以均苯四甲酸二酐(PMDA)为二酐单体,4,4′-亚甲基二(2-特丁基苯胺)(MBTBA)和对苯二胺(PDA)为二胺单体,经高温溶液缩聚合成了一系列可溶性共聚聚酰亚胺,采用IR、NMR、GPC、UV-Vis、TGA、DMA等测试方法对所得共聚酰亚胺进行了表征,并采用1H-NMR谱来确定其共聚组成,考察了两种二胺单体的不同摩尔配比对共聚酰亚胺溶解性、耐热性和透光性的影响.  相似文献

A series of aromatic copolyimides was successfully synthesized from the commercial pyromellitic dianhydride (PMDA) with a commercial diamine p-phenyldiamine (PDA) and a diamine 4,4′-methylenebis-(2-tert-butylaniline) (MBTBA) specially designed by the authors. The copolyimides were characterized by Infra-red (IR), Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR), Gel Permeation Chromatography (GPC), Ultraviolet Visual (UV-Vis), Thermogravimetic Analysis (TGA) and Dynamic Mechanical Analysis (DMA). The copolyimide was precipitated in m-cresol in the polymerization process when the molar ratio of MBTBA and PDA was lower than 6/4. The number-average molecular weight of the soluble copolyimides measured by GPC was larger than 4.0 × 104, and the polydispersity index was higher than 1.5. Only one glass transition temperature of these copolyimides was detected around 360°C by DMA. The copolyimides did not show appreciable decomposition up to 500°C under N2, and the thermal stability of the copolyimide increased a little with the introduction of PDA into the polyimide main chain. A diamine monomer 4,4′-methylenedianiline(MDA) was introduced to modify the polyimide of pyromellitic dianhydride(PMDA) and 4,4′-oxydianiline(ODA) by polycondensation. A series of polyamic acids was synthesized from MDA and ODA of different molar ratios with PMDA of sum mole of moles of MDA and ODA, and polyimide films were obtained by thermal imidization. Polyimide(PI) films were characterized by tensile testing, dynamic mechanical analysis(DMA), thermal gravimetry analysis(TGA), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), wide X-ray diffraction(WAXD) and molecular simulation. With the increase of MDA content, the tensile strength and thermal decomposition temperature remained generally stable compared with those of PMDA/ODA polyimide. Unexpectedly, the glass transition temperature(Tg) and Young’s modulus increased from 388.7 ℃ and 2.37 GPa to 408.3 ℃ and 5.74 GPa, respectively. The results of WAXD and molecular simulation indicate the steric hindrance among hydrogen atoms of the linkage groups and adjacent phenyls enhanced the properties of the polyimide modified with MDA.  相似文献

通过在4,4′-二氨基二苯醚(4,4-′ODA)单体中引入三氟甲基合成了一种新型二胺单体2-三氟甲基-4,4′-二氨基二苯醚(3FODA),该单体具有良好的溶解性和高的反应活性,使用3FODA替代4,4′-二氨基二苯甲烷(MDA)制备了PMR热固性聚酰亚胺树脂.树脂溶液高浓度低粘度,具有室温下良好的储存稳定性;树脂具有很好的加工性能,成型后的模压件显示了优异的热性能和耐热氧化稳定性,玻璃化转变温度在336~379℃之间;此外树脂具有较好的电性能和较低的吸水率.  相似文献

一种含酚酞结构聚酰亚胺的合成及性能表征   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
通过酚酞的硝化和还原,得到了一种新型的含酞结构和酚羟基的二胺单体,通过二胺和4,4'-六氟亚异丙基二(邻苯二甲酸酐)(6FDA)缩聚并高温亚胺化,得到了相应的含酚羟基聚酰亚胺PI-HP.利用1H-NMR、FTIR、GPC及热分析表征了PI-HP的结构和热性能,利用紫外-可见光谱表征了其透明性.结果表明,PI-HP在部分极性有机溶剂中如DMF、THF、丙酮中具有良好的溶解性,具有较高的热稳定性并在可见光区域具有较好的透明性,其含羟基可进一步修饰用于制备各种功能材料.  相似文献

以茂基三正丙氧基钛[CpTi(O n Pr)3]和改性的甲基铝氧烷(MAO)为催化体系,用于合成间规聚苯乙烯 b 聚丙烯嵌段共聚物.丙烯先预聚,然后加入苯乙烯进行嵌段共聚合反应,具有较高的催化效率(9500gP/gTi).研究了丙烯预聚合时间,共聚合反应温度、催化体系组份及浓度等聚合条件对嵌段共聚合反应的影响.共聚反应总产物经沸丁酮、沸庚烷和40℃四氢呋喃(THF)等溶剂的连续抽提分离,发现嵌段共聚物主要存在于沸丁酮的可溶级份中.将各分离级份用13C NMR、X 射线衍射和DSC等分析手段进行结构表征并加以讨论.  相似文献

