Transmission tomography is considered for the case of the variable surface sensitivity of a detector. An equation is proposed for a 2D problem that is a correlation between measured intensity and the distribution of extinction coefficient. A method is developed that reduces reconstruction to searching for a system of linear algebraic equations. Simulation experiments demonstrate its advantages over beam tomography approximation.  相似文献

A three-dimensional contact problem with an unknown contact region for a transversely isotropic half-space, when the isotropy planes are perpendicular to the half-space boundary, is investigated. The method described makes it possible to evaluate effectively the Brinell and Vickers hardness and the contact strength of materials, the near-surface properties of which can substantially depend on the direction (titanium, zinc, beryllium, cobalt, aluminum and zinc oxides, graphite, wood, temoral bone, sapphire, etc; five elastic constants). We use the fact that the kernel of the integral equation of a contact problem can be represented in a form free of quadratures. Such a form of the kernel, in view of the simplicity of its regularization in singular points, makes it possible to apply the method of nonlinear boundary integral equations developed by Galanov to solve the contact problem with an unknown contact region. To debug the computer program, an exact solution of the contact problem for a stamp shaped like an elliptic paraboloid is used. Calculations are made for various materials with the incorporation of the stamp shaped as a rectangular pyramid. The contact regions, pressures, and the values of the impressing force with the specified stamp immersion are determined.  相似文献

High-frequency surface magnetic polaritons of finite amplitude propagating along the interface between a ferrite and a nonlinear insulator in a weakly nonuniform, shaft-shaped external magnetic field are investigated theoretically. The analysis is based on employment of the variational method together with bilinear relations having the form of Lorentz’s lemma. It is shown that the wave dispersion and the transverse profile of a wave along the field nonuniformity depend significantly on the amplitude of the wave. Zh. Tekh. 不锈钢表面激光熔覆层与喷焊层耐磨性对比研究   总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4  
本文研究在1Cr18Ni9Ti基体上采用激光熔覆和离子喷焊二种工艺形成的涂层对耐磨性的影响。使用5kW横流CO2激光器对预置在基体上的Co基自熔合金粉末进行单道或多道扫描,得到的熔层与等离子焊层对比结果是:激光熔层缺陷率低,成品率高,其结构致密均匀,晶粒细小,成分稀释率更小,对基体热影响小,熔层硬度与强韧性更高。性能试验证明:激光熔层具有更高的抗擦伤磨损和抗冲击滑动高温磨损性能,耐磨性提高了一倍左右。  相似文献

The paper investigates the increase of anticorrosive and antimicrobial properties of a composite elaborated by coating TiAlZr with Ag nanoparticles. Silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) were synthesized by reducing silver salts using NaBH4, and were characterized using dynamic light scattering instrument to determine the size distribution. The morphological and elemental analysis of Ag nanoparticles on the TiAlZr surface were performed with scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and energy disperse spectroscopy (EDS). Antibacterial activity was evaluated on the basis of the inhibition of the growth of Escherichia coli bacteria, and of the electrochemical parameters from dynamic polarization tests performed in Ringers bioliquid.An empirical model of antibacterial effect of silver nanoparticles at biointerface in the presence of TiAlZr implant was discussed.  相似文献

An exact closed system of equations is proposed for describing the shape of the free surface of a viscous steady-state liquid in the 2D case in terms of the surface itself. Possible equilibrium configurations of the free surface of a conducting liquid deformed by a nonuniform external electric field are investigated. The liquid rests on an electrode that has the shape of a dihedral angle formed by two intersecting equipotential half-planes (conducting wedge). It is assumed that the problem has plane symmetry: the surface is invariant under shift along the edge of the dihedral angle. A one-parametric family of exact solutions for the shape of the surface is found in which the opening angle of the region above the wedge serves as a parameter. The solutions are valid when the pressure difference between the inside and outside of the liquid is zero. For an arbitrary pressure difference, approximate solutions to the problem are constructed and it is demonstrated the approximation error is small. It is found that, when the potential difference exceeds a certain threshold value, equilibrium solutions are absent. In this case, the region occupied by the liquid disintegrates, the disintegration scenario depending on the opening angle.  相似文献

