对熔体急冷法制备的非晶合金 Fe52Co34Hf7B6Cu1 进行了不同频率的中频磁脉冲处理, 用透射电子显微镜、穆斯堡尔谱、正电子湮没寿命谱等方法研究了处 理前后试样的微观结构及结构缺陷变化. 结果表明,经中频磁脉冲处理后,样品发生了部分纳米晶化, 晶化量随磁脉冲频率增加而增加, 当磁脉冲频率为2000 Hz时, 晶化量达33.1%; 在淬态非晶样品中, 正电子在类单空位中的湮没寿命τ1为150.5 ps, 强度 I1为77.7%, 在微孔洞中的湮没寿命τ2为349.7 ps,强度I2为22.3%; 随磁脉冲频率的增加, τ1, τ2值呈现减小的变化趋势, 与淬态非晶相比, I1有所增加, I2下降, τ1, τ2的平均值τ大幅降低.  相似文献

 运用金刚石压砧同步辐射X射线衍射,对尖晶石结构的LiAl5O8进行了高压原位研究。实验发现:在高压下,一组LiAl5O8的新相衍射峰出现,随着压力的增加,其新相衍射峰逐渐增强,当压力增加到45.0 GPa时,LiAl5O8的低压相衍射峰全部消失,而形成了一组高压新相衍射峰。采用指标化程序对衍射数据进行处理和分析,确定这一高压新相为正交晶系结构,其晶胞参数为a=0.995 9 nm,b=0.644 7 nm,c=0.333 4 nm ,空间群为Pmm2。  相似文献

基于密度泛函微扰理论(DFPT)结合模守恒赝势方法进行晶格动力学模拟.得到了钇铝石榴石(YAG)的声子态密度、分波声子态密度和声子的色散谱.利用第一Brillouin区的特殊点取样方法,计算了YAG的比热容和布局数平均的声子群速度.在非谐相互作用下,利用Fermi黄金公式结合第一Brillouin区的特殊点取样方法,得出了YAG非谐声子平均自由程.综合考虑了两种声子散射机制,得到了YAG陶瓷的热导率.结果表明,对于YAG陶瓷,在低温时,晶界散射将对热阻起主要作用;在高于一定温度时,三声子相互作用对热阻的贡献将占主导地位.同时也从理论上证明了Sato等提出的在室温以上,YAG陶瓷与单晶的热导率的差异可以忽略的观点.所得到的热导率、比热容随温度的变化与实验结果很好地符合.  相似文献

 高压下的电学性质测量是获得材料物理性质的有效手段。利用集成在金刚石对顶砧上的薄膜微电路,测量了高压下Fe3O4/β-CD(β-糊精)的电导率,并分析了电导率随压力的变化关系。在0~39.9 GPa范围内,Fe3O4/β-CD的电导率随压力的增加而逐渐增大,并呈半导体的特征;而在17.0 GPa处其电导率发生突变,表明样品发生了高压相变。在卸压过程中,电导率随压力的变化呈线性关系,并且卸压后样品的电导率不能回到最初的状态,推测这是一个不可逆的高压结构相变。  相似文献

 采用高压高温方法合成了单相的带宽调控型La0.3Sr0.7CrO3 Mott化合物,对其晶体结构和磁学性质进行了研究。结果表明:La0.3Sr0.7CrO3化合物具有立方钙钛矿晶体结构,温度在170 K以上其磁性为顺磁性,满足居里-外斯定律,温度低于20.7 K发生了自旋玻璃转变。  相似文献

