An efficient method for the synthesis of novel 3-(1,3-thiazol-2-yl)-7,8-dihydroquinoline-2,5(1H,6H)-diones from various 2-dimethylaminomethylidenecyclohexane-1,3-diones, (1,3-thiazol-2-yl)acetonitriles, and dimethylformamide dimethyl acetal was developed. These transformations proceeded through intermediate 2-[2-(4-aryl-1,3-thiazol-2-yl)-2-cyanoethenyl]-3-oxocyclohex-1-en-1-olates. They were isolated as piperidinium salts and used in further heterocyclization reactions with aromatic amines, giving novel 1-aryl-3-(1,3-thiazol-2-yl)-7,8-dihydroquinoline-2,5(1H,6H)-diones. These compounds were also obtained by preparative three-step “one pot” synthesis under controlled microwave irradiation. Published in Russian in Izvestiya Akademii Nauk. A series of 2-(1H-benzimidazol-2-yl)-phenols and their nickel complexes have been synthesized and characterized by elemental and spectroscopic analysis. The molecular structures of ligand L4 and complex C5 were confirmed by X-ray diffraction analysis. X-ray crystallographic analysis revealed that complex C5 has a six-coordinated distorted octahedral geometry. Upon activation with Et2AlCl, these nickel(II) complexes showed good activity for ethylene oligomerization. When PPh3 was added as an auxiliary ligand to the catalytic system, an increased activity as high as 1.60 × 10g mol−1 (Ni) h−1 was observed. The ligand environment and reaction conditions remarkably affected the catalytic behavior of these nickel complexes.  相似文献

The synthesis of novel metal-free and zinc phthalocyanines with four 3-[(2-diethylamino)ethyl]-7-oxo-4-methylcoumarin dye groups on the periphery were prepared by cyclotetramerization of a novel 3-[(2-diethylamino)ethyl]-7-[(3,4-dicyanophenoxy)]-4-methylcoumarin. The novel chromogenic compounds were characterized by elemental analysis, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, MALDI-TOF, IR and UV–Vis spectral data. The electronic spectra exhibit bands of coumarin identity along with characteristic Q and B bands of the phthalocyanine (Pc) core. The IR spectra of all the Pcs showed three characteristic intense bands, at 1704 cm−1 for the lactone carbonyl and two bands at 1489–1604 cm−1 for the conjugated olefinic system.  相似文献

8-Benzyl-1.4-dioxa-7,10-dithiacyclododecane and 11-benzyl-1,4,7-trioxa-10,13-dithiacyclopentadecane were obtained by the interaction of (2,3-dibromo-1-propyl)benzene with 1,8-dimercapto-3,6-dioxaoctane and 1,11-dimercapto-3,6,9-trioxaundecane. A new cobalt(II) tetrahydrogen hexaoxoiodate tetrahydrate Co(H4IO6)2·4H2O is prepared by crystallization from an acidic aqueous solution. This compound is identified by quantitative analysis, TG, DTA, DSC and IR spectra. A thermal decomposition scheme is proposed. In this study, we investigate the structural and spectroscopic properties of the thienyl chalcone derivative 3-(5-Bromo-2-thienyl)-1-(4-nitrophenyl)-prop-2-en-1-one, C13H8BrNO3S, using nuclear magnetic resonance (1H and 13C NMR), UV–vis and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) and Raman spectroscopy at room conditions combined with density functional theory (DFT) and time-dependent DFT (TD-DFT) augmented with B3LYP/6-311G(d,p) and CAM-B3LYP/6-311G(d,p) basis sets, yielding valuable information on the molecular conformational preferences, vibrational assignments, optical properties and electronic transitions. The vibrational mode assignments of the most stable conformer of C13H8BrNO3S are discussed based on potential energy distribution (PED) analysis and establishing a comparison with a similar chemical structure. The temperature dependence on the Raman spectra of the C13H8BrNO3S shows a reversible phase transition in the range 443–443 K pointed out by the discontinuity in the dω/dT of bands in the external and internal modes region. The UV–vis spectrum of the C13H8BrNO3S indicates a semiconductor behavior with an optical band gap of 2.6 eV, corresponding to the predicted value of 3.42 eV assigned as the electronic transition from the highest occupied molecular orbital (HOMO) to the lowest unoccupied molecular orbital (LUMO). TD-DFT calculations reveal that the electron donor and acceptor group substitution on the 1-phenyl-3-(thiophen-2-yl)prop-2-en-1-one affects its absorption and nonlinear activity.  相似文献