Two diaminocalix[4]arene monomers were synthesized from p-tert-butylcalix[4]arene through a 4-step reaction sequence. New copoly(amic acid)s containing calix[4]arene moieties on the polymer backbone were successfully synthesized in N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone by polycondensations of 4,4′-oxydiphthalic anhydride (ODPA) with the diaminocalix[4]arene monomers using 4,4′-oxydiphenylene diamine (ODA) as a comonomer. These copoly(amic acid)s were soluble in aprotic polar solvents, so that they can be processed in various ways. The copoly(amic acid) precursors were thermally converted to the corresponding copolyimides in films. The copolyimide films are amorphous, but insoluble in common solvents. They are thermally stable up to 366°C. The copolyimides exhibit relatively high TEC's, low Tg's, low refractive index, low dielectric constant, low optical anisotropy, low dielectric anisotropy, and low water uptake, compared to those of conventional ODPA-ODA polyimide. These property characteristics were interpreted in regard to bulky, cone-like calix[4]arene moieties and their effects on the chain conformation and morphological structure. The processability and property characteristics support that both of the copolyimides containing calix[4]arene moieties are potential candidate materials suitable for membranes, antioxidant additives, chemical sensor devices, and microelectronic devices. © 1999 John Wiley & Sons, Inc. A novel sulfonated diamine monomer, 4,6-bis(4-arninophenoxy)-naphthalene-2-sulfonic acid(BAPNS), was synthesized. A series of sulfonated polyimide copolymers was prepared from BAPNS, 1,4,5,8-naphthalenetetracarboxylic dianhydride(NTDA) and nonsulfonated diamine 4,4'-diaminodiphenyl ether(ODA). Flexible, transparent, and mechanically strong membranes were obtained. The novel sulfonated polyimide(SPI) membranes show higher conductivity, for example, SPI-100 shows a conductivity of 0.0698 S/cm at 80℃(SPI-X: Xrefers to molar fraction of BAPNS). The membranes exhibit the permeability of methanol from 2.18×10^-7 cm2/s to 2.57×10^-7 cm2/s, which is much lower than that of Nafion(2.00×10 6 cm^2/s). The copolymers were thermally stable up to 330℃. The sulfonated polyimide copolymers also show reasonable mechanical strength; for example, the maximum tensile strength at break of the sulfonated polyimide copolymer with 100%(molar fraction) BAPNS is 1.35 GPa under high moisture condi- tions. The optimum concentration of BAPNS was found to be 100%(molar fraction) from the view point of proton conductivity, methanol permeability, and membrane stability.  相似文献

Aggregation behavior of the organic‐soluble semi‐aromatic polyimides, whose degrees of imidization range from 69 to 96%, obtained using 4,4′‐oxydianiline, 4,4′‐diamino‐3,3′dihydroxybiphenyl, and bicyclo[2.2.2]‐oct‐7‐ene‐2,3,5,6‐tetracarboxylic dianhydride (BCDA) in N‐methylpyrrolidone (NMP), NMP/cyclohexanone, and NMP/γ‐butyrolactone (BCDA‐based polyimides) were studied by static light scattering (SLS) and dynamic light scattering (DLS). The DLS analyses for the multirelaxation modes demonstrated the specific character unlike flexible polymers that the single BCDA‐based polyimide chains first associate with each other to form small clusters in the dilute region, and then expand to large aggregates by the entanglements between the small clusters with an increasing concentration into the semi‐dilute region. Given the semi‐aromatic structure of BCDA‐based polyimides weakening the charge transfer (CT) interaction between the diamine and the dianhydride unit, it is concluded that the unique aggregation behavior of BCDA‐based polyimides is dominated by the balance between the driving force for the “organic solubility” given by both the increase in bulkiness and the decrease in the CT interaction, and that for the “organic insolubility” derived from both the hydrogen‐bonded interaction of the phenolic hydroxyl groups and the π–π interaction of the phenyl rings. © 2012 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 以2,2′-双(3,4-二羧基苯基)六氟丙烷二酐(6FDA)作为二酐单体,1,3-苯二胺(mPDA)和2,6-二氨基甲苯(2,6-DAT)为二胺单体,采用溶液共缩聚方法合成了一系列新型共聚聚酰亚胺(6FDA-2,6-DAT/mPDA),该类聚合物均能溶于DMF、DMAc、NMP等极性非质子溶剂中,具有较好的成膜性.测试了H2、N2、O2、CH4、CO25种气体在6FDA-2,6-DAT/mPDA共聚聚酰亚胺致密膜中的渗透性能.结果显示,该系列共聚物具有优异的分离性能.在35℃,0.2 MPa下,H2/N2、O2/N2、CO2/CH4的分离性能均接近或突破Robeson上限.  相似文献

