以压水堆核电厂中氚的产生机理和氚源项计算模型为基础,结合对国内外大量压水堆核电厂的氚排放运行数据的系统性分析,识别出冷却剂硼酸活化和次级中子源活化是压水堆氚排放量的主要来源,其中对中国广核集团运行机组,锑铍中子活化后的产氚量对氚年排放量的贡献可达到40%,而氚从完整的锆合金包壳的燃料棒中的释放是可以忽略不计的。由于优化次级中子源是降低压水堆氚排放量的唯一有效措施,通过分析建议压水堆核电厂采用双层不锈钢包壳的次级中子源或者取消次级中子源以降低压水堆氚排放。  相似文献

In the present work, the time-dependent resistances and inductances of the electric discharges in a pulsed gas laser are revealed through the current waveforms of the circuit. This can be achieved combining step-by-step the experimental current waveforms with the current differential equations of the system. Thus, digitizing the signal, the derivative is calculated through a computer. For a certain time instant, substituting the values of the current and its derivative into the integrodifferential equations describing the performance of the circuit loops, we form relationships which connect the values of the resistance and inductance for this particular time instant. Combining relationships originating from very close adjacent time instants, the values of the resistances and inductances can be found. Scanning the entire time region of the discharges, the time dependence of the resistances and inductances of the discharges are revealed. Their behavior shows an abrupt drop for the resistances and a sharp peak for the inductances, both during the “formation phase”. After that, the above characteristic quantities fluctuate slowly around constant values. The sharp drop of the resistances was expected, bearing in mind that the number of the charges increases dramatically through the electron avalanche multiplication during the first few nanoseconds, causing the abrupt reduction of the resistances. On the other hand, the sharp peak of the inductances was unexpected. A plausible explanation for this phenomenon is that the plasma undergoes a temporary constriction which is due to the predominant attractive magnetic forces during the “formation phase” of the discharge  相似文献

The influence of surface contaminations on the ignition and maintenance of vacuum discharges is discussed qualitatively. Surface analysis of the electrodes and gas analysis during the discharges demonstrate that fresh electrodes contain always impurities within the upper surface layers, which affect the behaviour of vacuum arcs and vacuum breakdowns. The most effective way for cleaning the surfaces are the discharges themselves, if they burn in UHV. During that cleaning the following variations have been found: Are cathodes spots change from rapid moving ones with small erosion (type 1) to slow ones with strong erosion (type 2). The ignition of nanosecond discharges needs higher field strength and field emission current density. Polishing effects by short discharges (< 5 ns) become more pronounced. Erosion craters in nanosecond discharges increase.  相似文献

In this paper experimental and theoretical results for the development of overvolted discharges in N2 between a plane-parallel gap are described. By suitable initial conditions laterally extended (plane) discharges can be realized instead of the usually observed filamentary streamers. In this discharges which were large in diameter compared with the gap distance, a quantitative comparison of the experimental results with one dimensional calculations is possible. It is shown that the discharges can be described by the well-known build-up theory of instationary discharges but an additional far-reaching electron generating mechanism (gas ionizing radiation) must be included. The development of our discharges is compared with that of the streamer.  相似文献

Vocal symptomatology of adductor spasmodic dysphonia (SD) is reviewed critically from historical, epidemiologic, and clinical perspectives. A model of symptomatology of this disorder based on a large patient population, and clinical and physiologic observations is advanced. The model incorporates crucial symptomatic and asymptomatic phonatory and nonphonatory physiologic parameters of laryngeal behavior in these patients. These parameters include vocal fold contact area, vocal fold collision force, glottic compression, and subglottic air pressure. Inappropriate efferent discharges from brain-stem basal ganglia are hypothesized as causing overadduction of the vocal folds in phonation, generating the basic and fundamental vocal symptom of adductor SD—strained, strangled, overpressured voice quality. Cortical loops are implicated as accountable for compensatory vocal behavior, not as the primary site of the disorder. Symptom occurrence, variability, magnitude, effects, and failure of treatment approaches, as well as recurrence of symptoms after ablative or invasive procedures, are explained by this model. The model also predicts that symptomatology of adductor spasmodic dysphonia is unique to this disorder and that symptoms are phonotopically organized. The minimal diagnostic battery based on the model is presented, and it is shown how this battery aids in the differential diagnosis of adductor SD and other phonatory disorders that closely mimic the vocal symptoms of adductor spasmodic dysphonia, including tremor.  相似文献

