Summary From the needles of the Siberian spruce we have isolated a new diacylated flavonoid glycoside (I) for which we have established the structure of 3-(3-O-p-coumaroyl-6-O-feruloyl-glucopyranosyloxy)-4,5,7-trihydroxyflavone.The new acylated glucoside 6-O-feruloylastragalin (III) has been obtained and characterized for the first time.All-Union Scientific-Research Institute of Medicinal Plants, Moscow. Two monoacylated glycosides have been isolated from the needles ofPicea obovata — the previously unknown 3-p-coumaroylastragalin (I) and 6-p-coumaroylastragalin (II). It has been established that under the conditions of mild saponification and acid hydrolysis isomerization of (I) into (II) and the splitting out of the acy1 residue takes place. The position of the acy1 substituent has been shown by PMR spectroscopy using the INDOR method. Summary O-Acetylated flavonol glycosides have been isolated for the first time from the needles of the Scotch pine and the following structures have been established for them: 3,45,7-tetrahydroxy-3-methoxyflavone 3-O--D-(6-O-acetylglucopyranoside), 3,4,5,7-tetrahydroxy-3-methoxyflavone 3-O--D-(6-O-acetylgalactopyranoside), and 3,3,4,5,7-pentahydroxyflavone 3-O--D-(6-O-acetylglucopyranoside). A new flavonoid glycoside, eriodictyol 7-O-(6″-caffeoyl)-β-D-glucopyranoside (1), along with 14 known compounds, were isolated from the whole plants of Elsholtzia bodinieri. All of the structures were determined by spectroscopic methods and chemical transformation. Compound 1 and luteolin (9) exhibited potent anti-HCV activities with a selective index of 135.85 and 20.84, respectively.  相似文献

A profiling analysis for the methanol extract of the seeds of Vaccaria hispanica (Mill.) Rauschert was performed using a HPLC-ESI-MS technique. Five compounds were identified according to their retention times, UV spectroscopic and MS features, and by comparison with literature data. Among them, a new flavonoid glycoside, named vaccarin H, was isolated and the structure determined by spectral and chemical analysis as isovitexin 2"-O-alpha-L-arabinopyranosyl-4'-O-(6"-O-dihydroferuloyl)-3-beta-glucopyranoside.  相似文献
