基于不同网络层次嵌入视角,考虑集群内网络和超集群网络嵌入的不同情况,综合运用Hotelling博弈和演化博弈,建立集群企业与集群外部企业间知识共享决策与演化的动态模型,探讨在无政府补贴和有政府补贴条件下高技术与低技术集群企业间的博弈决策。研究发现,高技术集群企业会挤占低技术集群企业与集群外企业的知识共享,知识共享成本是影响集群内外企业知识共享的关键因素,政府可以引导集群内企业更多地与集群外企业进行知识共享。最后运用数值仿真对研究结论进行验证。  相似文献

知识传播是产业集群内知识资源动态累积的过程,是新时期产业集群竞争优势的重要源泉之一。本文根据企业规模及其在产业集群内地位的差异将集群企业划分大小两类异质企业,构建了基于传染病模型的产业集群内异质企业间的知识传播模型,通过模型分析推导出了知识传播再生数的一般表达式,验证了知识传播平衡点的存在性与稳定性。进一步结合仿真分析发现,企业间接触率、学习成功率、大小企业比例均会影响到知识传播的再生率,进而影响集群知识传播的平衡点,且在知识传播再生数大于1的情况下,随着集群内大企业占比的上升,知识传播再生数将相应下降,集群内知识交流氛围的活跃性也将下降。  相似文献

针对产业集群协同创新中核心企业和配套企业的知识共享问题, 通过构建微分博弈模型, 运用HJB方程分别考察三种知识共享博弈情形下核心企业和配套企业的最优知识共享策略。通过三种博弈结果的比较分析发现:Stackelberg主从博弈情形下, 知识共享投入补贴作为一种激励策略可促进配套企业知识共享意愿、双方各自知识共享收益以及双方知识共享总收益均优于Nash非合作情形;协同合作博弈情形下双方各自知识共享意愿、各自知识共享收益和双方知识共享总收益均优于非合作情形, 且收益分配系数α存在一个阈值, 可实现双方个体收益的帕累托最优。最后, 通过数值算例分析验证了理论推导的结果。  相似文献

员工间知识共享行为作为企业知识资源的积累和更新的重要来源为企业发展提供了动力源泉,另一方面员工间知识共享行为又受到组织环境、员工观念、技术环境等多方面制约。本文以河北省国有企业员工为研究对象,以组织公平为前因变量,组织嵌入为中介变量,知识共享行为为因变量构建理论模型,并且检验了三者之间的关系。研究结果显示:组织公平、组织嵌入对知识共享行为存在显著正向影响,其中组织嵌入在组织公平与知识共享行为之间存在部分中介作用。  相似文献

通过三阶段博弈模型分析竞争性企业技术联盟知识共享效应,结果表明:知识共享的程度是随着竞争性企业技术联盟规模的扩大而增加的.因为随着技术联盟规模的扩大,知识共享的规模收益会逐渐上升,从而减少了由于知识溢出而带来的损失.因此,在企业技术联盟内部构建一个能够有效地吸收、保持和共享知识的机制对于提高技术联盟的绩效具有积极的作用.  相似文献

利用委托代理模型来深入研究了激励方案与顾客非自发性知识共享行为间的关系.当企业无法直接观察到顾客知识共享的努力水平,并且顾客知识共享的努力水平与知识经济收益间存在不确定的关系时,只是向顾客提供固定奖励不是一个可以最大化知识经济净收益的激励方案.最优激励方案中必定需要包含随着知识经济收益变化而变化的变动奖励部分.顾客知识在向经济收益转化的不确定性水平越高则激励方案中的固定部分的比例就越低,而变动部分的比例就越高.而当顾客风险厌恶水平越高时,激励方案中的固定部分的比例就越高,而变动部分的比例就越低.  相似文献