Four emissive macrocyclic ligands mono-substituted with an 8-hydroxyquinoline pendant arm are presented. The new compounds have been used for metal-ion detection, which results from the competition between PET (photo-induced electron transfer) and PPT (photo-induced proton transfer) mechanisms. Solid metal complexes with divalent Cu(II), Zn(II), and Cd(II), and trivalent metal ions Al(III) and Cr(III) have been also synthesized and characterized. The compounds have been isolated as mononuclear or dinuclear (Cu(II)) complexes, confirming the stoichiometry observed in solution.  相似文献

Three diorganotin(IV) complexes of the type, [R2Sn(LaH)(LbH)] (R = nBu or Me and, LaH and LbH are two different 5-[(E)-2-(aryl)-1-diazenyl]-2-hydroxybenzoate residues; a: aryl = 4′-Cl-(held constant) and b: aryl = 4′-Me or 4′-Br) have been prepared either by reacting nBu2SnO, LaHH′ and LbHH′ (1:1:1) in anhydrous toluene or by reacting Me2SnCl2, LaHNa and LbHNa (1:1:1) in anhydrous methanol. The products were characterized by microanalysis, IR, NMR (1H, 13C, 119Sn) and 119mSn Mössbauer spectroscopy. A full characterization of the structures of the complexes [nBu2Sn(LaH)(LbH)] (1 and 2) and [Me2Sn(LaH)(LbH)] (3) in the solid state were accomplished by single crystal X-ray crystallography. These complexes were found to adopt the usual dicarboxylato structural type with a skew-trapezoidal bipyramidal arrangement around the tin atom.  相似文献

The preparation of novel 2-(fluoroanilino)-1,4-naphthoquinones is presented. It takes place under mild conditions by reacting the corresponding fluoroaniline and 1,4-naphthoquinone in the presence of a Lewis acid catalyst with strong oxidation properties such as CeCl3·7H2O. This preparation was also investigated under microwave irradiation. All 1,4-naphthoquinone derivatives were characterized by UV-Vis, IR, 1H and 19F NMR, MS and cyclic voltammetry, to investigate the effect of the fluoro-substituents on their electronic properties.  相似文献

A fluorinated monomer of 2-(2,2,2-trifluoroethoxy)ethyl methacrylate (FEMA) was prepared by a “one pot” process and then a novel fluorinated methacrylate polymer, poly[2-(2,2,2-trifluoroethoxy)ethyl methacrylate] (PFEMA), was successfully synthesized via miniemulsion polymerization using cetyltrimethyl ammonium bromide (CTAB) as emulsifier, hexadecane (HD) as co-stabilizer and 2,2′-azobisisobutyronitrile (AIBN) as initiator. The chemical structure of PFEMA was characterized by FT-IR, 1H NMR and 19F NMR. GPC results show that the number average molecular weight (Mn) of PFEMA was as high as 8.5 × 105 g/mol and the polydispersity index (PDI) was only 1.3. SEM and DLS characterizations showed that the morphology of PFEMA latex was uniform spheres with the diameter of about 110–125 nm. It was also found that PFEMA has high thermo-stability (Td > 200 °C), low glass transition temperature (Tg = 13.0 °C), and nice hydrophobicity (θwater = 99.9°). Comparison studies on PFEMA and poly(2,2,2-trifluoroethyl methacrylate) show that an introduced functional group (–CH2CH2O–) has a significant effect on lowering Tg and improving hydrolysis resistance without impairing surface properties.  相似文献

Substituted 2-(2-pyridin-4-yl-vinyl)-1H-benzimidazole derivatives 2, 3 and 6 were synthesized. 2-(2-Pyridin-4-yl-vinyl)-1H-benzimidazole 2 and 6-methyl-2-(2-pyridin-4-yl-vinyl)-1H-benzimidazole 3 were prepared by condensation reaction from 3-pyridin-4-yl-acrylic acid and corresponding 1,2-phenylenediamines in polyphosporic acid (PPA). 2,7,11-b-Triaza-benzo[c]fluorene 4 was prepared by photochemical dehydrocyclization reaction of ethanolic solution of 2-(2-pyridin-4-yl-vinyl)-1H-benzimidazole 2. 2-(2-Pyridin-4-yl-vinyl)-3H-benzimidazole-6-carbonitrile 6 was prepared by condensation reaction from 3-pyridin-4-yl-propenal and 4-cyano-1,2-phenylenediamine using p-benzoquinone as oxidants. The structure of novel benzimidazole derivatives has been studied by 1H and 13C NMR, IR, MS, UV/Vis and fluorescence spectroscopy. The structure of 2-(2-pyridin-4-yl-vinyl)-1H-benzimidazole 2 was confirmed by X-ray single crystal structure analysis. The conformation of the molecule is E in regard to substituents position around vinyl double C=C bond. The non-planar molecules are mutually connected via the N–H···N and C–H···N type of intermolecular hydrogen bonds into infinite chains spreading along y axis.  相似文献

