The pyrolysis of two syndiotactic polypropylene samples with different molar mass and microstructure has been studied by means of TGA. The volatiles evolved have been analysed as a whole by mass spectrometry. The relative content of the different low mass alkenes, alkanes and dienes provides a fingerprint which has been used to asses the similarity of the mechanism. The changes in the apparent Ea with conversion have been shown by means of the Friedman’s method.The results show that, even though the chemical pattern is identical in both samples, important differences in the Ea trends are found. Such disparity in the energy requirements for the pyrolysis to take place can be reasonably attributed to the different microstructure of the samples.  相似文献

Thermogravimetric study of the pyrolysis of waste wood   总被引:6,自引:0,他引:6  
A thermogravimetric study of the pyrolysis of three different types of waste wood (forest wood, old furniture and used pallets) is carried out in a TGA equipment using dynamic and isothermal techniques. Isothermal runs were carried out at two temperature levels, one between 225° and 325°C (low range) and the other, between 700° and 900°C (high range). Results show a good agreement between the kinetic parameters obtained from either dynamic or isothermal techniques. It must be remarked that the own chemical composition of each type of wood together with the compounds added to the wood for each application, play a fundamental role in the kinetic behavior of their thermal decomposition.  相似文献

There has been much interest in the utilization of biomass-derived fuels as substitutes for fossil fuels in meeting renewable energy requirements to reduce CO2 emissions. In this study, the pyrolysis characteristics of biomass have been investigated using both a thermogravimetric analyzer coupled with a Fourier-transform infrared spectrometer (TG-FTIR) and an experimental pyrolyzer. Experiments have been conducted with the three major components of biomass, i.e. hemicellulose, cellulose, and lignin, and with four mixed biomass samples comprising different proportions of these. Product distributions in terms of char, bio-oil, and permanent gas are given, and the compositions of the bio-oil and gaseous products have been analysed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) and gas chromatography (GC). The TG results show that the thermal decomposition of levoglucosan is extended over a wider temperature range according to the interaction of hemicellulose or lignin upon the pyrolysis of cellulose; the formation of 2-furfural and acetic acid is enhanced by the presence of cellulose and lignin in the range 350-500 °C; and the amount of phenol, 2,6-dimethoxy is enhanced by the integrated influence of cellulose and hemicellulose. The components do not act independently during pyrolysis; the experimental results have shown that the interaction of cellulose and hemicellulose strongly promotes the formation of 2, 5-diethoxytetrahydrofuran and inhibits the formation of altrose and levoglucosan, while the presence of cellulose enhances the formation of hemicellulose-derived acetic acid and 2-furfural. Pyrolysis characteristics of biomass cannot be predicted through its composition in the main components.  相似文献

热裂解气相色谱法测定动物源性食品中敌百虫残留量   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
通过对热裂解气相色谱及气-质联用技术测定动物源性食品中敌百虫的探讨,建立了气相色谱进样口裂解产物的检测方法,并确定了气相色谱的主要分析条件(进样口280℃,DB-225毛细管色谱柱及FPD检测器)。样品前处理结合动物源性食品的特点,采用V(乙腈)∶V(水)=9∶1提取,乙酸锌水解除酯,并利用三氯化碳相转移的方式,建立了一套前处理方法。检测方法的回收率在80.7%~96.5%之间,RSD<5.5%,线性相关系数为0.9991,检出限为0.02mg/kg。该方法是按照我国关于兽药残留分析方法要求建立的,适合进出口及日常动物源性食品中敌百虫残留量的检测。  相似文献

In the work, rGO nanosheet is synthesized using the typical Hummer’s method, then Cu12Sb4S13 quantum dots@rGO composites are prepared by solvent thermal method, and Cu12Sb4S13 quantum dots with the average size of 5 nm are densely distributed on the surface of rGO sheet. NH3 gas response of Cu12Sb4S13 quantum dots@rGO nanosheet composites at room temperature of 25 °C is enhanced compared with the pure Cu12Sb4S13 quantum dots and rGO nanosheet, and the composites possess an excellent stability during the humidity range of 45%–80% with a low detection limit of 1 ppm, which is related with the intrinsic hydrophobicity characteristic of Cu12Sb4S13 quantum dots. It also proves that Cu12Sb4S13 quantum dots@rGO nanosheet composites have a quite high selectivity towards ammonia compared with ethanol, methanol, acetone, toluene, hydrogen sulfide and nitrogen dioxide at room temperature. The gas sensing mechanism of the composites is discussed primarily.  相似文献

利用热重分析仪和裂解气质联用仪进行生物质主要组分低温热解特性研究。热重实验结果表明,生物质主要组分的热稳定性为:纤维素>木质素>半纤维素。半纤维素主要热解温度在210℃~320℃,而纤维素和木质素的主要热解温度分别在310℃~390℃和200℃~550℃。裂解气质联用实验考察不同温度对生物质主要组分低温热解产物的影响。半纤维素热解产物主要有乙酸、1-羟基-丙酮和1-羟基-2-丁酮,纤维素热解产物主要包括左旋葡聚糖和脱水纤维二糖,而木质素热解产物主要是邻甲氧基苯酚。  相似文献

