Cyclohexene transformation was used as test reaction to study the effect of lanthanum exchange on the catalytic behavior of HY zeolite cracking catalysts. Lanthanum has an overall positive effect increasing both acitivity and stability of HY zeolite and maximum selectivity towards isomerization products is obtained at higher conversion.

NOx是主要的大气污染物之一,对环境和人体健康具有极大的危害.其主要来源之一是柴油机尾气排放,V2O5-WO3/TiO2催化剂是现阶段大规模商用的SCR催化剂,但V2O5-WO3/TiO2催化剂相对较窄的温度窗口和V2O5的生物毒性使得迫切需要新型的环境友好的高效SCR催化剂,其中分子筛因其特殊的孔道结构和催化性能受到广泛的关注.用于SCR过程的分子筛主要包括ZSM-5,Beta,MOR,SAPO-34和SSZ-13等,通常采用Cu,Fe,Mn和Co等过渡金属对其进行改性,通过调变分子筛的表面酸性和氧化还原性能,提高催化剂的SCR活性.Beta分子筛具有三维12元环孔道结构,相对其它分子筛具有较好的水热稳定性,而且制备工艺成熟,价格低廉,因此该类分子筛催化剂在SCR过程中具有很好的应用前景.我们采用离子交换法制备了系列Fe-Beta催化剂,发现将相同质量硝酸铁溶解在不同体积去离子水中,配制成不同浓度的硝酸铁溶液后与分子筛进行离子交换反应,制备得到的Fe-Beta催化剂中Fe的含量和NH3-SCR催化活性均存在显著差别.在此基础上,我们固定硝酸铁溶液浓度(0.02mol/L),通过增加溶液的体积,分别制备了Fe含量为(2.6,6.3和9)wt%的Fe-Beta分子筛.结果表明,Fe负载量为6.3 wt%时,Fe-Beta催化剂表现出最好的催化活性,NOx转化率大于80%的温度窗口为202-616℃.虽然三个催化剂在比表面积,孔径和Fe的价态上没有明显的差别,但Fe含量为6.3 wt%的催化剂在保持相对较高的Fe负载量的同时具有更多的孤立Fe3+物种,同时具有较好的NH3和NO吸附性能以及NO氧化能力,这些特性使得该催化剂相对于其它两个催化剂表现出更高的NH3-SCR催化活性.当Fe含量增加到9 wt%时,催化剂中FexOy纳米颗粒的含量大幅增加,使得NH3非选择性氧化能力加强,从而导致高温NH3-SCR反应活性大幅下降.  相似文献

Micro-mesoporous zeolite materials differing in their content of micro- and mesopores are obtained by the recrystallization of modernite zeolite. Using physicochemical methods such as scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy, X-ray powder diffraction analysis, small-angle X-ray scattering analysis, low-temperature adsorption of nitrogen, temperature-programmed desorption of NH3, and IR spectroscopy, it is shown that recrystallization leads first to the formation of mesopores with sizes of 20–30 Å in zeolite crystals, then to the appearance of zeolite/MCM-41 nanocomposite, and finally to the complete conversion of zeolite into mesoporous MCM-41. During this process, the concentration of strong Brønsted acid sites accessible to pyridine bases first increases then drops. The catalytic properties of the synthesized materials are studied in the reaction of alkylation of benzene by dodecene-1. It is shown that the creation of transport pores and the increase in the accessibility of acid sites due to recrystallization under soft conditions facilitate the alkylation reaction.  相似文献

Three series of dealuminated Y zeolites have been prepared by chemical extraction ofhydrothermally dealuminated Y zeolite(USY)with H_2Na_2EDTA,HCl and H_4EDTA.The unitcell constant,mesopore distribution,acidity and extraframework aluminum(EFAL)of thezeolites were studied with XRD,chemical analyses,adsorption,IR and NH_3-TPD techniques.It was shown that H_2Na_2EDTA only removed EFAL species deposited in the pores of USY,by contrast,HCl and H_4EDTA extract both extraframework and framework aluminum,andmake the zeolite framework further dealuminated.Adsorption tests gave evidence that a second-ary pore system exists in these dealuminated zeolites.H_2Na_2EDTA extraction increased bothmicropore and mesopore volumes,but after HCl and H_4EDTA treatments,new mesopores formedand the micropore volume was decreased.The pyridine-IR and NH_3-TPD measurements demon-strated that EFAL had no evident contribution to the zeolite acidity.  相似文献

