The extraction of uranium(VI) with bis(hexylsulfinyl)methane (BHxSM) from nitric acid aqueous solution has been investigated. It was found that the extraction increased with increasing nitric acid concentration up 8.5 mol/l and then decreased. Extraction distribution ratio also increased with the bis(hexylsulfinyl)methane concentration. The extraction species appear to be UO2(NO3)2 .2BHxSM. The influences of temperature, salting-out concentration and oxalate concentration on the extraction equilibrium were also investigated, and the enthalpy of the extraction reaction was obtained. The result shows that the reaction of uranium(VI) extraction with BHxSM is an exothermic one.  相似文献

The synergistic extraction of uranium(VI) from aqueous nitric acid solution with mixtures of bis(hexylsulfinyl)ethane (BHxSE) and petroleum sulfoxides (PSO) in 1,1,2,2-tetrachloroethane was studied. It has been found that the maximum synergistic extraction effect occurs when the molar ratio of PSO to BHxSE is close to 1. The composition of the complex of synergistic extraction was estimated as UO2(NO3)2 .BHxSE.PSO. The formation constant of the complex was equal to KBP = 4.23±0.03. The effects of extractant, nitric acid, salting-out agent, and complex anion concentrations and temperature on the extraction equilibrium of uranium(VI) were also studied.  相似文献

Solvent extraction of Pu(IV) and Am(III) from aqueous nitric acid into room temperature ionic liquid (RTIL) by an acidic extractant HDEHP (di-2-ethyl hexyl phosphoric acid) was carried out. The D values indicated substantial extraction for Pu(IV) and poor extraction for Am(III) at 1M aqueous nitric acid concentration. However at lower aqueous nitric acid concentrations (pH 3), the Am(III) extraction was found to be quantitative. The least squares analysis of the extraction data for both the actinides ascertained the stoichiometry of the extracted species in the RTIL phase for Pu(IV) and Am(III) as [PuH(DEHP)2]3+, AmH(DEHP)2+. From the D values at two temperatures, the thermodynamic parameters of the extraction reaction for Pu(IV) was calculated.  相似文献

The extraction behaviour of Th(IV) and U(VI) in extraction chromatography has been investigated on the basis of partition and infrared studies. The stationary phase was purified undiluted TBP supported on Amberlite XAD-4 and the mobile phase was nitric acid. The results have shown that the equilibria for the extraction of Th(IV) and U(VI) by the TBP/XAD-4 resin agreed very closely with those in solvent extraction.  相似文献

Extraction of gold(III) with (RS)-1-(4-chlorophenyl)-4,4-dimethyl-3-(1H-1,2,4-triazol-1-ylmethyl)-pentan-3-ol from 3 M hydrochloric acid solutions (with chloroform as a diluent) has been studied. Optimal extraction conditions have been found. The reagent has been shown to extract efficiently metal ion from solutions containing 3 M hydrochloric acid due to formation of coordination bond between gold(III) and the N4 atom of the triazole ring. The coordination mechanism of gold(III) extraction has been proposed on the basis of the data obtained. Concentration constants of extraction have been calculated, and the thermodynamic parameters of extraction have been determined.  相似文献

The synergic extraction of uranium(VI) from nitric acid solution with petroleum sulfoxides (PSO) and tri-n-butyl phosphate (TBP) mixture has been studied. It has been found that maximum synergic extraction effect occurs if the molar ratio of PSO to TBP is two to three. The composition of the complex of synergic extraction is UO2(NO3)2·TBP·PSO. The formation constant of the complex isK PT=8.19. The effect of extractant concentration, nitric acid concentration, salting-out agent concentration and temperature on the extraction equilibrium of uranium(VI) was also studied.  相似文献

The kinetics of solvent extraction of U (IV), Th (IV) and U (VI) from nitric acid solution with tributyl phosphate (TBP) in kerosene and cyclohexane have been studied using the single drop technique. The effects of concentrations of U (IV), Th (IV), U (VI), nitric acid, nitrate, TBP and temperature on the extraction rates of U (IV), Th (IV) and U (VI) have been examined. The mechanisms for the three extraction processes are discussed.  相似文献