本文合成了磁性金属有机骨架材料Fe3O4@[Cu3(btc)2],并作为分散微固相萃取的吸附剂用于四环素类抗生素的富集. 对萃取的条件,包括萃取时间、溶液pH和洗脱溶剂对四环素类抗生素萃取效率的影响进行了研究. 结果显示Fe3O4@[Cu3(btc)2]可以有效富集四环素类抗生素,而四环素类抗生素与Fe3O4@[Cu3(btc)2]之间的静电相互作用主导了这一过程. 利用分散微固相萃取结合液相色谱-串联质谱法对天然水中的四种四环素类抗生素(土霉素,四环素,金霉素和多西环素)残留进行了测定. 四种抗生素的检出限(S/N=3)为0.01∽0.02 μg/L,定量限(S/N=10)为0.04∽0.07 μg/L. 河水和养殖水中四环素三个水平的加标回收率为70.3%∽96.5%,相对标准偏差为3.8%∽12.8%. 结果表明,基于磁性金属有机骨架材料的分散微固相萃取可以从水中简单、快速、高效地富集四环素类抗生素.  相似文献

在研制AlGaN/GaN HEMT器件的基础上,采用ALD法制备了Al2O3 AlGaN/GaN MOSHEMT器件.通过X射线光电子能谱测试表明在AlGaN/GaN异质结材料上成功淀积了Al2O3薄膜.根据对HEMT和MOSHEMT器件肖特基电容、器件输出以及转移特性的测试进行分析发现:所制备的Al2O3薄膜与AlGaN外延层间界面态密度较小,因而MOSHEMT器件呈现出较 关键词: 2O3')" href="#">Al2O3 ALD GaN MOSHEMT  相似文献

 采用溶胶-凝胶工艺和高温高压实验技术,制备了纳米CoFe2O4/SiO2复合材料。利用X射线衍射仪、扫描电子显微镜和振动样品磁强计,对样品的结构、微观形貌和磁性进行了研究,并对CoFe2O4中阳离子的占位情况进行了讨论。结果表明,随着处理压力的升高,样品的晶粒尺寸增大,晶格常数减小,比饱和磁化强度增大。通过计算结果可以推断,压力的升高导致CoFe2O4中的部分Fe3+从A位移向了B位,而部分Co2+则从B位移向了A位。  相似文献

利用高能离子研究了110 keV 的He+注入Al2O3单晶及随后230 MeV的208Pb27+辐照并在不同温度条件下退火样品的光致发光的特性. 从测试结果可以清楚地看到在375 nm,390 nm,413 nm 和450 nm 出现了强烈的发光峰. 经过600 K退火2 h后测试结果显示,390 nm发光峰增强剧烈,而别的发光峰显示不明显. 在900 K退火条件下,390 nm的发光峰开始减弱相反在510 nm出现了较强的发光峰,到1100 K退火完毕后390 nm的发光峰完全消失,而510 nm的发光峰相对增强. 从辐照样品的FTIR谱中看到,波数在460—510 cm-1间的吸收是振动模式,经过离子辐照后,吸收带展宽,随着辐照量的增大,Al2O3振动吸收峰消失,说明Al2O3振动模式被完全破坏. 1000—1300 cm-1之间为Al-O-Al桥氧的伸缩振动模式,辐照后吸收带向高波数方向移动. 退火后的FTIR谱变化不大.  相似文献

具有高光吸收系数的半导体Cu2ZnSnS4 (CZTS)薄膜是一种新型太阳能电池材料. 本文对n-ZnO:Al/i-ZnO/n-CdS/p-CZTS结构的CZTS薄膜太阳能电池进行分析, 讨论CZTS薄膜的掺杂浓度、厚度、缺陷态和CdS薄膜的掺杂浓度、 厚度对太阳能电池转换效率的影响以及太阳能电池的温度特性. 分析表明, CZTS薄膜作为太阳能电池的主要光吸收层, CZTS薄膜的掺杂浓度和厚度的取值对太阳能电池的转换效率有显著影响, CZTS薄膜结构缺陷态的存在会导致太阳能电池性能的下降. CdS缓冲层的掺杂浓度、厚度对太阳能电池光伏特性的影响较小. 经结构参数优化得到的n-ZnO:Al/i-ZnO/n-CdS/p-CZTS薄膜太阳能电池的最佳光 伏特性为开路电压1.127 V、短路电流密度27.39 mA/cm2、填充因子87.5%、 转换效率27.02%,转换效率温度系数为-0.14%/K.  相似文献

