The extract of the aerial and underground parts of Phlomis likiangensis afforded two new iridoid derivatives, namely as phloloside H (1) and phloline (2), along with four known compounds (36), and compound 2 was a novel normonoterpene. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic studies and chemical methods. 从短柄雪胆的块根中分离得到了14个三萜葫芦素类化合物. 经波谱分析及化学方法鉴定了它们的结构, 其中有新化合物5个, 分别命名为短柄雪胆苷A~E (15), 以及肉花雪胆苷元A (6), 藤三七雪胆苷R8 (7), 肉花雪胆苷I (8), 肉花雪胆苷II (9), 肉花雪胆苷III (10), 雪胆甲素(11), 雪胆乙素(12), 雪胆甲素苷(13), 藤三七雪胆苷R1 (14)等9个已知化合物. 6是首次从自然界中得到的化合物.  相似文献

Divaccinosides A–D (14), four rare iridoid glucoside cyclodimers in the truxillate forms, were characterized from the leaves of Vaccinium bracteatum. They were presumably biosynthesized from two known iridoid glucoside monomers, vaccinoside (5) and 10-O-trans-p-coumaroyl-6α-hydroxyl-dihydromonotropein (6), via a [2+2] cycloaddition reaction. The structures of the new compounds were established by comprehensive spectroscopic measurements, combined with chemical conversions and single crystal X-ray crystallographic analyses.  相似文献

Abstract

The phytochemical examination of the polar constituents of Sambucus ebulus L. leaves led to the identification of patrinoside (1) and of a new diglycoside iridoid, patrinoside-aglycone-11-O-[β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→6)-2′-deoxy-β-D-glucopyranoside] (trivially named as sambuloside) (2). A new neolignan, 5-(3″-acetoxypropyl)-2-(4′-hydroxy-3′-methoxyphenyl)-7-methoxy-3-methylbenzofuran (1) along with nine analogues were isolated from the thorns of Gleditsia japonica var. delavayi by solvent extraction and repeated column chromatography. Their structures were elucidated by means of extensive spectroscopic analysis including 1D, 2D-NMR techniques and HR-ESIMS. A new iridoid glycoside, named loganic acid ethyl ester (1), together with five known compounds: chlorogenic acid (2), caffeic acid (3), loganin (4), cantleyoside (5) and syringaresinol-4',4'-O-bis-β-D-glucoside (6) were isolated from the roots of Dipsacus asper. The structure of compound 1 was elucidated on the basis of detailed spectroscopic analyses. Lignan is isolated from Dipsacaceae species for the first time. From the aerial parts of Eremostachys moluccelloides Bunge , a new iridoid glucoside, lamalbidic acid ( 7 ), was isolated as its choline salt 7a together with six known iridoid glucosides, 5‐deoxysesamoside ( 1 ), 6β‐hydroxy‐7‐epiloganin ( 2 ), lamalbide ( 3 ), shanzhiside methyl ester ( 4 ), sesamoside ( 5 ), and 5‐deoxypulchelloside I ( 6 ).