Extraction of rhenium(VII) and molybdenum(VI) from sulfuric, hydrochloric, and nitric acid solutions with hexabutyltriamide of phosphoric acid was studied. The influence exerted on the extraction of Re(VII) and Mo(VI) by the nature and concentration of an acid in the aqueous phase, temperature, time of contact between phases, and concentration of the extracting agent in the organic phase was analyzed. Isotherms of extraction of rhenium(VII) and molybdenum(VI) with solutions of hexabutyltriamide phosphoric acid in kerosene were obtained, the composition of the complexes being extracted was determined, the enthalpies and entropies were evaluated, and the concentration constants of extraction of the metals were found.  相似文献

The use of two-phase potentiometric metal extraction titrations to study solvent extraction equilibria is described. The method provides a highly reproducible and convenient manner by which to determine extraction behaviour. The system was tested on a number of acidic extractants, namely D2EHPA, Ionquest 801, Cyanex 272, naphthenic acid and Versatic 10 acid. The extraction from an aqueous nitrate medium of silver(I), copper(II) and cadmium(II) was studied. The potentiometric data were used to obtain extraction curves and elucidate the nature of the extracted complexes by slope analysis and non-linear least squares treatment. In general, the following extraction order was obtained: D2EHPA > Ionquest 801 > Cyanex 272 and naphthenic > Versatic 10 for copper(II) and cadmium(II). Organophosphorus acids were shown to form complexes of the nature of Cu(HA(2))(2) with copper(II) and carboxylic acids formed dimeric complexes (CuA(2)(HA))(2). With cadmium octahedral complexes of the form CdA(2)(HA)(4) occurred. The extraction of silver(I) by Versatic 10 gave a dimeric complex (AgA(HA))(2). HA denotes the extractant in the acid form.  相似文献

The liquid-liquid extraction behavior of 2-ethylhexyltolylsulfoxide (EHTSO) towards uranium(VI) contained in nitric acid aqueous solution has been investigated. It was found that the extraction increases with increasing nitric acid concentration up to 5.0 mol/l and then decreases. Extraction also increases with increasing extractant concentration. The extracted species appears to be UO2(NO3)2 .2EHTSO. The influences of temperature, NH4NO3 and Na2C2O4 concentrations on the extraction equilibrium were also investigated and the thermodynamic functions of the extraction reaction were obtained.  相似文献

The extraction of iron(III) from aqueous phosphoric acid was studied using di-(2-ethylhexyl)phosphoric acid and trioctylphosphine oxide in nonaromatic hydrocarbon diluent. Distribution ratios have been investigated as a function of concentration of iron(III), phosphoric acid concentration, extractant concentration and extraction temperature. The apparent enthalpy change for the extraction reaction has been calculated from the temperature dependence data. It was found that the extractant dependency for iron(III) is first power indicating hydrolysis of iron(III) in the aqueous phase.  相似文献

Liquid-liquid extraction of Co(II) and Zn(II) by methylisobutylcetone (MIBK) has been studied systematically from NH(4)SCN/H(2)SO(4) media. The influence of sulphuric acid concentration on the percentage of extraction of Co(II) and Zn(II) has been discussed. It is shown that sulphuric acid concentration has not the same effect on distribution curves of Co(II) and Zn(II). Thus, it is possible to have a separation of Zn(II) of Co(II) when [NH(4)SCN] is 0.5 mol l(-1) and [H(2)SO(4)] is about 2 mol l(-1). Under these conditions the separation factor (S(Zn/Co)) is around 580. The results are treated in terms of thermodynamic activities in aqueous phase, to determine the composition of the extracted complexes (M:SCN(-)) and to discuss the extraction mechanism.  相似文献

Vanadium(V) extraction with octyl alcohol isomers from acid solutions was studied. Two areas are determined, wherein the vanadium(V) extraction in relation to acidity of the aqueous phase is maximal. The opposite effects of temperature on the extraction are found. The mechanism of the vanadium(V) extraction with high molecular weight alcohols from weakly acid solutions was suggested.  相似文献

The extraction of U(IV) from phosphoric acid by octylphenyl acid phosphate (OPAP) in kerosene was investigated. Parameters affecting the extraction of U(IV) from phosphoric acid were investigated. The effects of H3PO4, H2SO4, H2O2, Na2CO3 and (NH4)2CO3 concentrations, phase ratio and temperature on the stripping of uranium from the organic phase were studied. Based on the bench-scale results, a continuous counter-current extraction flow sheet was developed and tested using a 16-stage horizontal type mixer settler. The continuous extraction scrubbing stripping showed that the extraction efficiency of the developed process is 99%, whereas the stripping efficiency is 97%.  相似文献