Attention is called to the paucity of experimental information about the fields and charged particle number densities in the transitional regimes between simple and dense discharges, for small electrode separation, and simple and normal discharges for large electrode separation, and to the occurrence of radial constriction in the latter some-what like that in normal discharges. Methods are suggested for ascertaining the nature of the negative glows and cathode dark spaces observed, and conjectures made as to the results likely to be found. It is also suggested that constriction of the transitional and normal discharges is due to essentially the same cause.  相似文献

We consider adiabatic transport of eigenstates of real Hamiltonians around loops in parameter space. It is demonstrated that loops that map to nontrivial loops in the space of eigenbases must encircle degeneracies. Examples from Jahn-Teller theory are presented to illustrate the test. The experiments on electron irradiation of yttrium-stabilized zirconium oxide samples show the formation of strong elastic fields near interstitial dislocation loops. The fields increase with an increase in the loop radius and, when the loop radius reaches a certain critical value, the loops became unstable due to the beginning of plastic deformation and the formation of a dislocation network. The mechanism of the occurrence of this instability is suggested. It is based on the accumulation of charges at dislocation loops due to ionization processes in an electron-irradiated dielectric. It is shown that the accumulation of the electric charge at growing dislocation loops in dielectrics may be responsible for an increase in elastic stresses near dislocation loops and for their instability because of the beginning of plastic deformation near the loops when stresses at growing loops become close to the theoretical yield stress of the material.  相似文献

Ignition of a cloud of dry powder is a major concern in the field of industrial process safety. The different types of discharges are already defined (spark discharges, brush discharges, propagating discharges, cone discharges, corona discharges) such as their ignition properties in a gas or a dust atmosphere. For example, it is known that a classic brush discharge cannot ignite a cloud of dry flammable dust [6,13]. Glor and Schwenzfeuer performed direct ignition tests using brush discharges and defined that even if the energy released by this kind of discharge equaled the one of a spark, the power released by the brush discharge is too low to trigger an ignition.However, some doubts remained for super brush discharges. A brush discharge as a super brush discharge occurs between a charged insulating object and a conductive electrode. The main difference lies in the surface charge density reached on the insulator that is much higher for a super brush discharge than for a brush discharge. A high charge density can be reached for example using pipes of polyethylene individually charged by tribo-charging piled one above another. Such a configuration was evocated by Lüttgens [12] and tested by Larsen [11] who performed direct ignition tests in oxygen enriched atmospheres.This study is relevant with the actual safety problems since pharmaceutical and chemical powders are well known to generate electrostatic charges during their transport or handling and since the same configuration of independent polyethylene fibers can be found in flexible bulk containers that are one of the most common solutions to package this kind of powder.This paper presents the experimental set-up and the results of direct ignition tests performed with a polyethylene wax whose MIE is lower than 1  mJ at ambient conditions. The electric field reached at 1 m and the charge transfer were also registered and are described. Finally, numerical simulations are carried out to define the original surface charge density in order to help to understand the phenomenology of this discharge and its frequency of occurrence in industry.  相似文献

脉冲电源驱动的滑动放电能够在大气压下产生高能量、高功率密度的低温等离子体. 为了研究微秒脉冲电源在针-针电极结构中产生滑动放电的特征, 本文采用电压幅值为0–30 kV, 脉冲宽度约8 μs, 脉冲重复频率为1–3000 Hz的微秒脉冲电源, 通过测量电压、电流波形和拍摄放电图像, 研究了微秒脉冲滑动放电的电特性. 实验结果表明, 随着施加电压的增加微秒脉冲滑动放电存在三种典型的放电模式: 电晕放电、弥散放电和类滑动放电. 不同放电模式的电压、电流波形和放电图像之间差异显著. 脉冲重复频率对微秒脉冲滑动放电特性有影响, 表现为当气体流量较小(2 L/min)时, 类滑动放电的放电通道随着脉冲重复频率的增大逐渐集中, 而当气体流量较大(16 L/min)时, 类滑动放电的放电通道随着脉冲重复频率的增大逐渐分散. 不同气流下重复频率对滑动放电特性的影响与放电中粒子的记忆效应和气流的状态有关.  相似文献

