 采用化学法制备了HfO2介质膜,研究了热处理、紫外辐照以及Al2O3复合对HfO2介质膜激光损伤阈值的影响。采用红外光谱(FTIR)和X射线衍射仪对薄膜进行了表征,并用输出波长为1.064 μm、脉宽为10 ns的电光调Q激光系统测试薄膜的激光损伤阈值。实验结果表明:采用150 ℃左右的温度对薄膜进行热处理可以提高薄膜的激光损伤阈值,所获得的薄膜的激光损伤阈值高达42.32 J/cm2,比热处理前的激光损伤阈值提高了82%;无机材料Al2O3的适量添加能够提高薄膜的激光损伤阈值,其中HfO2与Al2O3的最佳质量配比约为95∶5;另外,对薄膜进行适当的紫外辐照也可改善HfO2 薄膜以及HfO2-Al2O3复合薄膜的抗激光损伤性能。紫外辐照对提高HfO2-Al2O3复合薄膜的激光损伤阈值效果尤为显著,辐照40 min后的激光损伤阈值达到44.33 J/cm2,比紫外辐照前的激光损伤阈值提高了90%。  相似文献

 采用溶胶- 凝胶法制备了TiO2纳米晶溶胶,并以旋涂法(spin-coating)镀制了高折射率光学薄膜。借助光散射技术和透射电镜研究了溶胶的微结构。采用原子力显微镜、场发射扫描电镜、紫外-可见-近红外光谱仪、椭偏仪、漫反射吸收光谱及强激光辐照实验,对膜层的结构、光学性能及抗激光损伤性能进行了系统的表征。结果显示:纳米晶薄膜的折射率达到了1.9,而传统的溶胶-凝胶薄膜折射率只有1.6;同时纳米晶薄膜的抗激光损伤阈值与传统的溶胶-凝胶薄膜相差不大,在1 064 nm处分别为16.3 J/cm2(3 ns脉冲) 和16.6 J/cm2(3 ns脉冲);纳米晶溶胶薄膜可以在保持较高抗激光损伤阈值情况下,大幅度提高薄膜折射率。  相似文献

采用直流反应磁控溅射法,以高纯Ti为靶材,高纯O2为反应气体,制备了TiO2薄膜.研究了氧气流量对薄膜结晶取向、表面形貌和光学性能的影响.研究发现,TiO2薄膜主要呈锐钛矿TiO2(101)择优取向,当氧气流量较小时,薄膜中还含有金属Ti(100),氧气流量较大时,薄膜含TiO2(101)和TiO2(004),成多晶态;薄膜的粗糙度和颗粒大小都随氧气流量的增大而增大;薄膜在400~1100nm可见-近红外波段有较高的透射率并且其吸收峰随着氧气流量的增大而红移,当氧气流量为5sccm时,平均透射率最高.  相似文献

采用射频磁控溅射法在玻璃衬底上制备出锑掺杂的氧化锡(SnO22:Sb)薄膜.制 备薄膜是具有纯氧化锡四方金红石结构的多晶膜薄,晶粒生长的择优取向为[110].室温下光致发光测量结果表明,在392nm附近存在强的紫外-紫光发射.研究了不同氧分压对薄膜结构及发光性质的影响,并对SnO22:Sb的光致发光机制进行了探索性研究.  相似文献

 用电子束蒸发方法制备了纯的ZrO2薄膜和含Y2O3摩尔分数为7%和13%的ZrO2薄膜,即YSZ薄膜,通过测定薄膜的损伤阈值来验证温度诱导相变模型;并用X射线衍射(XRD)来测定ZrO2和YSZ镀膜材料和薄膜的结构特征。结果表明:ZrO2镀膜材料和薄膜室温下都表现为单斜相,YSZ镀膜材料和薄膜室温下都以立方相存在;YSZ薄膜的损伤阈值远高于ZrO2薄膜的损伤阈值,这是因为添加Y2O3后的YSZ材料的相比较稳定,在蒸发过程中不会发生相变,而ZrO2材料则发生相变,产生缺陷,缺陷在激光作用下成为吸收中心和初始破坏点,导致ZrO2薄膜的损伤阈值降低。  相似文献

