咪唑并吡啶[1,5-a]类化合物是一类具有环合氮类的杂环化合物,在自然界中并不广存在. 但是近些年来的研究发现,这类杂环包括它的衍生物广泛地应用于光学材料和生物医药领域中. 我们选用吡啶苄胺和芳香醛作为反应底物,在碘和过氧叔丁醇催化下,反应能够得到咪唑并[1,5-a]吡啶类衍生物,而且我们研究当使用吡啶苄胺α位有取代基的底物时,也能够得到相应的目标产物. 因此,利用这种方法我们能同时制备得到 3-芳基化的咪唑并吡啶[1,5-a]类化合物和1,3-二芳基化的咪唑并[1,5-a]吡啶类化合物. 而且,该发展起来的方法具有操作简单,条件温和等特点. 相似文献

采用密度泛函理论(DFT)中的B3LYP方法,在6-31+G(d)基组水平下,研究了碘催化苯乙醛和苄胺发生氧化环化合成多取代咪唑的微观反应机理.对反应通道上反应物、中间体、过渡态和产物进行了结构优化,对优化后的各化合物在B3LYP/6-311++G(d,p)基组下进行单点能计算和零点能矫正,通过振动频率分析及内禀反应坐标(IRC)计算对过渡态进行了验证,并运用自然键轨道理论(NBO)和分子中的原子理论(AIM)分析了化合物的轨道间相互作用及成键特征.研究结果发现:无碘催化时,苯乙醛和苄胺发生氧化环化合成多取代咪唑,其反应速控步骤活化能为514.32 kJ·mol-1,在碘催化作用下,反应速控步骤活化能为145.94 kJ·mol-1.比较研究结果,说明碘能有效催化该反应的进行,碘的催化性能主要表现在活化苯乙醛乙基上的C—H键.我们还采用连续介质模型(PCM)比较研究了4种溶剂化作用对反应的影响,得到的研究结果与实验相吻合.理论预测了有机溶剂二甲亚砜(DMSO)能有效地提高反应产率. 相似文献

开发了一种由金和钯催化π-活化由炔醇合成呋喃衍生物的集成方法.该合成策略是最显著的特点适用于带环辛基的底物,其适用范围比之前报道的有很大扩展.在Sonogashira反应条件下,由相应底物可直接得到环辛基呋喃.Pd在这些反应中起到2个重要作用:底物发生偶联反应的关键催化剂;通过π-活化促进炔醇中间体成环反应.该方法在一步合成3-碘呋喃反应中作用很突出,使通过偶联法进一步官能团化成为可能.我们还将AuBr_3用于多米诺成环/C-H键活化反应和无环前体的成环反应.本文结果表明,在该类成环反应中金和钯催化剂相辅相成. 相似文献

A PdII‐catalyzed oxidative tandem cyclization was developed for the construction of fused 5,6‐bicyclic N, O‐heterocycles. This reaction was enabled by the combined use of a 3‐methylpyridine ligand and pentafluorobenzoic acid additive. A range of heterocyclic products with different substituents could be prepared in moderate to good yields via this methodology. Several transformations, including a scaled‐up preparation of product 2 a , were also carried out showing the good applicability of our methodology. 相似文献

Four inexpensive and air‐/moisture‐stable pyrrolecarbaldiminato‐Cu complexes 1 – 4 were synthesized and evaluated to be a novel class of catalysts for the N‐arylation of imidazoles with aryl halides. A variety of aryl iodides, bromides and activated aryl chlorides underwent the coupling with imidazoles, promoted by the catalyst 4 , in moderate to good yields without the protection by an inert gas. 相似文献

A facile and efficient approach to access 1,2,4‐triazolo[4,3‐a]pyridines and related heterocycles has been accomplished through condensation of readily available aryl hydrazines with corresponding aldehydes followed by iodine‐mediated oxidative cyclization. This transition‐metal‐free synthetic process is broadly applicable to a variety of aromatic, aliphatic, and α,β‐unsaturated aldehydes, and can be conveniently conducted on the gram scale. 相似文献
