磁开关是磁脉冲压缩系统的关键部分,磁开关的磁芯性能参数直接影响到磁脉冲压缩系统的总体性能。针对磁脉冲压缩系统中磁开关磁芯应用特性,设计了回路振荡法对磁芯动态磁特性进行测量。通过测量磁开关工作电压和电流参数,计算磁芯的动态磁滞回线,确定饱和磁感应强度、矫顽力等动态参数。基于实验测量参数建立了包含动态磁滞回线的磁脉冲压缩电路模型,研究了磁开关动态特性对电压传递的影响。根据研究结果可得,在磁脉冲压缩系统设计中选择矫顽力较小的磁芯,可降低磁开关的能量损耗,从而保证系统具有较高的电压传递效率。  相似文献

A two-dimensional numerical model is used to study the generation of powerful microwave radiation in a vircator with an inhomogeneous magnetic field applied to focus a beam. The characteristics of the external inhomogeneous magnetic field are found to strongly affect the vircator generation characteristics. Mathematical optimization is used to search for the optimum parameters of the magnetic periodic focusing system of the oscillator in order to achieve the maximum power of the output microwave radiation. The dependences of the output vircator power on the characteristics of the external inhomogeneous magnetic field are studied near the optimum control parameters. The physical processes that occur in optimized virtual cathode oscillators are investigated.  相似文献

采用混合矩阵法,分析了磁化分层等离子鞘套对斜入射电磁波传播特性的影响,分别计算了不同入射角以及外加磁场下电磁波透射系数和极化特性的变化。以GPS导航信号右旋圆极化波(RCP)为例,研究了磁场、电子密度对电磁波右旋圆极化特性的影响。结果表明,外加磁场能够使右旋圆极化波在等离子体中的阻带向高频方向移动,此外,外加磁场能在一定程度上改善斜入射是圆极化波的极化特性,有利于GPS信号接收。  相似文献

The present paper deals with the influence of a radial magnetic field on different regions of the toroidal glow discharge and with the subsequent changes of the current-voltage characteristics. From the above it is clear that when studying the influence of a transverse magnetic field on the glow discharge it is necessary to understand that the discharge is not a homogeneous unit and the change of current-voltage characteristics involves the total sum of changes of the properties in different regions of the discharge.  相似文献

This paper reports experiments on self-excited dust acoustic waves (DAWs) and its propagation characteristics in a magnetized rf discharge plasma. The DAWs are spontaneously excited in dusty plasma after adding more particles in the confining potential well and found to propagate in the direction of streaming ions. The spontaneous excitation of such low-frequency modes is possible due to the instabilities associated with streaming ions through the dust grain medium. The background E-field and neutral pressure determine the stability of excited DAWs. The characteristics of DAWs strongly depend on the strength of external magnetic field. The magnetic field of strength B < 0.05 T only modifies the characteristics of propagating waves in dusty plasma at moderate power and pressure, P = 3.5 W and p = 27 Pa, respectively. It is found that DAWs start to be damped with increasing the magnetic field beyond B > 0.05 T and get completely damped at higher magnetic field B ∼ 0.13 T. After lowering the power and pressure to 3 W and 23 Pa respectively, the excited DAWs in the absence of B are slightly unstable. In this case, the magnetic field only stabilizes and modifies the propagation characteristics of DAWs while the strength of B is increased up to 0.1 T or even higher. The modification of the sheath electric field where particles are confined in the presence of the external magnetic field is the main cause of the modification and damping of the DAWs in a magnetized rf discharge plasma.  相似文献

针对甘油介质在形成线中的应用,总结了甘油作为储能介质已开展的相关研究工作,并在缩比的同轴电极试件中进行了电极表面、磁场、耐压极性、含气量等条件对甘油介质击穿特性影响的实验研究。搭建了基于晶闸管控制的空心脉冲变压器升压实验平台,设计了浸没于脉冲磁场中的同轴电极击穿试件,实验平台最大输出电压500 kV,上升时间26 s,最大磁场1 T,可通过控制晶闸管的先后触发使击穿过程发生于准稳衡磁场中,并制作了外形一致、表面不同的砂纸打磨、羊毛抛光、金属电镀和非金属电镀四种电极。实验结果表明:甘油的击穿是没有极性的;1 T量级磁场对甘油介质的击穿特性无影响;不同电极表面微观形貌差异较大,使甘油介质具有不同的击穿特性,说明甘油击穿在电极表面的过程具有较大影响;充分的排气能减少甘油中直径较大的气泡,减少概率性的低击穿场强,击穿后产生的大量微小气泡会整体降低甘油的击穿阈值,使甘油的平均击穿场强降低。  相似文献

Experimental observations on a wave packet in a positive column of helium discharge with magnetic fields are reported. The wave packet is a kind of ionization wave and is created by applying voltage pulses to a mesh grid. When an axial non-uniform magnetic field is applied to a positive column, the plasma parameters change inhomogeneously near the magnetic coil. So various characteristics (amplitude, frequency, wavelength and so on) of the wave packet are changed at the both sides of the coil. The wavelength of the wave making up the wave packet varies continuously with a magnetic field. On the contrary, its amplitude and frequency vary remarkable near the magnetic coil, as a strong magnetic field is applied.  相似文献

磁开关是重复频率脉冲功率系统可选的工作性能优越的开关器件之一。目前磁开关的仿真模型是基于伏秒积分的宏观特性建立起来的纯电路模型,未考虑磁芯饱和过程中磁芯特性的变化,仿真难以准确预测磁开关负载上的预脉冲,波形的前沿误差也较大。测试获得了快脉冲激励下的铁基纳米晶磁芯磁滞回线和初始磁化曲线,利用磁芯磁滞回线的关键参数,提取了脉冲激励下的磁芯J-A参数,用于定义多物理场中磁开关模型的磁芯特性。针对磁开关脉冲压缩电路,利用多物理场仿真软件COMSOL建立了磁脉冲压缩系统电路与磁开关电磁场的场路耦合仿真模型,计算磁脉冲压缩电路的输出波形,与实验结果对比,预脉冲幅值误差为2%,峰值误差为2%,前沿误差为5%,证明了建立的场路耦合仿真模型的有效性和准确性。  相似文献