The phase transformation activation energy of the Cu61.13Zn33.94Al4.93 alloys, which were treated at 4 GPa and 700℃ for 15 minutes, was calculated by means of differential scanning calorimetry curves obtained at various heating and cooling rates. Then, the effects of high-pressure heat treatments on the solid-state phase transformation and the microstructures of Cu61.13Zn33.94Al4.93 alloys were investigated. The results show that high-pressure heat treatments can refine the grains and can change the preferred orientation from (111) to (200) of α phase. Compared with the as-cast alloy, the sample with high-pressure heat treatment has finer grains, lower β′→β and β→β' transformation temperature and activation energy. Furthermore, we found that high cooling rate favours the formation of fine needle-like α phase in the range of 5-20℃/min.  相似文献

A molecular dynamics (MD) simulation study has been performed for the rapid solidification of Cu70Ni30 adopting the quantum Sutton-Chen many-body potentials. By analyzing the bond-types and the relation of atomic average energy versus temperature, it was demonstrated that as cooling rate being 2×1012 K/s, the Cu70Ni30 formed fcc crystal structures and freezing point was found. In addition, having analyzed the transformation of microstructures and the detail of crystal growth by using atomic trace and visual method, not only could the formation of binary disordered solid solution be showed, but also the solidification of liquid metals and the crystal growth processes could be, further understood.  相似文献

Cu2SnSe3 is an important precursor material for the growth of Cu2ZnSnSe4, an emerging solar cell absorber layer via solid state reaction of Cu2SnSe3 and ZnSe. In this study, we have grown Cu2SnSe3 (CTSe) and Cu2SnSe3-ZnSe (20%) films onto soda-lime glass substrates held at 573 K by co-evaporation technique. The effect of annealing of these films at 723 K for an hour in selenium atmosphere is also investigated. XRD studies of as-deposited Cu2SnSe3 and Cu2SnSe3-ZnSe films indicated SnSe as secondary phase which disappeared on annealing. The direct optical band gap of annealed Cu2SnSe3 and Cu2SnSe3-ZnSe films were found to be 0.90 eV and 0.94 eV respectively. Raman spectroscopy studies were used to understand the effect of ZnSe on the properties of Cu2SnSe3.  相似文献

通过等温示差扫描量热法研究了Zr60Al15Ni25大块非 晶合金的晶化动力学.实验结果表明,晶化过程的孕育期很短,即使在743 K这样低的温度下也不过0.52 min,而放热峰宽(反应整个晶化过程进行的时间)却随退火温度的降低明显增大,这说明了结晶过程是一个晶核长大控制的过程.Avrami指数表明在不同的退火温度,该合金的晶化机制发生了变化.晶化机制的变化是由于合金原子在不同温度下的扩散能力相差很大所致. 关键词: 晶化动力学 60Al15Ni25大块非晶合金')" href="#">Zr60Al15Ni25大块非晶合金 示差扫 描量热法(DSC)  相似文献

The hydrogen permeation characteristics of alloy membranes based on Pd-coated V90Al10 alloy membrane have been investigated in the pressure range 1-3 atm under pure hydrogen and hydrogen-carbon dioxide gas mixture at 450 °C. Hydrogen permeation experiments have been confirmed that hydrogen flux was 21.1 ml/min/cm2 for a Pd-coated V90Al10 alloy membrane (thickness: 0.5 mm) using pure hydrogen as the feed gas. It has been found that Pd-coated V90Al10 alloy membranes exhibit good resistance to hydrogen embrittlement in pure hydrogen atmosphere. After different hydrogen permeation flux tests under different pressure condition in presence of hydrogen-carbon dioxide gas mixture, the characteristics of the Pd-coated V90Al10 alloy membranes were examined by ex-situ analysis techniques. The loss of cell performance observed in the presence of hydrogen-carbon dioxide gas mixture is mainly attributed to both physical and chemical degradations of membrane, which led to structural changes in the Pd-coated V90Al10 alloy membrane.  相似文献

