An organic-inorganic hybrid polyoxometalate [Ni(phen)(H2O)3]2[Ni(H2O)5][H2W12O40]?·?6H2O (phen?=?1,10-phenanthroline) has been isolated and characterized by IR, UV, electrochemistry and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. X-ray crystallographic study indicates that the title compound is monoclinic, space group C2/c, with lattice constants a?=?21.7672(17), b?=?16.1189(12), c?=?20.7949(16)?Å, β?=?107.8440(10)°, V?=?6945.2(9)?Å3, D c?=?3.528?Mg?m?3, F(000)?=?6600, Z?=?4, R 1?=?0.0372, wR 2?=?0.0845. The molecular fragment of the title compound consists of two supporting [Ni(phen)(H2O)3]2+ coordination cations, one supporting [Ni(H2O)5]2+ unit, one metatungstate polyoxoanion [H2W12O40]6? and six H2O molecules of crystallization.  相似文献

Two Cu(II) hydroxo succinates [Cu3(H2O)2(OH)2(C4H4O4)2]?·?4H2O (1) and [Cu4(H2O)2(OH)4(C4H4O4)2]?·?5H2O (2) and one Cu(II) hydroxo glutarate [Cu5(OH)6(C5H6O4)2]?·?4H2O (3) have been prepared and structurally characterized by single crystal X-ray diffraction methods. They feature 1D and 2D copper oxygen connectivity of elongated {CuO6} octahedra in “4?+?1?+?1” and “4?+?2” coordination geometries. Within 1, linear trimers of three edge-sharing {CuO6} octahedra are connected into copper oxygen chains, which are bridged by the anti conformational succinate anions to generate 2D layers with mono terminally coordinating gauche succinate anions on both sides. The layers are assembled into a 3D framework by interlayer hydrogen bonds with lattice H2O molecules distributed in channels. Different from 1, the principal building units in 2 are linear tetramers of four edge-sharing {CuO6} octahedra. The tetramers are condensed into copper oxygen chains and the succinate anions interlink them into a 3D framework with triangular channels filled by lattice H2O molecules. The {CuO6} octahedra in 3 are edge-shared to form unprecedented 2D inorganic layers with mono terminally coordinating glutarate anions on both sides. Interlayer hydrogen bonding interactions are responsible for supramolecular assembly of the layers into a 3D framework with lattice H2O molecules in the channels. The inorganic layers in 3 can be described as hexagonal close packing of oxygen atoms with the Cu atoms in the octahedral cavities. The title compounds were further characterized by elemental analyses, IR spectra and thermal analyses.  相似文献

由Er2O3、H4SiMo12O40和nmp合成了分子组成为[Er(nmp)4(H2O)3]H[SiMo12O40]2nmp0.5H2O(nmp=N-甲基吡咯烷酮)的配合物,并通过单晶X-射线衍射测定了晶体结构。结果表明,该化合物属单斜晶系,P21/c空间群,晶胞参数a=17.4601(7),b=18.1906(5),c=22.9096(8)?b=105.2980(10),Z=4,V=7018.5(4)3,Dc=2.504g/cm3,R=0.0460,wR=0.1114,F(000)=5064.配合物中Er3+以七配位的单加冠三棱柱构型配阳离子形式存在,与之配位的是4个N-甲基吡咯烷酮和3个H2O分子,该配阳离子与[SiMo12O40]4-阴离子通过静电作用相结合。  相似文献

Methods for the synthesis of iron(II) complexes with 1,2,4-triazole (HTrz) and 4-amino-1,2,4-triazole (NH2Trz) containing the decahydro-closo-decaborate ion [B10H10]2-were developed. The empirical formulas of the complexes were Fe(HTrz)3B10H10 · H2O (I) and Fe(NH2Trz)3B10H10 · H2O (II). The complexes were examined by static magnetic susceptibility measurements (2–300 K) and Moessbauer, IR, and electronic spectroscopy. Complex I exhibits the reversible spin transition 1 A 1 ? 5 T 2 and pink ? white thermochromism. The temperatures of the forward and reverse transitions in complex I were 246 and 233 K, respectively. Complex II remained in the high-spin state over the whole temperature range. The sharp decrease in its effective magnetic moment at T < 78 K was attributed to antiferromagnetic exchange interactions between Fe2+ ions.  相似文献

After a short survey of what is the present state of the cyclophosphates associated with the organic molecule NH2(CH2)4NH2, we report chemical preparation and crystal structure for a new example of such compounds. [NH3(CH2)4NH3]2P4O12.2H2O is monoclinic (S.G. : P21/n), with Z = 2 and the following unit-cell parameters : a = 7.6728(8) Å, b = 18.962(3) Å, c = 7.9789(9) Å β = 111.751(9)°. Bidimensional layer arrangement of P4O12 rings connected to the water molecules thanks to weak H-bonds run parallel to the ab plane. The organic groupements located between these inorganic planes perform the three-dimensional cohesion by NH····O hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