Bromination of peucedanin by various reagents was studied. Conditions for forming 2-(1,3-dibromopropan-2-ylidene)-2H-furo[3,2-g][1]benzopyran-3,7-dione were found. Several 2-aminofuranocoumarins were synthesized by reaction of 2-bromoreoselone with derivatives of pyrrolidine, piperidine, and piperazine. Two new complexes, [Cu(L1){N(CN)2}]·ClO4 (1) (L1 is 1,8-dimethyl-1,3,6,8,10,13-hexa-azacyclotetradecane) and [Co(L2)(N3)2]·ClO4 (2) (L2 is 5,7,7,12,14,14-hexamethyl-1,4,8,11-tetra-azacyclotetradecane) have been synthesized and characterized. The compounds crystallize in the monoclinic system P21 space group for 1 and P21/n for 2. Single crystal X-ray analysis reveals that the compound 1 assumes a one-dimensional structure via hydrogen-bonding interactions, in which each Cu(II) ion is coordinated by four nitrogen atoms from ligand L1 and one nitrogen atom from [N(CN)2] anion. For compound 2, each Co(III) ion is coordinated by four nitrogen atoms of ligand L2 and two nitrogen atoms from N3 anion.  相似文献

A novel poly (methyl methacrylate-co-2-methacryloyloxyethyl phosphorylcholine-co-tris(trimethylsiloxy)-3-methacryloxypropylsilane) terpolymer (PMMT) was synthesized and the anti-biofouling properties were studied in order to evaluate the potential of this silicone hydrogel to be used as contact lens material. The chemical structure was characterized by IR, 1H-NMR and elemental analysis. Poly methyl methacrylate (PMMA) and poly (methyl methacrylate-co-tris (trimethylsiloxy)-3-methacryloxypropylsilane) (PMT) were also synthesized to compare with PMMT. Protein adsorption measurement showed that for PMMT-2 membrane (MPC: 16.6 mol%), the amount of adsorbed proteins was decreased by 75.3% and 76.8% compared with PMMA and PMT membranes, respectively. SEM pictures showed clearly that PMMT films suppressed the adhesion of platelets. Water structure in polymers was determined by differential scanning calorimetry, and PMMT-2 possessed more freezing water content than PMMT-1 (MPC: 14.5 mol%). The equilibrium water content of PMMT-2 membrane reached 55%, which might offer comfortable wear feeling, and the introduction of MPC increased the wettability of the polymer surface dramatically. Both the terpolymers PMMT-1 and PMMT-2 exhibited high transparency (relatively constant at approximately 96%) in the visible light wave range. Moreover, oxygen transmissibility (Dk/t) of the terpolymers met the requirement for a lens to be worn safely overnight. It could be concluded that the novel silicone hydrogel containing MPC unit was an effective candidate material for making biomaterials, particularly for contact lenses.  相似文献

The new phthalocyanine peripherally substituted with a twelve-membered dioxadiaza macrocycle was synthesized by cyclotetramerization of 1,2-bis(2-{4′-[(4′-methylphenyl)-sulphonyl]-1′,7′-dioxa-4′,10′-diazacyclododecane})-4,5-dicyanobenzene (4) which was obtained from 1,2-bis(2-{4′-[(4′-methylphenyl)sulphonyl]-1′,7′-dioxa-4′,10′-diazacyclododecane})-4,5-dibromobenzene (3). Metallophthalocyanine was also prepared by the reaction of the dicyano-substituted macrocycle in the presence of anhydrous CuCN. Complex formation of 4,6-dimethyl-2-(1H)-pyrimidinone (thione) with dysprosium(III) tris(acetylacetonate), Dy(acac)3, in 80% (v/v) aqueous methanol was investigated by pH-metric titration and paramagnetic birefringence. Due to its higher basicity and lower acidity, 4,6-dimethyl-2-(1H)-pyrimidinone is coordinated by Dy(acac)3 without deprotonation, whereas its thio analog is coordinated in the deprotonated form. Due to the higher acidity of 4,6-dimethyl-2-(1H)-pyrimidinethione, the complex of its anion with Dy(acac)3 is much more stable than that derived from the oxo analog, as inferred from the comparison of the stability constants.Translated fromIzvestiya Akademii Nauk.