钒合金作为聚变堆候选材料, 其辐照损伤行为一直是关注的重点. 研究辐照时形成的位错环的性质, 其意义在于揭示纯钒中辐照空洞的长大机理. 这种机理表现为不同类型位错环对点缺陷吸收的偏压不同, 从而影响金属的辐照肿胀. 本文利用加速器对纯钒薄膜样品进行氢离子辐照, 然后, 利用透射电镜的inside-outside方法分析氢离子辐照所形成的位错环的类型. 结果表明, 在氢离子辐照纯钒中没有发现柏氏矢量b=<110>的位错环, 只有柏氏矢量b=1/2<111>和b=<110>的位错环, 这两种位错环的惯性面处于{110}-{112}之间. 能确定性质的位错环全部为间隙型位错环, 未发现空位型位错环.  相似文献

利用上升沿约0.5 s、半高宽约6 s、幅值可达40 kV的微秒脉冲电源和上升沿约150 ns、半高宽约300 ns、幅值可达50 kV的纳秒脉冲电源激励大气压弥散放电,并分别采用刀型和锯齿电极放电。通过电压电流测量和发光图像拍摄,改变施加电压种类、脉冲重复频率、高压电极结构和气隙距离等参数,研究了不同条件下弥散放电特性。实验结果表明:纳秒脉冲电源和微秒脉冲电源均能在大气压空气中激励大面积的弥散放电,弥散放电面积最大达90 cm2;放电的均匀性受脉冲参数与电极形状影响显著,其中刀型电极条件下纳秒脉冲激励的弥散放电均匀性最佳;相同条件下纳秒脉冲弥散放电的瞬时功率大于微秒脉冲弥散放电,最高可达275 kW,而纳秒脉冲弥散放电的能量小于微秒脉冲弥散放电;保持其他条件不变,弥散放电传导电流幅值随着气隙距离的增加而降低,放电强度随着脉冲重复频率的增加而增强,弥散放电的工作电压范围随着脉冲重复频率的增加显著降低。因此在低频、刀型电极结构中易于获得均匀与较大工作电压范围的大气压弥散放电。  相似文献

运用分子动力学方法,研究了金属铜单晶中不同形状的Frank位错环演化形成的各种类层错四面体稳定构型.对其形成过程的细致分析表明,这些稳定构型都可以用统一的位错分解和位错反应过程来解释.模拟结果表明,在零温下各种Frank位错环存在各自的临界尺寸,小于临界尺寸的Frank位错环不能长成类层错四面体结构.对梯形、六边形等Frank位错环演化过程的模拟表明,在形成稳定类层错四面体的过程中,存在位错生长和回缩的振荡现象.振荡现象是由于位错间的排斥和吸引相互作用不同步或弹性波传播的延迟效应引起的. 关键词: 层错四面体 位错 分子动力学  相似文献

采用光学方法测量了大气中介质阻挡放电丝极模式的时间特性,揭示了介质阻挡放电动力学过程的时间规律。实验表明,在驱动电压的产周内的放电团簇是由多个放电脉冲构成的,放电脉冲的持续时间为30-50ns,相邻放电脉冲之间的间歇时间为几百ns。本工作的结果对介质阻挡放电的应用有重要意义。  相似文献

Thin films of TiN and ZrN were grown on stainless steel 316 substrate using the pulsed cathodic arc technique with different number of discharges (one to five discharges). The coatings were characterized in terms of crystalline structure, microstructure, elementary chemical composition and stoichiometric by X-ray diffraction (XRD), atomic force microscopy (AFM) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy for chemical analyses (XPS), respectively. The XRD results show that for TiN as for ZrN, the preferential direction occurs in the plane (2 0 0), and this result stays when increasing the number of discharges. The grain size is increased with the increase of the number of discharges for both nitrides, the roughness for the TiN film is greater than for the ZrN film; these results were determined by AFM. XPS analysis determined that there is a higher nitrogen presence in the ZrN film than in the TiN film.  相似文献

A self-consistent model of the development of dendrites and partial discharges in a dielectric solid under a variable voltage is suggested. Dendrites originate at sites with the enhanced local field strength and also where the dielectric is broken down under the action of partial discharges. The numerical simulation is used to quantitatively describe the space-time dynamics of the dendrites and partial discharges in epoxy resin for the tip-plane electrode configuration. The simulated data are compared with electrical measurements of partial discharges and with optical images of dendrite growth under the same conditions.  相似文献

The study is devoted to analysis of the formation of high-current electric discharges developing above the free surface of a liquid metal, deformed as a result of the interaction of the electric current passing through the liquid metal with the intrinsic magnetic field. We report on the electric characteristics of discharges and parameters of their initiation, consider the patterns of deformation of the free surface and the formation of electric discharges, describe the processes occurring in the system, and discuss the mechanism of cyclic formation of discharges above the liquid metal surface.  相似文献