以2,6-二甲基苯酚和4-硝基苯甲酰氯为起始原料, 经三步有机反应设计合成了一种含氟不对称芳香二胺: (4’-(4’’-胺基-2’’-三氟甲基苯氧基)-3’,5’-二甲基苯)-(4-胺基苯)甲酮(3); 并由该二胺单体和二苯醚四酸二酐经一步法缩聚制备了一种新型含氟聚醚酰亚胺, 其特性粘度为0.68 dL/g. 该聚醚酰亚胺表现出优良的溶解性能和光学性能: 室温下不仅可以溶于N-甲基-2-吡咯烷酮、N,N-二甲基乙酰胺、N,N-二甲基甲酰胺等强极性溶剂中, 还能溶于低沸点的氯仿、四氢呋喃、二氯甲烷等溶剂中; 由该聚合物溶液所制的薄膜无色透明, 截断波长在352, 400 nm后具有高的透明性. 此外该聚醚酰亚胺还表现出良好的热性能和机械性能: 玻璃化转变温度在288 ℃, 氮气中起始分解温度在508 ℃; 该聚合物薄膜的拉伸强度为91 MPa, 断裂伸长率在10%~15%, 起始模量为1.7 GPa.  相似文献

由3,3′,4,4′-二苯醚四甲酸二酐(ODPA)和3,3′-二甲基4,4′二氨基二苯甲烷(DMMDA)二胺为单体,利用低温溶液缩聚化学亚胺化法合成了ODPA DMMDA聚酰亚胺.利用FT IR、NMR与DSC等手段对聚酰亚胺的结构进行了表征;研究了其溶解性能、耐热性能和力学性能.结果表明,此聚酰亚胺可溶于DMF、DMAc等极性溶剂;玻璃化转变温度为264℃,其10%的热分解温度为521℃;断裂强度为137MPa;断裂伸长率为18%.采用相转化法将其制成非对称膜,采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)观察内部结构,在渗透汽化脱硫实验中,对噻吩有良好的选择透过性能.350K时,硫富集率为3.68,渗透通量为0.92kg m2h.  相似文献

A series of photosensitive hyperbranched polyimides (HB‐PIs) were prepared through facile end‐group modifications of the fully imidized polymer. A triamine, 1,3,5‐tris(4‐aminophenoxy)benzene, and a dianhydride, 4,4′‐(hexafluoroisopropylidene)diphthalic anhydride, were condensed with a dropwise addition method in a molar ratio of 1/2 to afford an anhydride‐terminated poly(amic acid) precursor, which was then end‐capped by 4‐aminophenol and chemically imidized to yield a phenol‐terminated HB‐PI. The modifications of the terminal phenol groups of the polyimide by acyl chloride compounds (acryloyl chloride, methylacryloyl chloride, and cinnamoyl chloride) gave the target polymers. The photosensitive HB‐PIs showed good thermal properties and excellent solubility even in low‐boiling‐point solvents at room temperature, such as acetone, 1,1,2‐trichloroethane, tetrahydrofuran, and chloroform. Photosensitive property studies revealed good photolithographic properties with a resolution greater than 3 μm and a sensitivity of 650–680 mJ/cm2. © 2004 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. The structure-property relationship of partially aliphatic copolyimides has been studied for the development of flexible, transparent polyimide films. A structurally rigid cycloaliphatic dianhydride and three aromatic dianhydrides having different structural flexibility were reacted with 4,4′-oxydianiline to prepare the copolyimides. In order to control the balance between aromaticity and aliphaticity and between rigidity and flexibility of the copolyimides, the molar ratio of the dianhydrides was varied. Polyimide properties such as viscosity, solubility, optical transparency, color, dielectric constants, film flexibility and thermal stability are influenced by aromaticity/aliphaticity and/or flexibility/rigidity of the monomers.  相似文献

A series of polyimide(PI) adhesives were synthesized from 2,2'-Bis [4-(4-aminophenoxy)phenyl] propane(BAPP), 4,4'-Diaminodiphenylmethane (MDA) and 3,3',4,4'-Benzophenonetetracarboxylic acid dianhydride (BTDA) via a two-step process. PI adhesives with different BAPP content were characterized in regard to their structure, thermal stability, mechanical properties and adhesive performance. Results showed that these PIs had excellent thermal stability, whose glass transition temperature (Tg) were around 300°C. While, superior dynamic mechanical behavior was observed, and the maximum loss factor declined with the increase of BAPP content. Single-lap shear strength of over 15.58 MPa at room temperature was obtained, and it remained high even at the temperature of 350°C. Factors that could affect bonding strength of these PI adhesives such as molar ratio of the diamine monomers, surface roughness of adherends and curing processes were investigated.  相似文献