A comparison between conventional pyrolysis and a novel developed low-temperature microwave-assisted pyrolysis methodology has been performed for the valorisation of a range of biomass feedstocks including waste residues.Microwave pyrolysis was found to efficiently deliver comparable evolution of bio-gases in the system as compared with conventional pyrolysis at significantly reduced temperatures(120 180 C vs 250 400 C).The gas obtained from microwave-assisted pyrolysis was found to contain CO 2,CH 4 and CO as major components as well as other related chemicals(e.g.acids,aldehydes,alkanes) which were obtained in different proportions depending on the selected feedstock.  相似文献

Torrefaction is the thermal treatment techniques performed at relatively low temperature (<300 °C) in an inert atmosphere, which aims to improve the fuel properties attractively. In this study, woody biomass (Leucaena leucocephala) was torrefied at various temperatures and holding times and the pyrolysis behaviors of the torrefied wood were examined in detail by using TG-MS technique. It was found that the carbon content and the calorific value of the torrefied leucaena increased significantly when temperature and holding time during the torrefaction increased. From the TG-MS analysis, the pyrolysis behaviors of the torrefied leucaena were significantly different from those of the raw leucaena. The char yield at 800 °C for the torrefied leucaena was increased when increasing the holding time during the torrefaction. On the other hand, the tar yield during the pyrolysis decreased significantly with the increase in the holding time during the torrefaction. Through the results from the TG-MS analysis, it was concluded that the structure of leucaena was changed by the torrefaction at temperature below 275 °C and the cross-linking reactions occurred during the pyrolysis resulting in increase in char yields and decrease in tar yields. It was also suggested that the longer the holding time during the torrefaction, the more the cross-linking reactions proceed during the pyrolysis. The results obtained from the study provide the basic information for the pyrolyser and/or gasifier design by using torrefied biomass as a fuel.  相似文献

Six inorganic compounds, i.e., Na2CO3, NaOH, NaCl, Na2SiO3, TiO2 and HZSM-5, have been investigated with regard to their catalytic effects on pyrolysis of three biomass species, i.e., pine wood, cotton stalk and fir wood by thermal analysis experiments. The results show that Na2CO3, NaOH, Na2SiO3 and NaCl made devolatilization occur at lower temperature regions in the pyrolysis of the three kinds of biomass, whereas TiO2 and HZSM-5 made that occur at higher temperature regions in the pyrolysis of cotton stalk and had no obvious effects on pyrolysis temperatures of pine wood and fir wood. The basic catalysts NaOH, Na2CO3 and Na2SiO3 decreased the maximum weight loss rates while NaCl and HZSM-5 increased them and TiO2 had no obvious effects on them. The four sodium compounds made pyrolysis of the three kinds of biomass more exothermic, which might be due to more char formation, whereas TiO2 and HZSM-5 had minor effects on reaction heat. The catalytic effects in all aspects were roughly correlated with one another and their relationship with the basicity and acidity of the catalysts were preliminarily described and analyzed.  相似文献

利用SEM、BET及TGA对在873、1 073和1 273 K下制得的麦秆焦的理化特性进行分析,进行了用制得的麦秆焦还原NO的实验,同时考虑了焦样及NO初始浓度对该反应的影响,得出了热解温度对麦秆焦的各种物理化学特性及其与NO反应活性的影响。结果表明,1 073 K焦样的孔隙特征最为发达,燃烧活性最高,并对应最高的NO还原效率。焦作用下NO的还原率随着焦样浓度的增大线性升高,而随着初始NO浓度的增大呈幂函数的规律下降。不同热解温度下麦秆焦样与NO的反应均在1 173 K附近存在动力学控制和扩散控制的转折温度;在动力学控制的反应温度范围内,热解温度对麦秆焦与NO反应活化能的影响不大(89.78~95.41 kJ/mol),其中,NO浓度项和焦浓度项的反应级数分别为0.89和1.00。  相似文献

In order to perform biomass pyrolysis a continuous fluidized bed reactor (bench scale unit) has been assembled. The influence of experimental conditions such as heating-up time and optimum particle diameter is presented. By feeding the biomass (almond shells) directly into the bubbling bed, pyrolysis has been performed at temperatures ranging from 730° to 930°C at constant feed rate (44 g/h). Remarkable increase of H2 in the product gas is observed when steam rather than an inert carrier such as nitrogen is used thus confirming the potential of this approach.The support of ENEA (Italian Agency for Renewable Energies) is gratefully acknowledged.  相似文献