We report the structural and optical properties of copper aluminium oxide (CuAlO2) thin films, which were prepared on c-plane sapphire substrates by the radio frequency magnetron sputtering method. X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) along with X-ray diffraction (XRD) analysis confirms that the films consist of delafossite CuAlO2 phase only. The optical absorption studies show the indirect and direct bandgap is 1.8 eV and 3.45 eV, respectively. Room temperature photoluminescence (PL) measurements show three emission peaks at 360 nm (3.45 eV), 470 nm (2.63 eV) and 590 nm (2.1 eV). The first one is near band edge emission while the other two are originated from defects.  相似文献

β-FeSi2作为一种环境友好的半导体材料,颗粒化及非晶化正在成为提高其应用性能和改善薄膜质量、膜基界面失配度的有效途径.利用射频磁控溅射法在单晶Si基体上沉积Fe/Si多层膜,合成纳米β-FeSi2/Si多层结构.通过透射电子显微镜、高分辨电子显微术等分析手段,研究了多层结构和制备工艺之间的相互关系.研究结果表明,采用磁控溅射Fe/Si多层膜的方法,不需要退火就可以直接沉积得到β-FeSi2相小颗粒.β-FeSi2关键词: 2')" href="#">β-FeSi2 磁控溅射 透射电子显微镜 半导体薄膜  相似文献

提出了一种通过反应烧结来制备CuInS2多晶薄膜的低成本旋涂工艺路线.通过将前驱物粉末在氢气中预还原的方法来优化旋涂时使用的墨水成分,氢气还原会使前驱物纳米粉末从硫化物混合粉末转变成CuInS2和Cu-In合金的混合物.扫描电子显微镜、电子能谱、X射线衍射以及拉曼图谱的结果表明,这种优化能极大的提高CuInS2多晶薄膜的性能,其中包括薄膜的排列密度更高,杂质相减少,薄膜质量变得更好等.吸收光谱测得优化后的铜铟硫薄膜的带隙约为1.45 eV.  相似文献

In this work, we report the formation of CuInS2 thin films on glass substrates by heating chemically deposited multilayers of copper sulfide (CuS) and indium sulfide (In2S3) at 300 and 350 °C in nitrogen atmosphere at 10 Torr. CIS thin films were prepared by varying the CuS layer thickness in the multilayers with indium sulfide. The XRD analysis showed that the crystallographic structure of the CuInS2 (JCPDS 27-0159) is present on the deposited films. From the optical analysis it was estimated the band gap value for the CIS film (1.49 eV). The electrical conductivity varies from 3 × 10−8 to 3 Ω−1 cm−1 depending on the thickness of the CuS film. This paper seeks to determine the optimal settings for the deposition parameters, for TiO2 thin film, prepared on non-alkali glass substrates, by direct current (dc) sputtering, using a ceramic TiO2 target in an argon gas environment. An orthogonal array, the signal-to-noise ratio and analysis of variance are used to analyze the effect of the deposition parameters. Using the Taguchi method for design of a robust experiment, the interactions between factors are also investigated. The main deposition parameters, such as dc power (W), sputtering pressure (Pa), substrate temperature (°C) and deposition time (min), were optimized, with reference to the structure and photocatalytic characteristics of TiO2. The results of this study show that substrate temperature and deposition time have the most significant effect on photocatalytic performance. For the optimal combination of deposition parameters, the (1 1 0) and (2 0 0) peaks of the rutile structure and the (2 0 0) peak of the anatase structure were observed, at 2θ ∼ 27.4°, 39.2° and 48°, respectively. The experimental results illustrate that the Taguchi method allowed a suitable solution to the problem, with the minimum number of trials, compared to a full factorial design. The adhesion of the coatings was also measured and evaluated, via a scratch test. Superior wear behavior was observed, for the TiO2 film, because of the increased strength of the interface of micro-blasted tools.  相似文献