The morphology of a glass surface having a transparent coating processed with focused femtosecond laser pulses is investigated. The transparent coating is formed of poly-methyl methacrylate (PMMA). When the glass was coated with a PMMA film with a thickness of 2.8 μm, bumps were formed over a wide range of axial focus positions. The same laser pulse energy produced cavities when processing bare glass with no coating. The bumps were formed as a result of suppressing material emission from the glass surface by a shielding effect of plasma generated by ablation of the PMMA film and by physical blocking of the PMMA film. A thinner film with a thickness of 0.7 μm produced a reduced shielding effect, forming an exploded bump with a small pit at its center and debris around the periphery. The problem of the diffraction of Alfvén and magnetosonic waves by a boundary between two media in the form of a plane interface modulated by a running sinusoidal wave is considered in the linear approximation on the basis of the mathematical apparatus of integral equations of solar magnetohydrodynamics. Chemical mechanical polishing (CMP) has become a primary planarization technique required for the manufacture of a computer hard disk substrate. In CMP, erosive wear, which is regarded as one of the wear mechanisms underlying the interaction between the abrasive particles and polished surfaces, can occur when materials are removed by the surface collision of particles which are carried by a fluid medium. A fundamental understanding of the process in which nanoparticles impact on the surface of the nickel-phosphorous (Ni-P) coating plated on the computer hard disk substrate is important to the control and preventing of surface defects during CMP. In this study, a cylindrical liquid jet containing de-ionized water and SiO2 nanoparticles impacts obliquely on the surface of Ni-P coating at a speed of 10 m/s. Microscopic examinations of the impacted surface are performed using a high resolution transmission electron microscope, an atomic force microscope, etc. Experimental results indicate that craters and scratches in the surface have taken place after nanoparticle impacts, and crystal grains in nano-scale and an element phosphorus concentration can be found in the sub-surface layer of the impacted surface.  相似文献

The propagation of electromagnetic surface waves with extraordinary polarization across the circular axis of a metal ring in a magnetized plasma is studied using perturbation theory. The amplitude of the fundamental mode of these waves is determined to within second-order terms, and the amplitudes of the nearest satellite modes are found correct to first-order terms. The correction to the eigenfrequency that comes from the nonuniformity of a constant toroidal magnetic field is shown be a second-order quantity.  相似文献

A multimode fiber-optic surface plasmon resonance(SPR) sensor with a MgF2 film as a modulated layer is studied.The fiber-optic SPR sensor is investigated theoretically,specifically the influence of the dielectric protecting layer,using a four-layer model.The sensor is then fabricated with the optimal parameters suggested by the theoretical simulation.The sensor has a high sensitivity in the analyte refractive index(RI) range of 1.33-1.40.The best sensitivity of 4 464 nm/RIU is achieved in the experiment.The use of dielectric film(MgF2) can not only modulate the resonance wavelength of the sensor,but also protect the silver film from oxidation.  相似文献

通过脉冲激光器(Nd-YAG)在AZ91D镁合金基底上熔覆Al+SiC粉体。采用扫描电子显微镜、能量色散谱(EDS)和X-射线衍射测定分析熔覆层的显微组织、化学成分和物相组成。研究表明:Al+SiC涂层主要由SiC,b-Mg17Al12及Mg和Al相组成,激光熔覆层与镁合金基底表现出良好的冶金结合。所有样品都具有树枝状结构,且随着SiC质量分数的增大,树枝状和胞状结构的间隔变得更大。熔覆涂层的表面硬度高于基底,并且随着熔覆层中的SiC质量分数的增加而增大,SiC质量分数为40%的熔覆层具有最大的显微硬度,达到180 HV,然而质量分数为10%的熔覆层硬度为136 HV。销盘滑动磨损试验表明,复合涂层中的SiC颗粒和原位合成的Mg17Al12相显著提高了AZ91D镁合金的耐磨损性,其中,SiC质量分数从10%增加到30%过程中磨损体积损失逐渐减少,SiC质量分数在20%~30%时熔覆层具有最好的耐磨性。  相似文献