采用自制二胺1,2-二氢-2-(4-氨基苯基)-4-[4-(4-氨基苯氧基)-苯基]-二氮杂萘-1-酮、商品二胺4,4′-二氨基二苯甲烷和对苯二胺与对苯二甲酰氯进行低温溶液缩聚反应,改变三种二胺的比例,得到了一系列共聚酰胺树脂,其特性粘数为1·24~2·32dL/g,用FT-IR、1H-NMR手段研究了聚合物的结构;利用DSC和TGA研究了聚合物的耐热性能,结果表明,该类聚合物具有较高玻璃转化温度(301℃以上);氮气气氛中5%热失重温度在438℃以上;用一定比例的二胺制得的聚合物分别能溶于N-甲基吡咯烷酮、N,N-二甲基乙酰胺等非质子极性溶剂中并浇注得到韧性薄膜.  相似文献

合成了一系列基于4,4-′ODPA,3,4-′ODPA以及3,3-′ODPA 3种异构二苯醚二酐单体的异构聚酰亚胺,以苯酐(PA)作为封端剂来控制分子量.用DSC和WAXD为主要手段研究了这几种异构聚酰亚胺的结晶行为.研究发现聚酰亚胺4,4-′ODPA/ODA(二苯醚二胺)在分子量较低的情况下能够在热处理,退火或剪切作用下结晶.并且升高热处理温度和延长热处理时间有利于结晶的完善,在玻璃化温度以上施加剪切能够加速聚酰亚胺的结晶.而对于其他的两种异构体3,4-′ODPA/ODA以及3,3-′ODPA/ODA无论是经过热处理还是施加外力剪切都未能使其结晶.  相似文献

采用一步法合成了一系列侧链含偶氮三嗪发色团的新型含氟聚酰亚胺FPI(x),并研究其溶解性能、热性能以及光学性能.该系列聚酰亚胺具有优良的溶解性能,不仅溶于NMP,DMAc,DMF,DMSO等强极性非质子性溶剂,而且还溶于THF和乙二醇单甲醚等低沸点溶剂.FPI(x)系列共聚聚酰亚胺具有较高的玻璃化转变温度(Tg,在544~562K之间),且与主链中染料发色团的含量无关.所有聚酰亚胺都表现出优良的高温稳定性,其5%热失重温度(T5)比Tg高出100K以上,基本能满足电场极化对聚合物材料热稳定性的要求.另外,FPI(x)系列聚酰亚胺的紫外截止吸收波长小于500nm,即在大于500nm波长范围内基本透明.其面内折光指数nTE随着染料发色团含量的增加而逐渐增加.  相似文献

通过分子设计,合成了含三氟甲基及硫醚基团的二胺单体4,4'-双(4-胺基-2-三氟甲基苯硫基)二苯硫醚(6FSEDA),利用其与6种芳香二酐单体:3,3',4,4'-联苯四羧酸二酐(BPDA)、4,4'-氧双邻苯二甲酸酐(ODPA)、3,3',4,4'-二苯酮四酸二酐(BTDA)、4,4'-(六氟异丙基)-苯二酸酐(6FDA)、3,3',4,4'-二苯硫醚四酸二酐(DTDA)及3,3',4,4'-二苯砜四酸二酐(DSDA)经一步法合成了一系列含氟及硫醚基团的聚酰亚胺(PI),并对其结构与性能进行了研究.结果表明,该系列PI的玻璃化温度Tg(DSC)在199.8~231.7℃范围,5%和10%热失重的温度(N2氛围)分别在491℃和517℃以上,在400~700 nm的可见光波长范围内具有优异的光学透明性,在光通讯波段(1310 nm和1550 nm处)均无明显吸收,且在这两个波长处测得的平均折射率范围分别为1.5401~1.6142和1.5389~1.6124,在波长632.8 nm测得的双折射范围为0.0012~0.0045.可见,含氟及硫醚基团聚酰亚胺薄膜具有良好的热稳定性和光学性能.  相似文献

Organo-soluble fluorinated polyimides were synthesized by the polycondensation of a new aromatic diamine α,αbis(4-amino-3,5-dimethylphenyl)-4'-fluorophenyl methane with several aromatic dianhydrides. The one-step polymerization polyimides could be soluble not only in polar aprotic solvents, such as N-methyl-2-pyrrolidinone, and N,Ndimethylacetamide, but also in common organic solvents, such as chloroform, cyclopentanone, m-cresol and so on. The polyimide films show excellent transparency with the UV-Vis cut-off lengths of 310-360 nm and light transmittances of higher than 80% in the visible region. In addition, the polyimides exhibit good thermal stability with an initial decomposition temperature (Td) higher than 530℃ and have more than 60% of residual weight retentions at 700 ℃.  相似文献