Three new ionic crystals based on Keggin anion and mixed-valent diruthenium tetracetate, [Ru2(CH3CO2)4(H2O)2]2[HnXW12O40]·[Ru2(CH3CO2)4(H2O)Cl]·12H2O {X = B, n = 3 (1); X = Si, n = 2 (2); X = Ge, n = 2 (3)}, have been prepared in acidic aqueous solution at about pH 3.0 by reaction of K4BW12O40·mH2O, K8SiW11O39·mH2O and K8GeW11O39·mH2O with diruthenium tetracetate Ru2(CH3COO)4Cl, respectively, and their structures were determined by X-Ray diffraction analysis. They are isostructural structure with the ratio of heteropolytungstate anion, Ru2(CH3CO2)4+ cation and neutral molecular Ru2(CH3CO2)4Cl of 1:2:1. The cyclic voltammetry in 0.5 M KNO3 aqueous solution at pH 3.0 show the respective electrochemical behaviors of the W-centers and Ru2-centers for these three complexes. Magnetic data analysis shows that diruthenium units display the ground state electronic configuration π*2δ* with large positive D value.  相似文献

Complexes [Ca(H2O)2(Dmf@CB[6])(Bdc)] · DMF · 4H2O (I) and [Ca(H2O)3(Dmf@CB[6])]Cl2 · 2H2O (II) are synthesized by the heating (95°C) of a mixture of calcium chloride and cucurbit[6]uril (CB[6]) in a mixture of dimethylformamide (DMF) and water with the addition of terephthalic acid (H2Bdc) in the case of complex I or triethylamine for complex II. The compounds are characterized by X-ray diffraction analysis, IR spectroscopy, and thermogravimetric and elemental analyses. The luminescence spectra are also recorded. According to the X-ray diffraction data, the calcium atom is coordinated by the oxygen atoms of the cucurbit[6]uril molecule, water molecules, and terephthalate anion (for I). The internal cavity of the cavitand is occupied by DMF.  相似文献

The synthesis and photocatalytic properties of a heteropolyoxoniobate, K(10)[Nb(2)O(2)(H(2)O)(2)][SiNb(12)O(40)]·12H(2)O (1), are reported, revealing an important role of Zr(4+) additives in the crystallization. Compound 1 exhibits overall photocatalytic water splitting activity, and its photocatalytic activity is significantly higher than that of Na(10)[Nb(2)O(2)][SiNb(12)O(40)]·xH(2)O (2). Fluorescence lifetime measurements suggest that the enhanced photocatalytic activity of 1 likely results from a larger yield of longer-lived charge trapping states in 1 due to the coordination of one water molecule to the bridging Nb(5+), leading to highly unsymmetrical seven-coordinated Nb(5+) sites.  相似文献

以V2O5, Na2B4O7·0H2O, NaH2PO4·2H2O, 乙二胺和H2O为原料, 按物质的量比0.5∶1∶1∶2.24∶111在180 ℃条件下晶化, 得到棕色晶体Na2[(VO)12O6B18O39(OH)3]·(11H3O)*4H2O. 单晶结构分析结果表明该化合物属单斜晶系, P21/n空间群, 晶胞参数 a=1.389 70(8) nm, b=1.661 59(9) nm, c=1.427 48(8) nm, β=95.691 0(10)°. Z=4, R=0.054 9. 该化合物的结构主要由阴离子簇[(VO)12O6B18O39(OH)3]13-构成. 该阴离子簇由B18O39(OH)3十八元环夹在两个以共边方式交替相连形成的V6O15簇中间, 通过共用氧原子形成三明治式结构新颖的硼-钒-氧阴离子簇, 结构中Na+以离子键方式将阴离子簇相互连接, 形成二维层状结构. 层与层之间通过分子间氢键相互作用. 价态计算结果表明, 结构中n(VⅣ)∶n(VⅤ)=5∶1.  相似文献

利用水热法合成了两种过渡金属配合物为模板剂的含水硼酸盐晶体Co(en)3[B4O5(OH)4]Cl·3H2O(1) 和 [Ni(en)3][B5O6(OH)4]2·2H2O (2),并通过元素分析、X射线单晶衍射、红外光谱及热重分析对其进行了表征。化合物1晶体结构的主要特点是在所有组成Co(en)33+, [B4O5(OH)4]2–, Cl– 和 H2O之间通过O–H…O、O–H…Cl、N–H…Cl和N–H…O四种氢键连接形成网状超分子结构。化合物2晶体结构的特点是[B5O6(OH)4]–阴离子通过O–H…O氢键连接形成沿a方向有较大通道的三维超分子骨架,模板剂[Ni(en)3]2+阳离子和结晶水分子填充在通道中。  相似文献