The cup-shaped transverse magnetic field (TMF) contacts contain radial components and tangential components in the TMF generated when the current is interrupted. The tangential force generated by the radial magnetic field component drives the vacuum arc to rotate, and the tangential magnetic field component generates a radial force that causes the vacuum arc to move radially outward. In this paper, in order to study the influence of the arc force direction on the arc characteristics, the influence of the contact structure parameters such as the inclination of the inner wall on the arc force direction is simulated, and the breaking tests of different levels of current are carried out on the contact with different structure parameters. It is found that the direction of the Lorentz force has a significant effect on the breaking characteristics of the current, and the tangential and radial force components have varying degrees of influence on the motion characteristics of the arc during the start process and the metal droplet splashing.  相似文献

The influence of the structure of foamed polycrystalline bismuth-based superconductors on their critical currents and current-voltage characteristics is studied. It is found that superconducting foams have a fractal structure, and the fractal dimension of the boundary between the normal and superconducting phases is estimated. The magnetic and transport properties of superconducting foams are investigated, and the current-voltage characteristics are obtained in a wide range of currents. The effect of percolation phenomena on vortex pinning in a foamed superconductor is considered. The current-voltage characteristics of the superconducting foams at the beginning of the resistive transition are found to be in good agreement with a model in which a magnetic flux is assumed to be trapped in the fractal clusters of a normal phase.  相似文献

The magnetic resonance characteristics of multilayer composite nanosystems with dielectric, semiconductor, and metal nonmagnetic interlayers are investigated. 光学头力矩器的空间磁场分布直接决定了力矩器的动态性能,对磁场进行准确分析是力矩器设计的前提。分析了悬线式力矩器的空间磁场产生机理,并采用有限元分析法进行了理论推导。以一款动线圈式二维对称型只读悬线式力矩器为例,采用有限元仿真软件(ANSYS)分析并设计了其空间磁场分布,对影响力矩器空间磁场分布的相关因素进行了分析。将采用有限元法对悬线式力矩器空间磁场仿真计算得出的力矩器动态特性参数与实测力矩器动态特性参数相比,其结果均符合力矩器的设计要求,证明基于有限元分析法的悬线式力矩器空间磁场设计是可行的。  相似文献

The paper studies the effect of heat treatment modes and uniaxial tension on the magnetic properties, internal stress and specific resistance of 50Ni2Mo powder steel. It is shown that when treated and mechanically loaded in the elastic range and weak magnetic fields, the steel reveals anomalous behavior of its magnetic characteristics such as coercive force, maximum permeability and residual induction. The observed anomalous behavior is analyzed in the framework of physical mesomechanics and is associated with porosity of the powder material. It is demonstrated that physical mesomechanics and magnetic measurements hold promise as an efficient tool of research in porous ferromagnetic materials in various effective external fields. The thus studied magnetic characteristics allow efficient control of heat treatment modes of 50Ni2Mo powder steel.  相似文献

A system of band electrons with the two constants of intra-atomic exchange interaction simulates the different local environment of magnetic atoms in alloys. Temperature behavior of the magnetic characteristics of disordered Fe-Al alloys is investigated on the basis of an improved theory of dynamic fluctuations in electron spin density. 针对临近空间飞行器的黑障问题,根据模拟的RAM C-Ⅲ飞行器周围的流场分布结果,计算了等离子体电子密度和碰撞频率,并根据其分布建立了非均匀的等离子体模型。在此基础上,利用散射矩阵方法分析了太赫兹波在等离子体中的传输特性随着等离子体密度、等离子体厚度、等离子体碰撞频率的变化以及外加磁场对传输特性的影响。结果表明,太赫兹波的传输损耗随着等离子体电子密度和等离子体厚度的增加而增加,而碰撞频率的增加会使得透射率先减小后增加。在外加磁场的作用下,左旋太赫兹波的传输特性会得到改善;而对于右旋太赫兹波,磁场的施加会引入吸收峰,并且随着磁感应强度的增加向高频方向移动。  相似文献

A theoretical investigation is conducted on the dynamic and energetic characteristics of a multi-stable bimorph cantilever energy harvester that uses magnetic attraction effect. The multi-stable energy harvester under study is composed of a bimorph cantilever beam with soft magnetic tip and two externally fixed permanent magnets that are arranged in series. With this configuration, the magnetic force and the moment that are exerted on the cantilever tip tend to be highly dependent on the magnetic field induced by the external magnets. Such an energy harvester can possess multi-stable potential functions, ranging from mono-stable to penta-stable. The mechanism that governs the formation of this multi-stability is thoroughly identified and examined thorough a bifurcation analysis performed on the system?s equilibrium solutions. From this analysis, it is found that the transitions between these multi-stable states occur through very complicated bifurcation scenarios that include degenerate pitchfork bifurcations and mergers of pitchfork bifurcations or saddle-node bifurcations. Bifurcation set diagram is obtained, which is composed of five separate parametric regions, from mono- to penta-stability. The resulting stability map satisfactorily describes the multi-stable characteristics of the present energy harvester. In addition, the dynamic and energetic characteristics of the present multi-stable energy harvester are more thoroughly examined using its potential energy diagrams and a series of numerical simulations, and the obtained results are compared with those for the equivalent bi-stable cases.  相似文献
