对误差和变异系数(RSD)均在5%以内,说明该模型准确性和稳定性均很好,可以用来快速、准确,无污染地测定卷烟中多酚类物质含量.  相似文献

本文报道了用GC/FTIR方法分析气相催化氨化合成的CFC12的替代物HFC134a粗产品、中间体及副产物的化学组成。该法选择石英PLOTAl2O3柱(35mX0.32mm)分离、FID检测。分析结果表明:上述样品基本上是C1~C2的CFCs复杂混合物。由于采用不分流进样、不加补偿气、适当增大进样量及计算机差谱等技术,使各种样品的可检出组分合计达24种以上并确定了其中20种组分的分子结构。已确定组分一般都占所分析样品色谱总馏出峰面积的95%以上。  相似文献