Cardanol-based epoxidized novolac vinyl ester resin (CNEVER) was synthesized by reacting cardanol-based epoxidized novolac (CNE) resin and methacrylic acid (MA) (CNE:MA molar ratio 1:0.9) in presence of triphenylphosphine as catalyst at 90 °C. The CNE resin was prepared by the reaction of cardanol-based novolac-type phenolic (CFN) resin and epichlorohydrin, in basic medium, at 120 °C. The CFN resin was synthesized by reacting cardanol (C) and formaldehyde (F) (C/F ratio = 1:0.7) with p-toluene sulphonic acid (PTSA) as catalyst (0.5 wt.%) at 120 °C for 7 h. The resin products were analyzed by Fourier-transform infra-red (FTIR) and nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectroscopic analysis. The number-average molecular weight of the prepared CNEVER was found to be 859 gmol−1 as determined by gel permeation chromatographic (GPC) analysis. The resin was cured by using the mixture of resin, benzoyl peroxide, and styrene at 120 °C. The CNEVER resin was found to be cured in 60 min at 120 °C. Differential scanning calorimetric (DSC) technique was used to investigate the curing behaviour. Single step mass loss in dynamic thermogravimetric (TG) trace of CNEVER was observed. Thermal stability of the vinyl ester sample containing 40 wt.% styrene was the highest amongst all other prepared systems.  相似文献

This paper presents a study of the influence of a NaOH treatment on leather samples tanned using different tanning agents. Thermogravimetric analysis (TG/DTG) and flash pyrolysis (Py/GC-MS) was carried out on treated samples, and the results were compared with those obtained with the untreated samples. Treatment with sodium hydroxide seemed to decrease the temperature of maximum leather decomposition rate between 4 and 27 °C, depending on the tanning agent, and increased the range of temperatures where leather degradation occurs. From flash pyrolysis experiments, it was found that the volatile products obtained from NaOH-treated samples contain higher amounts of nitrogen compounds than those obtained from untreated samples. The results of a multivariate analysis applied to pyrolytic products obtained in the flash pyrolysis of samples showed greater similarity between the results obtained in all treated samples than between treated and untreated samples produced with the same tanning process.  相似文献

Thermal treatment hyphenated with gas chromatography is a versatile and powerful tool in the study of polymer characterization. An inexpensive system where thermal treatment at different temperatures occurs inside a Programmable Temperature Vaporization injector (PTV) is described. The samples investigated, commercial plastics, are complex mixtures that contain several polymers and additives. These plastics as well as their pure constituents are subjected to multi-step thermal treatment. The individual chromatograms of the various constituents of the polymeric sample are correlated with those of the final material in order to identify additives (thermal desorption) and degradation products (pyrolysis). Results obtained with the new method indicate the interesting potentials of the technique for the characterization of polymer compositions. Reproducibility of absolute and relative peak areas has been considered and found to be acceptable. The absence of a heated transfer line and switching valves, which are always present in conventional set-ups, eliminates the risk of losses of high molecular weight components. Further advantages of the technique proposed are simplicity, versatility, and its inexpensive nature.  相似文献

The pyrolysis behaviors of l-tyrosine-based phthalonitrile(TPN) resin were investigated by thermogravimetric-Fourier transform infrared spectrometry-mass spectrometry (TG-FTIR-MS) and Pyrolysis-gas chromatography/mass spectrometry (Py-GC/MS). The small molecules produced during pyrolysis process of TPN resin were tracked in real time by TG-FTIR-MS. The larger molecules (m/z > 40) from fast pyrolysis at 900 °C of the TPN resin using Py-GC/MS were identified. From TG-FTIR-MS and Py-GC/MS results, the production pathways of pyrolysis products such as CO2, CO, NH3, benzonitrile and phenol were analyzed. The possible pyrolysis mechanism of TPN resin under non-oxidizing gaseous environment was proposed. The results of this study provide the useful information for designing the molecular structure of l-tyrosine-based polymers which possessing high thermal stability.  相似文献

生物质是一种可再生、污染小的自然资源,它可以直接燃烧产生热能,也可以转化为气体、液体燃料或化工原料。生物质热转化技术近年来受到国内外学者的广泛重视。而热转化过程中,热解是第一步,与生物质组分、热解温度、滞留时间等因素有关。热重仪(TGA)是一种研究热解机理常用的方法,它适用于慢速程序升温的热解研究。研究发现,热解条件及生物质种类对反应表观活化能与表观频率因子等动力学参数有很大影响。层流炉闪速加热设备,已经用于煤的热解研究。本文利用自己设计的以热等离子体为热源的层流炉系统,对椰子壳、棉花秆和稻壳粉末进行了闪速热解实验研究及模型理论分析,探讨了生物质化学组分、热解温度和滞留时间对挥发分的影响,为生物质闪速热解提供了一定的基础数据。  相似文献

The pyrolysis of biomass is a promising way for production of bio-gasoline if the stability and quality problems of the bio-crude-oil can be solved by catalytic cracking and reforming.In this paper,an on-line infrared spectrum was used to study thecharacteristics of catalytic pyrolysis with the following preliminary results.The removal of C O of organic acid is more difficultthan that of aldehydes and ketones.HUSY/γ-Al_2O_3 and REY/γ-Al_2O_3 catalysts exhibited better deoxygenating activities whileHZSM-5/γ-Al_2O_3 catalyst exhibited preferred selectivities for production of iso-alkanes and aromatics.Finally,possiblemechanisms of biomass catalytic pyrolysis are discussed as well.  相似文献