The effects of the oxygen-argon ratio on electric properties of Ta2O5 film prepared by radio-frequency magnetron sputtering were investigated.The Ta2O5 partially transforms from the amorphous phase into the crystal phase when annealing temperatures are 800℃ or higher.The lattice constant of Ta2O5 decreases with the increase of the O2/Ar ratio,which indicates that oxygen gas in the working gas mixture contributes to reducing the density of oxygen vacancies during the deposition process.For the films deposited in working gas mixtures with different O2/Ar ratios and subsequently annealed at 700℃,the effective dielectric constant is increased from 14.7 to 18.4 with the increase of the O2/Ar ratio from 0 to 1.Considering the presence of an SiO2 layer between the film and the silicon substrate,the optimal dielectric constant of Ta2O5 film was estimated to be 31.Oxygen gas in the working gas mixture contributes to reducing the density of oxygen vacancies,and the oxygen vacancy density and leakage current of Ta2O5 film both decrease with the increase of the O2/Ar ratio.The leakage current decreases after annealing treatment and it is minimized at 700℃.However,when the annealing temperature is 800℃ or higher,it increases slightly,which results from the partially crystallized Ta2O5 layer containing defects such as grain boundaries and vacancies.  相似文献

CuInS2 ternary films were prepared by a soft solution processing, i.e. successive ionic layer absorption and reaction (SILAR) method. The films were deposited on glass substrates at room temperature and heat-treated under Ar atmosphere at 500 °C for 1 h. CuCl2 and InCl3 mixed solutions with different ionic ratios ([Cu]/[In]) were used as cation precursor and Na2S as the anion precursor. The effect of the [Cu]/[In] ratio in precursor solution on the structural, chemical stoichiometry, topographical, optical and electrical properties of CuInS2 thin films was investigated. XPS results demonstrated that stoichiometric CuInS2 film can be obtained by adjusting [Cu]/[In] ratios in solution. Chalcopyrite structure of the film was confirmed by XRD analysis. The near stoichiometric CuInS2 film has the optical band gap Eg of 1.45 and resistivity decreased with increase of [Cu]/[In] ratios.  相似文献

Ag2O薄膜在新型超高存储密度光盘和磁光盘方面具有潜在的应用前景.利用射频磁控反应溅射技术, 通过调节衬底温度在沉积气压为0.2 Pa、氧氩比为2:3的条件下制备了一系列Ag2O 薄膜.利用通用振子模型(包括1个Tauc-Lorentz振子和2个Lorentz 振子)拟合了薄膜的椭圆偏振光谱.在1.5-3.5 eV能量区间,薄膜的折射率在2.2-2.7之间, 消光系数在0.3-0.9之间. 在3.5-4.5 eV能量区间,薄膜呈现了明显的反常色散,揭示Ag2O薄膜的等离子体振荡频率在 3.5-4.5 eV之间. 随着衬底温度的升高,薄膜的光学吸收边总体上发生了红移, 该红移归结于薄膜晶格微观应变随衬底温度的升高而增大. Ag2O薄膜的光学常数表现出典型的介质材料特性.  相似文献

This paper reported that the Mn-doped TiO2 films were prepared by radio frequency (RF) magnetron cosputtering. X-ray diffraction measurements indicate that the samples are easy to form the futile structure, and the sizes of the crystal grains grow big and big as the Mn concentration increases. X-ray photoemlssion spectroscopy measurements and high resolution transmission electron microscope photographs confirm that the manganese ions have been effectively doped into the TiO2 crystal when the Mn concentration is lower than 21%. The magnetic property measurements show that the Ti1-xMnxO2 (x = 0.21) films are ferromagnetic at room temperature, and the saturation magnetization, coercivity, and saturation field are 16.0 emu/cm^3, 167.5 × 80 A/m and 3740 × 80 A/m at room temperature, respectively. The room-temperature ferromagnetism of the films can be attributed to the new futile Ti1-xMnxO2 structure formed by the substitution of Mn^4+ for Ti^4+ into the TiO2 crystal .lattice, and could be explained by O vacancy (Vo)-enhanced ferromagnetism model.  相似文献