We present 27Al NMR studies for a single crystal of the Np-based superconductor NpPd5Al2. We have observed a five-line 27Al NMR spectrum with a center line and four satellite lines separated by first-order nuclear quadrupole splittings. The Knight shift clearly drops below Tc. The temperature dependence of the 27Al nuclear spin-lattice relaxation rate shows no coherence peak below Tc, indicating that NpPd5Al2 is an unconventional superconductor with an anisotropic gap. The analysis of the present NMR data provides evidence for strong-coupling d-wave superconductivity in NpPd5Al2.  相似文献

Cobalt-based alloy coatings with and without nano-Y2O3 particles produced by a 5 kW CO2 laser on Ni-based superalloy were introduced. Solidified microstructure, phase compositions and distribution of nano-particles were investigated by using optical microscope, SEM, TEM and XRD. The results showed that metastable phases, such as γ-Co and Cr23C6 existed in cobalt-based alloy coatings. Another two phases (Y2O3 and ?-Co) were found by adding nano-Y2O3. Without nano-Y2O3, rapid directional solidified microstructure of columnar dendrite appeared. Fine and short dendritic microstructure and columnar to equiaxed transition (CET) occurred by adding nano-Y2O3 particles. With the increase in amount of nano-Y2O3, fully equiaxed crystallization appeared and the formation mechanism was analyzed. The results also showed that the sub-microstructure of the coatings changed from dislocation to stacking fault by adding nano-Y2O3.  相似文献

在全电子水平上,采用广义梯度近似密度泛函理论和全势能线性缀加平面波方法并结合二维立方拟合方法,对LaNi3.75Al1.25合金的晶体结构与弹性性质进行了理论研究.计算结果给出合金的晶格常数a=b=0.5137 nm,c=0.4018 nm,Al原子在晶胞中的微观分布为同时占据部分3g和2c等价格位,弹性常数C11+C12=281.2,C13=82.3,C33=227.3,以及体弹性模量B=124.5、切变模量G=68.2 GPa.还对态密度、能带结构和电荷密度进行了计算分析,并给出材料LaNi3.75Al1.25的电子线性比热系数23.45 mJ/molK2. 关键词: 3.75Al1.25')" href="#">LaNi3.75Al1.25 储氢合金 全势能线性缀加平面波 弹性常数  相似文献

Photovoltaic property of Cu4SnS4 (CTS) is studied by employing a superstrate solar cell structure of Mo/CTS/In2S3/TiO2/fluorine-doped tin oxide (FTO) glass for the first time. The CTS absorber layer was prepared by a combination of mechanochemical and doctor blade processes. The annealing effects on the structural, optical and electronic properties of the CTS absorber layer were investigated. The novel CTS absorber layer shows conversion efficiency as high as 2.34% under the standard AM 1.5 condition.  相似文献

In this study we investigated the influence of the degree of disordering in the cation sublattice on low temperature photoluminescence (PL) properties of Cu2ZnSnS4 (CZTS) polycrystals. The degree of disordering was changed by using different cooling rates after post-annealing at elevated temperatures. The results suggest that in the case of higher degree of cation sublattice disorder radiative recombination involving defect clusters dominates at T = 10 K. These defect clusters induce local band gap energy decrease in CZTS. The concentration of defect clusters can be reduced by giving more time for establishing ordering in the crystal lattice. As a result, radiative recombination mechanism changes and band-to-impurity recombination involving deep acceptor defect with ionization energy of about 200 meV starts to dominate in the low temperature PL spectra of CZTS polycrystals.  相似文献