Compounds p-HOOCC6F4COOH · H2O (H2L · H2O), [Tb2(H2O)4(L)3 · 2H2O] n (I), and Tb2(Phen)2(L)3 · 2H2O (II) are synthesized. According to the X-ray structure analysis data, the crystal structure of H2L · H2O is built of centrosymmetric molecules H2L and molecules of water of crystallization. The crystal structure of compound I is built of layers of coordination 2D polymer [Tb2(H2O)4(L)3] n and molecules of water of crystallization. The ligands are the L2? anions performing both the tetradentate bridging and pentadentate bridging-chelating functions. The coordination polyhedron TbO9 is a distorted three-capped trigonal prism. Acid H2L manifests photoluminescence in the UV region (??max = 368 nm). Compounds I and II have the green luminescence characteristic of the Tb3+ ions, and the band with ??max = 545 nm (transition 5 D 4?? 7 F 5) is maximum in intensity. The photoluminescence intensity of compound II is higher than that for compound I.  相似文献

GdⅢ的配合物常被用作MRI造影剂[1,2]. GdⅢ的离子半径和电子结构分别为0.107 8 nm和高自旋f 7, 理论预测应与氨基多羧酸类配体形成稳定的九配位配合物[3~5]. 为证实理论预测并在此基础上寻找合适的可用于定向修饰的配体以及为提高GdⅢ配合物的脂溶性使其具有更好的细胞渗透性, 选择四齿配体nta和含有脂环烃的六齿配体Cydta分别合成了GdⅢ的配合物, 并测定了它们的分子结构. 结果显示, GdⅢ与nta形成九配位配合物, GdⅢ与Cydta形成八配位配合物.  相似文献

Two cobalt complexes [NaCoII(nta)(H2O)] n (H3nta?=?nitrilotriacetic acid) (1) and NH4[CoIII(ida)2]?·?2H2O (H2ida?=?iminodiacetic acid) (2) have been synthesized and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. Compound 1 crystallizes in the orthorhombic system, space group P212121 with a?=?7.9770(12)?Å, b?=?9.7613(15)?Å, c?=?12.1945(18)?Å, V?=?949.5(2)?Å3, Z?=?4, and R 1?=?0.0705 for 1597 observed reflections. Compound 2 crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group P2(1)/c with a?=?5.1801(3)?Å, b?=?11.2073(6)?Å, c?=?12.2891(7)?Å, V?=?707.09(7)?Å3, Z?=?2, and R 1?=?0.0349 for 1143 observed reflections. In compound 1, the Co is coordinated by a nitrogen and five oxygen atoms in a distorted octahedral geometry {CoNO5}, and the Na is coordinated by one water molecule and four carboxyl oxygen atoms in slightly distorted square pyramidal geometry. The entire structure shows a three-dimensional network. In compound 2, Co atom is equatorially coordinated by two ida ligands in a distorted octahedral geometry {CoN2O4}. The discrete [Co(ida)2]2? anions are linked by hydrogen bonding to a three-dimensional supramolecular network.  相似文献

Two novel zeotype crystals, K4[Cr3O(H2O)3(OOCH)6]2[P2W18O62]·9.5H2O(1) and K4 [Cr3O(H2O)3·X-ray single crystal diffraction. Crystal data: C12H43O103.5K4Cr6P2W18(1), hexagonal P6(3)/m, a=1.5895(2)nm, b=1.5895(2) nm, c=2.1620(4) nm, α=90°, β=90°, γ =120°, V=4.7305(13) nm3, Z=2,R1 =0. 0726, wR2=0. 1542; C6H57O98K4Cr3CoP2W17(2), hexagonal P6(3)/mmc, a=1. 61328 (3) nm, b=1.61328(3) nm, c=2. 06613 (9) nm, α=90°,β=90°, γ=120°, V=4. 6570(2) nm3, Z=2, R1=0. 0377,wR2 =0.1070. These crystals were characterized using elemental analysis, IR, TG-DTA, and XRD. It was found that the polyoxometalate anions maintained Wells-Dawson structure for crystal 1 and lacunary Wells-Dawson structure for crystal 2. Thermal analysis showed that crystal 1 lost the water of crystallization at 132 ℃, whereas crystal 2 lost the water of crystallization at 100 ℃. Crystal 1 could reversibly desorb and adsorb water molecules and its crystal structure could be restored after re-adsorbing the water molecules. It was also found from the XRD patterns that the void size of crystal 2 is smaller compared with that of crystal 1, which is attributed to the higher anion charges.  相似文献