新时期企业创新网络中的跨组织知识共享,成为组织间知识资源有效利用的重要方式。通过构建有限理性、知识位势条件下主客体组织的跨组织知识共享演化博弈模型,研究分析了创新网络中主客体组织跨组织知识共享的策略选择。结果表明企业跨组织知识共享中的合作意愿、合作利益分配、合作双方的知识存量及知识结构差异、知识保护力度、社会联系等均是影响双方合作效率的重要因素。其中,最优的利益分配范围、主客体组织的知识存量及知识结构、知识保护力度等对企业创新网络中跨组织知识共享合作的成功起到关键性作用。  相似文献

本文从市场中客户对企业提出的各种需求出发,建立了一个面向客户需求的知识传播网络,并通过计算机仿真模拟了企业集群在此网络中的知识传播过程,考察了集群的平均知识水平和知识方差在传播过程中的动态变化。通过仿真发现:随着时间的推移和对客户需求的满足,集群的平均知识水平呈单调递增趋势,知识传播效率呈现先增后减规律;集群知识方差在传播前期会出现剧烈震荡现象,而后期则会逐渐收敛;此外本文对市场规模以及知识维度对知识水平的影响也做了简单的考察,发现小规模市场有利于企业集群的初期发展,而过高或过低的知识维度都不利于企业集群平均知识水平的提高。  相似文献

云计算开源生态正在逐步形成,促进知识共享、规避开源风险成为开源运营及开源治理的重要目标。本文基于演化博弈理论,构建了行业自律和政府监管两种治理机制下多方利益相关者(云计算企业、产业联盟以及政府)之间的演化博弈模型,分析了关键参数对各方策略及系统收益的影响。研究发现,在行业自律机制下,违约金和基金会补贴会促进知识共享合作,而产业联盟对于风险的存在则更为敏感。在政府监管机制下,罚款和政府补贴可以帮助参与者平衡风险并促进知识共享合作。研究结果可为云计算开源生态的可持续发展提供决策参考。  相似文献

The aim of the study is to examine prospective mathematics teachers’ pedagogical content knowledge in terms of knowledge of understanding students and knowledge of instructional strategies which are the subcomponents of pedagogical content knowledge. The participants of this research consist of 98 prospective teachers who are studying in two universities in Turkey. The participants were selected with the purposive sampling method which is one of the non-random sampling methods. Case study method, which is based on the qualitative research approach, was used. The answers given by secondary school students to fraction-related open-ended questions in the study of Soylu and Soylu were used as the data collection tool. The obtained data were analyzed via the content analysis technique. The analyses showed that the prospective mathematics teachers’ pedagogical content knowledge on fractions was not at an adequate level in identifying and correcting students’ errors. However, it was observed that the prospective teachers experienced more difficulty in the knowledge of instructional strategies compared to the knowledge of understanding students.  相似文献

知识共享是促进产业技术联盟绩效增长的重要途径。考虑产业技术联盟成员风险偏好的差异性,引入成员风险因子与知识共享收益因素,构建基于风险因子和知识共享收益非线性关系的演化博弈支付矩阵,并求得博弈的均衡解。通过TD产业联盟的案例分析,仿真模拟风险因子、收益分配系数等因素对知识共享意愿的影响。研究结果表明:联盟成员的共享意愿对收益分配系数的变化非常敏感;风险因子和知识共享程度对联盟成员的共享意愿影响较大。  相似文献

The purpose of the current study was to evaluate the impact of co‐taught integrated STEM methods instruction on preservice elementary teachers’ self‐efficacy for teaching science and mathematics within an integrated STEM framework. Two instructional methods courses (Elementary Mathematics Methods and Elementary Science Methods) were redesigned to include STEM integration components, including STEM model lessons co‐taught by a mathematics and science educator, as well as a special education colleague. Quantitative data were gathered at three time points in the semester (beginning, middle, and end) from 55 preservice teachers examining teacher self‐efficacy for integrated STEM teaching. Qualitative data were gathered from a purposeful sample of seven preservice teachers to further understand preservice teachers’ perceptions on delivering integrated STEM instruction in an elementary setting. Quantitative results showed a significant increase in teacher self‐efficacy across all three time points. Item‐level analysis revealed that self‐efficacy for tasks involving engineering and assessment (both formative and summative) were low across time points, while self‐efficacy for tasks involving technology and flexibility were consistently high. Qualitative results revealed that the preservice teachers did not feel adequately prepared by university‐level science and mathematics courses, in terms of content knowledge and integration of science and mathematics for elementary students.  相似文献