The dependence of the activity and selectivity of ion-exchanged forms of zeolite X with incorporated cesium process in alkylation of toluene with methanol in the side chain on the nature of the ion-exchanged cations (Na+, Cs+, Mg2+, Zn2+) has been established. A series of HNaZSM-20 catalysts with a varying amount of sodium cations were studied. The samples were prepared by ion exchange starting with a NaZSM-20 sample. The observedammonium-sodium exchange efficiency was slightly higher for ZSM-20 than for Y zeolite. The HNaZSM-20 series presentedhigher cracking activities in then-heptane transformation than the corresponding HNaY series. MOR zeolite has been extensively employed as a catalyst in industries. However, high Brønsted acidity in MOR leads to rapid deactivation due to coke deposition on the pore mouths; thus, the surface acidity of MOR needs to be moderated. Herein, we report a modification of MOR chemical composition via acid treatment and deposition of ceria nanoparticles using a wet impregnation method. The acid treatment successfully increases the Si/Al ratio of MOR from 8.39 to 11.58 and reduces the total acid site concentration of MOR from 990 μmol/g to 752 μmol/g. The acidity of MOR is decreased when the Si/Al ratio is increased since the quantity of Brønsted acid sites is proportional to the number of Al framework. In addition, the acid treatment also improves the external surface area of MOR. Furthermore, ceria particles were successfully deposited on the MOR surface using wet impregnation method. The ceria content of parent MOR sample is lower compared to that of preceded by the acid treatment, which may be attributed to the formation of more terminal silanol groups. Finally, catalytic test on Friedel–Crafts alkylation of toluene with benzyl alcohol shows that the synergy between dealumination and the impregnation of ceria significantly improves the activity of MOR zeolite.  相似文献

考察了水热与碱联合处理过程中两者的先后顺序对ZSM-5分子筛酸性和孔结构的影响,并与单独的水热和碱处理进行了比较。结果表明,水热后的碱处理对ZSM-5分子筛具有骨架脱硅、骨架补铝和清除非骨架铝物种三重作用,而碱处理后的水热处理具有骨架脱铝和部分骨架稳定化双重作用。与先水热处理再碱处理相比,先碱处理后的水热处理在优化分子筛酸性和产生介孔方面更加有效。基于水热-碱联合处理的HZSM-5分子筛所制备的催化剂对催化裂化汽油的加氢改质表现出适中的异构化活性、较高的烯烃芳构化活性以及最高的稳定性。  相似文献

Titanium-incorporated ZSM-5 zeolites (Si/Al = 50–200 and Si/Ti = 70) were successfully synthesized in a one-step sol-gel process under microwave irradiation. The characteristics of Ti-ZSM-5 zeolites were investigated using X-ray power diffraction, UV/Vis-DRS, FT-IR spectroscopy and solid-state 27Al-NMR to monitor the physico-chemical properties. Simultaneously, the acidic properties were characterized by the NH3-TPD profile. The characterization results revealed that the Ti4+ and Al3+ ions were well incorporated into the framework of Ti-ZSM-5 zeolite. The prepared zeolite was moderately active but selective in the dehydration of methanol to dimethyl ether.  相似文献

Summary Ruthenium nanoparticles supported on zeolite Beta catalysts were prepared by alcohol reduction of RuCl3solution in the presence of PVP. Highly dispersed Ru nanoparticles with mono-size formed on the zeolite surface and their size can be controlled by changing the amount of PVP at same ruthenium loading. In the water/benzene system, Ru-PVP/Beta catalyst for benzene hydrogenation showed high activity, selectivity and good stability.  相似文献

Three hydrated aluminosilicate frameworks—LiABW, NaNAT, and BaEDI—are partly optimized with the periodic Hartree–Fock CRYSTAL95 code. In particular, we optimized the positions of the adsorbed water molecules including the positions of the framework cations (ABW, NAT) or part of the framework atomic positions (ABW). This allowed us to compare cation–water clusters in the gas and adsorbed states and discuss the influence of hydrogen bonding to the framework oxygen atoms or to the neighbor water molecules on the atomic properties (quadrupole coupling constant, anisotropy of electric field gradient) of the adsorbed water molecules. The LiBIK structure obtained from X‐ray diffraction is also considered to illustrate the hydrogen bonds occurring between adsorbed water molecules. © 2003 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
