白术挥发性成分的超临界流体萃取及其分析   总被引:5,自引:0,他引:5  
采用超临界流体萃取白术挥发油成分,对萃取条件进行优化,并用气相色谱、气相色谱-质谱分析鉴定出超临界流体萃了的挥发油中22个化合物。最佳的超临界流体萃取条件为压力22.0MPa,温度60℃,0.5mL乙醇作改性,先静态萃取10min(CO2用量2.0mL),再动态萃取40min(CO2流速为0.3mL/min)。将超临界流体萃取与水蒸气蒸馏进行对比,水蒸气蒸馏5h的油收率仅为超临界流体萃取1h油收率的10.32%,证明超临界流体萃取替代传统萃取的必要性。  相似文献

Abstract

An HPLC detector was modified to operate as a low pressure on-line supercritical fluid extraction detector. Spectra of CO2 and fluorene are presented of pressures ranging from 85 to 150 atm. Both the intensity and emission wavelength of fluorene were effected by CO2 pressure. As pressure increased, the emission intensity also increased and the emission shifted to a shorter wavelength. The intensity of CO2 emission decreased by increasing pressure. The emission wavelength of CO2 was unaffected by pressure. A detection limit for fluorene was found to be 5 μg per extraction. The minimal detectable mass was 25 μg (± 8% RSD) per extraction.  相似文献

超临界流体萃取是近年来发展起来的一种新的分离技术。本文使用自己研制的超临界流体萃取仪对吸附有痕量正构烷烃的Al2O3进行萃取,对各种操作条件进行优化。并对卢柑皮及生姜样品进行初步的萃取分析。结果证明该仪器设计合理,具有操作简便、高效、自动化程度高的优点,为复杂样品中痕量组分的萃取分析奠定了基础。  相似文献

The extraction of n-alkanes, polyaromatic hydrocarbons (naphthalene, methylated naphthalenes, phenanthrene, methylated phenanthrenes, anthracene, and methylated anthracenes) and biomarkers (hopanes) from Posidonia shale by high temperature supercritical fluid (HT-SFE) carbon dioxide extraction has been evaluated, including the relative contributions from thermal desorption and relative comparisons to conventional Soxhlet extraction. These current results confirm those of previous studies indicating a widely differing extractability of strongly and weakly associated hydrocarbons in ancient sediments and the significantly higher recoveries possible using HT-SFE compared to conventional Soxhlet extraction. The present study also demonstrates that these high HT-SFE recoveries are due to true extraction rather than simple thermal desorption and that this procedure is a useful tool to study speciation as well as total extractable hydrocarbons from sediments.  相似文献

本工作用超临界CO2对环境模拟样品中的正构烷烃和多环芳烃的超临界分级萃取方法及超临界CO2的压力,温度和用量对分级效率的影响进行了详细的研究。结果表明,在低压、低温下(80MPa,50℃)能成功地分级萃取正构烷烃和多环芳烃,其C10~C18的萃取率为99.94%~59.28%,而多环芳烃基本未被萃取。当压力升至26.0MPa、温度升至80℃时,可有效地萃取多环芳烃,实现了正构烷烃和多环芳烃的有效分离  相似文献

Abstract

A simple heat driven pump for in-the-field supercritical fluid extraction was constructed and evaluated. The pump pressurized CO2 from a standard (54 atm) siphon tube supply cylinder to over 400 atm. Pressurization was achieved and maintained by cyclic heating of a pump chamber containing CO2 to 250°C then cooling and refilling the pump chamber with CO2. The pressurized CO2 was transferred to a heated reservoir from which the CO2 flowed into the extraction cell. Pulse free pressure was maintained in the extraction cell indefinitely at 135 atm with a back pressure regulator. The pressure variation of the solvent delivered to the extraction cell during this period was negligible. The total weight of the system was 5.5 Kg.  相似文献

Abstract

A method is presented for the simultaneous determination of polychlorobiphenyls and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in bivalve samples. The method implies the fortification of the freeze-dried sample with isotopically labeled internal standards; followed by extraction with supercritical carbon dioxide modified with 3% methanol, then a simple clean-up step on a silicagel packed Pasteur pipette and, finally, determination by gaschomatography-mass spectrometry. The method requires little time and labor compared to traditional methods, uses negligible amounts of solvents and produces little wastes. Sixty different PCB congeners and seven selected PAHs are analyzed. Six replicate analyses were performed on the SRM 2974 certified material and the results are discussed.  相似文献

利用超临界萃取技术提取分析基体中痕量目的组分时,常需加入适宜的改性剂以提高萃取效率。本文综述了改性剂的作用机理研究进展,即改性剂增大溶质溶解度、覆盖基体活性位防止已脱附的溶质重吸附、基体溶胀以及化学衍生作用等。总结了在使用改性剂过程中诸如改性剂的选择、加入方法及可能产生的副作用等相关问题。最后讨论了目前研究和应用过程中尚待解决的问题。  相似文献

In the present paper is reported the metnocl for the isolation and extraction of total flavonoids of Epimedium Koreanum Nateai by means of supercritical fluid extraction(SFE). By examining pressure, temperature, amounts of modifier and extraction time, the optimized condition of SFE is confirmed as 30 MPa and 60℃, with 70% ethanol as the modifier. The samples were statically extracted for 30 min, followed bydynamic extraction for 120 min at a flow rate of 6 mL/min. The quantitative analysis of total flavonoids was performed by UV-Vis spectrophotometry. Compared with the conventional method, the SFE method is more efficient, more rapid and more friendly environmentally.  相似文献