In this qualitative research study, we sought to understand teachers' conceptions of integrated mathematics. The participants were teachers in the first year of implementation of a state‐mandated, high school integrated mathematics curriculum. The primary data sources for this study included focus group and individual interviews. Through our analysis, we found that the teachers had varied conceptions of what the term integrated meant in reference to mathematics curricula. These varied conceptions led to the development of the Conceptions of Integrated Mathematics Curricula Framework describing the different conceptions of integrated mathematics held by the teachers. The four conceptions—integration by strands, integration by topics, interdisciplinary integration, and contextual integration—refer to the different ideas teachers connect as well as the time frame over which these connections are emphasized. The results indicate that even when teachers use the same integrated mathematics curriculum, they may have varying conceptions of which ideas they are supposed to connect and how these connections can be emphasized. These varied conceptions of integration among teachers may lead students to experience the same adopted curriculum in very different ways.  相似文献

This paper describes theoretical design principles emerging from the development of tasks for standard undergraduate mathematics courses that address applications to teaching secondary mathematics. While researchers recognize that mathematical knowledge for teaching is a form of applied mathematics, applications to teaching remain largely absent from curriculum resources for courses for mathematics majors. We developed various materials that contain applications to teaching that have been integrated into four standard undergraduate mathematics courses. Three primary principles influenced the design of the tasks that prepare future teachers to learn and apply mathematics in a manner central to their future work. Additionally, this paper provides guidance for instructors desiring to develop or implement similar applications. The process of developing these tasks underscores the importance of key features regarding the roles of human beings in the tasks, the intentional focus on advanced content connected to school mathematics, and the integration of active engagement strategies.  相似文献

知识转移过程是一个复杂的博弈过程,演化博弈论可以很好地解释转移主体行为。考虑到传统的演化博弈模型不能对知识转移主体非理性心理因素及风险偏好问题进行有效解释,本文将累积前景理论与演化博弈相结合,运用前景价值函数完善支付矩阵的部分参数,分析博弈模型的演化稳定策略。通过仿真模拟得出如下结论:知识转移存在两个演化稳定策略;转移策略由直接收益、转移成本及前景损益等因素决定;转移方的风险损失对转移策略影响较大,而接收方潜在收入对知识转移策略影响较小。  相似文献

There is a growing emphasis in the teaching profession on pedagogical content knowledge (PCK) as an important knowledge component. The study reported in this article investigates Turkish prospective mathematics teachers’ mathematics teaching knowledge in the numbers content domain. A series of 10 open-ended scenario-type questions were adopted to challenge 83 prospective mathematics teachers’ knowledge of the learner and presentation of content in the context of PCK. The participants’ responses were analysed by means of rubrics and scoring guides developed by the researchers. The results showed that many of the future teachers performed well in determining what misconceptions students might express in the given scenarios. However, a majority of the participants performed poorly on presentation of content in terms of instructional strategies. In line with these results, the authors offer some suggestions for teacher training programmes.  相似文献

企业创新发展已成为企业可持续发展的关键,是国家经济发展的重要助推器。企业创新研发过程会出现知识溢出行为,而知识溢出行为一方面将打击创新企业的创新积极性,但另一方面会促进企业与其他合作成员的合作关系。从知识传播过程入手,运用信息粘滞性去控制知识溢出程度,根据企业创新进程构建企业创新策略演化模型。研究发现独立创新阶段,采取知识投入策略的企业短期内会通过增加信息粘滞性来避免知识溢出,当企业双方都进行知识投入时,合作逐渐向协同创新发展;协同创新阶段,企业双方同时采用知识投入策略时,知识转移促进企业形成“溢出-吸收-反吸收”合作回路,知识内化能力、知识投入水平与政府补贴正向激励合作,信息粘滞性影响被合作优势消除。  相似文献
